Do not recommend for DNA testing, we are still waiting on our results 10 days later after we were told we would have them in 3-5 days. Only ever got in touch with someone from the spartanburg location once and they told me i would have them in a day or two just for them to be out of office two days later and every time i call to get an update the West Columbia office answers.

Top notch testing facility! The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the services they provide. A special thanks to Alex as he was absolutely excellent from start to finish! Alex provided a welcoming nature giving me a sense of peace in a state of uncertainty for me. He went above and beyond by explaining my testing procedure and the process of when to expect my results and how to obtain them. Very professional and spot on with the information he provided! Alex is a leader and true asset to the Spartanburg testing center. He exemplifys excellence in every aspect ! I would recommend this testing center to anyone!!!

Don’t recommend. Place NEVER open. No sign up saying unavailable. Very inconveniences. At least have the curiosity to post a sign or change the hours. Only picked this place because it was closer to home.

If I could give higher rating I would. Court ordered testing and process was simple, fast and cost effective. Nicky is the person you need to deal with, she went beyond the norm to help me navigate through this process. Thank you Nicky!!!Highly recommend for any type of the services they offer.

Excellent!! I originally went to On-Premise Solutions LLC where they turned me away, and were very rude.(Due to they stated they told me I couldnt come in past 11.) I called ARCpoint Labs, and they got me right in. I had my daughter with me, they let her draw and have some candy as I did my drug test. They are more than just an excellent drug testing service, they are actually caring and understanding to your needs, and your families needs. I would absolutely recommend ARC to anyone who needs to take a drug test of any type. They also do other testings as well! Best professional service I have ever received! Thank you again!!!

Thank you Brian and Andy for accommodating my husband and I. We both had went to accurate diagnostics after we was told they where opening at 8:30 on Sat. morning. After sitting outside that location for sometime, we googled other places in Spartanburg S.C.. ARCpoint popped up. Boy are we glad. When we called, you guys rolled that red carpet out. The professionalism and not to mention your facilities. FANTASTIC!!My husband and I would recommend you guys anytime. Thanks again for going above and beyond.

Went to Spartanburg location for pre-employment drug screen.place was empty was greeted by rude person at front desk after sharing all my imfromation,Asked if they had a water fountain and was told they had a SINK in the back! Few moments later was called up to the desk and told they could not see me today because there alcohol testing equipment was not working. I ask them if First Advantagerequired one was told yes(I am a cdl driver I average 3-4 drug screenings a year alot of companies use them never have they requiredone before.I went to another clinic presented them with the same info First Advantage gave me sure enough it was a regular drug screen.....STAY AWAY From this place

Went here really stressed out thinking I had COVID. Came in and staff was very friendly and fast. Got my test results back within 15 minutes! I highly recommend this place.

Sign says they open at 9 which is wrong been waiting for over an hour still nobody is here
