After an uncomfortable experience getting blood drawn at my doctors office I was directed to Any LabTest Now for the draw. Upon entering the building I noticed that everything was very clean, organized, and inviting. I was greeted by an upbeat woman who welcomed me and checked me in. (Im so sad I didnt get her name.) She took me back to begin the draw with Alexander and I told them of my fear and what had happened at the doctors office. They both chatted with me giving me comfort and keeping my mind off of the impending needle that was headed my way. Both of them eased my fear and Alexander drew the blood without any pain at all. I was floored! Something that was usually horrific ended up being a nice little chat with two very kind and encouraging professionals. I appreciated them so very much. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now to anyone, especially those who may have a paralyzing fear of needles

One of the best experiences Ive had getting my blood drawn. Eme is a top-notch phlebotomist. The only reason I am not giving this place five stars is because I had to go back after my first draw and get another one because the lab that they sent it to messed up my results. But as far as the process and comfort level went it could not have been better top-notch service.

I use this facility two to three times a month for drug testing. They are great! I have never had any kind of issue with the services provided and have always been met with professionalism and courteous staff. They have went went out of their way to make sure that I was able to submit a test when I needed to by staying 6 minutes after closing, plus the time to sign me in and do the sample. I cannot say enough good about this place. If you need any kind of testing, as they offer all kinds of different available options this is the place to visit. Pricing is very reasonable, my experiences over the past year have been stellar and i commend them for their great service.

Drove an hour to get to my scheduled time after it was confirmed only to be told they wont be able to do my lab work today. Because they dont draw labs after a certain time. Would have been nice to know before making the drive. I even had to wait for confirmation.

I took my elderly sister in law to get Serum Tears. In the past with other clinics it was always a difficult process getting the blood. Alex was able to get 7 vials with one poke! In addition we paid half the price for a years supply of serum tears! We are incredibly grateful!

I highly recommend this place, and Rachel who was the person drawing my blood. I have a lot of issues with my veins, and Rachel was very kind to listen to me, and use different resources to do her job the best way possible! I have used Any Lab Test Now three times for lab work. Each visit the staff has been friendly, efficient, and done a great job drawing my blood. Last time Alex (Alexander at the South Jordan location) helped me. He made me feel comfortable and calm during my blood draw by starting small talk to keep my mind off of my blood being drawn. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and results were emailed to me the next day.I have telemedicine visits with my Dr who sends me a kit in the mail for lab work or I have independently checked my levels when not feeling well (tests that my Dr has been running every two months to see if my levels are rising) when my Dr was booked three weeks out. This allowed me to provide my lab results at my Dr appointment so we could have a conversation based from data to adjust my health plan. Appreciate Any Lab Test Now business model of allowing me to order my own test while I waited three weeks for my Dr appointment. Any Lab Test Now allows me to be the driver about my health vs tightly controlled that only a doctor can order tests for me. If I am curious if my levels are off, why can’t I have the right to independently check my own levels for my own knowledge - it’s my body, my health. Any Lab Test Now lets me do that.For awareness to those who are on a health journey, Lab Corp does not allow you to order your own labs, Lab Corp will not draw blood for the mailed kits from a Dr, and Lab Corp charges more (about $10 more per test for what my Dr has ordered) when compared to Any Lab Test Now. It is awesome that my Dr finds a way to save me money and gets creative to make telemedicine effective. I will continue to use and recommend Any Lab Test Now to family and friends.

She presented all of the options and services available at Any Lab Test Now, collected my blood sample, and provided easy instructions for how to view my results once received. I walked in the door at 4pm, and was out in less than 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the care Brooklyn provided and recommend this location to anyone in need of their services.

What a great option! I am currently enrolled in college to become a family nurse practitioner. My immunization records were difficult to find so I needed MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and Polio titers tested. I had the student titer II profile done and realized after the fact that the Polio titer was not included in that panel. I was able to get back in to have that drawn as well.I got my appointments very quickly and the staff were professional and friendly!

We had such a good experience here. We came in for a walk in appointment and they got us right in. The associate that took our blood was great at her job. Within 20 minutes both me and my husband were in and out of their office. We had a couple questions after the fact, and Dawn is always so sweet every time we call. Environment/office was very clean and well organized.Two things concerned me, labeling process for samples given. I prefer to see my name on the sample tubes/vials when used to take specimen.Second, hands of trainee. I understand they are learning but it wouldn’t hurt to inspect hygiene or glove up before touching a client.

