Made my appointment online an hour before I was seen. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and taken to a room. Facility was clean and everyone was kind. After being seen by the PA I was on my way with my prescription. Great experience!

Super friendly and understanding staff. Kellie and the front desk staff was incredible. They didnt have an x-ray staff member but still examined me. Kellie sent me to the Emergency Room and Im beyond grateful that she did. I avoid Hospitals and Doctors offices when I can but they made me feel comfortable and heard. Hats off to the whole crew.

Literally so unprofessional. There is a reason this place had only three patients in the middle of the day on a Saturday… do NOT waste your time here. The “nurse” walked in with an attitude, scoffed at me when I explained my allergies. Almost refused to test me for illnesses… and left me in a room the size of a broom closet for 25 min. Which was way too hot and I could hear everything in the room next door to mine.I walked out without seeing the doctor.This place is a joke.Won’t be coming back

The doctor and personal are nice. Just, call to verify if they have someone for x-rays. I had to wait for the person to arrive around 11am.

Went here awhile ago for irritation on my scalp and face and was told I had lice and that the irritation on my face was eczema (despite not responding to eczema prescription ointment that I had for my face). Saw my primary care a few days later and actually had a fungal infection on my scalp and face. There were no lice on my scalp and I wasted money on a treatment kit

I went in around 9:20am and was able to get in right away. Their first online appt. wasn’t until 11:30am. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure why the online reviews were so bad. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience.

Got in quickly and was able to see pa. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and diagnosis the issue. Was happy I didn’t have to spend hours waiting.I would suggest someone cut the grass around the building. It was very difficult to see they were actually open as there were no cars parked in front and it looked dark inside until I pulled around.

Medical team was friendly. In formative .Dr gave me 2 great modifications to my medicine regiment. Tech advised what he was doing when administering the tests; flu and covid.

Made an appointment and was seen right away. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would definitely use Mercy Urgent Care again if needed.

I just walked in & was seen immediately. I was treated for a shin hematoma & given an antibiotic as well. I was pleased with my experience.

My grandson said whenWe left - they need to hire more nurses like her / thank you so much for being funny and gentle with Cam ❤️👍 we just left there a couple hours ago- we were in and out within 40 minutes- that’s good in my book!’

Nurse practitioner explained results of tests, was very kind and caring and sent me for a chest X-ray 10 minutes away to confirm no Pneumonia. She called me the next morning with results. She was great. I am grateful for her expertise.

The staff were so very kind and helpful. The staff member who swabbed me for strep, flu, and Covid did an amazing job and I could barely feel it. The N P seemed as though she really cared for how I was feeling and was very kind

I was very pleased with the efficiency and the timeframe it took for me to be looked at and assessed. I was impressed with how quickly I got in and out – doctor and her assistant were very friendly – I was very pleased with this visit.

I called and explained my symptoms and they said I they could get me in right away. I was there within 10 minutes, sitting in a room in under 5 minutes.Check-in process was easy and the the care I received was great.

Able to get in quickly when other urgent cares and my own primary were not accepting patients. Easy to sign in online. They listened when I said I thought I had strep throat and did not try to push any other testing. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a positive strep test, prescription, and work note. Staff were friendly. Quickest urgent care experience I’ve had in some time.

The entire process from check in to checking my vitals to seeing the doctor was a quick pleasant experience. Best location that I have been to.

Got in quickly. Competent medical staff. Quick diagnosis and treatment plan. Working and problem solved.

I liked that I was able to be seen right away without long wait times. The Nurse and Nurse Practioner both seemed very caring about my health situation and seemed to try and make the most careful and wise decision based on my personal symptoms in which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend!

I was well taken care of and could tell Kelly and the beautiful lady that checked me first, were interested in helping me.

Turned away and told to go to ER for chest pain. Was told by the rude front desk attendant that it wasn’t an urgent care matter and is more ER. Ironic how I managed to go down the road to be seen, By another urgent care who had no problem seeing me. I’ve also been to an urgent care before for chest pains, Never had an issue till this mercy location. Save your breath and time.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to! Dr. Russell saw me and he could not have been kinder. Even though my appointment was running past the office’s closing time he made sure that I had a full understanding of my diagnosis and next steps in my short and long term care. He even took some extra time to write everything up for me in a document so I wouldn’t forget. His care and concern were so appropriated!

I went to Jungermann location on Thanksgiving Day saw the nurse practitioner who sent a prescription to Walgreens at Hwy K and Hwy N . This was at 12:30 pm. I called at 6:00 pm Walgreens said they sent it too Texas by mistake. Called again on Friday after Thanksgiving still no prescription called Mercy Urgent spoke to Dee said they were waiting on my insurance. Also the nurse practitioner recommended Sudafed behind the pharmacy counter told her I could not take it makes me nervous she said it would not.It is 11:26. Am Friday after Thanksgiving still waiting. I would Never go back to Mercy urgent care on Jungermann ever again.I got hold of my Primary Doc he called in a Z pack and cough medication received my prescription in 30 minutes from Mercy at Dierberg on MidRivers.

