Amazing care! Was messaged before my appointment asking what my injury was. I get there, checked in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Was sent to a room and was seen immediately. The doctor was also very nice and helpful with everything and with my questions. The x-ray was immediately ready for me because the lady that does the x-rays was the one that messaged me before my arrival time so she would know if she needed to be at that location and she was! She was also very sweet and nice! I was in and out in less than an hour. It was the best and fastest care I have had at an urgent care!

Decent staff but unethical billing practices. Once again, they charged our card on file 3 weeks after my wifes visit and this is after we already paid the copay. Stay away from Mercy and dont bother going to the site their automatic reply prompts you to go to for complaints & billing errors, they dont do crap. Were going to BJC/Wash U from here on out.

I have been here several times over the past few years. Always a good experience. You can make an appointment and check in online. Never have waited very long. Caring and courteous doctors and staff. Saw Dr. Eric Mai last visit. He is great.

Went there and told them my 97 year old mom needed x-rays. They took her vitals, then we waited for a while. Then someone came in and told us there was no one there that could take x-rays. They recommended going to Mercy ER. We went there and waited 11 hours to fine out my mom had broke her breastbone! She was in extreme pain.

I came in with a possible UTI and was very uncomfortable. The front desk clerk understood and got me situated immediately. The entire staff did a great job of taking care of me and letting me know what I needed to do to feel better. It was quick and easy!

If I could give this a ZERO star rating I would. Went there last night, arrived at 7:45 (15 minutes before closing time) because I had cut my finger on a broken glass and knew I needed stitches. My finger was wrapped in a paper towel that was soaked through with blood.I was told they could not see me because I didnt have an appointment and they were closing in 15 minutes. I was outraged by their lack of concern, and obvious priority to get out of there as close to 8PM as possible. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE URGENT CARE, PEOPLE! WHY WOULD i NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY FINGER SUTURED?I drove down the street to Total Access Urgent Care, arriving at 7:50, they, too, close at 8PM. Complete opposite of Mercy. VERY welcoming, and caring, with no regard to the proximity to their closing time. Took me right in, examined my wound, and put six stitches into the finger I had cut.DO NOT GO TO MERCY URGENT CARE, DRIVE 1/2 MILE EAST TO TOTAL ACCESS URGENT CARE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT AND NOT HOW CLOSE IT IS TO WHAT TIME THEY CLOSE.

I’m very pleased with this facility. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor listened and diagnosed my problem very quickly. He made the instructions very clear and my problem cleared up the next day. I think this is an excellent facility with well qualified staff and doctors!

Took my 10yr old up to be seen for an eye infection (walk-in), the check in kiosk was broken and I was asked did I check in online, I said no the website says walk ins are welcomed and saving a spot doesnt guarantee a time slot. There was no one at the reception desk and the lady speaking to me told me to just have a seat and someone would help me but that it would be a long wait. After about 15mins of waiting to be checked in at least, I just left and took my son elsewhere. It was clear they are understaffed and not able to uphold the true purpose of URGENT care!

Care was good. Wait time was minimal. Staff were professional and seemed well versed in the knowledge needed to treat me. My 2nd occasion to be here. Prior was a few weeks ago with a family member needing treatment. On both occasions the care was consistent with what I’d hope to see at an Urgent Care facility.There was a problem during Nurse triage with one of the PCs not connecting to the Mercy network. That would have been very frustrating had the need to get treated quickly been more serious. Maybe a hardware upgrade is overdue. The PC in a different examination room worked fine; so it wasn’t operator error as far as I could see.

This place double billed me and ignored me when I let them know I paid the bill at the time of service. They hurried the duplicate bill right to collections. I went to report this on the BBB website and found that this is their normal billing practice. They are scamming people and their insurance companies. Ill never go back here.

I visited this facility for a covid test and a flu test. I was sent a bill for $110 after the visit (already paid the $40 copay during visit). The charge for the visit was $327, plus $103 for the Covid test plus $45 for FluA, $45 for FluB total $520! for a 15 min visit with a couple minute conversation with a Nurse Practitioner. I have gone multiple times to Total Access Urgent care in Bridgeton (including Xrasy for cracked ribs) and it was always covered by insurance after the copay. Please be very careful to price shop - this charge seems WAY out of line for the services rendered.

