I want to start this off by saying a big thank you to Flor. She’s one of the health coordinators at the Santa Ana location. She’s a life saver. You’re the best. Dr. Nicole. Was very kind and super helpful. Great overall experience. Also reception, you’re a sweetheart. 10/10

This facility is great. Very clean, and private. Staff was nonjudgmental and kind. Unfortunately this facility no longer offers surgical AB services, but they will test your blood and give you an ultrasound to see if you’re eligible for the AB pill, which they’ll provide you with during your appointment. They will also walk you thru the process, what to expect, what to look out for, and provide you with a pamphlet, instructions and a 24/7 hotline number to call if you need help.If you need or prefer a surgical AB, they have other facilities like in Long Beach that still provide these services. I hope my review helps!

Amazing. Fast appointment (same day), fast service (in and out in under 1hour). Had IUD placed and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the entire process. Excellent.

Friendly, professional people from start to finish. Was so happy to be listened to and cared for, and received a referral for free or low cost preventative care that my previous insurance wouldn’t cover, even with high risk factors. Highly recommend.

I came at 835 am, had like 4-5 diff services done. It was really quick honestly, for all the services done all @ once, wasnt told to go back in lobby and come back in for the 2nd, 3rd service and so-forth. Was in and out in about 30-40mins, with all fast consistent pace. My doctor had such a good, Funny attitude, made my morning honestly. Overall, it was ANOTHER successful fast visit once again. Thank you !

I booked an appointment online for something I knew was going to be painful, so I have requested the next few days of work off. I got my confirmation text, I showed up at the clinic, and they’re CLOSED. Why would they give me an option to book an appointment online for a day that they’re closed? I’m so unbelievably frustrated and disappointed. I will never ever be coming back due to the lack of communication. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. You won’t even get an appointment. SO FRUSTRATED.

The Nurse Practitioner was really nice, she answered all questions patiently and was very considerate of my requests! The staff were very welcoming and gentle.

Very professional and accommodating. Plus very friendly. Went for a regular check up and brought my 4 year old daughter babysitter was a no show and they were great about it. They even played along with the zombie pretend play my lil one was acting out. It was very cool. Also very clean establishment. Ten out of ten in my book.

Amazing experience! My appointment was supposed to just be a consult for my nexplanon birth control implant but I ended up getting the implant put in, having a pap smear and getting my first HPV shot all in the same day! The insertion of the implant went very well and super easy, just like the first time! Super efficient, very happy with my appointment, you guys are doing awesome work! Thank you so much!!

Im debating what to say without giving away my health information but I went for my first appointment a few months ago. You wait half hour to be called back to get weighed, etc. I had annual exam and standard tests. I get a call that everythings normal, cool I go live my life. I got a letter they were trying to reach me so I called they said oh its probably your annual exam I said no I just had that and I got my results. Didnt even ask my name or check my chart. I went today for a follow up after having some issues and was told oh btw your test results werent all fine. Besides that I had called to make appointment at one location and then got a reminder text the day before from a different location. So I had to cancel that and make a new appt. It just seems like they are disorganized because they have so many locations or they just dont actually care about my health that much to share important results in a timely and accurate manner. Based on this experience Im not going back to this location and possibly just done with the organization.
