Good place! the staff and doctor were nice and understanding of my situation. They covered the cost of my procedure even though they don’t accept ny insurance and were super nice about it!All the bad reviews are from people who honestly don’t know how to schedule because it was pretty straightforward and they took me in right after I filled out my form and I was done in 15 minutes. If you want a service done call them beforehand and just don’t walk in because it’s a 50/50 chance they will accept you and they have all the right not to!!!!

Great friendly staff. Went in to get some information. They were very kind and helpful. Made me feel better. I’ve been to this location in the past and have had the same experience.

I’ve only been to this location twice and I had originally thought that it was a fairly good experience. And it was. A year ago. However my most recent experience has been the exact opposite of that. I was having issues and concerns that were brushed off repeatedly when I would try to explain exactly what the issues were. It felt like the providers were only taking the first few things I was saying and then going with only that; I don’t remember being told what additional testing would be done after my appointment and when I tried to call in and ask it felt like they were being a bit rude just because I was trying to find out; and when I found out I had a different IUD than originally thought they made it seem as if it was one I had always had and known about. While I may have always had it, I definitely didn’t realize what one it was and would not have chosen it if I had. Overall the experience has not been very pleasant and I’ll be looking for an OB/GYN to stick with elsewhere

GREAT STAFF AND POLICIES.The staff and doctors are all well knowledgeable and professional with any questions or problems you may have. Setting up appointments is easy and quick! Overall good experience I had.

Negatives: Some of the office assistants are really sassy and give attitude for no reason. Check-in does take a while as well.Positives: Ive only visited as a walk in once, but I was recommended to visit as of 6am to avoid a long wait. Luckily I didnt have to wait too long, just about 20 minutes. I always try to make an appointment since this location tends to get really busy after 7am. The longest Ive waited with an appointment was about 20 minutes.The doctors here are really nice, answer questions politely, and take the time to listen to you. Dr. Omidvar (might be misspelled), is really awesome. She is a great listener and gave me options on what to do. I came back a month later and she remembered my situation almost instantly. Just in general, she is a great listener. Ive been seen by other doctors at this location and theyre all great. I was referred to a ENT specialist from this location and everything went smooth.The location itself is easy to find with plenty of parking. The waiting room is large and has a TV. The restrooms can be a bit dirty at times, but I blame the patients and not the employees.

Scheduling an appointment is easy and the doctor and staff were nice.

It was quick and easy. Was my first time there they made sure i was comfortable and Brenda was really nice and took her time with me.

Went to the Santa Ana office and did a full panel STI test and labs. Wait time wasnt great but I still came back the following week and met with the Dr. Kelly for birth control incertion. She was absolutely amazing. She reviewed my lab results with me and answered every question I had. She was patient with me and gentle. However, the office staff is terrible. They have boyfriend visits at the office while people are trying schedule appointments and they are dismissive and not informative. When I was leaving, I asked for them to print out a copy of my lab results (that I had JUST REVIEWED with my doctor) and they refused to. They said they will mail it and it will take 15 days but will not hand them to me. Their web portal access also wasnt working so I had no way to get copies other than from them. When I asked why they will not give me a print out, they lied said its the law. I desperately wanted someone to be helpful and give me a real reason as to why they wouldnt just print it. My friends are nurses and print lab results daily for patients and this is not against the law. I feel like they take advantage of people that I have to go to planned parenthood because they dont think we have a choice and so they give us bad customer service which is a horrible thing for something so sensitive and personal as your health. I cant wait until I have better insurance so I can go back to real doctor offices that do legal things and dont lie to you.

I went to get my nexplanon implant replaced. I couldnt even get through it without almost passing out and puking, but the doctor and the staff were so nice and understanding. The doctor was super patient and made sure i was ok before proceding. And as i was walking out the back office staff all were asking if i felt better. Coming back to this location.

Because this is a government funded agency they are very limited in what they are able to do for you. If you have insurance go to a regular doctors office. I use to like them but going here has just become a complete waste of time. Its hard to even get an appointment. Then you wait like 2 hours even with an appointment. Just to deal with terrible nurses. Go somewhere where you can see a real doctor.

Love this location, every time the staff is super friendly and actually care. At other medical office they rush you in amd out and this is the once office I feel like they actually care and see things through.

Very friendly staff except one employee at the front desk who was very snooty with me just because I missed a question on the form. She was probably having a bad day. But, all in all, best PP Ive been too.

Very nice people at the desk, answering the phones, and doctor Nguyen was so sweet to me. It’s honestly one of the most welcoming medical facilities I’ve ever been to in my life (including urgent cares, hospitals, and doctors office). Thank you guys for your help

Whats the point of having an appointment, if theyre not going to see at your sechudle time, had an appointment at 12:15 didnt get seen till 1, yet they kept taking other people whos appointment were after mine when i asked agian (4th time) they had the nerve to say they were waiting on a room for me?????..... WTH. So where in the hell are they treating/seen all the other people they took before me. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ONE.

Horrible service, I called for an appointment and they told me I can do as a walk in before 6pm. I arrive at 5:30pm and they said to come back other day because they were closing already. I came back the next day at 7:15am and they make me wait 3hrs. For nothing, I lost half of my day and all that said was that I need to keep waiting for someone to cancel. Why when you called that said you can come in any time???????

They were extremely helpful and great w me. They took care of me and offered alot of comfort and undunderstanding towards my situation.

Personally i was treated really good, never had to wait for a long period of time, all my questions were answered, every time i go its always fast..

4 stars for the provider .. Does take a little longer than the costa mesa office but everyone was nice.

Horrible service the employees are very judge mental and the wait time is horrible even with an appointment I waited over an hour just to be seen add another hour for the checkup. Go to any other the Santa Ana office is horrible.

Never answered their calls I been calling for 3 weeks regarding results no call no answer no email.

Looks like a military base, with no restrooms in the lobby, restrooms are only inside for patients😏

In my 28 years of life this was my most painful blood test. Four days later of my appointment I still have a bruse on my arm.

I visited this clinic with one of my sons and the truth is I didnt like their work, I couldnt even use the bathroom because its only for people who have been checked, the truth is I understand their policies but its not good that you dont have a cough bathroom Lis patient a and Im lying here too ☹️

I think the receptionists at this place never received the kind of professional ethics laughing and talking about patients should not be in the vocabulary of any medical staff.

They always cancel my appointments
