Overall a nice urgent care. On 1/1/24 arrived at 9:22 for a 9:30 appointment, in room by 9:45, nurse by 9:50, seen by the doctor by 10:10, out by 10:21.My only complaint is that on 12/31/23 I walked in and was told that they were at capacity and I needed to reserve a time online. I dont go to urgent care a ton, but every time that Ive been to one it was always walk-in rather than by an appointment. Maybe most urgent cares are by appointment now but that was confusing for me because if I wanted to make an appointment, wouldnt it make sense to just do that with my regular doctor. This is likely just an error on my part as I didnt realize that urgent cares now required an appointment.

20 out of 10 service! This urgent care was astoundingly fast, compassionate and caring! I arrived right when it opened at 8 am for a slotted 8:15 check in. They were immediately ready for me and the medical assistant who checked me in was delightfully sweet and made me smile despite my pain! My nurse practitioner, Miranda Pogue, was beyond professional and compassionate but more importantly she was clearly knowledgeable and insisted on ensuring top notch care for me. Unfortunately, their x ray tech did not show up this morning bc of scheduling issues but Miranda arranged for wheel chair transfer for me back to my car so we could travel to another location for an x ray and also called ahead to the other location to arrange wheel chair transfer into that facility for my x ray. Results were very prompt once my x ray was completed. Every employee I encountered was exceptionally kind and deserves a raise! I will never go to another urgent care!

Bit of a mixed bag. Like many reviewers stated, medical staff was good, front desk was not super friendly or welcoming, told me I was given a different appointment time that what was very clearly on the website and in my texts and didnt seem thrilled when I said Id wait. The whole experience took longer than I expected with an appointment, but its urgent care, that stuff happens, not a huge deal. Dr Hansen explained things very clearly without talking down to me. Overall, would recommend if the location is convenient for you, but make sure your phone is charged or you bring a book or other entertainment of your choice.

Great experience overall. I was seen quickly and felt very comfortable with the physician and staff. Staff did not send my visit record to the physician I saw in follow up after calls from both the physician’s office and me. That would have been very helpful for continuity of care.

Friendly and very knowledgeable, and professional staff. Short wait time when you make the phone appointment. Even though I was traveling from out of town, they still able to review my records from my primary care physician. I would definitely recommend.

The instant I walked through the door, I was met with a smile and a receptionist who asked me how she could help. It took longer for me to verify my information than it took for me to be seen and they too were friendly. Thank you for making my experience on that long day easy.

Staff is friendly. Not sure what the point of making an appointment there is for though. I made an appointment to be seen on my lunch break, waited for 40 minutes before I had to leave without being seen. Would be nice as a professional courtesy to let people who have scheduled appointments to let them know that theres going to be an extended wait.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I WOULD GO DOWN THE STREET TO TOTAL ACCESS IN AFFTON.Not a great experience. First, know that they are not actually Mercy that they just have an agreement to use the name. They will not be connected in your MyChart.I set up a time from home and showed up on time. I was there for a Covid test and I felt terrible. At about the 45 minute wait I told her that I was going to leave and she said I know you made an appointment but all the rooms are still full of the three people before you and the doctor was late. Then she told me she had a room open for me. But while I was waiting she asked me if I wanted to use my address on Olive Street. By checking in online I gave them all my current contact information. I lived on Olive Street in 2017, I explained to her that I dont live there and It just didnt make sense when she was trying to explain to me why I might want to use that old address. She said somebody might still live there but I have contact with so they should keep it what?! I asked her to please delete that but I doubt she did.The girl that did my Covid test did it so quickly that I dont believe that she got a proper sample. I asked her if the one they use required less of a nasal swab then everyone Ive ever taken which takes 15 seconds and she said as long as she turned it in my nose 10 times that it was enough. She told me to inhale through my nose and then exhale and during the time it took to exhale she did the swab. I even tested the time when I got home to make sure and theres no way she got 10 rotations in that time.I dont feel Like the experience was worth it and I wish I wouldve gone to total access instead. I chose this location because I thought it was actually mercy and then the records would be attached to my records in my chart. Contrary to what others say, I would not say they were particularly friendly here. Also, it was surprising that they didnt ask to update my medications or medical conditions. Ive had major changes since I visited one of their urgent cares six years ago.I left there and went across the street to target to purchase an at home test which I know was done properly because I did it and followed the directions exactly.

