Would recommend every female to find a reputable gynecologist at a better facility. Just remember washu is bjc which is also mo bap... The majority of the greater STL area. All of these doctors associate and know one another within the bjc family. If you want better doctors be prepared to do some research. They do have all female doctors in Chesterfield and Ladue if you prefer an all women clinic.. its worth the travel why go-to the hood and get your car ripped off here? Go to a nice office with doctors that care! Theyre beginners I went to get blood drawn before here and she didnt even know what tube to use.. education is low theres a reason this company is government funded....

Nice staff and short waits, but the doctors are not very good. They are nice in person but not over the phone. They are young and seem like they are inexperienced and maybe start out working at C3 until they move up to a better practice. They prescribed me 2 medicines and told me to take them at the same time, and I had a bad reaction. When I called the emergency line, they told me I should have only taken 1 medicine and they didnt know why C3 had told me to take both at the same time. The clinic never called me back when I left a message. Then they tried to put me back on the medicine I was allergic to, so their system is obviously disorganized. When I called to report this issue the secretary was very brash and did not apologize or offer assistance.

Today I participated in one of their research studies! I follow the Washington University School of Medicine - Research Participant Registry and finally found a study that I was right for! After a little bit of phone tag, I did finally get an appointment set up within the week! They e-mail describing how to get to their parking lot didnt make it through on the first try, so that led to a little more phone tag. The e-mail they send is essential because it really is a bit confusing. You can easily find the building, but getting back to their parking lot threw my head through a loop.Once I parked and made it in the office, I signed in. Only a minute later I was called to the front desk and given a parking pass to display in my car window. Once that was done, I was called back. They gave me plenty of time to look over the paperwork about this particular study before signing the release form.My appointment lasted about an hour and a half - a little bit longer than Id hoped. However, every one there was super nice and friendly.

Love it! Great womens health clinic; they offer IUDs, arm implants, other types of birth control, STD/HIV testing, Pap smears, etc. They accept most types of insurance, including Medicaid. And if you dont have insurance, they lower their costs based on your income/family size. All the staff are super sweet and friendly. And you can get an appointment really fast, which is nice.

Staff works tirelessly to ensure patients receive the best care possible. They base all their care on the most up-to-date medical standards. They help patients get their birth control quickly with as few visits as possible. They have a person who works with patients to sign up for Medicaid and Marketplace/ Obamacare plans. They also see patients who dont have insurance and offer reduced pricing.

I highly don’t recommend this place to any young lady. I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed by the staff & the OB/GYN is rude. I felt as if they didn’t care about me or my well-being. Now I’m having problems with my body due to something they injected in me & they refuse to see me or talk to me about it.

Most wonderful staff. Makes you feel comfortable with the topic of Contraception. Provides free options of birthcontrol. Compensates for your time. They were awesome and it has been years since I was a participant but I stayed the entire 3 years under their care.

This is a great option for preventative care, birth control and womens healthcare. They have all birth control options and are helpful in explaining the aspects of each, so you find the right option for you. I appreciated the honest communication as well no judgement or personal bias expressed with my care, which I have learned can sometimes be a reality with regards to womens health treatment. It can be hard to find a great place for quality preventative care, so I was so glad when I found this place.

This place is great. The staff is very nice. The waiting area is clean with music playing and hardly any kids there. Very quiet. Yesss. They also give you bus passes to get to and from your appointments. Good stuff!

I had the best experience of my life here. I have a huge fear of medical facilities and they listened to me and took care of me. Caring staff through and through.

They told me that you can’t even make an appointment with insurance, the people are rude and judgmental. You can’t get anyone on the phone for weeks, they don’t call back if you leave a voicemail. they call you unexpectedly and just cancel you appointments. I’m not going back to this place ever.