If I could rate that place a zero I would do it, don’t know about the whole staff, but the man at the front desk was enough to made us walk out and will never come back. I walked in at 9am with my kid who has asthma and was hardly breathing. The front desk man didn’t give any attention or respect. and was asking what the reason brought us here. Then he says you need an appointment and I can give you one at 1:15pm I looked at him and like we are talking about breathing problem then he is like at 1pm the best I can do. I took it but walked out to another urgent care who took care of my kid immediately.

So my daughter went to this urgent care on Friday and they tested her for COVID, Strep, & the Flu. They told her she just had a virus and to let her body fight it off..... They failed to really listen to her chest or even ask her to take a deep breath so they could listen to her lungs.... Her symptoms continued to get worse over the weekend and she went to our primary doctor this morning, guess what, they took a chest X-ray and confirmed that she has pneumonia... This urgent care said take another COVID test in 3 days. The health industry needs to stop saying everything is COVID and get back to actually looking for why the patient might be sick... It is ridiculous that this urgent care couldnt take to time to listen and figure out why my daughter was sick....

Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars I would. The only plus was we got in and out pretty fast and the nurse we had was very nice and friendly. Other than that, the customer service here is questionable. I brought my kid in to have a test done and when I went to check in, the front desk man was very rude and talked down to me. When asked what I was bringing my child in for and what made me come to the decision to have her tested, I was informed that what influenced me to make that choice was from people who werent nurses or doctors. Therefore, making me feel stupid and that I was wasting their time because I wanted to get a test done that would rule out one less illness. I have never felt so embarrassed for being called out and made to feel so low all because I wanted to make sure my child didnt have a certain kind of illness that seemed very similar to others I know whos kids had similar symptoms. I figured one extra test wouldnt hurt to have done but clearly, I was a waste of time and was made very aware of that.

The room I was in smelled like urine. I was the first one there that day. No x-ray tech so I had to wait almost two hours to get the x-ray. Then it took over 30 minutes to get the x-ray read. When they told me x-rays are supposed to be read within 15 minutes.

Uncaring, unprofessional, and humiliating experience. Went in trying to get any further answers because my PCP is dragging their feet and rather than take a history and do an examination, I was sent out the door because the woman went off of one thing I told the receptionist who she was checking me in. I went in scared as a last resort and walked out in tears because rather than listening and doing their jobs as healthcare providers, they assumed they knew exactly what the issue was and shooed me out the door without me even walking past the receptionist desk. Mind you, as a patient, I should never be asked at the front desk in front of other patients my reason for my visit. To the woman who told me you could do nothing for me without even a history and exam, I walked into this facility looking for any answers, scared and unknowing, and you made me feel little and unheard. Please do better. I had also called ahead to make sure they were taking walk-ins but was told I would get a reserved time for an hour and fifteen minutes later - I would have booked that online rather than walking in if I knew that were the case.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The facility is very welcoming and warm. Dr. Pai was very helpful and got back to me same day with results. Only down was when I called I was put in hold for a good minute. But I think staffing is hard to come by in the medical world. So thats understandable!

I had a family member, a young lady, come in today. She was very sick, could not even drive herself to her appointment, and was going to be checked out for bronchitis and pneumonia. The man at the front desk today was increasingly short and rude. He asked for an insurance card and she stepped out to call our mother who told her that the card was in the system, he snapped at her. He said, ‘I’m going to explain this only once, give me the physical card’. My sister had a panic attack and felt very uncomfortable for the rest of her visit. Our entire family works within Mercy, and this kind of care and attitude is unacceptable.

I was referred to Creve coeur facility by the chesterfield facility as chesterfield had no x-ray technician. The Dr indicated they had called ahead and there was a technician who would x-ray my injured ankle. When arriving at the Creve coeur location the individual behind the counter wasnt at all helpful and acted as if it was a chore to provide any care. Ultimately, there was none-ray technician on staff. Apparently, there is one who roams between facilities. In summary, $40 for nothing but rude behavior. I should note that the chesterfield personnel were very professional and courteous. The Creve Coeur personnel were not.

