God blessed me and my husband when he brought us to Fertility Partnership. Dr. Simckes is amazing. Fertility Partnership was our 3rd clinic, forth round of IVF, and our last hope. We initially went for ovarian PRP to improve egg quality, but after meeting Dr. Simckes and his staff, we knew we had to change fully to his clinic. He is the most genuine and caring doctor I have ever had. He helped us bring home twins in June 2023 after our fall 2022 cycle as well as hope for future babies as well. Seeing his pure joy and happiness in having helped us bring babies home is unparalleled. I cannot thank Dr. Simckes enough.

We started out at a clinic in Chesterfield, MO. The staff at our first clinic were nice enough, but it never seemed genuine. The communication lacked and it just seemed like we were just another infertile couple. After one failed IUI cycle, we decided to just go to IVF.We were going to contact our first clinic when something told me to, once again, search IVF clinics near me. I must have searched those same words hundreds of times, but this time Fertility Partnership popped up advertising a much lower price than our first clinic.Upon my first visit to Fertility Partnership, I knew it was where we were meant to be. The staff was polite and kind. They were genuine. I could tell they wanted us to have a baby. They were rooting for us! They informed us of everything from start to finish. Dr. Simckes performs all of the ultrasounds, procedures, etc. He has amazing bedside manner and is confident in his abilities. Deanna, our IVF coordinator, is so incredibly sweet. She kept us informed and prepared. We just completed our IVF cycle and we are so happy we found Fertility Partnership. I could not recommend this clinic enough! Truly the best decision we have ever made.UPDATE: I gave birth to the most precious baby in October 2023 💗

Lets just start with Kelsey being the absolute most amazing person ever!! She was very warm, welcoming and personable!! Shes very responsive and honest and we appreciated this. Upon meetingg Dr. S. we were relieved. He was very honest and open about every aspect of infertility. He provided options and allowed us to make decisions with his help of course. The entire team is amazing and attentive. We are so glad we made the decision to move forward with Fertility Partnership!!

Please choose this clinic, you will not be disappointed! We transferred from another large clinic for a more personalized approach. Everyone has been great! I love that everyone gets assigned their own personal coordinator to contact at any time during the process. No nonsense billing department. Looking forward to our care here! I struggled with infertility for over 7 years. We saw multiple doctors, in multiple states. I had sooooo many surgeries, we had done every procedure u could think of, and endured more treatments than I even care to count. We had gone thru lots and lots of loss, miscarriage, failed IVF rounds, rounds with no embryos made, and an amount of heart ache that is truly hard to put into words. Infertility wrecked extreme havoc on my body and soul. We spent an unbelievable ammount of money and sacrificed so much to continue treatments. We were desperate and frustrated when a friend recommended a new and affordable doctor. We had been thru 5 rounds of IVF at that time and I honestly didnt know how much more I had in me. Thanks to Dr. Smickes my experience was so much better than before and we would go on to do two more rounds of IVF. Yes, you read that right, 7 in total, and with that expeience there is someone very special who changed everything for us, that man was Dr. Elan Simckes. He was the one and only Dr. to get the job done! At our first consult he sat down and listend to me. Truly listend. He made me feel like a person and that I mattered. He wanted to know my thoughts and feelings as I had been thru quite the journey and a slew of other doctors before him. He was different than the rest. He was warm. He was funny. He truly cared. He took on my case as a challenge that he was going to solve. I was not just another patient or a number to him. He took time, lots of time to talk to me. I had full access to him and his staff at all times thru text, and this support was like no other practice! He was really in this with me. He was willing to try unconventional things and would stop at nothing to figure out my case. He wanted me to get pregnant almost as much as I wanted it and he reassured me he wouldnt give up on my case. Prior to seeing him, deep inside me, I kept feeling my medical staff was missing something, and they were. They were missing a HUGE piece of my puzzle. These were specialists, doctors from out of state, one being the guru of infertility himself out in Colorado, and one completed their residency at Harvard. So why is this important?? Well both of these specialist missed what was really stopping us from getting and staying pregnant. We did a re-current loss panel, a simple blood test, with Dr. Simckes. This test changed EVERYTHING for us! Dr. Simckes doing this test turned out to be the biggest blessing to our lives. I feel so incredibly grateful to have been his patient. He was totally, completely, 1000% in the trenches with us. I cant say enough great things about this doctor. The test revealed I had a few blood disorders that would need special care in order for me to stay pregnant. So, we gave it one more shot and with our new treatment plan, we were finally successful. We now have a beautiful, healthy 4 month old baby girl. Dr. Simckes and his team at Fertity Partnership changed our lives and we will forever be grateful. I would highly recommend him and his practice to anyone, thanks to them we have our miracle baby! Dr. Simckes is truly an incredible man and we r so thankful for him!

I have been going to Dr. Simckes since about 2016. He and his staff are and has always been a delight to work with. After a lot of testing on both me and my husband, a few failed IUIs, a failed IVF we didnt give up hope. He blessed us with our first-born son in October of 2019 and we just started going back in June to see if we could have another bundle of joy! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks where we went!!!!!!!

SIMCKES 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I have always had irregular cycles and it literally took him 3 months to get my cycles on track, and 4 months later they vanished when the TWO LINES APPEARED. My husband and I had been together 7 years, no children then boom: the best blessing 🙌🏽We would have never imagined becoming parents so quickly, if at all without this team caring, and checking up with us. Dr.Simckes has been amazing! Hes understanding and listens to all of my concerns and questions. He tells it how it is and I appreciate that so Im not waisting my time or money. We are currently still trying to get pregnant but I have hope and faith this is the exact place I need to be for that to happen 🥰Update: Im pregnant! 🥰 our second round of ivf worked!

