HIGHLY recommend Body Mind Spirit Wellness! I scheduled my first ever eye brow lamination/tint and eyelash lift/tint with Kayla and it was amazing!! The atmosphere of the building is so calming and Kayla has such a calm presence. She really knows what she’s doing and she is super gentle. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s been about 5 1/2 weeks since my service and my lashes still look like I just got them done! Can’t wait to go back to her.

I’m not much of a massage person, but let me tell you the lymphatic massage I received in the salt room from Kayla was amazing. I have also had her facials. I always feel so refreshed afterwards. The zen feeling in this spa is enough to make you feel relaxed too. Amazing people and will be back.

Was excited to come here with my husband while in town. I left a voicemail on a Saturday night to come in the following day possibly or to schedule something and was then texted the following morning. I worked in salons for several years and that seemed very off to me as we never would text a potential client. But I went with it. We went back and forth a little bit via text. I wanted to schedule for Monday instead since we just got into town and we were running around trying to find allergy safe food for us. We have various food allergies that make finding food very hard and we can not get from conventional food stores. I get very distracted when Im trying to read labels and make sure we dont get sick. I got a reply while we were out but missed the part where they said the time I asked for was ok. When I realized this morning (Monday) I immediately texted and apologized for my mistake and wanted to find out if today could work or another day. They did not want to work with me at all. I find their response interesting since they told me their books were essentially open today and I could have anytime and then suddenly they are all filled. I returned my Groupon and wont be trying this place again. Its sad because I love supporting and finding and recommending small local shops. I wish I had gotten a phone call because I feel like if we were booked that way this wouldnt have happened.

Although you have always taken care my health needs providing the best service with knowledgeable staff, I am so happy to let you know that the foot and leg massage I received helped me enormously. I was so miserable worried I wouldnt be able to walk in a while and had trouble sleeping. Well after my session, i was able to finally walk with my boot and sleep without taking pain medication. Also, thank you for the Black Obsidian Anklet.

This is the best massage therapy place I have been to since we moved to Florida 13 years ago. They are considerate, compassionate, does so.many extras that others dont do. They are wonderful ❤️ not counting there boutique there. Its beautiful 😍

Love this place sooo much. My husband and I have been going for 3 years and they never disappoint. Lisa (owner) is an absolute sweetheart and always so accommodating. We have gotten massages from I think everyone there and they are just always so helpful and educational. Today we had Anika and Melinda. We always leave sooo relaxed. I had such a great experience with my massage and facial. Crystal has done the last 2 facials of mine and she is hands down one of the best! Very professional and thorough and goes the extra mile to provide the best facial. My skin looks amazing. I also did the lash lift service with Crystal and am very impressed with the results. I will definitely be having Crystal do my lashes again since it is all natural and not nearly as much maintenance as it is with getting the fake eyelashes.

When I first came to Lisa I was a mess! Major neck, back issues, toxic from hormones. I started about eight weeks ago! Ive been doing massage therapy every week since, and I notice a huge difference. Im not planning on stopping yet as I still have a long way to go to being 100% me again! Between The Salt Room, the Bio Mat, Lisas amazing abilities to search out and find knots throughout my body I didnt know existed, I can say without a doubt she is in my opinion the best and Ive had a few massages in my life time, but nothing compared to this! Its the total experience that makes it so wonderful! Between the aroma that is so delightful and the relaxing atmosphere it brings you to a very Zen place! I highly recommended it! Sri much to more to offer than just massage. It really is mind, body, spirit!❤😊😍

Ive had 3 different therapists give me massages here & each one was phenomenal!! Very professional, listens to what I think I need, yet they all have tuned into what my body actually needs! I have stayed at many resorts, like the Ritz Carlton, and have always been disappointed by their over-priced let me lightly touch you massages. I live 45 mins away but these therapists are sooooo worth the drive & Ill ONLY come here from now on. Such a hidden treasure of relief for me!

Amazing, therapeutic and relaxing experience. My sister surprised me with a prenatal massage and a facial. Tammy was phenomenal! I left feeling rejuvenated.My skin feels so much smoother and hydrated. Tammy as well as the owner helped me with a few purchases from their gift shop. Highly recommend coming here to escape the crazy day to day and for some healing relaxation as well as an overall mindful experience. It’s clean, cozy and peaceful. I will be back!

Ive been coming here on and off for over four years for massage therapy. Ive been driving, up until recently, forty minutes each way to see Lisa and her staff. Wonderful and large shop with so many interesting things.I definitely recommend!

I went to body mind spirit wellness on my birthday and I had a excellent experience. It was my first time there. The place is beautiful decorated and the staff was friendly :). Have been going for massage for a few years. Never have been disappointed and I have tried a few different therapist based on my time availability. Able to get in last minute when pregnant and postpartum time changes, quick communication, great massage, and a much more relaxed Momma!

Weve been getting massages all over the world from the Ritz Carlton to the Four Seasons and none of there massage therapist compared to Mind and Bodys therapist. Anika is professional and almost like magic knows how to get all the kinks out . I actually fell asleep which never happens . I woke up a knew man. Been going there for a year and will continue too. Its a must for my health and well being.

I had a prenatal massage with Lisa, as I was 1 day away from my due date and miserable, not only was she VERY polite and personable she offered great advice and wonderful conversation. I have recommended her to family and friends, I would recommend booking a massage with her any day! as she really took the time to make me feel special and fully relaxed!

I have honestly had the best experience here with my massages and I’m am so relieved of my pain after surgery. The staff is so welcoming, very informative and they truly care about taking care of the customer. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment simply because I’ve been to other massage places but this one by far is the best! If I were you I’d book you won’t be disappointed.

When they say Body, Mind, Spirit Wellness they mean it. I have worked with Tammy and Aunica, who are incredible massage therapists. My regular massage therapist is Christmas. She helps me work on my body aches as well as injuries to my spirit and mind at the same time.This place is the best and I am a return customer for over a year. Facials, Chakra balancing, massage... you name it and Ive loved it here.

I love everything about this place! Especially that they are so knowledgeable about integrating Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils into the massages. I was in do much pain when I came in and Tammy used Copaiba on my back and I was able to tolerate some pretty intense body work. I am so grateful and highly recommend them.

Manager especially Rude and egotistical I DO NOT RECOMMEND.In response to your Reply… You know that was NOT my issue I explained that someone gifted me a Gift Card to cover the massage appointment and you told me that you wanted me to give you my cc# over the phone and you were going to Charge my card. Why would I do that I don’t know you or your business I don’t know if you’re a scammer or anything. And a whole 3 days before the appointment anything can happen between then. Sorry it doesn’t make sense to me that I should freely give a stranger my cc# over the phone when I had no intentions on even paying you with my cc for the services because I have the GIFT CARD that was gifted to me Lady. I explained that and you said “you don’t need new business” which is why I called you EGOTISTICAL.! Ma’am You’re Very unprofessional. I STILL DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS…. I was very unsure about doing this. I have had a bad experience before at other places. But after suffering from bone n muscle pain for yrs with no relief from pain meds or procedures my brother got me a gift certificate to try this place. I was amazed, the environment was relaxing, welcoming n very private. It was so much more than a massage. They didnt try to sell me on anything just informed me of some ways n things I could research on my own between visits to ease ache. I left feeling so relaxed n refreshed. The experience was unreal! I will be back!

My back and neck hurt so bad I could barely drive without it hurting. I’m young and do a lot of physical work between my job and other stuff. Honestly I never got her name but she did such amazing job with here massage, the next day it felt like everything was back to normal and better.