Today First off let me just say when I first walked in the door the lady that checked me in showed great customer service 10 out of 10. However when another lady checked my vitals was extremely rude then I’ve waited almost got there at 6:50 pm as time went by it was 7:40 pm they closed in 20 minutes. So I left and realized nurse practitioner and medical assistants was in a room avoiding the fact that they had patients. They was hoping that I left because they didn’t want to see anymore patients just horrible care on the medical staff and I won’t be back!

I took my 10 year old sick son here. They were all amazing and caring we were in and out with in a hour! Thanks Mercy urgent care!Update 4/24 My son was 10 the last time we were there hes 14 now. So he hasnt been feel well so we decided to return because our last time was amazing. Well this time was the total opposite. We got there and a young lady never greeted us or asked us why we were there. I had to explain the kisods was not working she abruptly got up like she was annoyed and said Ill check you in. She kept cutting me off then wanted to explain hippa to me . Im in shock and tell her I get it then she cuts me off again and say issuance card with a attitude. I tell her that his Dr is through mercy and her attitude was even more disgusting . The people behind her was shocked as well in her tone towards me. Amanda the xray tech was her name and I hope she gets a reminder that her behavior and tone is not expected. The Dr and Jeremy the ma was extremely kind. I won’t be back until she gone or get a course on health care interactions.

I normally don’t post reviews. But I am disappointed with the level of service. My family and I were very disappointed with the level of care that we receive. I totally understand that during this Covid season it is bit challenging for everyone….but the level of care that patients should receive is essential when providing services to the public. We visited the facility explain our request for testing due to travel and was notified by front desk that they were no longer excepting walk ins since it was after 4. The front desk rep explain if we visit early the following day we will be assisted. We visited early the following day and went to the front desk to explain our situation.. was told we will placed us on waiting list and go sit in our car. I was very disappointed in the way the staff and front desk representative responded to us when we trying to explain the situation of test due to travel for a funeral. We waited and was seen and the test completed and then receive results for my son and I. My son results could not be used. We have not receive results for my other parties and was told names for results were pull randomly. We had to cancel our flight which was very frustrating for us. Overall, in my profession I do my best each day to assist clients in the best way possible.I am very saddened and disappointed with the level of care that we receive at this facility and would not recommend.

I went to Mercy Urgent Care Creve Coeur on 7/31/2022 for what turned out to be a sprained ankle. When the physician/physician assistant came into the room to which I was assigned. he informed me that there was no X-Ray technician on duty and therefore they could not treat me. I was advised to go to another urgent care facility or hospital ER room. I left, and went to an urgent care center down the street where I was treated.Despite turning me away, my insurance company was billed for the visit, and I received bill for a $40 copay! I called them and explained why I should not be billed. This has happened 3 times, and I have been billed again (number 4), forcing me to file a written demand that the charges be reversed and my insurance company reimbursed.Being billed for services not rendered, and continuing to bill me after being advised that they did nothing but send me away, is inexcusable. There are numerous urgent care centers providing services I can go to. I will never go to Mercy Urgent Care again after this fiasco.

Your level of care honestly depends on who is the provider on duty. Dr. Pai, MD provided great care and recommended I come back if symptoms worsened. When they worsened, I went back and Stacia Smith, FNP hardly looked at my throat and said take ibuprofen and over the counter cough medicine. It was a weekend, so I begged for an ENT visit on Monday. Mind you my voice was gone and my throat pain was similar to when i had my tonsillectomy. The ENT got me in and said I had ulcerations on the back of my throat and immediately started me on steroids to help the healing. The only thing urgent care did for me was testing, which I could have done for cheaper elsewhere.

DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF u BLACK the nurse practitioner Stacia smith NEVER checked me out she had a student check me out when i asked for her to do it or another doctor for second opinion she said No. she literally leaned on the sink the entire time in the room with her hands in her pocket. My throat , lungs etc were inflamed and she basically was very rude and dismissive like i wasnt in pain because my strep test came back negative which doesnt mean im not in pain and she literally heard my cough that sounded like a bark cough. I asked her in a few days if i dont feel good and cant get a sooner appointment at my primary dr in a soon enough what day should i come back and why this lady tell me “dont come because we cant help you”.This the example we talk about being black and not being taken seriously in healthcare . They need to honestly reevaluate her because she is horrible. I watched her be so kind to this white lady who came in complaining of a chest cold/cough. Exactly why i say if i was the right color she would have took me more seriously because whats the difference.

