Honestly, they are just in a convenient location from my house so I go here. They never answer phone calls, and last time I saw Dr. Ly for the first time, all other times I saw a PA which was fine. However, Dr. Ly is rude, not personable and the visit was awkward with him. I have personally asked not to have anymore appointments with him.

This place is kind of fly by night. They are suddenly hard to get in touch with. When I finally did, it was someone who was not actually at the office. I had been coming here for 2 years and then all of a sudden they are ghosting and hard to talk to. They called me back like 3 weeks later...and left a message with no info. All I needed was a scuba clearance form and they want $250.

TOOK 206 DAYS !! THATS OVER 8 MONTHS TO PROCESS MY INSURANCE CORRECTLY!!! I HAD TO CALL OVER A DOZEN DIFFERENT TIMES. ONLY LISTENED WHEN I CALLED BETTER BUSINESS BEURO. THEN I CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO ACTUALLY TAKE MY PAYMENT. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS OF ME CALLING AND LEAVING VOICEMAILS.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My husband has been seeing them for a few years and I only saw them once and that’s all it took for me to know this office is not run properly.In my situation, I had fainted and went to ER and they suggested I follow up with a regular doctor. I had never been in this office, they had never treated me or seen me before and had no information about me other than the paperwork I brought from the ER visit. I was told my BP was high while I was in the office (not the ER) and they would prescribe a medication. I asked about dietary changes first and was told don’t worry the pill will help the BP and anxiety if I have any. I never went back as my concerns were not discussed or addressed. Also, I was told by others when you have high BP in a doctor’s office, they should test again before you leave to see if it’s truly high BP, that was never done.In my husband’s case, they have never requested any of his previous medical history, keep raising his thyroid medication and do not listen to any concerns. His original doctors never raised his meds and he had the same levels on blood work with both offices. Most times he saw Carly Jones and the last was with Dr. Ly, he became rude when my husband questioned his reasoning behind raising said medication and angry when he told the doctor he did not want or need the cholesterol medication they keep pushing. He said he’s a doctor!!! (Okay but being a doctor doesn’t mean you are always right or doing what’s best for the patient)All they want is for you to keep coming in or doing a teledoc visit, which they can charge copays for and bloodwork but nothing is getting better with him via this office only worse.There are better practices so I’m going to find one that will listen to patients concerns and not knock them when they tell them they prefer to fix things naturally and consider medication a last resort. If a doctor gets angry when you question them, it’s a bad sign.Remember this is your life and health at stake and you are your only advocate.***Update - I found us a great doctor and the interesting thing is when I saw him he asked me if I ever had low blood pressure as I was pretty low when I went in. Thank goodness I didn’t take the meds to lower it any or I’m sure something bad would or could have happened to me. ***

Been coming here for 3-4 years. The doctors and Practitioners are great, and I have had nothing but positive interactions with Dr. Ly and Carly Jones. The reception service however, has always lacked. I’ve never been able to get someone to call me back after I’ve left a message, and they seem to frequently over book causing long waits in the lobby.

Please don’t waste your time going to this medical office it’s a joke. I had been coming for over two years and was never able to see Dr. Ly until my last visit with him today. They did not have record of me coming in to this office for my last visit. He got frustrated with me when I told him this. and instead of double checking kicked me out of his clinic said he recommends another clinic for me, while ironing the door furious. He was very rude although I was so respectful with him. My advice is there are better doctors out there. don’t waste your time with this fake and unorganized doctor/medical clinic.

Terrible unprofessional clinic. If you need a clinic for your immigration USCIS medical, avoid them at any cost, they will delay your case, charge you wrong and ask for more money after they realize they screw up on the blood exams and vaccines actually required, total amateurs. My wife papers now are delayed thanks to their mistakes. Dont get fooled by the nice reviews, me and my wife did the biggest mistake to trust them and chose this terrible clinic. Stay away

Doctors listen and are able to get you in if needed. Make sure you check that they take your insurance even up to the day of your appointment. Went there for over two years and come in for an appointment to learn my insurance was no longer taken there. No mention of this prior when I booked or before my arrival. Called my open access insurance and they stated they would pay and that I only have a $25 copay, but no my options were to pay out of pocket or cancel. No consideration for my time was given.

I absolutely love this office. Dr. Ly and Carly Jones, PA are thorough and truly care. I always feel heard at my visits. I often see complaints about office staff at other doctor’s offices but I have to say everyone there is truly great. I’ve never had a bad interaction with any of the staff. I highly recommend.

This doctor ends up making you see his mid levels and then they cant even do a simple chart review to know what is going on with you. And will make you come in all the time for for just a simple med renew. They want to bill high level visits and make you come in when you have no complaints just to get to bill your insurance. When I brought up Federal guidelines receptionist excuse was well its us who once it.

Absolutely a great place to come. Our PA Carly is polite, empathetic, knowledgeable, and a wonderful listener. It’s difficult to find someone with these qualities in the medical field since their always on the rush. It took me a couple of clinics to find the one that I felt comfortable in. I can tell you in this clinic I do not feel the scarce time other doctors give you, here they really provide a quality service.

Great staff very friendly and professional. Easy to make appointments.Met Dr Ly while in the hospital and he was very attentive to my needs.I was diagnosed with cancer and kept in contact with all my doctors to make sure Ive gotten the best treatment. I travel an hour to see him and will not go anywhere else. Highly reccomend.Thanks Eastlake and Dr Ly.