Called for a test because it’s hard to get a script for testing with instacare. Walk-ins were welcomed and Mikey the phlebotomist was amazing. He quoted me the service total over the phone and explained when I’d get back my results. Baylee also answered my questions to my satisfaction and was very patient with me. I went to this place for a test, they say that the results arrive in 48 hours, 48 ​​hours passed, the results did not arrive, I had to call to ask and they told me that they had already arrived but they never sent my results, I had to call to insist that they send them, why do I have to call to tell them to do their job? My wife needed a large amount of lab work done to nail down some health issues, including several tests that aren’t commonly done. The technicians at Any Lab Test Now did a great job of finding all the needed tests and combining as many as possible to come up with the lowest cost. They even found a less expensive option for one of the tests after we had already paid, and refunded us the money on our card automatically.We were early to our appointment, but they got us right in, and even with multiple vials of blood being drawn for all the tests, we were done in ten minutes. The technicians were friendly, helpful, and efficient, while also making the blood draw as quick and painless as possible. All of the 30+ test results were provided as soon as they were completed and none were missed.We’re from Spanish Fork and chose this lab based on other good reviews. We would use them again.

Brian was a pro. He listened to me about being a difficult draw and he got my vein on the first stick. Just a week before the hospital stuck me 4 times before they found a vein. I would definitely use their lab again if I had the need.

Fantastic service. My physician ordered some blood work done, and made a few suggestions on where I could get it done near me. After reviewing several confusing websites, I found this location. Their website was easy to understand, but I still had questions. I called and spoke to a very informative and friendly woman on the phone. She answered my questions, gave me the recommendation on which test set I should choose to get me all of the information my physician needed, and we set an appointment-even though she told me it was walk in.I came in early the day of my appointment, and I was greeted in such a friendly manner by the location manager, as well as the woman at the desk who remembered me from the phone call. I was quickly taken back, and though I am needle-phobic, the gentleman who drew the blood made it painless. Further, he made friendly conversation to keep me distracted.As I was leaving, I was told I would receive an email with the information necessary for me to access that test. That was on Friday. Today, I tried to bring up that email but couldnt find it in my inbox. I called them, and the woman answered, remembered me, and quickly resent the access email for me to review and share with my doctor.The three team member I encountered there were friendly, welcoming, and took pride in their jobs and worked so hard to make an uncomfortable blood draw comfortable. I highly recommend them, not to mention its more affordable than going through insurance. Bravo team!

I needed a few tests done and this place has a lot of tests available so it worked out! Setting up the appointment wasn’t too difficult although my first call didn’t reach them quickly. I was able to get in and out fairly quick and I will be able to access my results online which is nice. Each test I needed was around $50.

What a great experience. Friendly, helpful, and kind. While doing the cheek swab of my ggranddaughter, the tech kept talking and being happy with her (she is an infant). The tech explained everything to us, made sure we were informed and comfortable.

Overall, worst lab experience I’ve had. Was told incorrect information over the phone about pricing, and it was over 1k more expensive when I got to the appointment. Nurse did not take me seriously when I told her my tendency to pass out, and when I passed out she did not handle it well whatsoever. Ended up not getting anything done and had to try again, we were there for a little over an hour.

Everyone was so nice and very helpful. My boyfriend and I needed our results as soon as possible and the staff was very understanding of our situation and treated us like human beings. I’ll be going to this testing center for anything in the future.

My regular doctor didnt do the test I wanted so a friend suggested I look up any lab test now. I found their pricing list online selected the test I wanted walked in and about 15 minutes later. I was hopeful for this service but extremely disappointed. Out of three of my family members all of us had either the wrong lab drawn, the specimen sent in the wrong tube (and therefore not run) and the results not delivered to us without having to request them.I would not recommend this lab. They do not appear competent to be in the medical lab business.

Had a hair drug test done at any labs. Was told results would be back by wednesday. To me this was a urgent matter as our lives and his job were on the line. Come wed I did not hear from them. I called them thursday and they said they would call me back and never did. Friday we called them again and got the number of who to call to get the results. It is sad we had to reach out to them and chase down who to call to get the results when they said they would call back. We will not go there again.

Every time I’ve had to call or come in these ladies have been so kind and helpful. I’ve gotten a couple of blood tests needed for surgery and it was really easy.

I needed a PCR covid test to travel. Any Lab Test Now at Murray posted online a PCR Rapid test result in 1-2 hours or in 48-72 hours. To confirm the service of PCR Rapid, I called on Jan 3, Monday morning and spoke to a man from this lab. He confirmed the two services and its price. I told him my flight is on Thursday Jan 6. Yeah, just walk in, no appointment required.On Wednesday Jan 5, I walked in early morning. The female receptionist said they only have the 48 hours testing, and they didnt have time to remove the info from their web site. I spoke to your colleague and he confirmed on Monday.This experience costed me to miss my flight and the airline wanted an additional $900 from me to depart two days later.

I had no idea what to expect. They were expecting me, near painless venipuncture, and made sure I had the FedEx tracking number. Thank you!