I have to commend the team at this Urgent Care location - they have done a phenomenal job! My husband and I have had a few Covid tests here over the past two years but our most recent one inspired me to write this review. The compassion from this team is incredible. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor - theyre all so attentive, effective and kind. I have no idea how they keep everything so incredibly organized and keep their spirits up with the crowds coming in right now. Really thankful to have healthcare workers like them nearby. I have never been treated so badly. I went to this urgent care after being treated for chest congestion for a week and my symptoms worsened. The young lady at the desk said “we’re not going to be able to help you.” We can’t give you a breathing treatment and we don’t have a chamber ( I don’t have a clue what she was talking about). She proceeded to ask me what medications I was taking and took my oxygen levels and said my oxygen is fine. This is a conversation for the doctor not the person that checks you in. Oh did I mention I was the ONLY person waiting. She said she would have to ask the doctor and they were close enough I heard him say “I’ll have to listen to her lungs.” Now I’m not a doctor but even I know that needs to be done before the check in girl decides I need a breathing treatment. The doctor was kind and treated me. No troubles there. Because this is Mercy I didn’t bother reading these reviews before I went but I wish I had. It appears that nothing is being done about the bad behavior at this location.

I usually go to St. Lukes urgent care down Olive, but decided to give Mercy-go a chance because my doc is in-network.Front desk person was nice and attentive good thing it was empty because I has to answer personal info questions and discuss what was going right out in the open.I was having issues with my hands, but they dont have x-ray services...shouldve left but remained.Dr. Klutzz was okay, eye contact was virtually non-existent.Then, Jeremy comes in the room, I initiate speaking because he doesnt. Overall body language and interaction said he didnt want to be there. This was confirmed when I overheard him complaining if he didnt get a raise he was outta there.Oh, as he was leaving, he picked up an adminstered COVID test sitting in a tray.It wasnt mine and apparently positive. The doctor dismissed the results due to the amount of time that had passed, sounds logical. No discussion of any further actionThey tossed it and hopefully, the positive individual seeks care elsewhere. When i went into the room, I suspected that the white paper had not been changed on the observation chair. Apparently, this was correct. No one had cleaned the room since the last patient...YIKES!!This is not the same Mercy experience that I know. I will keep going to St. Lukes. This place needs an office manager, literally no one is in charge or really cares (except the front desk person). She is out of place. She did a good job and seemed to care. Her name stared with an A or E.My visit was on Friday 1/20 10ish

I wouldve normally left a 2 or 3 star review based on THIS visit. I have been to this location before and that is why I left a 4 star review.This visit was very disappointing. I came in as I hurt my foot and it was in major severe pain. I understand that the employees could not help me come inside from my car, as its a liability.Does this stop them from helping me to find an easier way to get from the front door to the front desk? From the front desk to the exam room, which was the first one? Again, I was in excruciating pain.Someone came in, clicked on the computer for a bit and then they brought in an x-ray machine. That was the last time I saw someone until the x-ray had been looked at. I was lucky that there was nothing broken.My instructions were to elevate with ice and take Tylenol and/or Ibuprofen. Then I was sent on my way.I had difficulty putting my sock and shoe back on. No one offered to even bring them up to my level or even to see if there was something that can be done to help.When I was leaving, there were tears in my eyes and I hopped, limped with almost falling, etc. just to get out the door. By this point, I was just happy to be leaving.I dont understand why there was not anyone who could try to ease the pain or try to find an easier way just to get to the door.Does this stop them from helping find a way to get me to the door on my way out? Is there NOT a wheelchair? I was in excruciating pain and it seems as if None of the employees actually cared. Not one employee even bothered to look my way or care about the amount of pain I was in.I was the only patient or there may have been 1 other.This was terribly disappointing.

