I have been coming here for a little over 2 years now and can’t imagine not coming here. I feel so much better and have more energy for everyday activities including going to the gym. My sleep has improved so much where I no longer require sleep medication.

The thing that really bothers me about this business is the blatant false advertisement on the radio add. The treatment is never covered by insurance and the entire staff will tell you that. None of the pretty ladies will make any effort to get your treatment covered. I have high end insurance thats just scanned when I come in but not used. This business is about numbers, not making peoples lives better. The price is reasonable and the staff is friendly, but I cannot stress enough that you will pay everything out of pocket!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have literally changed my life. I have more energy, my workouts have been improved dramatically, and I have lost weight. The staff are excellent. Visiting the office is always a pleasure. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Unlike other places I have heard about, they take labs regularly and are always making sure my doses are safe. It is a VERY affordable clinic and the results are substantial. I have been a client at Mantality for 3 years. In many ways it has been like discovering the Fountain of Youth!

This place is a rip off! They have fraudulently charged my husbands card after he has asked them to stop, and they agreed. They mention that they will bill your insurance, but after 3 months of their services our insurance has never received any claims. You ask for the paper claims, it’s a two week wait. After two months, we still do not have any paper claims for us to submit directly to the insurance. Now we are out hundreds of dollars, because this place never held their word! I would not recommend this place anyone!

The Mantality Clinic has changed my life! Since I had my consultation a year and half ago, I no longer need to take my anxiety medicine. I have so much more energy and my mood is much better. Everyone In the South County office has always been very professional and respectful to me. They really make you feel at ease when you visit the office. I refer them to everyone I know! Waited in the waiting room for over an hour after filling out the first time paperwork. Approximately 20 came and went while I was waiting. My appointment was at 8:45 and at 9:45 I talked to the girl at the front desk and she said I had to wait for the people that got there before me go first. As previously stated multiple people that got there after me had already been seen and left. When I said this to the girl at the desk she got a little rude with her response. I asked to have my paperwork thrown away and I didnt have time to wait any longer. I had to take time off work for this and never got in to see anyone. Huge waste of time.

If I could give them less than a one I would. Way over priced, unprofessional, and they lied to me on several occasions. On top of that I got stuck with a lab bill that was supposed to be paid by Mentality but wasnt. Do NOT use this company. There are better companies with far better rates and far better service. I now have a provider that offers the same service at exactly half the cost with ZERO problems. The billing is clean and straight forward, the meds come on time like clockwork, and I didnt have to argue with anyone to get answers, none of which I got with Mentality.

I’ve been coming now for a month. I feel ten times better and have been nothing but pleased with my experience. The South County staff is friendly and they get me in and out without a wait. I highly recommend first responders atleast come in to get their bloodwork done. Life changing.

Go to a GP. Utilize your insurance. This business charges $195 a month (or more if you don’t self-inject) and that will not be covered by insurance. It shouldn’t cost ~$2400 a year just for T injections.

Excellent! Facility is clean. Staff is knowledgeable. Treatment is clearly laid out emphasizing benchmarks in improvement. Communication is impeccable. We have been extremely impressed with every facet of our experience. We would highly recommend.

These guys are great. I’ve seen 3 specialists within the past 2 years and none of them could figure out why I was so tired. I heard the Mantality commercial and thought it sounded too good to be true. I went in a week later and have now been on their suggested treatment for over a month. I finally feel like myself again.

Office staff is nice and they got me in fast, but the doctor is inconsiderate and arrogant. if you dont agree to fork out the money immediately, his entire attitude changes. if youre not willing to pay right then and there, he doesnt care about you. they are also way overpriced, found another doctor closer that specializes in low t and they are nearly half the cost.

I have receiving treatment for over a year and am extremely happy with the results. If you can be honest about your health issues the staff will manage your treatment program to maximize your lifestyle. I have recommended Mantality to many of my friends and family so they can feel the added benefits of energy and wellness that I do.

So lets start with the fact this has never been a good clinic to begin with.. now I have found out they sent a rejection of employment letter to a WELL QUALIFIED applicant because her name was too GHETTO?!?! LIKE ARE YOU PEOPLE SERIOUSLY THAT STUPID?? I hope you know there is a lawsuit coming your way and it amazes me how you guys blamed it on hackers... Im a Cyber Security Graduate from Missouri State... no one hacks to send professional looking rejection letters to people.. no one has the time and no one is that pettey.. unless you are working for this clinic.. the fact they told her that and the fact they blamed it on hackers amazes me.. I GET A FEELING YOURE GONNA LOSE ALOT OF CLIENTS

Everyone ive spoken with there are very professional and you can tell they actually care about your over all health and getting you the results that you want to achieve..if your thinking about getting into treatment but your still unsure or dont understand how it all works..Give them a call at either location and sit up an appointment.. They will be happy to explain everything and address any concerns you may have.. Youll be glad that you did.
