I could sit here all day talking about how wonderful PREG is! You truly become family from day 1 of working with them. The entire team in Spartanburg has been wonderful throughout our journey - they have cried, prayed, and celebrated with my husband and I through our many ups and downs. We are now expecting our miracle baby girl in September and we cannot thank PREG enough for everything they did to help us get here!

PREG Spartanburg provided us with the absolute best experience from the very start. We traveled from Charlotte, NC because the care we were given here was unmatched. The entire team here is beyond wonderful. It’s bittersweet to be graduating, I wish I could stay with them throughout my entire pregnancy! We are grateful to have found PREG for our journey!

I cannot say enough good things about PREG! After years of struggling with infertility at another clinic, we came here and got so many answers we needed and a game plan for IVF. They were so kind and truly cared- I was actually sad the day we were fortunate enough to graduate from there. If it wasnt for them, I wouldnt be 21 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Here is an unsuccessful story about IVF unfortunately after months of treatment/cycle and spending about $25k. Me and my husband want a boy, we had the consultation and pre-screening with lots of bloodwork tests. We were advised that we will have good chance and our insurance will cover 90% so we only need to pay about $8k. We were very happy and paid the charge. After a few days, we were told that our insurance would not cover anything and we need to pay the rest, which would be another $8k. We were already surprised because we left the insurance card info at consulting time and how they changed this much after we paid the lump-sum?? However, wanting the boy covered our instinct, plus they offered us a discount, we paid the rest and started the cycle. There were a lot more thousands paid out of pocket from all different testing and pharmacies. At every exam whether it is lab scan or blood work test, all positive results and good news. Until the egg retrieval, I had 26 retrieved and 17 mature eggs with 14 successfully fertilized! I can see the pregnancy right away from the corner. However, they told me only 3 were biopsyed and 1 male detected. Here I want to say my friend from California, she had 28 eggs retrieved with 12 biopsyed for 9 male and 3 female. We were not happy with the biopsy result but since there is one male so we did the embryo transfer. 2 weeks after the transfer, we had the bloodwork test with result showing NOT pregnant. The nurse called me and said it might be my blood clog issue that caused the failure. So they want me to do more bloodwork test. Great in shaking off responsibility on the technique part!

We are so thankful for PREG! We were primarily seen in the Spartanburg office while in our IVF journey! The ladies there quickly became like family and even though we were thrilled to be “graduating” with our PREG miracle, it was definitely bittersweet leaving such a great group! We still go visit when we get the chance and can’t wait for them to meet our rainbow!

When I first went to my appointment in April, I honestly didnt know what to expect. After 2 years of trying and feeling defeated, I was overwhelmed every day so when I found PREG, I felt that this was God opening doors once again. That first appointment, it felt like an eternity waiting in the waiting room and I was wondering what the holdup was. I tried my hardest to not overthink it, but my emotions were all over the place. I wanted to seek answers that I been longing for. The ladies in the front were so kind and reassured me that Tori was still going to see me. As soon as we met Tori and sat down with her, she tells us, You will be pregnant by summer. A sense of relief came over me and I believed it. Every appointment, every blood test, medicine that Ive taken, has been worth it. Early July, we got our first positive and the following week they confirmed I was pregnant. I dont have the right words and enough gratitude to express how truly thankful I am for everyone in the Boiling Springs office. From the ladies in the front when they greet me, to the all the nurses who Ive met with, the wonderful phlebotomist who was always so attentive to me when drawing my blood and of course to Tori who had faith that I would be having a baby! When I graduated from PREG, I walked out that last appointment in tears of joy and couldnt thank God for all hes done. This has been a wonderful journey, and I will go back to PREG in a heartbeat if I ever need to in the future again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I loved working with PREG. My husband and I were saving for our IVF treatments when we ended up having a surprise pregnancy unassisted. They were still so helpful and supportive through blood work and my first few scans up until I could see my regular OB. They gave us a goodie bag for mom/baby and asked us to send updates and pictures when we could. Although we did not have to do treatments I still appreciate everything they did and all the answers they gave me that I could not have received from my regular doctors. Thank you PREG Spartanburg for everything you did and continue to do for those that just need a little extra help.

We are so grateful for the team here at PREG. From the moment we were a patient we felt like family. We were seen at the Spartanburg location, and everyone was so welcoming. Also loved that we’re always acknowledged by name and big smiles upon walking in from Caroline and Amanda when arriving which added so much warmth to my visits. Stephanie was always there to answer any questions I had with compassion and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. I am now pregnant with a baby boy and we are beyond grateful. Everyone was so amazing from the doctors to every staff member. I was never unheard and any concerns were always addressed. I will forever be grateful for PREG. I know that when the day comes that I return, I will be in amazing hands again.