I was traveling from out of state. Had no idea where to go get looked at for an ear infection. I’m so thankful I went here! The staff was all so nice and friendly. The service so was fast! They helped me find a pharmacy and gave me directions. I wish all urgent cares were like this one! If ever in the St Louis area and need something I would drive here.

Very bad experience. This clinic has a bald male staff who is the worst, rude and uses his position to cause trouble for others. We went in at 8:59, and he lied that their clinic was closed today. The actual reason was that we got in 30 seconds early. The front desk is a black woman with a very negative attitude and disrespect to the guests. There is only one white female doctor who is the only normal person here.

I booked a same day online save my spot appointment to get a covid test. The staff were very professional. kind and welcoming. The lobby was quiet and spacious (walk-in patients wait in their vehicles until they are called to be seen). The nurses I spoke with explained everything clearly. so that I knew what to expect. I was put at ease immediately, and because my insurance covered the rapid molecular test, I had my results within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the GoHealth Urgent Care in Creve Couer.

We had questions regarding COVID-19 rapid test at Creve Coeur location. David took our phone call and did an exceptional job helping us. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. For the answer he couldnt provide immediately, he took time to find out the answer and called us back. We want to thank David for excellent customer service he has provided. Even though this location is not the nearest one from where we live, we will be visiting this location and recommend this location to all our family and friends. ((UPDATE)) We visited Mercy-Go Urgent care in Creve Coeur last night and it was great! Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Its everything that urgent care should be. Walked in for a COVID test, in and out in less than 20min. Had to pay $75 for it, no problem, I did pay it.10 months later I received a bill for $260, called billing department to see what’s going on. They told me straight up that the $260 is for me walking into the building and the $75 was just for the Covid test.No words

I visited the creve coeur location on Friday because I had a fever. They tested me for COVID and it took 3 staff members to find the line on the COVID test that said I was positive.No one asked me if I had ever been positive previously. The answer would have been yes, back in mid June. The CDC guidance says you can continue to test positive up to 90 days, but that is GUIDANCE. That is not a hard and fast rule. Each persons body is different.On Saturday, I blew out a huge mucus clot and the fever immediately broke. I get sinus infections about every 2 years. And just like in the past when the mucus clot is out, my fever breaks.I went back to the same urgent care, explained everything and the staff does not believe they got this one wrong.Unfortunately this impacted my daughters school as I was on a field trip w/ her class on Thursday so I had to report my positive diagnosis. So now the parents of 120+ fifth graders are concerned for no reason. This is unfortunate.

Went in without an appointment for a Covid test. Was told to fill out the info on me and wait in the car as it could be about an hour. It was 15 minutes and then I came in and filled out the paperwork and was out of there in one hour. Very efficient very knowledgeable very professional.

This urgent care clinic is the best I have ever been to! The practitioners and providers are top-notch, and I feel so welcomed and cared for. I have been here 3 times now (yes, Im a bit accident prone), and I have always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Went for COVID test, was told that insurance wouldnt be billed since we opted for the rapid test and paid $75. Sat in a room, had a swab, and left. Total time 20 min, 15 of which were waiting for the swab results, never had vitals, no temp, no physical exam.2 weeks later, got a bill in the mail for $75, and my insurance was billed for a full clinical evaluation.I had to call and wait on hold for 30 min for billing to tell me it was an accident, however, Id have to call back in 2 days to confirm. My SO got a bill for $75 and insurance was also billed, I assume another mistake.Staff was nice, quick visit, place was clean, questionable billing practices.Update 4/5/2022: We received a letter stating that the $75 which was paid at the time of service and that I had already called about to report the erroneous bill and was told it was a mistake, was still due. Not only that, it wast sent to collections. Had to call them again, they said it was another error and it was being fixed, however still will not send confirmation that it was fixed. Not sure if I just need to pay this again, but I have a feeling that a 4th call to confirm it was indeed cleared is going to be needed. Very questionable billing practices and a lot of mistakes.Edit 8/30/2022As expected, the three times confirmed payment was sent to collections. I have never experienced such a terrible billing practice. I have called to resolve this 3 times and continue to get billed. Some one needs to address this. Will be sending to Better business as well.