After losing our precious baby boy in 2022, we took time to heal and do our research on what fertility clinic would be best for us. We are sooo thankful to have found Fertility Partnership. There inovcell process was such a neat experience .No fertility journey is easy for anyone, but Deanna and Dr. Simckes did a great job at reassuring us we were in the right place. Everyone apart of his team treated us so well and with great understanding. While it was a very affordable option, it was more about the time and care. Dr. Simckes has a way of being able to tell you what you need to know, without shaming your lack of knowledge . We truly appreciate Deanna , she is so sweet and never left an email, call or text unanswered. and believe me, I had a lot of questions often 😂. We are currently pregnant and cannot wait to further share our success story with them.

It was seriously fate when I stumbled across Fertility Partnership. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Simckes and ALL of his staff. Had our first appt yesterday and it was an absolute pleasure! The girls in the office are so sweet!! Dr. Simckes is super easy to get along with, very down to earth and easy to talk to!! Even though it was only our first appt, I cant imagine doing this with anyone else! Im very excited to start this journey with him!

Dr Simckes and his team are amazing! We are from KC and it was going to take us 6 months to even have a Zoom consultation with a place in KC. We were able to get in within weeks. Dr Simckes has so much knowledge and gives it to straight which we loved. Deanna is amazing!! She was so helpful and answered any questions we had. She is the absolute sweetest.

Dr. Simckes and his staff were exactly what we needed. They were incredibly kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and even brought some humor which really helped during this hard time in our lives. You can tell that they care about EACH ONE of their patients and really try to problem solve to see what treatment plan would be best for you, always going back and seeing if something could work better. Walking in that office is so warm and welcoming. Our case was tough, low ovarian reserve, 40y/o. They made sure we knew I may not be able to use my own eggs. But Dr. Simckes listened to us and what we wanted. Knowing that your Dr. is fighting for you and what you want is the best feeling! After 3 rounds of IVF and multiple PRP’s, we got our miracle! We can’t thank Dr. Simckes enough for everything that he has done. We thought this day would never come especially using my eggs. Thank you Dr. Simckes and team for all that you do!! We are grateful beyond words! They all went above and beyond! We didn’t want to know the gender right away, so when we were ready we brought in a card for them to check for us. When we went to open it, there was a blue heart for us under boy! A simple check mark would have worked, but the blue heart just made finding out beyond perfect!And thank you Deanna for being our rock in those early days when it was overwhelming and scary. You had to tell us bad news several times and were always so gentle in delivering the news. We couldn’t have done it without you either! Leaving the office on our last day was bitter sweet. We had our miracle, but saying goodbye was hard. You can never thank someone enough for making your dream come true ❤️❤️❤️

I could not be happier with my experience with this office. The women assigned as my IVF coordinators where amazing. I had their cell numbers so I could text them anytime of the day, and any day of the week. They were always very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had, and were so incredibly helpful and quick to solve any problems I had. I had a very stressful ride because of communication errors with my insurance, and then the pharmacy I needed to go through was under a cyber attack and couldnt process my insurance. My cycle was delayed because of this, but my girls were right there to pick things as ASAP! I had Jordyn Klein and Sydney Hough, but everyone in the office was wonderful to us as well!The waiting room is very large and spacious, with a very comfortable feel, and had a massage chair that my husband always was looking forward to sitting in when we got there.The Doc was very funny and very relaxed, I felt like he was extremely knowledgeable, but explained things to me in a way I understand, and I felt like I was talking to an actual person, being able to connect on a more personal level. I think it was the humor that got me!I want to thank these guys for everything they have done! Im so happy I had them to help my husband and I achieve something we couldnt on our own!

We have been customers of Dr. Simckes since 2016. With the help of his staff (personal favorite Dainelle), we went from being told we couldn’t have children to having four and god willing, more to come. We will never be able to repay what fertility partnership has given us!

After a 6 year struggle ,a horrible experience at Washington University, and a bit of a search, I found Doc.Simckes and his team and absolutely LOVED them! I will be recommending them to anyone having fertility issues! Deanna was an amazing coordinator, so very sweet! She helped me with any questions or concerns any time of the day or night! They were all so very kind and comforting throughout my IVF cycle! After 4 failed IUIS with Wash U, Doctor Simckes found a very large ovarian cysts that had been troubling me and was missed by my previous Doc. when my pain was disregarded. We got it taken care of and onto the IVF road! I am happy to say I am now pregnant with my little miracle! Im so grateful and thankful God led me to this anamzing team and for all they do! This place is where your dreams of parent hood can actually become a reality where what other doctors turn you away for does not matter ! They will find a way. The whole staff is a delight from reception to labs to finance and the best part for me was Sam my IVF coordinator she made me feel loved and cared for 1000% of the way. And Dr. Simckes is truly an angel sent from heaven to help us in every way possible he finds a way and makes you and your family feel like family and not some experiment or just another paycheck. I highly beyond recommend this place ! I am forever grateful!!!!

Dr Simckes has been such a blessing for my husband and I. We came in to his clinic after pushing our IVF journey off out of fear that there was no way this was going to work for us. He was straight forward with what he does and that he wasn’t looking to make money like a lot of other clinics, but rather get us pregnant. We started our journey and everything was so easy. Him and his staff were with us every step of the way. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We never have felt like we were a bother. We ended up with one, healthy little embryo. He knew this and had a protocol with anything and everything on it to ensure as much success as possible. We also did EMA/ALICE testing. Today, we left the clinic so grateful for him and his staff. Our sweet little Penelope is healthy and has a heartbeat, currently pregnant 6 weeks and 1 day. If you’re looking to start your infertility journey I can’t recommend the team at Fertility Partnership enough. I have never seen a Doctor who is so passionate about what he does.

We are forever grateful for the staff at Fertility Partnership. We came to their clinic in July 2022 to figure out how we can become parents. When we came to Fertility Partnership, we were greeted with kindness and patience. Dr. Simckes works very closely with every patient to ensure they are receiving the best treatment and plan possible for a successful pregnancy. After egg retrieval, we ended up with 1 embryo and that is our daughter, who is now 3 months old.We 100% recommend going to this practice if you’re needing help with infertility or starting a family. The whole process (especially payments and $$) can be very confusing so make sure to pay very close attention to detail and keep thorough track of everything.