My favorite place to go when I’m sick or need to have the rest of my pinkie nail removed (that really happened) Recently Nurse Practitioner Mia, at the Hampton location, took care of me. Without hearing anything in my lungs, and with neg Covid/strep tests…she suggested an X-ray at a different location. I was hesitant since everything checked out but since I have horrible asthma, I went. If I hadnt listened to her I would have never known I had pneumonia. On top of it all, my primary doctor office raved about knowing and learning from her in the past. 10/10 for nurse Mia!

Professional and friendly staff, but we have had the same insurance for years and have multiple times been charged different amounts here, so watch billing closely. I was charged as an emergency room visit, and twice on two separate visits my husbands was coded as uninsured even though he had insurance. Most recently I was told they were showing two different amounts and didnt know which they should charge me. Make sure to know your benefits before going, and pay attention to what they end up billing you.

Urgency getting us in, patience with a screaming toddler, and educating us with the state of her trauma. I felt in ease as much as possible considering the situation. I also like that my co pay was affordable which helped not add additional stress to the moment. Thank you for taking care of my Angel.

Mercy GO was fast, convenient, and effective. I was abl to get an appointment that day, had only a short wait, and the Dr was very good about listening to me and explaining everything.The hardest part might be FINDING IT.Many people are familiar with the large parking lot for Schnucks and all the strip mall stores.Instead of parking there, go farther South, towards Raising Canes. You’ll see a smaller lot.If mobility is an issue, park on the left side of the building. The right side has 10-15 steps.

The save your spot allowed us to wait from home for our appointment instead of sitting in a lobby with body aches and fatigue. The medical assistant was so sweet and friendly to my daughter. The provider was fast and proficient and she gave us all of our options. They were very gentle with my daughters swab.

Excellent care!!! I booked my appointment online and registered online. When I arrived, I was seen right away without any waiting. The entire staff was professional and friendly.M Glover, the nurse practitioner, was very kind, caring and attentive. I appreciate how she asked questions and listened to my concerns. She also took time to go over the after care summary form after she was done seeing me. If I need an urgent care in the future, I will definitely return to this location 😊

I had the worst experience with the front desk staff there. I was rushed to this urgent care after a traumatizing dog attack incident. Shaking and covered in blood, I was refused to be seen because I didnt have my ID or insurance on me. Although I understand its policy, the staff showed no compassion or provided any alternative options. Front desk girl would roll her eyes at me. I was forced to go to Total Access Urgent Care on Jamieson, where there at least the staff was respectful.

I was able to get an appt same day. I was seen in a timely manner. I felt heard by the nurse and NP who saw me and felt their empathy for my injury. Following examination, they gave me a diagnosis of Phlebitis (from too large needle being using at my blood draw at Quest) and treatment plan that has been greatly improved my comfort and pain level while healing.We discussed signs of infection to watch for. They gave me a prognosis of how long I would likely need to continue resting, icing, using compress and pain meds and how to know when to resume activities.I asked about sonogram or additional testing to view extent of injury under the skin - but they had all the cues needed from my symptoms and evaluation that we didnt do any of that.I would use this location again.

The facility was clean, wait was short and Dr was really nice. Made my 7 yr old and I feel comfortable and laugh. The other staff don’t seem very friendly but they weren’t rude at all either . Time of our visit was around 2/3pm on a Wednesday .Definitely recommend

Second time coming to a Mercy urgent care and I have still had the same great , quick experience. I will continue to bring myself and my family to get serviced by these great people , the check in process is so quick when you actually do it online , the MA was sweet and quick with what she did and Mia is just awesome . I usually avoid urgent care and try to ride out the storm that is a viral infection. Unfortunately due to our capitalist based, for-profit healthcare system, I found myself needing an appointment to prove illness (so I can keep being a cog in the aforementioned system). Making an appointment online was easy and there was no paperwork at check in because I submitted everything online beforehand. I was seen quickly and the nurse made pleasant small talk after discussing my symptoms. The NP asked when I’d feel comfortable returning to work which I appreciated since my energy was slowly returning.Later that evening I brought my child in, and asked that they not test them for what I already had done that morning. They listened to my wishes and didn’t push for any unnecessary procedures.The office has 4 patient rooms and two sitting areas, seemed clean from my short wait times. I will inevitably be back here but will happily return knowing what to expect.