I walked in for treatment and there was a blonde hair lady with thin eyebrows ( no shade just a description of what she looked like)sitting at the front desk. I told her what was wrong. I was TEARS!!!! The lady told me oh I dont want to waste your money you need to see your primary doctor. The doctor male behind her agreed and consigned what the lady said without even looking at me to see what my problem was. I was very discouraged at first that my pain was ignored but I ended up going to another urgent care who seen me and treated me. A problem I couldnt wait for treatment over a weekend. Without going into a long debate on here you cant ignore others pain just because you dont feel it.

Covid test $493.00!!! I checked the price before making an appointment for a covid test. I was told $75. I made an appointment, provided insurance card and paid my part ($75). Ten months later I am receiving a bill for $418.00, it also says I only paid $60. My MyMercy account proves I paid $75, which was the price they told me.They either didnt bill my insurance or did it incorrectly. (or just really screwed something up) COVID tests should not cost $493.00.Especially, when you call ahead and verify the price, and pay your part during the time of the covid test.Im looking at some of the other reviews. It looks like whoever was working there at this time must have screwed up a bunch peoples billing for covid tests. Im not the only one. :( Hopefully they figured out how to fix this. I have sent some emails. If the person who responds to these reviews sees mine, please tell me who to forward my emails to. Thanks.

Absolutely atrocious place. Both me and my fiancee went here for different reasons. I had horrible vertigo that I thought might be due to an ear infection, my fiancee had a URI and needed to be tested for COVID. First, the receptionist was incredibly rude. She verbally berates you in front of the entire clinic. She yelled at me because I dared go there when they only do COVID, strep, or flu. She gave the same speech to my fiancee. She refused to let me be seen. Secondly, they seem to have forgotten that TREATMENT is part of their duties. They test you for flu, COVID, and strep and then send you away. Do NOT ever go here. The receptionist will verbally berate you, give you her best diagnosis and decide if youre worthy to be seen, and then they dont even treat anyone, just test. Waste of time and money. Horrible experience.

I usually don’t do reviews for places at all, but I have to for this one. I had to go get a Influenza Test because I had the flu for past couple days. I scheduled an appointment on the phone, first of all, it was a women completely ignorant on the phone. (I’ve been going to mercy for years, never had an experience like that before) I get into the room, she asked me if I was wanting a covid test, I said no because I took one earlier and it said Negative. Then 4 other nurses and a doctor came into my room, trying to get me to take a covid test, and butchering me about getting vaccinated (for medical reasons it wouldn’t be great for me) . The nurse that did my test, didn’t even warn me before inserting it, and shoved it straight up my nose, and yelled at me said “Do you really want this done? Bc I don’t have to do this” and went into the other nostril and aggressively shoved it up my nose, my nose bled alittle bit. The doctor came in and asked if I was vaccinated, I said no bc of medical reasons, and he said “no wonder why your sick” . Like as a “medical PROFESSIONAL” you don’t ever talk to patients like that or treat them like that. I do not recommend going to this urgent care because it was insanely unprofessional and terrible experience here

I recently went on October 25th, me, my husband & son went to get tested for COVID-19. The physicians, doctors, receptionist, nurse & everyone working there on that day was extremely nice & pleasant. The young lady (not sure of her name) swabbed us all & did an outstanding job. Results came back quickly as Dr. Alywin Kluttz, MD explained. Me & my son had to travel unexpectedly & we went back a second time to the same facility. This time i received a text message saying there was a delay & to come in an hour after my scheduled time. There were another set of physicians there. It took longer than the first time for them to call me to the front desk for insurance information. I went into the room & sat there 20 mins waiting for someone to come to the room. I understand there were other people there which the long wait time was expected. The only thing i dislike was they weren’t gentle when it came to the Covid testing. When the gentleman tested me he went too far up my nose & held it inside for 30 seconds which caused my nose to bleed later on. They did not do that the first time we went, which i am thankful. I simple asked the guy not to be so harsh with my son who is a toddler. He stated he understood. He did the complete opposite of what i asked. He was so harsh that my son began to cry & scream. The gentleman had to bring in a female physician. She came in & told me i had to pin down my son for her to do the testing. I explain to both her & the gentleman this was not done just a week before. She was a little harsh as well but she was quick. She also gave my son snacks to calm him down which i am thankful for. His nose bled as well for a couple of days. I just felt this was a horrible experience. Afterwards Ryan Shaffer, FNP came in saying he had to sew up a little girls leg seeing that my son was right there still sniffing & crying. I felt that was unnecessary to say when coming in. He didn’t offer any advice or anything like the previous doctor did. I had to request for papers for seeing them(which i didn’t have to do before). He stated he would call us for the results which I’d rather have paper copy or online access. I just felt this was a a horrible experience the second time around.