Showed up today 10 minutes before they closed. Not 1 patient in there and they turned us away, because they are done for the day. Their sign should we take walkins when we feel like it.

Wish I could give zero stars. Went for a sinus infection. They took my vitals and sent in a prescription for an antibiotic. I wasnt even in the building 15 minutes. Bill came and they charge $327 insurance covered $125. The worst part is my mom who doesnt have insurance only had to pay $125. I might as well not have insurance.

A very professional, compassionate staff that works at this facility. I called with my health concerns and the Woman who answered was very understanding. When I arrived the staff was so kind that it was quite unusual and pleasant. I was probably in the waiting area five minutes before seen. Each of the three staff members were extremely attentive and they listened so carefully while addressing all my concerns which provided me with peace of mind. They were very thorough and thoughtful which made me feel comfortable. I would give this place 10 stars if that was possible. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Center... everything about my visit was exceptional. Even as I left the building the nurse took the time to talk to me when I was getting into my car about taking my bandages off. I dont think that Ive ever been to a medical facility that has ever treated me with such high regard. Alot of other medical medical facilities and professionals seem to be missing that sensitivity chip... but not this place. Thank you for both the medical and emotional support... that makes all the difference in the world and it definitely sets your facility apart from the rest.

Avoid this location at all cost! Got a bill charging twice for the same service/test and they claim they can’t do anything about it. Also on on bill it says I spent there 45 minutes where I was only seen for 20 min at max while they were doing the covid and strep test that don’t take more than 15 minutes.All together my bill came to a total of $605 for strep, covid and influenza tests. Which were all negative and the doctor said they didn’t know what I had and sent me home! $605!Avoid this location for your own sake…

I was very satisfied with the service we received. They got us registered and into a room right away. Necessary testing was done and results given right away. Very friendly and very helpful. I can definitely recommend for anyone needing an urgent care facility

My daughter and I always have the best service at Our Urgent Care. We went to this location for the first time today, and as to be expected we were happy with everything! Everyone in the building was so kind. They are amazing with kids and made my 5 year old so comfortable with the different checks they had to do. They treated her with a popsicle at the end, which she was thrilled about! We were in and out really quickly as well! I highly recommend, especially if it is for your child!

I came in after a large, nail-size thorn went into my foot. The nurse and doctor were very professional and friendly. The doctor was very thorough cleaning the area out while also compassionate to the discomfort. I received exceptional care and did not have to wait very long. Front desk was also very friendly and helpful! I was very pleased with my experience here and would definitely recommend them.

Update: Weve been here 4-5 times for various reasons in the last 3 months, and always leave feeling very positive about the care weve received, as well as how friendly and helpful the staff has been, which is remarkable since we seem to see different people each time. Apparently, they only hire great people here! It convinced us that it was important to only select insurance that would cover this location for our care next year! Were big fans!The staff was friendly and actually listened to what we said. Having recently had an experience with a different urgent care where the provider was more interested in talking over us and giving her opinion without listening, we really appreciated this! They were very helpful and respectful. We will go back and encourage others to try Our Urgent Care if you havent already!

This is why I dont go to the doctor anymore. My girlfriend went to mercy to be checked out for somthing that had been bothering her this morning and before she could even be seen by someone she was told to fork over 150 dollars just to be seen. I thought doctors were there to help people in need, not a money grab. This is absolutly wrong in my opinion and it disgust me that people and companies think its okay.

Was checked in, seen, and had a diagnosis in less than 30 minutes! Staff was very friendly and genuinely concerned about my sons health. Parking lot is still under some construction, but access is still pretty easy. For those that do not prefer it, they require a card to be on file to charge for service (but not over $250) after insurance is done. All in all, highly recommend am very happy there is an Urgent Care so close!

Extremely kind and professional staff. I’ve been here for myself and then again for my 10 month old. Both times I was in and out within 30 minutes. All the staff seemed to really be passionate about what they do. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They offered to help me with my belongings because they could see I had my hands full carrying the baby. I am so grateful for everyone here. I love this place!

I made an appointment to get a Covid test done. Pretty accurate for me. I went in pretty quickly. The young woman who helped me and did the test, was friendly and professional. She did the test. No problem. About 20 minutes later I had the results. Negative. Thank you Urgent Care for being there ! I hope you all stay safe!

Ended up at Our Care AFTER, I had been sitting at SSM Urgent Care and after calling another Urgent care, both with hour long waits. While I understand this can happen, there were no signs at other places indicating one could check in online. After waiting and being told it would be an hour AND they would be seeing check in patients first we left and found Our Urgent Care.Our Urgent Care was phenomenal! Upon entering, I was amazed to see the warm environment, flat screen fireplace, leather chairs, flat screen tv and more. It certainly didn’t feel like your “typical”, sterile urgent care. Everyone was friendly and inviting. The process was quick and painless. We were brought back within 10 min and seen right away, not waiting forever and a day in the room.My daughter was thoroughly checked, diagnosis given and we were on our way. They even had the medication needed on hand. Highly recommend!

Our Urgent Care was so awesome today. I was from out of town and they got us right in. The staff was so friendly and great with my kids! It really means alot when your children feel comfortable, especially in a doctors office. I would definitely go back and suggest others to go there.