I HIGHLY recommend going to see Dr Simckes if you have experienced any type of infertility. I had 6 miscarriages and felt that I exhausted all options and the last result was to try IVF. We were scheduled to start the process and got pregnant with my now 11 month old naturally. At first I thought it might be a setback and result in another loss but Dr Simckes and his team worked with me and started me on the supplements and medications they would typically use if wed done IVF. He also monitored my pregnancy with weekly ultrasounds and was really supportive through the whole process. Im now early on in a new pregnancy (naturally occurring) and Ive chose to see him throughout the early weeks of this pregnancy as well in hopes for the same result!

Where do I start from the time I called and made my appointment up into my consultation I’ve felt welcomed. When we started looking into infertility treatments we were looking for a place with good ratings, caring staff and Dr, and somewhere affordable. The moment we began seeing Dr. Simckes he immediately made us feel comfortable. Reassuring us, settling our nerves but also always telling us the truth. It was a long road but he was by our side the entire time. We had one child and are currently trying for one more from our only retrieval. I highly recommend Dr Simckes and Fertility Partnership bc he truly stand by his motto every couple deserves the chance to be parents. We are so thankful for him and his staff.

Dr. Simckes is an incredible doctor to work with. We first started under his care to keep my first pregnancy on track, and he was attentive and thorough even though I was already pregnant then. For our second, he worked with us to get pregnant using letrozole, and never pushed IVF as my firstborn is a successful letrozole baby too. He and his team were sympathetic, quick to respond to our questions, adjusted treatments based on my body’s response, and were just as excited as we were when we finally got that positive test! We hope to have more and I will certainly be calling them when we’re ready next time.

We have been to other fertility clinics and none have even came close to the wonderful experience weve had with Dr. Simckes, his nurses, and the rest of his staff. I have had the absolute BEST experience at FP with my coordinator, Samantha! She was the perfect match for us through this journey and when I had questions she answered them and she always did her best to make sure our wishes were being met. She is always smiling and just such a great support as we went through IVF. Now that we have 4 great embryos frozen- it’s time to transfer and I hope to share pictures of my baby with Samantha in the near future. Thanks again for such a great experience. My husband and I have had the absolute best experience with this clinic. From my IVF RN, Samantha, to Dr. Simckes they have all made the IVF journey smooth sailing. They even go the extra mile to provide information on discount programs to apply for to decrease pharmaceutical costs. They respond promptly to every and all questions I had throughout the process (which was an issue with our previous clinic).I specifically want to give a shout out to Samantha, our RN. I can not imagine going through this process without her being there for me and my husband every step of the way. We had initial consultations with a few different clinics in the area but decided to go with Fertility Partnership. Dr. Simckes doesn’t sugar coat anything, but he really cares about you and your family. He is brilliant. The IVF coordinators are amazing. We had Deanna and she was SO responsive and answered every silly question I had. Sam is the other IVF coordinator and she was great too. It was so nice to be able to text them with questions instead of using a patient portal that most nurses only read once a day. Everyone is great! Anesthesia was awesome and the embryologists keep you updated on your embryos and they’re so nice and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Fertility partnership will always have a special place in my heart. I can’t say good things enough, I absolutely love Dr. Simckes and his entire team. He is uplifting, confident, funny, and extremely good at his job. He is positive and just brilliant. The nurses are also wonderful, and caring, and always willing to answer any questions any day or time. We did our first IVF and are now enjoying life with our beautiful girl, and recently did our 2nd IVF through surrogacy and now our baby boy on the way. Dr. Simckes and his team have helped making our dreams come true and for that we will be forever thankful!

Fertility partnership is a place you go to and feel accepted. They don’t look at you like your just another patient, when you walk through those doors you are family! I have had the pleasure of working with so many of them over the last few years! They will answer all your questions no matter what time of day it is. I’m glad I came to them when my husband and I were struggling to conceive. Sam is the best IVF coordinator I have had! She is there for you no matter what!! Dr. Simckes well there is so much I could say about him but he is seriously the best doctor around! He comes in the room and can instantly have smiles and laughs filling the room! Dr. Simckes and his team were nothing short of amazing. I never felt uncomfortable or lost in the process of IVF, which I believe the office atmosphere and the open and direct line of communication with each of my coordinators was the reason for this. I have had a successful pregnancy in 2020 with them. And currently 40 and just had my best round of ivf with the most embryos then before. Im currently in my 2 week wait. However I just want to say I trust dr simckes with all my fertility needs the man knows what he is doing is amazing. And as for the staff its not normal to have a coordinator with a phone for you to reach them 24/7. This process is so stressful stressful and hard. And Deanna who is the coordinator makes the process so much less stressful and she truly listens to you and has so much compassion for us all. She was always so fast to return my texts. I was so nervous to start our fertility journey! After meeting with Dr. Simckes and our IVF coordinator Sam Scotti, I felt so much better about our situation! I was able to reach out with questions and concerns at any point in time and always received a response from Samantha! Our process went by fairly quick. This was not the only fertility clinic we have been to. This is our 4th clinic and immediately I knew this was where I wanted to be. You are more than just a patient. You are one on one with the doctor. They dont give you the run around. They dont send you to 5 other departments. When its your appointment, its your appointment. You wont be rushed. They are so fantastic. This is where to go. You will get every bit of help possible.

Fertility Partnership is amazing! My IVF coordinator was Samantha and she was seriously the best. Always available if I had questions or concerns! FP never made me feel like just a number. Absolutely LOVED this office, Dr Simckes, and his amazing staff. I had previous experience with other clinics that treated me like a business and were very cold. The entire office staff genuinely cares about your journey and understands if you have made it to IVF, your journey has not been smooth thus far, but they are compassionate and enthusiastic about helping you on your journey.