I used to love PREG. Ashley that used to work here is amazing & we will always appreciate her. Although we were not able to get pregnant with our IUIs we did here, we really appreciated the service & care. After being told we had to do IVF, we had to look into our options because IVF is ridiculously expensive & not everyone can afford the 20+ grand it costs per cycle & we had to make the hard choice to use CNY Fertility in New York because they offer much more affordable options. However, as soon as that decision was made, PREG refused to help us any longer. I could understand not doing monitoring appointments since theyre so early & have to have results sent in same day but thats not the issue here. They refuse to even do blood testing or SAs that literally only require sending those results to an email associated with CNY, thats it. They KNOW they are the only RE in Spartanburg & its absolutely ridiculous they refuse to do anything. Its a shame patients are getting the short end of the stick over what Im sure are some type of financial motive or medical politics.

My husband and I are so grateful to the team at PREG! From the very beginning of our journey everyone at the Spartanburg location made us feel so comfortable and like family. We continued to drive over an hour each way to each appointment because of the quality of care we received. We are now expecting our miracle baby because of PREG and can not thank all of our doctors and nurses enough for all they did to make this happen! We have officially “graduated” and it is incredibly bittersweet to have to leave such a special place, but we are so excited for our next chapter and none of it would be possible without PREG. I would recommend them to anyone starting their journey or searching for a second opinion!’

All the staff is absolutely amazing. My wife and I have struggled for almost 8 years with having a family. From the moment we entered the doors they treated us like family. We go tomorrow for our BETA and get the good news that we are gonna be mommies. I would recommend PREG to everyone I know and even those that I dont.

What can i say, Preg creates miracles and makes wishes come true. NP Bishop is incredible, front staff friendly and warm. Stephanie B is amazingly kind, compassionate and an invaluable assest to the team. Oh and the jabbers, i.e. lab techs gentle. Anyone struggling with infertility should go!

I spent 4 months at PREG. Im happy that Im no longer in need of their services but sad I wont see them every few weeks anymore. I went to PREG for a second opinion after a miscarriage. Although I did not need treatment, I wasnt treated as any less of a patient. The ladies at the North Grove office are so kind and personable, I feel like theyre family now. My nurse, Ashley, was AMAZING! She was always only an email away for every question or concern.

I can not begin to tell you how fantastic the Spartanburg PREG team is. They were extremely supportive of our journey. They took the time to sit down. And discuss the process with my husband and I. Stephanie is the BEST IVF coordinator and I recommend her and Spartanburg team hands down. I spent a great deal of time with this office and they are like family. We had our ups and downs, but never gave up. We did everything by the book and then some, like acupuncture. Still to this day, we go for acupuncture. I believe this process aided in our IVF journey.We now have a sweet 11month old boy and are getting ready to start the process again.

Absolutely love PREG and highly recommend! I switched to PREG after seeing another fertility specialist and was blown away at how much more thorough and knowledgeable the doctors and nurses were. I have since “graduated” from their office (which I am so grateful and excited about) but both my husband and I wish so badly we could just stay with them through delivery!

This fertility clinic is amazing! Our journey to finally becoming pregnant was not easy by any means but the doctors/staff at PREG were amazing, especially Stephanie. She answered any questions I had and made sure I was being handled with the best care possible. If it wasn’t for PREG I would still be trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant. They made our dream a reality. Definitely recommend them to any couple looking to start a family!

My wife and I struggled for years, trying to start our family. We went to a well known clinic in Charlotte (bc that’s where we live) but felt like we were just a number to them. Our family doctor told us about PREG, with the caveat that the closest location was in Spartanburg. We drove down to check them out and from the very first minute checking in, they treated us like their own family. Each person truly cared for us and wanted to help, and it felt so genuine. We started our journey with PREG in 2018, driving over an hour for appointments, because we felt so cared for. After finding what other doctors had missed regarding our fertility issues, we welcomed our son in 2019, our daughter in 2021, and will be welcoming our third child in October of this year (2022). We could never thank PREG (specifically the Spartanburg location) enough for the compassion they’ve shown us and the time they’ve invested in helping us have a family.