The doctors and nurses have always been so kind and helpful. They genuinely seem to care for their patients wellbeing and comfort.

I injured myself on vacation and was thankful to have the option of being seen on a Holiday at Our Car Urgent Care.Having the option to register online and then get a text 20 minutes before my appointment was the first great thing about this urgent care.Once there, check-in was quick and the staff could not have been better!!!! Every member of the staff was friendly, professional and informative!!!Maggie Lewis was the NP on duty today and she was friendly, professional and quickly diagnosed my issue.This was my family’s third time visiting an Our Urgent Care and I will visit again and will advise anyone in need to do the same.Often when sick and or in pain going to an Urgent Care you can feel like one of the masses. I truly felt like staff was invested in making me comfortable.

My wife and I both got tested for COVID today. The whole process was well organized and well executed by the OurUrgentCare Team. The online preregistering was easy as directions were clear. We arrived early and got in within15 minutes. We were tested right away and the Dr discussed the results within 14 minutes-he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. In all, an outstanding job.

Beware! I received an email this morning from Our Urgent Care telling me that the company would be charging my credit card $95.00 for a visit. Since you dont get a bill from them I went to my insurance website and looked at the claim. There was a $35.00 charge for services provided during REGULARLY SCHEDULED EVENING, WEEKEND HOURS. I went on a Wednesday at 3:00 pm. I went back and checked another claim and they did the same on that one too. That visit was on a Monday at 11 am. This is in addition to my co-pay and the charge is not covered by insurance. I think this is a deceitful practice. When I called the billing office I was told that almost all urgent cares charge this fee. Ive used other urgent cares and have never been charged this fee.I dont think I will be going back. Its really unfortunate because I think the staff is wonderful. They all seem to really care about you. There was almost no wait time before I was taken back to a room. The facility is clean. So many positives. But there are 4 urgent cares within 3 miles of my house. . . think I will try another next time.Update: 9/30/2019 Mr. Relic the CEO responded to my review (below) saying he would look into the charges. Its been a week and I have not heard back from him.Update: 10/1/2019 I called Billing Department again today and spoke with someone else. This person removed the charges.

The only urgent care I could get an appointment same day.The registration was fast and friendly. The nurse prationer was very kind, caring and explained everything.

I needed advice regarding covid testing to be sure I kept my elderly mother safe, and a prescription refill. Everyone there was kind and professional. I was lucky to go there when there were no other patients waiting. I was seen and helped in a expeditious manner. I will definitely return if the need arises.

I needed a quick Covid test due to known exposure to a co-worker that tested positive. I had tried other places but no one had rapid available & I wanted immediate results. This place offered them with no problem or shortage, you just had to go online to make your appointment. Even that process was quick & easy. Got there when scheduled, got in & tested, got results within 15 minutes. They were so helpful in easing my mind & not having to wait for days for results. I have already referred them to all my co-workers who are in the same situation & feel very confident sending them here.

I have never been to a better Urgent Care than this one!! They got us in quickly, everyone from the front desk to the doctor was very nice, the doctor explained what was wrong with us and what was going on to make us feel this way, and when she prescribed us our medicine she explained what everything was and why we needed to take it. Highly highly recommend going to this urgent care!

Wait can be a little long sometimes but staff and GNP are nice and competent.

Online appointments are so easy to do! They sent me a text message 20 minutes before the appointment time.I took my 9 year old in to have an abrasion looked at because it was looking infected. It was easy to walk in and i was already registered (online). Our visit was about 25 minutes from walking in to exiting. The personnel were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

I really liked being able to schedule an appointment for a Covid test online and pre-register. We did not have to wait too long in the parking lot. Everyone was very nice. Did not realize we were getting the rapid test - so that was a Bonus! Overall, not a bad experience for the reason we were there.

BEST urgent care experience Ive ever had. I never do reviews, but felt it was necessary to let others know. Everyone working today was kind and attentive - even though its Easter Sunday. If I ever need to go to urgent care again, this will surely be the location I go to.

We took our son in for a cough. They were fast and kind and made us and him feel comfortable. Christina (spelling?) was great with our son. He liked her and even tried to model her by wearing a glove and crossing his feet like her. If were ever in a situation that we cant get in to see our pediatrician, we will absolutely go back!

One star is generous. We dealt with Kathy today and quite frankly Im surprised her name wasnt Karen. We signed up online to get my son a covid test, we were there on time but i forgot my ID. I had his step dad give his ID instead to check him in, she wouldnt look up his insurance information WHICH I ENTERED ONLINE because i dont have time for that.I then explained to her that my son has Autism and needs to be gently talked through whats going on by the doctor or nurse to which she replied a lot of people have a lot of problems! Maam, youd be better suited for McDonalds, this doesnt seem like the career for you.

This is the second time I visited and both times were amazing!!! We were checked in immediately and they took us back to a room as soon as we were checked in. Easy peasy. Didn’t wait at all in the room, great bed side manor. She listened to all my concerns and made me feel better (emotionally) after I left with my child. I will recommend them again and again. We were in and out in 20 minutes!!