I am currently still in the process of treatment, however, It is time for me to be moved to a FET coordinator. While I am excited about moving along I am sad to leave Deanna behind. Deanna has been wonderful during the first steps of my treatment. With the amount of anxiety I have it was very crucial to be placed under the care of someone compassionate, understanding, and well versed in their roll. Deanna was that and so much more. I cannot say enough great things about her. While I love all of the staff there and have been having a wonderful experience, Deanna really deserves all of the props at this time. I have never felt so comfortable with a medical worker before that I could actually text asking ridiculous questions and not be made to feel incompetent. I highly recommend Fertility Partnership, Dr. Simckes, his staff, and 100% without a doubt Deanna Burnette!! You Rock!

We are a physician-nurse couple, who are on our second FP baby, and highly recommend Dr. Simckes. The staff is friendly, responsive, and accommodating. His prices are also far more reasonable than other clinics we looked at. We enjoyed the ability of always knowing who we we would be seeing, which you don’t get with multi-provider groups. We were very thankful that our transfers worked the first time for both babies. Most of all, Dr. Simckes cares about his patients and appreciates the fact that his patients know their bodies and the patient-provider relationship should be a collaboration. Highly recommend!

I and my husband are extremely so excited to have met Dr Simckes and his entire team. We have been trying to conceive for almost 10 years but it was not possible until we met him and he revived our hope, the price is so good compared to others who are ready to make you go bankrupt, the care is definitely wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr. Simckes since February 2021. After a year of trying on our own, then another year of trying with the help of our OB, we found Fertility Partnership.Although we have not yet gotten our chance at being parents, Dr. Simckes has done what other doctors could not and we were able to get pregnant on 2 separate occasions.Now, although we are looking into a more in-depth diagnosis of recurrent miscarriage along with PCOS, I have complete faith in Dr. Simckes. I would not put my trust in anyone else.Dr. Simckes made us a priority. Making himself available to us when needed on nights or weekends.As a person with medical anxiety, Dr. Simckes is reassuring yet honest- which is exactly what I needed.He, along with his staff are the most personable professionals I have ever dealt with in a hospital setting. They truly do make you comfortable/ welcome.Dr. Simckes is amazing, but he couldn’t do it without his team.Erica has been our IUI/COI coordinator since we first began at this office.I wouldn’t be able to continue such an emotionally/ physically draining process without her.Just like Dr. Simckes, Erica will always tell me information in a straight forward way- while being empathetic towards my emotions at the same time.When we first started, we were given Erica’s cellphone number to text with questions/ updates. This makes a huge impact on the ease of communication as I rarely have to call into the office, however when I do- Sara or Ladasha have always been extremely helpful and kind.Fertility partnership is truly like a family to us, and we can’t wait for the family they help us build.My husband and I both could not recommend a better clinic to go to.

I cant say enough good things about here. First off, my first consult was over an hour, and I felt heard and the doctors humor immediately drew me in. I also have to stress how wonderful it was to have Deanna a text away if I had any concerns or questions. No waiting hours after messaging a portal, or waiting for an on call nurse to call you back when its 9pm and you accidently gave yourself too low of a dose of meds. :D I truly believe everyone in this offices cares about their patients as people, and I am so happy I go here!!

While I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, I’m so thankful that there are people like Dr. Simckes and his team out there to help navigate the possibilities. Deanna was an amazing coordinator: responsive via text message, kind, caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Simckes and his staff were excellent. We came from out of state for the Platelet Rich Plasma Ovarian Rejuvenation treatment. They were very accommodating about scheduling and during our treatment, they were considerate and professional. Dr. Simckes was different to other doctors we’ve had in that he really took time to get to know us, to address our specific situation and our concerns, and to layout our options. He even offered to contact our doctor back home to keep him in the loop. Overall, we had a great experience. We highly recommend Dr. Simckes and Fertility Partnership.

Dr Simckes is an amazing guy with wonderful bedside manners. So I came to him at 39years old in 2015, my tubes had been tide and burned for 17years. He did a tubal reversal on me May 2015. I didnt conceive immediately, because my husband was out of the country. He returned December 2015 and February 2016 I was pregnant. Dr. Simckes changed my life. Also his staff was amazing.

Dr. Simckes and his staff are so compassionate and do amazing work. I truly think Dr. Simckes sees this work as a calling. I came to him after my previous fertility doc gave up on me and treated me horribly due to my weight. Dr. Simckes was so positive and supportive. Despite my DOR and previous losses, we had success with our very first transfer and I am currently 15 weeks with our miracle baby. I will never stop being grateful to him and his amazing staff for getting us here. We will definitely be going back for baby # 2 when we are ready. I highly recommend them.

Id wish I could give Dr. Smickes 5 stars as this is the second time I have visited him. He gave me my beautiful twins back in 2019 and I am currently pregnant with our daughter. Does Dr. Smickes know what he is doing? 100 % ! However my 2nd time was not the greatest experience. Id felt like I was just a number to him. Every time I went to my appointments it was so rush that I would never get a chance to get a word in. Not even a chance to ask any questions. He never remembered who I was so had to explain our situation every time. My first time (2019) Id always felt safe and knew we were making the right decision. Even the staff was different the 2nd time around. Danielle, the FET coordinator seem to not enjoy her job. Never smiles and made me feel like I can not ask her a question because she would look at me like Im dumb. Then comes the famous Amy. The office manager. Amy never returns any emails. Both times I had issues with her. Both times she quoted me wrong on what I would be charged and I would have to come up with more money. Then once we were done with all of our appointments she continued to charged me for my frozen embryo storage which I donated to them for classes (signed all the paperwork and sent over to her). She finally emailed me even saying I have a zero balance, but yet now I am getting the same invoices threating to send me over to collections. Now, I do not want my review to get you to not use this clinic because like I said Dr. Smicke does know what he is doing and gave me my amazing family. I am just saying to be careful of while being there. Check your invoices and know you will not get a call or email back from the office manager. If you are going through IVF you will be in good hands working with Jenny. She was amazing our first time around and even 2 years later she remembered who I was and my husband.