Dr. Ly will be my new primary care physician. Office staff was very friendly and efficient. The physicians assistant was very pleasant and listened intently while I described my injury. She effectively communicated the problem to Dr. Ly. He came in, asked a few specific questions, and actually fixed my injury. I was expecting to be sent to a specialist, then sent to an imaging clinic, and then sent back to the specialist. My last two primary care physicians would take my co-pay and be good for two things: writing a referral to another more expensive doctor or providing a written excuse for work if I got the flu. After setting my dislocated shoulder, Dr. Ly ordered for the staff to give me an injection and he actually wrote a script for a drug he thought would help me heal instead of saying,Just take Tylenol or Advil for the pain. Again, Im unaccustomed to this level of care from a primary care physician. I expected this injury to cost me a few hundred dollars in co-pays and deductibles, and take from 7-10 days to be diagnosed and treated. Dr. Ly expertly fixed it in one day for a single co-pay.

Dr. Ly has been my doctor now for several years. Awesome profesional!!!! My daughter just turned 18. No more pediatrician so you know who will follow her health from now on. Dr. Ly of course. Best team in town. 5 stars ain’t enough stars for him.

If you are a veteran going here for a VA claim do not go in. The doctors here will NOT help you and are only going to try and lower your claim. The doctor saw me for less than three minutes and tried to override 15 years of VA doctors visits.

I went in sick with an upper respiratory infection. I simply forgot to list a drug that I’ve had an adverse reaction to. When Dr. Dustin Ly told me he was going to prescribe Augmentin, I then explained that I prefer another medication due to my issues with that drug. He went off on me telling me HE IS THE DOCTOR, I should just take the drug. I was calmly speaking when he just walked out on me. This guy is rude, interrupts you and very arrogant. This was my first and definitely last visit to this office. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

My son visited the office a few weeks ago. I was surprised when he told me that even though he made an appointment with a PHYSICIAN he was seen by a physicians assistant who promptly removed her mask upon entering the room because our air conditioning isnt working well today. Needless to say, he wont be returning....

Office closed and locked at my appointment time, phone went straight to voicemail (but lists my appointment within office hours), hours posted on door dont match hours on website (or voicemail message).I did get a confirmation/reminder call a couple days before the appointment. Never got a call or email to cancel; no note on the door

I was extremely disappointed with this doctor. His staff was also incredibly unfriendly, and rude. After my car accident I was hoping to receive help and treatment, but the doctor spent very little time in the room with me, didnt take into account my past medical history when assigning prescriptions, and didnt even take the time to ask about all of the injuries I had. I left feeling so sad and angry because I did not leave with an understanding of the physical pain I have after my visit. He did not listen to me, did not let me talk, did not give me the time of day. Overall the experience was terrible and I would encourage you to spend your time and money wisely looking for a different source of treatment. No compassion or help will be found here.

Great staff and amazing doctor! Dr. Ly was very personable and charismatic , he listened and addressed all my concerns. The best experience Ive ever had with a physician. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ly is an amazing doctor, I have never had to wait long to be called in and he is super professional. I highly recommend him. Staff are also awesome girls!

All the other CDL Dot places want to scam you by measuring your neck and extorting you spend money. East lake are a little higher in price but no hassle and no made up rules, just DOT medical regulations followed. Any Dr. who tells you it the new law, is uninformed. No laws about neck size. Thank you East Lake for being ethical and educated.

Horrible place will be suing. They was right alone with Diana Elliott and her fraudulent business and they back out cause now she got caught up. Don’t trust this dr. Ly or any of his staff their all a bunch of frauds.

He doesnt like to listen to you and keeps interrupting every single time I tried to tell him about my Health Concerns.... only saw him a few times and I have to say I am totally disappointed again with another Dr... he told me that maybe hes not...The Right Dr For Me yesterday when I tried to get him to give me a few Requests To Get Certain Crucial MRI Scan Etc Done Claiming That He Can Only Do 4 Things Per Visit Despite The Fact That I Have Been ConstantlyTrying To Tell Him Months Ago I Am Suffering With Pain.... He Always Wants Me To Come Back On A Monthy Basis.. I Told Him I Dont Drive Or Have A Car But He Refused To Budge....N No A Problem Since I Worked With Drs And I Have Incountered Good And Bad One Toooooooo...He Walked Out Without Any Type Of Conscience Or Showed Any . Concern/Care... I Will Always Continue To Keep Looking For A Dr Who Has Genuine Love First N Foremost Always For Patients And Job Instead Of Working For The 💰 Money Only.... He Has Yet To Give Me A Thorough Exam And Spends A Mere 10 Mins In The Room!!!!!

Excellent Doctor, he has seen me through some awful times in the last year and a half, and I really appreciate him and his staff. You cant go wrong seeing Dr. Ly?

First time here for me. I needed a dot physical. Very professional staff. Very fast. Answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Excellent doctor. I can’t say enough about the attention I have been received. Staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Prescribed me a medication chemically similar to one Im allergic to. Both me and my pharmacist asked doctor to change it and he refused.

Dear customer service is terrible they had me on hold for almost 20 minutes before anyone can answer the phone and not knowledgeable.

The best staff and Dr Ly. Very good God Bess them all.