The experience in the office was fine, just like any urgent care. My problem is that the billing department waited over a year to send me a bill for $484.00 for my visit in Dec 2018. I paid my $20 copay on the date of service that I was told I would owe, and now more than a year later I’m told I owe $484.00. I never would’ve been seen there if I knew it would be $484.00 to get a prescription for antibiotics for a sinus infection. It’s mind blowing and completely unaffordable.Mercy does all of their billing outside of the offices, so the person that actually tells you what you owe on that date of service is not the person who is sending you the bills. The office is zero help when you have a question with a bill, and you have to speak with a customer service representative at a centralized location, and that person just directs you to your insurance.Mercy needs to work on some billing routines, so patients aren’t shocked a year later by a completely unaffordable bill for an urgent care visit.

While the care I received was great, the billing process has been very poor. Mercy Urgent Care took my insurance information, and collected a copayment for me, but then never submitted the claims to my insurance. Instead, they have continually sent me a bill for the full amount. Ive called the Billing questions number several times to inquiry why they havent billed my insurance, but I never get an answer. Each time, they say this will be taken care of, and to ignore the bill, but it never does. This is really unacceptable.5/31/22 update - Nothing has been done to resolve this issue since I reported it 2 months ago! Ive sent follow up emails to Mercy-Go Health with no response from them, not even to my most recent update request sent on 5/19/22. My next step will be to post a BBB complaint, submit a complaint to the Missouri AG and DOI. At this point, I just cant recommend Mercy-Go Health because of the lack of concern shown to correct their own mistakes.

I went in with what I was sure was a sinus infection. Dr. Klutzz looked at my throat but not in my ears or nose. He never asked what meds I had been taking for it. He just prescribed an antihistamine nasal spray that just made my symptoms worse. I went to TAUC the next day and was diagnosed with 2 ear infections and a sinus infection. I was prescribed prednisone and antibiotics. This Mercy go health location should be investigated. I will never go there again.

I just walked into this urgent care for persistent pain in my stomach. The employee at the front desk had just gotten off of the phone and seemed overwhelmed when I walked in. Her response to a request to speak with a doctor was that they “can’t do anything about stomach pain” because it “doesn’t show on an X-ray.” I trust this statement is a fact but her sharp delivery and tone left me speechless. I was not necessarily coming in for an X-ray, but to get guidance on whether my pain warrants further testing or an emergency room visit, or possibly to get professional advice for at home care and rule out serious risk. I had major anxiety about coming in today because I am concerned about my health and was nervous in anticipation for what might be causing this. I did not expect to be turned away at an urgent care today.

I have regularly used the Mercy GoHealth Urgent Care for a few of years. This past weekend due to high volume I did a virtual visit with a nurse practitioner at the Cottleville location. She was very concerned and sent me to Creve Coeur straight away for an in person visit. After a short evaluation and a COVID test, I tested positive (I am fully vaccinated). Very satisfied yet again with my care!

DO NOT GO HERE! I never thought Id be complaining about service from a doctors office being too fast but in this offices case it is not a good thing. I went in with many symptoms that relate to many different illnesses. I stressed that I did not think it was covid and each day was getting worse and all the doctor did was test me for covid and send me on my way. I had to ask for a strep test because she wasnt going to test me for it.I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Then I waited 4 days for my covid results, I constantly checked the link they provided and when I called they said they had my results for 2 days already. Meanwhile Im missing work, getting sicker and have no idea whats wrong with me because the doctor did not do her job. Youre better off going to total access or anywhere else than here if getting better is what your goal is. Terrible excuse for a doctors office. There are no doctors here. Just nurses that test for covid and nothing else.

