Sam Ridley Urgent Care

What an amazing experience!!!! This urgent care facility is so caring, patient, warm and thorough. Nurse Shaunda and Dr. Halstead were very professional and purposeful in connecting with me and making sure I was comfortable. They were very accommodating and understanding. The clinic is clean and comfortable and safety protocols are simple and easy to follow. There is ample parking. They open at 9am, as stated on the website. I would bring any loved one to this clinic!

I called and the provider answered the phone. I could tell he was super busy, he stated that his office manager will be arrive in 15 mins. I said ok, I will call back no problem. I called a few hours later with no answer. I really wanted more information about the weightloss medication. My main concern was the price. I checked their website, but it was not available. So, I decided to go to the office. When I walked in the lady was very blah. I told her I wanted to get a little more information about the medication. She didnt want to give me any general info. She said you have a consultation and he stopped at 3 pm. I got there at 3:15 pm. She did not want to help me at all. I said do you know the price range. She said you have to make an appointment. I have been researching and everybody has their prices online. I did not want to make an appointment if it was outside my price range. If I knew the price and it was reasonable I would have definitely made an appointment. This was my first time ever going there and I will not go there again. I literally was there less than one min. I have called other places and receive general info with no problem. I wanted to try them out because of the location, but if this is how they treat patients I dont want to try again.

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everytime I visit, they are very fast and professional. The office is clean and always smells nice. the team makes my experience very comfortable and relaxed. I definitely recommend them for your next urgent care or weight loss visit.

Hands down an amazing clinic with wonderful care. Quick and extremely friendly. Made me feel comfortable and at ease with voicing all of my concerns. I’ll definitely be back!

It’s amazing and has been working for me. The first week I lost 5 pounds. The front desk assistant is so professional and kind. The doctor is knowledgeable and provide you with all the information and care you need.

I wish I could make Dr. Halstead my primary care physician. As it is, I’d rather pay more for his care than go anywhere else. He always makes me feel like my ailment or illness is important to him, instead of just trying to get on to the next patient.

I was fortunate to visit the Sam Ridley Urgent Care and opted for the IV Hydration!! This was a fabulous experience! The facility is very clean and the staff is awesome and very welcoming! Amy is AMAZING ♥️The next day I had much more energy and fewer body aches!! I hope to make this a habit!! I love this place♥️

I have been seeing Dr.Halstead and Nurse Shaunda for almost 2 months for weightloss. They are both wonderful! They are always so sweet and willing to answer any of my questions! I love getting to see Nurse Shuanda because she is so kind and is always smiling! It makes my day!

Awesome experience! The staff was superb and the office is very clean and tidy! Amy is very knowledgeable and helpful! I’m excited for my next IV hydration with her! 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Halstead took his time explaining things, caring, understanding, lot of things I didn’t know I know now because he took the time to explain. I will be back, and would highly recommend him. and his staff is Great also.
