Doctors, nurses & staff were the BEST. I just graduated Chicago IVF on Monday with my first pregnancy- it’s a bittersweet feeling leaving this wonderful support system. Their staff made you feel like you are no longer in infertility alone, you now have a team by your side cheering you on. In an already delicate situation I always felt heard and comfortable with each and every one of them. They made this process so much easier for my partner and I. We felt the love walking in for our many appointments!I look back on our IVF journey proud to of chose them. Thank you Chicago ivf team- we will be sending you photos to add to your beautiful collection of successful pregnancies! We cannot thank you enough for your kindness and compassion.

I highly recommend doing research and checking SART scores which will provide data on how successful the clinic is at assisting in a live birth. My experience with Chicago IVF is frustrating for several reasons. I never met any doctors in person until my actual retrieval(s). The medical protocol was the bare minimum and resulted in retrieval after retrieval after retrieval. The retrieval l “batches” patients so everyone is on the same cycle for the month, sometimes delaying the process for an individuals body. Questions were brushed off at the surgical center and long wait times. The final straw was when the anesthesiologist was 1 1/2 hours late for retrieval after a very specifically timed trigger shot. After extremely disappointing results, the first thing the doctor asked was if we would consider donor eggs. I requested another retrieval at no cost for the fault of the clinic and their partners and, shockingly, was brushed off with a “corporate apology” and they’d look into the billing and let me know. I never heard back after that. Our decision to go to another clinic was the best choice and we are now expecting our first child. The amount of time, hurt and money cannot be replaced. I’d hate to have someone else go through this. My advice is this; if you feel like something is off, please listen to your gut.I will say the my nurse Amanda was great and attentive, wish I could say the same for the doctors.

I’ve been dreading this review but here goes. My very first ultrasound I had what they saw as a complex cyst. They made sure it wasn’t hormone producing and said it’s fine and no need to remove. Fast forward a year of the cyst still being there, never going away, 2 failed timed intercourse cycles and a failed FET later… still didn’t want to do any further diagnosis. I felt that at that point I needed a second opinion. Within SECONDS of doing an ultrasound and saline sonogram the new doctor and new clinic said it looked like an endometrioma, fast forward a laparoscopy I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. I am heartbroken for the wasted time at Chicago IVF, and a poor lost embryo, sure there are always risks and doctors can’t know everything but even the consult after my failed transfer they scoffed at the idea of endometriosis tests or further diagnosis, they didn’t even have a game plan for if I had a second failure. I personally felt their goal was to rush me into IVF to make money. I just hope this is a PSA to some that may have more complex issues and aren’t cookie cutter infertility because this clinic doesn’t individualize their protocols.* editing to add, I got a call from Tammy who is the nurse patient advocate and she was very helpful with resolving my billing issue/refund. I hope to get that back in the next week or so.

I’ve been to 3 different IVF clinics and this clinic is absolutely AMAZING!! They always made me feel welcome and comfortable! Estephany was so sweet and uplifting and comforting through the whole experience! The nurse Tammy was so gentle when drawing blood and put me at ease! And Karol the ultrasound tech was so kind and even came in on a day off to help me! This clinic bent over backwards for me and I was always excited to see them! I can’t thank them enough for making this the most special experience!!

The St. Charles Chicago IVF team was amazing to work with. They make the journey less stressful with their friendly personalities who truly care about their patients and their families. They have shown me flexibility with my appointment times for when I get there a bit early or a bit late. Always call with results and put them in the patient portal! Highly recommend and have recommend to others!

My wife and I are very happy that we chose Chicago IVF. The staff at the St.Charles location was wonderful, helpful, warm and welcoming. And that is very important in such an emotional process as IVF is. Each step of the way we felt that great support. To all future patients - this is the place where you’ll be in great hands!

We have spent about a year working with Chicago IvF in St. Charles. Although we are still waiting for success, I can say that the St. Charles office has been wonderfully supportive throughout some very challenging and emotional times. The front office staff and nurses are amazing and so kind. During a process that can feel so defeating they are there to support, explain, and make you smile. Ruby is our favorite nurse there (although everyone is wonderful!).