I cannot express how AMAZING Dr. Simckes is. He made us feel very comfortable and confident to start our IVF journey after suffering a terrible second trimester pregnancy loss.I was looking for recommendations for a new fertility doctor and read many good reviews about Fertility Partnerships. We had visited other clinics before making our decision.The doctor was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and easy to talk too. I knew right after we got off the phone he was the right doctor for us. We scheduled our in person meeting the following week. We connected with him right away.Dr. Simckes truly cares about his patients and get to know them on a personal level. He makes his patients health and well-being top priority. Before starting treatment, he let me know I had a high risk of developing OHSS and his main focus was to keep that from happening and he did.His nurse, Denise, is fabulous and helped me every step of the way. I was a nervous wreck but she always made herself available to answer any questions. We had a very successful egg retrieval and Ryan, the Embryologist, kept us informed on how our embryos were doing.Dr. Simckes personality, knowledge, and experience makes him hands down the BEST doctor I’ve ever had. Finally a doctor that treats you like a person and not just a number.I highly recommend Dr. Simckes and his team. I drive from Indiana (4.5 hours each way) to see him because he is the best!!

My husband and I tried for 17 years to have a baby. As a last ditch effort we came to the Fertility Partnership to see Dr. Simckes. He arranged for us to recieve donated embryos, and we transferred one. IT WORKED! We now have a beautiful baby, and are trying one more time with this clinic.

After 3 years of trying to convince, we decided it was time to see a fertility doctor, and we found Dr. Simckes at fertility partnership. He diagnosed me with endometriosis, pre-diabetic, high prolactin, and my husband with low morphology. Dr. Simckes recommend surgery for the endo. We were able to have the surgery on November 30th, 2022, where I found out I had partially blocked tubes and stage two, endometriosis. Thankfully, Dr. Simckes was able to clear everything up during surgery.March 4th, we took a pregnancy test, and it was POSITIVE! We couldnt be happier! Immediately went to Fertility Partnership for blood draws, the first one HCG and progesterone looked great. However, the second one, my progesterone levels dropped. Immediately, I was started on progesterone shots nightly. Its been a journey, and we couldnt be happier to be welcoming our little one into the world in November 2023. Dr. Simckes was unbelievable in getting my wife and I pregnant with his expertise in IVF. We were successful after doing our first frozen transfer!! We are so happy!! He’s not like a typical doctor. He actually takes the time to connect with his patients on a personal level. Very very highly recommended!!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Simckes a couple weeks ago and I was so nervous! As soon as he walked into the door, he instantly made me feel so comfortable. The Fertility Partnership made our little miracle happen! As I sit here 35 weeks pregnant, my wife and I thank Dr. Simckes and his team each and every day. From the minute we started our journey they were comforting, patient, accepting and caring. They made sure my body was healthy and ready to carry a baby by putting me on a regimen of vitamins and small doses of medication to get my blood sugars and pressure right which is great if you have underlying issues you were unaware of. I just want to say, Dr Simckes and especially his nurse DEANNA are absolutely the best, we recently did our first cycle (hopefully our only) and during the whole process, we felt so well taken care of and they were extremely personal and caring throughout the whole process. Dr. Simckes is amazing. I had 2 successful transfers. Dr. Simckes is great at what he does and his team is amazing. I cannot recommend enough.

We went in having expectations of not being able to have our own babies. Doc took such wonderful care of us, we now have some hope of being able to have our own. First IVF cycle in June. He took the time to listen and explain what was going on and made us feel comfortable. Erica there is beyond wonderful, we couldn’t ask for a better team. Fertility Partnership has made us feel like there is some hope in this journey. We couldn’t appreciate them more.

We lost our 4 month old baby to SIDS in 2020. Our only hope of getting pregnant again was to try IVF. We had never had any problems with getting pregnant previously. After multiple attempts with traditional IVF and failures Dr Simckes (AMAZING I might add) suggested trying PRP. After 3 cycles of PRP I am now 24 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy. I give all Glory to God and to my OB Dr Pam Evans for leading me to Dr. Simckes and Fertility Partnership.

Fertility Partnership is an amazing place to receive top notch infertility care. They are truly committed and compassionate about helping us create a baby. We are incredibly blessed for Dr. Simckes and his AMAZING staff. They made the infertility journey less scary and hopeful.

Dr. Simckes and Samantha are awesome! They have made this entire process feel easy. I had a coordinator Samantha assigned to me that I could text or call if I had any questions. She was always super sweet and helpful. Dr. Simckes always makes an awkward or uncomfortable situation funny. And tries to keep cost down any which way he can. We qualified for invocell. Which took way less time and way less money. But we’re crazy successful because of him. We can’t thank his team enough for everything they have done. Our transfer was Thursday. And we were able to freeze a total of 6 very good quality eggs. This was huge for me after the diagnosis of endometriosis and pcos. Both my Fallopian tubes were both unusable. He and his team are the best!!!

*** UPDATE: Our first IVF transfer has failed, but that doesnt change the way I feel about my experience at Fertility Partnership.I dont know that I should have bothered with the PRP treatment at my age (41). My baseline AFC for the IVF cycle was about 1/2 what is was 3 months earlier when I had the procedure. I did have COVID about 1 month before my egg retrieval and I think that may have set me back from all the progress I had made through diet, exercise and supplements - and not necessarily PRP. Dr. S was very transparent that PRP is experimental. Our IVF Coordinator Deanna has been amazing. She communicates instructions very clearly, is available for questions via texting and makes you feel cared for during office visits. We will likely be trying again at Fertility Partnership.***I had my first appointment and a PRP treatment at Fertility Partnership recently and had a completely wonderful experience with the Dr. and all of the staff. It was a 180 degree difference than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. They genuinely care about helping you. It’s such a gift when you find a medical establishment that treats the whole person. They made no promises about this experimental treatment and they also gave us a lot of hope about our specific situation. And we had some laughs! We will be commuting the 4 hours to continue treatment with Fertility Partnership as there is no experience like it in our city.