I explained I tested negative 2 at home and wanted to do a Covid PCR and wanted a flu test. He refused. So now I received a negative Covid PCR and still dont know if I have the flu.

I went to mercy go-health for some critical care test, and 10 days after no response I reached out and was told the lab equipment was not working. So I have samples that have been sitting for 10 days untouched!!!!! Not only did they not ask for the test to be sent to a different lab they did not bother to reach out to me. I asked for the number to their compliance department and was told no one knows it!!!!! I would not advise anyone to go there.

Scheduled a Covid-19 test for this afternoon online. Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and they called me in 1 minute after my appointment time (so that was good). Then they said they didnt take my insurance (little company called Blue Cross / Blue Shield) which confused me because I have used Mercy for years with my same insurance. Guy tells that GoHealth is actually not the same as Mercy (what?!?!) and I can call my insurance to see if they in fact do take it. Of course it is a Sunday so after wasting 10 minutes unsuccessfully trying to reach someone with my insurance company I decide to just pay for the test and get it done. I wait other 10 minutes for him to become available again at which point I overhear a walk-in customer ask a different worker if they are doing Covid-19 tests and is told that THEY DONT HAVE ANY AVAILABLE TESTS!!!! When I then ask then my guy why didnt he tell me they dont even have any tests available he looks surprised and responds WELL YOU NEVER ASKED ME SIR. This idiot was 100% correct, I in fact never asked him if they ACTUALLY HAD THE TEST for which Id scheduled my appointment and we debated whether my insurance would cover or I needed to pay out of pocket. Thanks for wasting my time. FYI that since I left your incompetent operation Ive learned that Total Urgent Care just down the road takes my insurance, scheduled me an appointment (I can track my wait status in line on my phone) and guess what they actually have...TESTS!!!!!!!! Also if they happen to run out of tests - they confirmed theyd call and let me know - how crazy is that.

My experience from January 2021. I went in to this Mercy GoHealth Urgent Care, as a walk-in. I had insurance through my employer, called the insurance. they stated there would be no-out of pocket cost nor co-pays for covid-19 testing if I went to this in-network location. Back in January 2021, nothing on their website stated anything about co-pays (they have updated since I see, mostly likely due to confusion). When I got there the person at the front desk was adamant that regardless of what my insurance said they needed a $75 co-pay. Lo and behold, I paid cause I definitely did not want to get the other members of my family sick. The one star is for the great service of the actual covid-19 test, they were quick and efficient. Post covid-19 testing visit, I received another bill, on top of the $75 in-person co-pay for a covid-19 testing. It is now April 2021 and I am still talking to my insurance/Mercy Go Health UC on this co-pay and billing issue. I recommend calling your insurance before coming here. Also, no need to call here about billing because they seem too busy to answer, recommend calling the Mercy GoHealth UC phone number.

Back in December, I took my son to get a strep test and meds because he had a high fever. I get a bill 9 months later for $300. This urgent care was in network and I do have insurance. I later found out that they are using the hospital as their tax ID so they are billing under the ER, even though they are advertised as an urgent care, which implies it should be less than $300 for a strep test. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I will never return there because they are price gouging people for basic medical care.

We went in there cause my daughter was having tightness in her chest and coughing really bad. She was having trouble breathing. We went about a week ago to Walgreens and they said flu but she never showed any signs of that . When Dr. came in to see her he refused to listen to her tell him what she had going on. He refused to even look at her. Told her you have flu and to leave. He was so rude and all she was trying to tell him that something was not right. Had to go to another urgent care and they tested her no flu. Did an x-ray she has really bad bronchitis starting to turn into pneumonia. Had to give her breathing treatments and steroids. Plus inhaler and antibiotics. Stay away from this place.

They told to go to the hospital, after all.the women looked disgusted at the fact they may have to give stitches. When I called my insurance company to inquire about it they told me that these urgent cares are connected with the hospital so they are billing like an ER which is significantly more expensive.