PREG if Spartanburg was such a wonderful experience for me and my husband. Ashley and Meghan feel like family now and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. We are excited to expect a baby in September all thanks to the wonderful PREG staff in Spartanburg.

I was with PREG for years as they went through each step with me to help me get pregnant naturally. Those steps didn’t work for me, so IVF was the last option. My job finally covered fertility and my husband and I got the process started immediately! I’m proud to say we now have two healthy amazing babies. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. I’ve gone through tears with them and laughs with them. They are like family. We were fortunate to have an abundance of embryos, so I will be going back in the future!!

The staff and doctors are absolutely incredible. We were seen primarily in the Spartanburg clinic and the care was amazing. Ashley was our nurse and she is so amazing. We are grateful for the care we received here.

We had the best experience with Preg Spartanburg. Ashley was absolutely wonderful and always made us feel welcome and comfortable. She even continues to keep up with our pregnancy journey, which we love. It is truly like family there. Thank you for everything yall did.

I couldn’t possibly express how amazing the people of PREG are. Infertility is a dark and lonely road that no one ever thinks they will have to walk- until they do. The people of PREG were warm, kind, patient, and understanding at all times. Dr. Payne took the time to explain everything in detail, listen to our concerns, and answer all our questions honestly and openly. He was truly phenomenal. It’s obvious the nurses care deeply about what they do and they are on the journey with you 100% invested. After almost 5 years of treatments and appointments we were blessed to conceive our first child through IVF, and I am forever grateful to this practice of professionals who took such great care of us. IVF coordinator Stephanie at the Spartanburg office cried with me when we confirmed our pregnancy and graduated the clinic, and I can’t wait to return to the office for her to meet our miracle when she arrives this summer. Thank you for being so much more than a medical practice to us, PREG- you made all the difference in our journey.

We went to PREG in Spartanburg and went through the IVF process. We just graduated their IVF clinic and were so impressed with all of the staff at all three locations. We spent most of our time at the Spartanburg location and the staff truly made you feel cared for and like you were more than just a number. Stefanie B. was so compassionate throughout the process and made our journey extra special. I cant brag on them enough.

I can’t tell you how amazing the staff is at the Spartanburg PREG! Staff and Doctors took the time to explain everything, go over all our options, and treated us with respect and kindness. The nurse Ashley figured out I have pretty bad anxiety and she talked me through every step we took, called me as soon as we had got test results back so I wasn’t going crazy and let me know what the next step would be so I would be prepared. I honestly can’t tell you how amazing she made this whole experience for us. We had several losses prior to seeing PREG and within an hour of getting the positive test this time, I was in the office having bloodwork done and put on a recurring loss plan and medicine and for the first time we’ve got a healthy baby on the way!

PREG Spartanburg has been wonderful to work with! They are accommodating, caring, and kind. Their tens of nurses are fantastic! I am grateful to them for all their help and for making a not-so-fun experience much easier.

They never listened to me, and never tried an individual approach. They aggressively pushed for ivf , which ofc means they get paid 20k, right? And they never considered my individual needs.Once I was doing an iui with them, I ended up spending an hour waiting while two nurses tried to get the catheter inside me, imagine, three attempts in an hour! And no one even tells you in advance that it’s recommended to have some water before. So inconsiderate to the needs of the patient.It was very hard for me to deal with them, I ended up going to Prisma instead, and Prisma helped me get pregnant on the very first attempt.Preg has got a terrible financial department, who never notified me that they changed their system and I had to call them for 2 weeks just to get someone to help me pay the bill.Also the organization skills of the management are not the best. I remember waiting for my appointment for an hour once and no one even said anything or apologized.

I had two miscarriages resulting in three heavenly angels before I was introduced to PREG. Dr. Payne did my initial consultation where we agreed that I needed a myomectomy which Dr. Nichols performed a month later. Healed for 3 months and was placed on a light fertility regimen that failed the first month but yield my twins the second month. Currently looking at my 4 month old rainbow babies now. I cannot thank PREG enough for what they’ve done for my family and I, and how compassionate they were when I thought I was losing the pregnancy due to spotting (didn’t know it at the time but I was spotting because I was pregnant with multiples which I told was only an 8% chance of happening... lucky me ☺️)