Needed a COVID test due to exposure to someone who has it. My friend came to this location and got her results within 30 minutes so I decided to go with them instead of the Mercy clinic that took 2 days for results. Online registration was easy, everyone was friendly and the process was efficient and the facility was incredibly clean. I’m recommending them to everyone!!

**Update** I am sad they are no longer Our Urgent Care, as Mercy, they are TERRIBLE. I cant even give an updated reviews since Mercy Go urgent care as they have NOT been seeing patients. What kind of urgent care, wont... you know, CARE for patients?Back in December and January when covid numbers were spiking and people were needing urgent cares, this location would NOT see patients, only video calls, based on that alone, they are only getting 2 stars now.__________________________________________________________***This review was when it was Our Urgent Care***When this place was being retrofitted to be an urgent care, I was apprehensive of such a hole in the wall urgent care center. They have been popping up all over the place, did we really need another one?Unfortunately weve had to visit this Urgent Care 3 times in as many months, and its turned out to be a God sent. Every time we have had EXCELLENT care. There is little to no wait and everyone is extremely nice and professional.On our last visit my child needed 15 stitches due to an unfortunate circumstance on his ear. It was badly mangled and I was afraid of bad scarring. I was torn and thought maybe I should take him to a plastic surgeon, ultimately I decided to let Megan just do the stitching. She did such a wonderful job, I dont think a plastic surgeon could have done any better. 15 tiny, time consuming stitches, she was extremely patient in her stitching. A++++ work! Less than a month later, you cant even tell he had so many stitches because its healed so well and he never got an infection.

The folks there were pleasant and helpful. I got checked in with minimal pain and paperwork and was seen shortly thereafter. I was treated with kindness and respect while they diagnosed my issue. They provided me with some handouts on what my issue was and how to treat it. Overall, as much as I hate going to the doctor, these folks made the whole process relatively painless. Thanks a bunch for the help.

Took my son there tonight cause he was running a fever and wasn’t feeling well. We got right in and he was seen and texted for covid He only had a bad sinus infection thank goodness. . Doctor was very helpful and so nice. She gave us ideas of things to do for my son to start feeling better faster and keep his headaches and allergies under control. I will go use them again the staff was amazing. Good to find a staff and place where you can feel comfortable these days.

The ladies at the urgent care were pleasant and professional but at the same time fun if that is possible. It was the end of a long day for all of them and yet they still were able to muster smiles and a positive attitude. Overall it made my interaction/experience very palpable!! Much thanks!

The staff was extremely helpful. When we were not able to sign in on-line, they were patient and understanding. They brought the papers to our car and kept in touch via cell. The actual COVID test was performed quickly and easily by an experienced NP. I am certainly glad OUR URGENT CARE is accepted by our insurance.

I came to the Jungermann Site for a Covid-19 test. The ladies were wonderful to me which was unexpected because I did not have my act together! They were very helpful, understanding and kind. I even spoke to a couple of ladies on the phone and they were generous with their assistance too. I thank each for the service they give to the public and assure them of prayers for safety and good health.

Initially I was put off because the gentleman who checked me in acted a little annoyed when I described my symptoms. He looked quizzical and said, “....oookkaaayyy??” which made me feel dumb. Then I was put in a room that didn’t appear to have been cleaned since the last patient was in it as I watched him rip the clearly-used paper off of the exam table. I sat in the room for almost an hour until the nurse finally came in, who was great and very nice, as was the nurse practitioner. Overall it was fine but I don’t think I would go back if I can avoid it.

Got the antibiotic test today at this urgent care. Registered on-line. Texted them when I arrived and they texted me right back. I waited about 15 minutes before they called me in. Very efficient- took my blood and gave me papers and I was out of there in less then 10 minutes. They are very busy but doing a great job in spite!

First time ever going to an urgent care. I will say I was very impressed by the professional and knowledgeable staff that took care of me. They were very friendly and answered all my questions that I had. I was check in, seen and released in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend our urgent care to anyone!

Denise treated me with kindness and respect. The whole process was smooth even down to the pre registration process. I had a rapid test and had the results in 15 minutes. Very efficient and fast!! Thank you all for being there for me and putting your lives on the line.

I went to this clinic to make an appointment for COVID pcr testing 1 week prior. First of all the person I spoke with was rude, not informative or interested to serve me. The appointment was made for 12/26- 4pm. We arrived at the clinic at 3:30, but it was closed. Tried to call, went to a voice mail which is full. We waited till 4:30, unfortunately no one showed up. I have seen some other people came and returned too. I tried to call multiple mercy UC clinics, only one answered but they were full. I tried to explain what happened, but could not help me. My mom needed the test for travel purposes, and it needs to be done in a certain time frame. That was why i went to make the appointment a week prior, So disappointed!!!

Not impressed whatsoever with MO healthcare system. First of all everyone said something different regarding Covid testing and how soon results would be given. I was told I would be given a call over the wknd and that did not happen. So I called this morning and talked with Megan she was rude and rushed on the phone because apparently she had 5 other patients she was dealing with. All while everyone I know back in MN tested and all had there results with in 24/48 hrs. I have many family members that work in Healthcare and cant believe how rude she was this morning. Been waiting for 4 days to hear results. Maybe the company should have a my chart so patients can check themselves because apparently your workers are already overwhelmed! Very unfortunate and disappointing!