After a few failed IVF cycles in Florida (all abnormal embryos) we decided to give Fertility Partnership a try. We met Dr Simckes and his staff and totally fell in love. Erica is amazing! and the doctor is so sweet, caring, down to earth and very truthful. I did a round of PRP in November and will be returning for 2 more treatments and following it with IVF. Their prices are unheard of. We have spent so much money trying to conceive a child for the last year with 3 IVFs at $30k a piece. Wish I had taken the plunge and came to this place long time ago. Praying for a miracle and I feel Dr. Simckess along with God will make this happen.

Family after family he helped to conceive approached his booth to say hi and share a bit of their own stories. We had previously been going to a different fertility dr., but our conversation with dr. Simckes was the first time that we had truly felt seen or heard in our fertility journey. He and his staff genuinely care about your individual needs and make no short cuts to make sure you’re given your best shot at growing your family. At our first appointment, we were welcomed with staff wearing love is love shirts and instantly we had a sigh of relief. Deanna was there to ease the nerves, to make us laugh, and to calm the storm when things felt overwhelming. I’m a big believer in universal signs- that sometimes you happen to be at the right place at the right time and all the stars align to bring you what you need. In that moment, my wife and I needed hope. It’s crazy to think had we walked down a different street at a different time, we might not have found it. But we’re so thankful that we did!

I cant adequately express in words how wonderful Dr. Simckes and his staff are. We visited several fertility clinics prior to choosing this one, so I feel I have a pretty good sample to compare to, and Dr Simckes is truly a unique, brilliant and dedicated soul. He and his staff treated us like real people, (with hopes, dreams, fears, and concerns) not just a number in a cycle. We had a lot of obstacles in our way, but with his and his staffs, help, support, knowledge and guidance, I am happy to say we are expecting our miracle baby in Sept. We couldnt have done it would out them, and are so grateful.

Love Dr Simckes and how he genuinely cares about his patients. The fact that he does his own ultrasounds and I get to see him every visit is top notch care and something no other Fertility doctor does in the area. Highly recommend him to anyone!

I’ve had one successful IVF with this doctor and about to start my second. Dr Simkes is a great doctor. He has a fun and friendly bedside Manner and his humor made me feel much more at ease. The facility explained everything in detail on how the process worked and were there to answer questions every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them for fertility treatments!

Dr. Simckes was amazing. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable as he is a very down to earth doctor. He will tell you everything you need and has a great bedside manor with cracking jokes and just the way he carries himself.We are both in our early 30s and went to him after years of not having any success. After all the tests were ran he was able to help both of us with medication and even performing an endometriosis surgery on my wife. Just a few months after the Endo surgery was done we were able to conceive naturally without having to do IVF. Dr. Simckes fought for us to fix our problems rather than just charge us for IVF like some other doctors we spoke too wanted.Afterwards we were able to get several ultrasounds and able to confirm a heartbeat before he handed my wifes pregnancy over to her normal OB.Cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Simckes.

I have gone to fertility partnership for about 2 years now. My health was poor and I have severe PCOS. Both factors worked against me when me and my husband decided to try to have a family. Dr. Simckes is one of a kind and really listens and levels with you with real answers. My wife is 40 years old and we had troubles conceiving. We went to Dr. Simckes because he was the most affordable IVF option. Fertility Partnership went above and beyond to help us. Our first IVF transfer was unsuccessful. My wife and I decided to roll the dice and try one more time. Dr. Simckes took a more aggressive approach for our second Hail Mary attempt. IT WORKED!!! My 40 year old wife and love of my life gave birth 3 weeks ago to a perfectly healthy little baby girl. Our family of 5 is now complete thanks to Fertility Partnership and Dr. Simckes. I still can’t believe it worked.

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Simckes. He made us feel so comfortable with a very sensitive issue (infertility) and we completely put our trust in him. During the process of IVF, Dr. Simckes and his staff were very positive and set realistic expectations. IVF is psychologically and physically draining, and Dr. Simckess approach shows he understands that and will do anything to make you feel comfortable. It was nice to have a Doctor that truly cared and showed such warmth and responsiveness.Dr. Simckes is not only an amazing specialist but also has a great bedside manner. His staff is supportive and very competent. I would send (and have) any close friends or family to him for care.

I was referred to Fertility Partnership by a friend when I found out I needed to do IVF. I have other friends who went elsewhere and I did some of my own research and heres what I know. Their fee is a lot lower than other facilities, but that means youre not going to get a fancy office with amenities. They keep their costs down and at times their billing is a little scatter brained, the coordinators are over-worked but great people Dr. Simckes is kind of a mad Scientist type, think Doc from Back to the Future. BUT I genuinely believe that he cares about his patients, wants you to have a baby and is successful at it. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that they have cycles going regularly so youre not waiting around for things to happen. Once you go in for a consultation, its off to the races. As long as you have patience, understand youre not a 5 star salon and why would you want to be - IVF is expensive enough, save yourself some money; be kind to the employees because this is also stressful on them - youll love it here. My husband and i live almost 4 hours away and Dr. Simckes always arrange stuff to make sure me and my husband were able to get down there and get what we needed done even stayed after to see us one time. The staff was amazing and helped us with everything even found a place close to us to get meds so we wont have to drive all the way down there. Highly recommend!! We had our baby girl and she is now 2 yrs old. Thanks to Dr. Simckes and his staff!!

I love everyone at this place!! From the girls that greet you when you first arrive to Amy who handles billing and also gives great hugs. My new bestie Denise lol but seriously Denise is amazing and will hold your hand through everything. Last but of course not least the myth the legend Dr. Simckes!! Seriously he has changed my life I showed up an over weight smoker with fertility issues. Fast forward a year later and I am smoke free down 50lbs and ready to start my IVF cycle in March.

