My daughter slammed her hand in a heavy restaurant door and broke two fingers. We ran into this place, screaming and completely freaking out. I threw my photo ID and insurance card at the woman at the front desk and they pulled us back as quickly as possible and begin taking x-rays. My daughter was losing her mind and the nurse gave her her own personal rice crispy treat to calm her. Would 100% recommend again.

Super quick visit and amazing team! Holly even gave our daughter a piece of chocolate for being brave when she needed a throat swab. No one likes that. 😅The doctor was super kind and helpful as well, and was very thorough and attentive to our needs.Highly recommend for any urgent care needs.

American Family Care in Spring Hill, Tennessee was an exceptional experience for me. I was there for a chest X-ray. Abby, at reception, was very pleasant and sweet. Dr. Daniel Fox was quite thorough, professional, knowledgeable, kind and truly concerned for my well-being. The Medical Assistant, Miranda, was exceptional in taking my vitals and administering the EKG. . . .Very very pleasant, as well.My overall experience at AFC was wonderful. I also received a prompt phone call from them informing me of the X-ray results!! Awesome group!!! Thank you so much, AFC!!

Always fast and efficient! reception is amazing, as well as the assistants! the np’s listen and take time to ensure the best care! overall really pleased with my visit! thank you guys for everything!

Terrible experience. Care card does not work there. Misdiagnosed pink eye as an abrasion. Sent us to the ER, the doctor couldnt understand why we were sent there. Gave us antibiotics and took more money. Im not a doctor, but how do you Misdiagnose pinkeye?

This is the second time Ive visited America Family Care Spring Hill and have received excellent care. On Sunday, PA Colby offered the best treatment plan and was very clear on explaining the process. He also gave a wonderful recommendation for a local dermatologist who I was able to see within 24 hours of his recommendation.

I went in because I couldnt get to my primary care doctor on Sunday, I thought Id come down with a stomach virus, but it turned out to be a little more serious! Although I couldnt be treated at the clinic the Dr. There diagnosed the problem and was spot on! When I arrived at the hospital emergency room they were waiting for me! Tests confirmed the diagnoses and Im under going treatment!Thank you to the staff and Doctor!

The staff is great but the doctor are not very helpful. I was told that an authorization for my medication was sent in to only find out from my insurance the doctor never sent an authorization. I called back to advise of what my insurance company had said to only be told that the authorization couldn’t be sent bc they didn’t have my medical records. The doctor should have been upfront with me at first instead of making me think he sent everything in and my insurance was the reason for the hold up. I knew that didn’t seem right as I’ve never had an issue with my insurance approving a much needed medicine. This will be my last time visiting this clinic.

The facility was nice. The workers there were very nice, except one young blonde headed girl, with shorter hair, who seemed to not want to be there. After all its memorial weekend. I told her I was having trouble seeing because I have allergies this time of year and I needed a minute to clear my eyes so I could see better. She seemed to have better things to do. She said it will be fine just cover your eye. I began the test. As I said I have allergies. So I had trouble seeing. Especially out of my right eye. I took the test and I did not do very well. Later when a older nurse came back to do more test, I asked if I could take the eye test again and he said sure. This time I did really well on the test. For my age anyway. My vision went from 20/50 to 20/25. Whoever that lady is, she needs to be more patient with her patients. Thanks.

Staff and Doctor were both very nice and friendly. The clinic was nice and clean. The clinic did not have the 3rd World look or feel to it.

Best urgent care in town!! Ive always received quality care with no issues here. My wife and I had been sick this past week to the point where everyday tasks were miserable. AFC was my only choice because I knew Id get some kind of diagnosis. My wife went to another walk-in clinic, and they told her to basically tough it out. Once I heard that, I told my wife to schedule online to go here. Within 25 minutes, she was seen, diagnosed, and prescribed antibiotics. Look no further for urgent care/walk-in clinics than here.

I had a great experience! Starting from the receptionist being fast and friendly, on to the nurse who got me going through the process smooth and fast, thankful for her judgment i found out i have covid today!! Mr. Dan Fox then came in and explained to me the proper procedures to follow and prescribed me something to fix-er-up.

Everyone who works here is very kind and makes you feel like they care about you as a person. conversational, yet to the point and efficient. Dan the nurse practitioner is awesome, as is Miranda!