Took my daughter in to get checked for an ear infection. We had been to another urgent care place and it was so crowded. So we went to Our Urgent Care which got us in right away. The nurse practitioner was wonderful and efficient. We were able to get in, get out, pick up our antibiotic at Walgreens, and get home before the first urgent care place called us to say they were ready to see us! Will definitely go to Our Urgent Care in the future.

Nearly, nearly a 5 star rating: my son split his eyebrow at Aldi just a block south and so we headed straight here to get stitches. They did good work over all, calmed him with a popsicle, and were concise in talking everything over with us. They just didn’t explain why we had to wait 8 minutes to be seen even after the last patient (that we could tell) left. They also didn’t explain how long it would take to come back in the exam room with the glue (rather than stitches, thank God) or the final paperwork. I would have been set more at ease being told how long these things might take.The receptionist was gracious and kind, and the nurse practitioner was patient with my wailing child. My son is sleeping soundly and I’m so thankful this urgent care was a mere one minute drive away.

Went to get tested for covid-19 due to exposure. Set up my appointment and registered online. Very simple and easy process, hardly any waiting when my appointment time came. Got my results in 15 minutes or so, will definitely go back!!

I am hoping my disappointment will be appropriately expressed in this review. First I want to start by saying I am a nurse so patient care is what I do! The most important thing for me in healthcare is that nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors treat their patients with respect and make them feel HEARD!! That is the exact opposite of what happened when I took my fiancé here. Because of what I do for a living there is never a time where myself or my fiancé would go to an urgent care or an ER unless there was serious pain. He has been in serious pain for over a week before we decided to finally go (the curled up in a ball, woke up from a dead sleep kind of pain). I would like to stress that its not the diagnosis that I have a problem with but the way he was treated that I have a huge problem with. He was taken back and had his vitals taken, the person who took his vitals asked what brought him in, he briefly described his symptoms to her and after hearing this brief description she decides to tell him what she thinks it is in a very condescending tone that instantly made him feel like he wasnt being taken seriously. Then the nurse practitioner comes in and ask the same question. He gives the description to her as well and without asking any questions gives the same very quick diagnosis as the nurse before her. I think anyone can understand that feeling when you are in serious pain and concerned that something is really wrong with you and then been talked down to and told its something that any adult has probably experienced and to just take an over the counter med that you had already taken before you even considered going to urgent care. The fact that he walked out of there more upset and still in pain feeling like they had made up their mind of what was wrong without even listening to him or asking any questions is so sad to me. I hope that they use this review as a teaching point in how to deliver better health care services, because every patient deserves to be heard and treated with respect!!There was two things I can say were positive though, the online registration process was fast and easy and being able to make an appointment online was nice.

Yes I was very pleased , they got me in, and out right away ! I had an ear infection, they prescribed me some antibiotics, told me to come back in a week, and they would wash my ears out ! Very happy that I went , I will return again if I need to ! Everybody was very nice, and the doctor was terrific ! Took very good care of me ! Thank you !

We saw a male physician to diagnose a problem with our child. He told us his name but I don’t remember. I wish I did. He was awesome. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the treatment well and told awesome dad jokes! Earning grunts and groans from mom, dad, and kid patient alike!

My husband had an allergic reaction to something & was having problems breathing. They took him right in & addressed his problem by giving him a shot & med & then watched him closely to make sure he was ok. I really appreciate their help for him. They also gave him a script to help with the reaction. Wonderful ladies, very professional & did. A great job with my husband who I was very worried about!

Room was left unclean for new patient. Very direct staff.

My wife and I went in for a COVID test. Very easy and fast process. The entire staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate using this facility for my next urgent care need.

No waiting. Was seen right away and had a diagnosis quickly. Would definitely recommend the Jungermann location to anyone who needs this service. Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable. I totally trust the care I was given.

Front desk lady was very dismissive about me even being in the room, could not provide masks unlike every other medical facility in the area, and despite being an urgent care they are not doing any urgent care related services only COVID tests. I suggest covering all the urgent care signage with COVID testing only signs so others wont be confused like I was and expect an urgent care to be an urgent care.

Everything went well and very quickly. Have never been to an urgent care where we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Definitely will only go to this location from now on.

Update: after waiting a few days I saw my primary care physician and she diagnosed me with a sinus infection. Pretty mad Im now going on 3 weeks of being sick when this could have been fixed with the initial visit.The first time I came to this urgent care was great, the second time, not so much. I came in for a throbbing sinus infection to which they did nothing more than give me allergy medicine. I called back because the whole side of my face and top teeth were hurting because of the pressure and they informed me there was nothing they could do. I will not be back.

