Roots Naturopathic Medicine

In August,2024, I had my first online appointment with Dr. Tamar Blau. Before scheduling the appointment, I spoke with several people who are her patients. They are very satisfied with the care that they received from the Doctor and have recommended her to many friends and coworkers. This encouraged me to make an appointment with her. She is very nice. She spent about 1 hour with me discussing my health, concerns and how I deal with them. She did not rush me or the appointment in any way. She gave sensible suggestions about how I can improve my health and recommended some naturopathic products that could be of benefit to me. She made it very easy for me to order them and I am eager to try them soon. Thank you Dr. Blau.

This is my first experience going to a naturopath, and I have been validated like never before. Dr Blau is exactly what I needed. She is professional, kind and honest. I have received real help with several chronic issues I had come to believe I just had to deal with. I highly recommend her!