I do understand some of the negative reviews as the front desk definitely seems like they want you to leave immediately when you walk in, and the wait really was much longer than I expected, but I really appreciated Mia the FNP I got to see. She has such fantastic bedside manner, compassionate and engaged, really listened to me and made me feel like she cared about me. I left feeling like she was genuinely happy to help me, she really made me feel a little better today.

Came as a walk in and had to wait 2 hours before I was seen while two others came after me and was seen, treated and released before I was. The nurse practitioner (Pogue) was condescending the whole time not kind at all. I believe it was discrimination but I will never return and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Very unprofessional staff. Son’s Blood Pressure appeared high. Staff was very loud and excited about it. Added anxiety to my son’s already long day. Then asked my son why he didn’t come in at day 3 of symptoms. My son is 12 by the way. I’m a nurse by the way. I politely answered for my son. I won’t be back. Care given was unprofessional. No tact. At all! Front desk was not welcoming either! Unprofessional. Minimal help. Also we still haven’t seen a doctor or nurse practitioner. I hope we don’t get charged for time with one!!!! It’s sad to see black women be given an opporturnity and just blow it.

At 8:30am on a Tuesday morning I got on there website and was able to schedule a spot for noon. They saw me right at noon and were very quick with seeing me and getting the necessary tests done. All the staff members were nice, and I had a great experience overall.

Front desk was very rude and impatient. She gave me a hard time about my ID and insurance card even when I uploaded everything on the pre registration link. Mia is AWESOME! The other young lady Joran I believe her name was is really soft spoken and sweet! Both made my visit extremely welcoming and comfortable . Wait time was a little longer than expected , again front desk lady made the process longer than what it should have .

Very rude!! By far the absolute worst urgent care facility I have ever been to. Made an appointment and went to urgent care in hopes of recieving treatment and assistance with an infection from a gunshot wound. However, Dr. Charles Moore refused to clean the infection. Instead he tried prescribing additional antibiotics, after being told I was still taking the antibiotics prescribed by the hospital not even a week ago. When I continued asking if he could help clean it, he got aggressive and began interrupting me, he kept shutting me down. I have never had a doctor who treated his patients so horrible, let alone get agressive with them because they didnt want to do the basic things that is listed in their job description. Definately the worst experience with a Healthcare worker I have ever had! He is def one of the doctors who dont care about his patients and only in it for the money.

The front desk worker looked up at me then looked back down and continued on her phone. The care I recieve is always good, but the scheduling is an absolute mess and why I hate going to any go health urgent care. Ive scheduled and walked in and waited (because they were understandably busy) and when the worker sat at the desk he took the lady that walked in off the street with no appoinment first. This time, my self schedule glitched and I was not scheduled as I thought I was and since their website messed up and they lie about walk-ins welcome I was told I would have to wait 3 hours while I was actively bleeding from my ear and didnt know why. If my insurance didnt mandate Go Health as the only place I can go instead of the ER, I would not ever go here. Not to mention their shady billing practices where they like to bill as a level 2 trauma center and then you have to get it fixed.

I understand completely being understaffed makes jobs a lot harder. However, I reserved my spot ahead of time and came 20 min early just in case, I was there for about 3 hours and only really talked to the doctor for 15 min. He dismissed my symptoms and how I was feeling as viral (even compared the sore on my throat to hand foot and mouth disease which I thought was super odd) and sent me on my way. I was still super sick a couple days later and decided to go to the Maplewood location in hopes that I would be listed to then (fantastic experience there 10/10 would recommend that location). Turns out I had pneumonia the whole time, and the meds I had received here wouldnt have been helping. Extremely frustrated at the lack of actual listening that occurs here. Understaffed or not you should NEVER dismiss a patients concerns, especially in the medical field. I am definitely not coming back, and I hope that they actually listen to their patients rather than dismissing them.

Honestly a joke, spent $125 because I don’t have insurance just to have my vitals taken and be told that having constant diarrhea for 3 days is okay. No need for iv fluids or medicine. But I was prescribed a nausea medication even though my main concern is diarrhea not vomiting. So $125 for vitals and a 5 min conversation. Make it make sense.

My doctor couldn’t get me in so ended up here. Felt like I was walking the doctor through the exam. Went in for a sinus infection and he didn’t even look at my sinuses. I went to Walgreens to get my script and found out he prescribed liquid amoxicillin, not convenient and I’m not two.