I will say staff is amazing but giving all my insurance information when I can in and trying to write information down with a cut on my hand that I write with was very hard. Got my bill new how much it would be but was not expecting for you not to file my medicare and my supplement insurance information its not on my bill and you request I pay in full. I gave you all that information and was told you would bill it. I went to you because it was only a deep cut I should of gone to ER. I then called the number on bill to talk to billing. Well the first time was a friday I was on hold for 1hr and 15 min and no one ever picked up the second time that day I was on hold for 45 min and then someone hung up the phone because at that point it was 4:50 PM and they close at 5. So I waited till monday morning to call I called at 8am on the dot (when you said you open) thinking surely I would get to talk to someone nope on hold for 27 min no one ever picked up. Then I called back and left my name and number again (I had already done that) and it said it might be up to 48 hours before someone calls me back. You bet I will go to a mercy Urgent care for this point if I ever need to. I will be telling my friends and family to stay away because of the billing not the amazing people that work their

They are quick, friendly and very efficient!! I have been to this location two times and have been in and out within 20 minutes. I used Mercy urgent care for years but they were always packed and you waited forever. This is my new go to place for urgent care!!

Very nice people, although I did ask for how much the co-pay was and they never told me and sort of rushed me into getting checked out. Co-pay was outragous at $100 to tell me hand hand was swollen in which I already knew. (At the end of everything...) On top of that, just recieved a $50 bill to be paid shortly on top of the $100 co-pay.. was never informed of this payment! Overall, just do what I shouldve done and just tạken over counter pain med and let the body do whats best.

The new St Peters location is very nice. The decor is somewhat inviting although the television could be put to better use. It was playing some annoying video on a loop with not so soothing music. My advice is to play HGTV or family friendly movies. That stuff you have playing now is not a pleasant distraction from the wait. I think a fish tank would be a great addition too. Anyways...back to the experience...the wait was non existent, which is huge for me. It took me a few minutes to fill the paperwork out and she was there to take Lil and I back before I could get done. The receptionist and nurse were friendly and invested with a clear interest in what was going on with my daughter and I. The nurse practitioner was “surface sweet” I like to call it....tad bit passive-aggressive also. I mean she was half smiling and engaging but there was a disapproving air about her. I think it bothers people in the health profession that I don’t get the flu shot and neither do my girls. Without getting into why I choose not to, I do think she was wanting my diagnoses for Lily to be wrong so she could have this be a lesson learned or something. I don’t know. But I had no doubt that she had developed a severe sinus infection because I’m no stranger to them myself. Starts with allergies flaring up, leading to a lot of phlegm draininŚg down the throat, leading to a soar throat. This coupled with my daughter’s aversion to blowing her nose, led to a nice little respiratory infection. Her throat hurt super bad but I knew it wasn’t strep cuz this all started over a week ago and slowly got worse, and strep comes on hard and fast. Knew it wasn’t the flu because she wasn’t deathly ill. I am also her mom and she has inherited my sinus issues.Now, I will say she was thorough and did her job well....just could use some work with the social skills. I’m sure it was a classic case of too many chiefs, not enough Indians but she seemed a little irritated in general and with my speculated diagnoses to what ailed my kid. She felt the need to tell me that my propensity for sinus infections doesn’t necessarily mean she has the same....all said politely (hence the passive aggressiveness I spoke of earlier). There was nothing to complain about per say, just a hint of superiority is all. She did offset the mood with some friendly banter and again, she was more than competent in doing her job. One last thing, my blood pressure is always lower than the average, so when It came back extremely high, it was a bit alarming. The nurse said we should test it again before I left, I agreed. She probably forgot, as did I, but as much as I wish I hadn’t forgotten, she shouldn’t have. I’ll be going back to check it again.Side note: The exam rooms were baron and could use some wall color, artwork and/or maybe a chalkboard for the kids and some easy games both children and parents can play would be great too, like Dominoes, Chess, or Pictionary.Thanks again for all the great service and it was a pleasure meeting you all!

They have 8am - 8pm 7 days a week sign on the door and when you get there there is no one and door is locked. Got there at 7:45 and waited until 8:15 but no one showed up. I start calling around to find out what is happening because this is a clinic, you know, a place where you go to get help, and you end up talking on the phone with someone who is telling you to go to the nearest location that is only 20 miles away and regardless of your medical condition you can and should drive 20 miles. After asking repeatedly Why is this place closed - answer is short on staff. If that is the case you either find more people to work for you, or change the sign so you are not misleading people, or simple close this location and focus more on providing services you advertise and keep up to your 8am-8pm 7 days a week promise! After all this is a medical clinic, not some local smoke shop. Unprofessional!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. The only saving grace at this place is the tech I had. He was kind. I came in for severe back pain. The doctor who “treated” me, told me multiple times that I’m fat and need to lose weight (and that that was the reason for my pain).I followed up with an orthopedist the following week who found me to have a misplaced rib and bruised muscle. I’ve been in physical therapy since. He assured me that my weight has nothing to do with my pain.

The staff were great & so was the experience. They were super sweet with my daughter & got us in & out quick. It’s about 10-15 minutes further than the one closer to our house, but we’ll definitely be coming to this location instead.

