The only reason I have not left the office yet is my wonderful, irreplaceableDr J. Marcus.Ever since Northside bought the office, and the office moved to the large building, everything went down the hill. The knowledgeable, reliable nurses and stuff is gone.Its impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Its a terrible problem to make even a yearly check up appointment. The line is always busy. They put you in queue , tell you you are # so and so caller....and after a while tell you that they cant take your call after all. It happens over and over again. The stuff on the phone is very unfriendly.I have been going to that office for 24 years. It is getting much worse every year. It has become completely unrecognizable. Very sad and frustrating because there are several wonderful doctors still there, and its unfair.
