The best experience hands down I have ever had. Nancy Erickson is by far the sweetest person Ive ever met, and completely professional as well as enthusiastic about her job. I cannot stress how much she has saved my life for always being available after hours and on weekends. Other than always being available in ones time of need, ARCpoint Labs of Sarasotas prices are by far the most fair out of anywhere else in the state of Florida. I more than highly recommend them

I had to have frequent lab testing over a periods of YEARS. Everytime I chose arcpoint bc they were friendly, accommodating, and fast. Years later needed fingerprinting for employment so I used them again, and they remembered me. Such a great place to go.

While most companies claim that customer service is their priority, it is rare to actually witness/experience any evidence to support their claims. I visited ARCpoint labs for the first time several weeks ago and my experience was wonderful. Debbie is personable and professional and I was in and out in a very short period. I highly recommend ARCpoint and will not hesitate to return in the future.

I did the RT-PCR covid test at this location and the staff is extremely helpful and I was nervous but the test went very smooth. The lady that did my test was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable and the test did not hurt or made me feel uncomfortable at all. The report came within 30 hours and I would recommend anytone to ARCpoint labs. Thank you so much.

The staff are super friendly and make u feel right at home.... enjoyed a few laughs with them as well. Didnt want to have my blood taken at all because Im super scared of needles Megan was soo super supportive and talked me through it and made the whole situation 10Xs easier.... The most unprofessional lab I have ever seen in my life. They did not have me sign anything regarding my drug screening there was ZERO CHAIN OF COMMAND.. They also REFUSED to send it to an MRO OR ACCEPT MY PRESCRIPTION that I had. Unbelievabley unprofessional. They are a franchise not a corporation. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. If I could give no stars I would have.

I had a good experience going to ARCpoint labs. Very friendly staff and very efficient in the work. Good availability as well. I just walked in and after 15 mintues i was done.