Put a mask on and went inside when I got there and got barked at for not staying in my car despite the fact that nobody said I had to stay in my car and there were no signs to that effect. Came in for covid test. had one here before and it went great, when there were signs and instruction. this time nurse really hurt back of nose. still sore, sneezing and eyes watering since. and got barked at for wrinkling my nose when she hurt me. Overall more concerned about their procedures then my treatment.

I went here and when I walked in the door I went to the little computer to check in. The lady behind the counter snapped Ill be right with you. Okay. When it was my turn she snapped why are you here upon my response of sinus and ear infection she very rudely stated we arent seeing anybody else today. Come back tomorrow with an appointment . Zero reason as to why they werent seeing anyone. There was still an hour until they closed. I get long days. I get frustration but there is no reason for rudeness.

You dont want to have to go to an urgent Care.... Especially concerned if you need a covid test. Everyone at this facility was very nice and helpful. I felt they were very genuine in their concern and help. I would recommend this place. Thank you to them.

I had been to this location before, and the experience was mostly favorable. This time however, I had the bad luck of dealing with nurse practitioner who I am guessing was right out of school. I have dealt with chronic sinusitis for years, and know the difference between allergies, a bacterial infection, and a viral infection. I know my body well enough and have dealt with this condition off and on for most of my lifetime. Enter little miss cant be wrong, who insisted it was just allergies regardless of anything I had to say. I told here I would try the steroids she insisted on, but at a minimum I wanted to be able to call back in and get a prescription if that did not help so as to avoid the headache and another fee, that runs about $100 for me without taking into account that steroid shot. She said she could give me a written prescription valid for a certain date range. Ok sure. Well, I get home and after not feeling a bit better after the steroids along with some OTC medications I take a closer look at the prescription. The soonest I can use it is 7 days... But on their release they say to come back if not feeling better in 3 days. And my whole point to going there was to get in quickly to head this off... If I wanted to wait a week I would work on getting in to my PC. OK, well this is a repeat customer OurUrgent Care just lost. And I want to thank them, otherwise I would not have discovered telemedicine (companys HR department advocates it for things like this I found out). I used a company called Callondoc and the experience could not have been smoother, done from my desk in 30 minutes, and only cost me $40 for my consult and they had a prescription for a ZPac (based on what my PCP has always prescribed over the years) sent to my local Pharmacy to be filled within 1.5 hours. I think a large portion of OurUrgent cares business model just became obsolete. Better, cheaper, faster... and no little kid cant be wrong who always knows more than the person experiencing the condition.

I would give them 5 starts for service and friendliness, however, their business practices are sketchy. Happen to compare my bill to my daughters bill. All amounts are before inurance paid, but keep in mind there is no discount that is usually shown for insurance.Her visit for what we thought was a broken hand. $305 (office visit $171, Xray $99, Holiday/Weekend/Evening Charge $350)My visit for a cut on the tip of my pinky =$529 (office visit $262, superglue for my cut $267).Several things here: 1) Why isnt the office visit charge the same? Superglue for a deep cut is more expense than an xray, REALLY? 3) for my daughter we visited on a Saturday, and was charged an extra $35, why? This was not posted any where or communicated to us. We went during their open hours, they were going to be there whether we went that day or not. There are just way to many things going on that doesnt make me comfortable. Insurance companies are pushing people to go to urgent cares more than ERs okay, but this is stupid. I could have paid a $100 copay and been less expensive out of pocket than this.

I was seen by Urgent care for a broken arm . I would just like to say that I was treated so well!! They made me feel so comfortable even though I was in pain. They all went out of their way for me. That doesn’t happen a lot these days . Would definitely go back!!! Thank you

This place is great! Very friendly. Everyone is concerned and caring about you. Very detailed and addresses all concerns. They dont rush you around and the explain everything. Wish I could make this place my primary care office. 100 percent would go back if I have to. Highly recommend you go!

Urgent care used to be for urgent matters... I was told they couldnt help me because they just treat colds, flu, broken bones, and covid now.That being said, the staff was wonderful except for the front desk lady who seemed irritated to even speak with me.

I went to OUR Urgent Care for the first time today for back pain. Everyone was friendly. The medical staff listened to my concerns. Even with an X-ray I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Went to get tested for COVID after my husband got positive results. They were fast, really nice and the nurse went above and beyond, she came back with paperwork that I could bring to my job and wished me “good luck” :)

The COVID-19 test was done very professionally. Waiting time was less than 10 minutes. Online registration was simple and fast, with complete and easy to understand instructions. I definitely give a high recommendation to anyone interested in being tested.

I have been here many times since it opened this was my first bad experience so they get 2 stars, but I doubt Ill be back given there are so many other options.Went in for covid testing nurse that came outside acted inconvenienced the whole time, keep in mind there was only 1 other person there. Nurse was rude, would interrupt when I was trying to explain my symptoms and said I can only respond yes or no. She rambled off symptoms to which i said yes and no. But she didnt even cover all the symptoms of Covid. I tried to tell her that I also have headaches and chills, she put her hand up until I stopped talking and told me to wait until the machine had my vitals. Then scolded me saying she needs accurate symptoms even though she cut me off several times. How can she expect to get accurate information when she cuts you off anytime you say more than yes or no.Doctor was fine, just downplayed covid. I wanted a diagnosis to take to my doctor for any future complications given my health history not for a lecture and to feel unheard. I can go to the VA and get that for free!