Dr Simkes is effective as our conception was successful. The office staff however is frustrating and seem very incompetent. Our dealing with the office staff has been so horrible, we avoid this place as much as possible now. We dealt with them solely because of Dr Simkes high success rate. They tried on several occasions to bill us for procedures we didnt have. On one occasion they billed us AFTER we already paid. They gave wrong information to our OB/GYN. They told my wife they got her confused with another patient, on several occasions. I guess it was worth it, but we cant wait to totally cut ties with the office staff, we will never go back.

My wife and I are both in our early 30s and had been trying for a baby for 2 years before being referred by a friend to Dr. Simckes. We immediately felt very comfortable with his straight forward personality and educational approach. Throughout the process he listened to our concerns and shared his advice without pushing his own agenda. After our 3rd round of IUI I am happy to say that we are expecting our first child in November. We are forever grateful to Dr. Simckes and his staff for making this process as easy and straight forward as possible. If you are going through a similar experience we would highly recommend you meet with Dr. Simckes.

I absolutely love the staff here. The doctor has great bed side manners and the nurses are exceptional.I came from being treated poorly at MCRM fertility, where they treated me in a condescending manner. They wouldn’t return my phone calls and the overall communication was horrible.The doctor respects and understands my husband is a service connected vet and spoke to him in a a respectful way. Something MCRM did not do . The doctor is also a veteranI had PRP done at FP and I wish I would’ve used them for my first egg retrieval. My AMH went up and I got an embryo formed grade 4AA! I’m very pleased and happy with FP

I could not have a bad thing to say about Fertility Partnership! They go above and beyond for the couples they help! Me and my husband was so nervous even for a consultation. Well let me tell you we left that consultation with no nerves and all confidence in Doctor! He helped us come up with a plan to tackle our infertility! We got pregnant first round of IVF I delivered my baby boy Wednesday April 24,2019 a dream I never thought possible! Thank You Fertility Partnership!!!!!!

Ive gotta tell you, Dr. Simckes is great. If youre looking for a stuffy doctor who is just going to speak jargon to you, then this isnt the practice for you. If you want somebody who is energetic, down to earth, and has a great sense of humor, then I would suggest giving them a call. Dr. Simckes is anything but traditional or ordinary, and he gets the job done. I have a few friends who have seen him as well and had great results. Funny story... I actually went here for general OB services b/c I was having some issues and this office is ridiculously close to my work. I was not seeking help getting pregnant. HOWEVER- literally two weeks after I saw Dr. Simckes I got pregnant. We all joked when I came for my follow-up that hes so good he didnt even have to do anything and I got pregnant! I think those pregnancy vibes are just strong at Fertility Partnership!

If I could give 10 stars I would love it,Dr. Elan Simkes is a Great Human being an excellent Doctor, I was in several doctors in Texas, Missouri and Mexico and until today I found my favorite Dr. Simkes is a person who works by passion with reason and wisdom.Maybe many do not like its simplicity and its way of dealing because it is very simple, but those of us who are in treatment with it know that it is 100% recommended.Personally, I thank God for putting it into our lives and for making the impossible possible with the help of God and the work of his hands.Thanks to all your team work to each of the people who make this possible. I would be careful using this office. Notice all the red flags. Do you want a doctor that cares or a drinking buddy? This salesman has to sell himself by talking down about every other professional in the same field. Nurses go along and even encourage the lies. Im sure they have success, but think its more luck than anything.Also pretty sure 90% of these reviews are fake.This is a challenging time. Dont rust in on empty promises. You are just a paycheck to them. They make it very known once start questioning.

Docter Simckes is just the best fertility doctor on this planet, not only is his success rate through the roof its just fun being with him, he is funny yet super professional just an amazing guy. thank you so much for your fertility no one was able to treat us the way you have.

In the beginning everything was fine. Then we started getting to the billing. Nightmare!!!!! I have absolutely nothing good to say about Tami, the billing lady. She charged our deductible upfront, which she wasnt supposed to. She stated after we pay our deductible directly to her, everything will be covered 100% after that. We received bills on top of bills because she took the deductible and was sending over $60,000 in claims! Second, we decided to do an egg donor cycle. First they stated it wasnt covered by insurance, so we decided to do a shared cycle to split some of the cost. Literally a day before the cycle started, Tami called to tell us it was covered and we didnt have to do a shared cycle. This was a very emotional decision for us to decide. We had the choice to still donate and we did out of the goodness of our hearts. We were told we were the priority and the recipient was to get half of the eggs retrieved, any odd number, we would get more since I was the donor and I was the priority. Come to find out, they slipped up and mentioned in the exam room, out of the odd number of eggs retrieved, we got 8 and they got 10! My husband and I felt like we got taken advantage of because we had insurance coverage and could do the cycle again. Im sure that was their MONEY HUNGRY PLAN! Not to mention, we ran into our recipients more than 2x!!! Very awkward and uncomfortable.We finally had a successful cycle, which we are more than thankful for. This place left a bitter sweet taste. More bitter than sweet:(

Im a pretty critical person, I have high expectations and I was extremely cautious. There are not words to express the blessing that Dr. Simckes & Denise are. Their dedication, compassion, and hard work meant the world to us. We are so thankful for all they did and anxiously await the arrival of our baby after our successful IVF cycle! The McCloud Family

This place is amazing!! This has been a long process for my husband and I. They where always willing to help. Would call and check up if we hadn’t made and appearance in a while. When we had an issue they where very quick to help. I would recommend this place to anyone. The whole team is amazing. Thank you all so much for all the help. Can’t wait to show off our little one.

I have been patient for 8 years and still waiting for phone call back for more than 3 weeks about my frozen embryos. I knew office has been very busy and forget thing and mistaken before.My email address was sent back as well. This is how you make us keep paying storage fee by ignoring my call and voice mail? Postponing deadline?Then They call me only when they need money…sigh Very disappointed

We were referred to Fertility Partnership by our friends who did Ivf there and have two children now. Our doctor referred us to the University where we felt like cattle. We thought we needed to go there because we require PGS for embryos. They failed to get to Day 5 and then we listened to our friends and went to see Dr. Simckes. The staff at Fertility partnership made the whole experience so much more warm and caring. Now we have three normal embryos to put back in. Send us your prayers in May.