Very upset with PREG. My husband and I have been battling infertility for 3+ years. We had our consultation 2 weeks ago. First, our doctor we had assigned to us rushed through everything. I paid $200 for a 10-15 minute consultation. She pushed and pushed for me to get all of this testing done which I had done 5 months prior with my regular obgyn and everything was perfect. The only thing I didnt have done was my HSG. She kept wanting me to do an ultrasound even though Ive already had one done. Multiple ones actually. Then she said a financial counselor would be in to speak with us before continuing anything else that appointment and no one ever came. Her nurse came and got us from the room and started telling me to get prepped for my ultrasound and if I wouldnt have spoken up, I wouldve paid $288 for an ultrasound I really dont need. I had to wait for her to come back and the financial counselor still didnt even come in, she said she was on the phone so they wrote it down for me. I opted out due to cost that day. She kept pushing IVF and rushing through everything. Infertility is a touchy subject, so I was upset and was crying over the cost of everything and just how frustrating it all was. She had no compassion, it just felt like we were another number to her and were rushed to get out. I also filled out a ton of paperwork beforehand and they still asked questions from the paperwork Id already filled out. Very unorganized. We discussed doing IUI and I never got the cost of that either. Ive emailed people and never heard back. Im extremely upset because I thought Id finally found somewhere nice to go but unfortunately I guess well have to look somewhere else.

I want to thank everyone in the PREG office in Spartanburg. They become like family to my Husband and I while we were on our fertility journey. After 5 years of trying we finally got our miracle baby through IVF. I want to especially thank Stephaine Biggerstaff, she was such and inspiration through our whole process and the Lord shines right through her, she has definitely found her calling working at the fertility clinic. Also, Megan and Ashley always put smiles on our faces when we went in. I wouldnt of wanted to hear my babies first heart beat with no one other than them. PREG, we could never thank you enough for helping us fulfill our dreams of becoming parents. Dr Nichols and Dr Payne are just the best there are. Period. The professionalism shown by each staff member is so personal. Our fertility journey totaled over 13 years resulting with a 12 year old daughter and a 9year old son. We did procedures from medications all the way to IVF and I wouldnt trust anyone else but the staff and doctors at Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group.

Knowledgeable, compassionate and respectful are words I would use to describe the staff at PREG. They were sensitive to my situation and I knew I could always get a quick response when calling. I pray my infertility struggles are a thing of a past, but I am so grateful for the love my PREG family showed me.

My husband and I wouldnt be sitting here enjoying the love between us and our 2 week old daughter if it werent for PREG! We are so grateful for each of the doctors and nurses that we worked with, everyone was so patient and helpful and nice!

The staff is highly knowledgeable, personable, kind, compassionate and understanding. Everyone in the office helps you through your entire journey every step of the way with open arms.

We spent thousands of dollars at this clinic with no results. IUIs, multiple testing, and no answers. Good luck getting a call back when you have questions.

So the man who I was speaking to about my medical; the first person introduced at the first appointment; he was more attentive to my donor; he never asked me “are you sure you want to do this”, but he asked my donor at least 3 times to where he was making me uncomfortable; like, why are you asking him this over and over.I was specific about what I requested and my donor was only there for support but they started requesting his information and was ready to test him and it’s like they were disregarding the information that transpired prior to my arrival.As my friend and I are deciding where I get certain test done at the facility or my own facility the man assisting us walks away and says he doesn’t care and it doesn’t matter to him because the money for the test doesn’t go to them anyways.So at that point I’m like, are you going to be this “it doesn’t matter it’s not affecting me” towards the process that I’m here for? Already seemed like he was more interested in my donor and maybe even trying to ward him off.Either way; they made me so uncomfortable I chose to be natural with my donor; which wasn’t my interest and also the reason I wanted to use the clinic.They made me so uncomfortable. I wish I would have not brought my donor with me and I wish I would not have been assisted by that man at the clinic. I feel like he was making a joke of me.

My husband and I cannot thank Preg Spartanburg enough for what they did for us. The experience we had with them was simply amazing. We will forever recommend Preg to others.

We had the opportunity to work with both Dr. Nichols and Dr. Payne. Also, the staff in Spartanburg and Greenville. They are all really great! Thanks yall so much for everything you have done for my family. We are so blessed with our sweet boy!

Every single person from the front to the back has been absolutely phenomenal. I have had so many worries and every time I address them, I am given such positive feedback. They treat all of their patients as their own family. I would recommend any person that is having any fertility issue to use this facility!!

Our decision to go here was the best decision weve ever made! We have our miracle baby! The Drs and staff are not only knowledgeable but theyre also supportive! I recommend them to anyone struggling to start their family!

Not a good experience. 😕 I was told the worst and went elsewhere to find out all I needed was medication to lower my prolactin levels.