They need to be transparent on their website and state that they charge $75 for rapid covid. Most other places do them for free. But they advertise they do rapid tests on their website. Let you schedule the visit and wait the whole day to get in, only to find out there’s a $75 charge

We had to go in for some stitches. Everyone we dealt with from the front desk to practitioner aid to practitioner were very friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks to everyone there for helping! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in need.

Staff was super friendly. They made my son so comfortable, he was very nervous about getting the Covid test. Short wait times. Efficient registration process.

I felt safe. Place very clean. All persons very pleasant. Very satisfied with their quick turn around time. They took x Ray and read them with me seeing results immediately. Would recommend to anyone!

I was able to get in quickly to see the nurse practitioner. She spent a long time with me going over my symptoms and recommended a course of treatment that as of today has given me the relief I had hoped for.

Excellent attention to detail, great beside manner, and very helpful supporting documentation. Dr. Tracy and Megan did an excellent job from check-in to discharge. Highly recommend, which I rarely do.

The staff was very friendly and appologized for the long wait, which was def understandable considering due to COVID testing, but the nurse and front desk receptionist was very nice i would def recommend this urgent care to anyone once they got to me they got me in and out fast.

They got me in within 10 minutes even though I was a new patient. They were able to diagnose my shingles quickly, get me prescriptions and get me on my way. Very impressed!

Was here twice in 3 days for strep. Both times I was in and out within 45 minutes. Very attentive staff and no sitting around waiting to be seen like a regular doctors office.

Came in to get tested for Covid and flu. Staff swabbed my first nostril so hard I grabbed her hand. She yelled at me that I couldnt grab her and when I said it didnt hurt last time I had a Covid swab she said well its a nasal buccal swab! and did it again , then she swabbed the other nostril just as hard. I think it strange that one person can do it with no pain and another hurts like crazy. I had the previous test done there as well. I do believe a bit of empathy would go a long way to avoid a bad review too. 😬

The wait time was very brief. The doctor was very precise with my sons condition and what to do to heal.

About as quick and efficient as it gets. Online- set the appointment- I got a text in about 45 minutes saying get here in 20 minutes, came in the back door and was treated in 10 minutes. In the medical world-that’s lighting fast!

Stop in because of a drug reaction. I was seen quickly and done within 20 minutes. Very nice Doctor and staff! They called in scripts right away and they were waiting for me once I got to Walgreens!

Very professional and caring. I took my 90 year old parents here & now me. Diagnosed all our concerns correctly & answered all our questions. We left with meds called in to pick up on our way home. If you are sick or injured, this is the place to go. Thanks Urgent Care!

Came in for covid test, was given a throat swab, called a week later and said the test was lost (a lie to cover up their complete ineptitude).2. Had to come in for a second test which they charged me for both which was illegal under the pandemic protocols of the time.3. Hidden charges galore for all covid related things, again still against covid protocol for the country.4. Sent me to collections without warning and is using a shady third party collections service which I will be reporting to the BBB and Patients Rights Advocates.DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, HEADACHES AND TIME.Go anywhere else, this place is full of people who have no idea what they are doing and probably shouldnt be practicing medicine as well as thieves preying on people during a global pandemic.

The staff there are super nice. Fast service. When arrive for your appointment they take you right away. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Update your hours on google, and clear your voicemail box. I just drove an hour in pain to find your office empty, and parking lot unplowed, after checking to see on google maps that you’re “open till 5.” It’s not hard to go in and change this manually if you choose to close during your regularly scheduled business hours.

People there are super sweet and caring. I was diagnosed with pharyngitis or tonsillitis, and usually with that i will be told ill be fine and to basically deal with it, althoigh here they gave me some tips on how to deal with it and medication to quicken the process.

The biggest joke of medical professionals around. How can you schedule an appointment just to be told your symptoms somewhat resemble covid so they can’t see you tonight as you need a covid test first... you do the covid tests, so test the person... You’re totally right, it makes so much more sense to send people back out in public without being tested, really appreciate you doing your part to keep everyone safe... it seems like you all aren’t the most intelligent, so just to be clear that was sarcasm.

I have used this location twice now. In both incidents, I had an extremely short wait time, the staff were friendly and professional. And my problems were quickly diagnosed and I was able to get relief.

Went here beginning of 2020 when I had symptoms of genital herpes. They acted so confused like they didnt know what to do. Almost like they were never expecting someone to walk in with an STD. I cancelled my debit card so they wouldnt charge me afterwards lol

I went for a burn on my foot and got right in and had great service. They were very busy with covid Testing and other patients. However, I was in and out in 45 minutes.

I felt like the nurse practitioner really listened to me. We came up with a health together. I was very impressed that she sent home literature about my diagnosis

Terrible! They are just gonna tell you that its a virus and there is nothing they can do for you, and then youll be sick for 3 weeks. Go see a real doctor. Dont waste your time with these med school dropouts. Pathetic!!!