Dr. Simckes and his staff are an amazing group of people. They make an uncomfortable situation not so terrible. And Dr Simckes truly understands what my wife was going through and helped me as a man understand what she was going through emotionally.

Beware of this clinic!They will provide you services and charge you the day of for those services, then send you a duplicate bill in the mail for those exact same services!When asked for an itemized breakdown of services provided and paid for versus services on the new bill, the clinic will refuse to provide.

One of the best and affordable IVF Dr/clinic I have came across. I have been working with Dr. Simckes for some years now and I’m currently expecting my first child thanks to him! If you are thinking of doing ivf or looking for a new Ivf clinic you can stop your search and give Fertility Partnership a try.

I love his rawness. He doesnt sugarcoat anything he gives it to you straight. We traveled all the way from North Carolina to see him. Our last visit was our retrieval. We had too many eggs to do a fresh transfer. We go back in August. I would recommend Dr. Smickes to anyone trying to conceive.

We were told by multiple big-name doctors that we will never be able to have another baby. but fertility partnership said that there is a good chance and that they love the challenge and the opportunity to prove the other place wrong. we were skeptical at first. but we didnt have much to lose at this point, and amazingly Fertility Partnership has done the impossible! Had an appointment the end of March 2018 and have been waiting on test results ever since. I called multiple times and the excuse was that the doctor must have forgot to call. Extremely unprofessional! Now it’s the beginning of May and we still have no idea what our test results are that we have already paid for. We drove 3 hours to have an appointment there and my husband took a day off work. With all the time and money we have spent to find out nothing we definitely regret choosing this doctor.

This is a wonderful place to go! The best specialist I have ever been too. They were very welcoming and flexible after I had a bad experience with another DR. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and work with you. Very skilled in what they do. All the staff has been great to my husband and I!

Wish I could give zero stars. We decided to see this place several months ago. At first things seemed ok but after our first appointment things started to go down hill. We agreed originally to go with iui based on my medical history which was very minor pcos and no other known Fertility issues with my boyfriend and I. I would like to say I have a 7 year old daughter whom I had no trouble getting pregnant with and I’m only 28. We then received amh results that were drastically low from their office which then lead to the doctor telling us it was pretty much ivf or nothing and that we could do an iui but it more than likely be a waste. We ordered $500 worth of injection meds.Well at our next Appointment the doc wanted to do a saline sonogram so we agreed. This is where things went drastically wrong. He was very unprofessional.. He grabbed the catheter for the saline and inserted it well it was the wrong one and not hollow. He then takes it out and proceeds to grab another one and inserts it...it’s yet again the wrong one. He then starts cussing at the nurse and swings the door open yelling at someone to get him the proper equipment all while leaving the door wide open and me spread eagle facing the door for the whole world to see. As his nurse stands there and says nothing . Finally he gets the right one and proceeds. No apology or anything. We left the office that day and never went back. I was sooo nervous I may get an infection . Well about two months later we went to this amazing clinic run my registered nurses had monitoring done low dose of 50 mg clomid and an iui done. First try and pregnant immediately!! I don’t know what that doc office is trying to pull but I dont trust them with anything they did.

I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for fertility treatments. The office staff is so personable and professional. Dr Simckes genuinely cares about his patients and it shows.

I had my test done on 11/16/17 and they told me they would call me with my results in 10-12 business days. As of 12/6/17 I had not received a phone call from them. Following that I started calling every day asking to be told me results, and every day I was either put on hold with no return or just told someone would call me back. It is now 12/12/17 and I still have not received a phone call back. Apparently this clinic has only one doctor that is able to explain the results, and he is never around. I would not return to this clinic for any future tests or recommend it to anyone.

My wife already posted a full review but literally yes. Just yes. 😂😂 also if you accidentally send your groceries to their office instead of your house they will put them in the fridge for you till you come get them. Literally love this place like a second family to me now. Thank you Deanna!!!

I called last week to schedule PRP and now see they have raised their prices several hundred dollars. The woman I spoke to on the phone mentioned how women are coming from all over to get this procedure and now they are raising their prices and taking advantage of women desperate and vulnerable. I won’t be giving you my money for this very reason.

I was an egg donor, I was supposed to be anonymous. But this office sent me medical information for my Ips, including address, first and last name. and other information I wont disclose. About 6 months after the donation I requested information on egg count, was it successful etc. Because I was looking at donating again and the clinic refused me any medical records. I again requested them over a month ago. (because I am looking to donate again) and this time they have just blatantly ignored me. Phone, Email, website contact, fb. NO RESPONSE. after waiting for weeks. I posted a review on fb and they deleted it! Plenty of bad reviews and I know of 2 other cases that they accidentally sent private medical information to the wrong person. They just delete any bad reviews on fb. I want my medical records. You have my contact information!

I have a 10 year old son and want a 2nd child from the time he was 10 months old. When he was about 4 we started trying with no luck then after 3 years I was look online and came across Fertility Partnership after about 2-3 test we found out I had endometriosis which he cleaned out of my body and within a year-and-a-half I was pregnant with my second child which I have since had may 2016 he gave me a new alternative besides having IVF

The staff was great to work with and never let you feel alone through the entire process! I can’t say enough great things!!! I am going to miss all of the people but leaving happily pregnant!

Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Simckes! And before you do IVF do PRP!

Everyone is nice- doctor is funny- but hes too busy to serve repeat/unknown issue patients. Ive been going here for years with zero luck and after so many failed attempts Ive lost all faith in the doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Simckes and his amazing staff at Fertility Partnership! Dr. Simckes is amazing and truly cares for each and every one of his patients.