I had a wonderful experience with Chicago IVF. My primary location was St. Charles and I can’t say enough good things about everyone there, but especially my primary nurse, Ruby. I felt supported and cared for throughout the entire time. If you’ve been considering next steps on your fertility journey, I highly recommend starting here.

I have gone through 2 IVF cycles and 4 FETs. My time at Chicago IVF started off fine but ended pretty disappointing. I felt like a “number” constantly with no good explanation of why 4 genetically tested embryos couldnt produce a pregnancy. It felt like I was put on a boiler plate schedule that could be for anyone but not necessarily good for MY body. Along with no explanation or productive plan for the future, it felt like I was always met with a cold response from the doctor to what felt like very low days. Feeling like a number was only reaffirmed when I let Chicago IVF know I was going to take a break using their practice. It felt dismissive with no bedside manner.

Do NOT go to this place. We had multiple financial consultations so that we didnt have any surprise expenses but we just got a huge surprise bill anyways. So not only did it drain all of our savings but now we cannot afford any more procedures that we need to have another child. Thank you Chicago IVF. They insisted on using a surgery center that is not in our insurance network so we almost went bankrupt, even with health insurance that covers infertility. Unless we can start all over at another fertility place that our insurance covers 100%, we are SOL for having another child. Not just surprise bills, but it seems like there are 2 people working there and they are always on the phone with some one else. It is sooooo difficult to get ahold of someone to talk to. Their automated phone system is very frustrating too. Not good communication at all. I suggest you look somewhere else.Update: After I wrote this review they called me trying to do damage control. We were able to negociate a lower cost which I think is still pending in my insurance because now, 9 months later I still havent gotten that bill yet and I know from experience that medical providers never forget bills. So Im just waiting for that surprise bill.Anyways, 9 months later, the surgery center that C IVF recommended sent me a bill. Remember I had multiple financial consultations done with CIVF and they assured me that we would just have to pay a few hundred each visit for the facility fee. Well guess what, I just got a bill for $8k. Surprise! I called my insturance about it and they told me I actually owe more, $18k. More surprises! So be warned, if Chicago IVF doesnt drain your budget, their recommended facilities charges will.

My experience with Dr. Brasch and the nurses I worked with at Chicago IVF. I never doubted our decision to change clinics and stay with Chicago IVF. This process feels impossible at times and it helped to have people that were there to answer my questions and provide support. Dr. Brasch always listened to us and was very thorough. It helped to have a doctor and nursing staff that listened to you and was in our corner. Thank you, you helped us complete our family

During my time at Chicago IVF I felt that everything moved quickly & smooth. I met with the doctor in November 2019 & started supplements & testing in December. At the very end of December I had my first IUI. Did 2 more IUIs following & then was going to take a break before moving to IVF. COVID hit & then I got on birth control in April. Was hoping to start in May but because of COVID the timeline was moved back to June. Got pregnant on my 1st round of IVF with a fresh transfer. The process was really smooth & the staff was always very responsive & helpful. I felt very cared for at Chicago IVF. At my last appointment I left crying because I will miss seeing the staff but I was also crying because of how grateful I am to have achieved what I set out for. ♡

Just had my embryo transfer a week ago but so far the services offered have met and sometimes exceeded my expectations. I am praying for a positive outcome as this is my 3rd IVF cycle and the previous ones failed. It took me 5 years to summon the courage to try again and i am super anxious and also excited.

I am shocked to see 0 reviews for this place. Never go here. Waste of time and $. You will whind up getting a 2nd opinion. They told me immediately I needed an egg donor then told my husband he had a normal Siemen analysis. Our 2nd opinion doctor told him he has an abnormal sperm count, did surgery on me to check for endometriosis. Thank God I do not have endometriosis. All we needed was artificial insemination. We will soon be a Mommy and a Daddy. So again, stay far away from this place. I have also met several people with similar stories about this place and they are now parents all with 2nd opinions.

Horrible horrible response times. Doesnt answer the phone when we call. Poor communication between facilities. We have been waiting WEEKS for our test results which is extremely inappropriate considering the urgency of the results to us. We are beyond disappointed with our experience so far and would not recommend them to anybody needing help with fertility.

The staff is not personable. When I was done with the ultrasound, bo one told me what to do next. I had to find a staff member to see if I was finished or not. If there was a facility that was closer to home, I would go to that office.