Much more professional and caring than the other urgent care I’ve been to in Spring Hill, TN. The provider was understanding, helpful, and overall more effective than the Fast Pace in Spring Hill. The receptionists were also supportive and helpful. I’m switching to this urgent care from now on.

The doctor and staff was very polite and helpful! I was seen within minutes of my arrival and the doctor was able to advise me of my issue and point me in the right direction. Thanks

I was billed over $200 FOR A STREP TEST!!!! I contacted billing and my insurance inquiring as to why. It turns out the doctor who I saw, as if I had any control over who walked through that door, was not in network at my time of service but conveniently enough joined network a week later??? Never have I EVER had to question if a provider was in network if I went to an ESTABLISHMENT that was in network for my insurance. Ive been to this urgent care multiple times before and never had to ask then. I have really good insurance and am being billed the same amount for a strep test and I was for giving birth to my son! They claimed they would see what they could do to make it right and remove my card on file to prevent the card from being charged while escalating the issue, yet that card was never removed and I was still charged the full amount.

The entire staff was so kind and caring. There was no waiting time, and everyone was very professional, and made sure I understood what they told me and that i didnt have any other concerns. I wish they could be my PCP.

Calm environment! Best part was I could wait in my car with my 2 year old until the front desk lady literally texted me saying I was next in line. Then I only waited about 5 or 10 minutes inside to be taken back. The RN was kind, factual, and NOT patronizing. I would HIGHLY recommend this place! (Though the waiting room had a really weird cleaner smell. Hah)

Ive been in AFC twice in the past month for both my kids. The front desk lady was very professional , compassionate, and kind. Nurses and doc were fab too! I really like the clinic a lot. Everyone seems very professional, kind, and like they love their job. They even followed up to make sure my children were feeling better. Thank you.

Preregistered on their web site portal and reserved a time slot; arrived 10 minutes early, and was happy to see it appeared is was the only patron in the parking lot. Lobby was empty, and when I checked in, I was asked to fill-out a form essentially providing all of the information I already provided the day before on their web site (I was even asked and provided images of my license on-line prior). Still not a big deal, but then I waited 20+ minutes (w/ no one there in terms of patients), until I was finally called back for a 5 minute procedure. Location was clean, lady that greeted me was pleasant, and technician who technician that conducted the 5 minute procedure was also pleasant. I do not know the medical business but appears some easy opportunities to make it a better customer experience, especially when someone comes prepared, early and pre-registered.

Clinic is short staffed, you have to do all the paperwork for them. If I was not able to be there with my Mom she would not have been able to do this paperwork herself., too much for the elderly. My Mom was there for over two hours for a chest xray and breathing treatment. The Dr on duty is good at his job but a huge language barrier. Have been to your clinic on several occasions with the same outcome. In the future it will not be a clinic we will revisit.

I walked in feeling really ill . The staff was kind, helpful and extremely efficient. The NP Dan Max took the time to talk to me and diagnose me . I had X-rays done and was out the door to pick up my prescriptions in no time . I highly recommend this Urgent Care Center

This team is phenomenal. The facility has the availability to do scheduling and registration on the portal in advance, the facility is spotless consistently and the NP is the best. Top notch. 15 out of 10.

I was a walk-in, seen fairly quickly, I felt cared for, and everyone on staff was nice. Got prescriptions called in in a timely manner. Positive experience.

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. I took my son in on July 4th (the urgent care we regularly take him to was closed) and the PA who examined him said he just had a bad cough and prescribed some cough medicine. Two days later we took him to our regular UC spot because he was showing no signs of getting better; turned out my son had pneumonia! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This office is extremely nice. Very clean! The staff were all very professional and efficient, highly recommend them. They also allow you to check in online to reduce wait time as well as tele doc visits.

The ladies at this location, from the front desk to the back, were all very nice yet professional and the wait time was minimal. I saw my primary there and it was a good experience all the way around!

Very efficient, not a long wait, but there wouldnt many people there when we got ther. They were very personable. But they did what needed to be done and we were out of there. I was very please!

UPDATE:Miranda and Stephanie made my unfortunate circumstance as entertaining as possibleUpdated information as of 9/7/2023Emily, at the front, is awful.I came in needing stitches and her response to my being there was to yell out to the other employees multiple times, in my presence that “well, we aren’t getting out on time tonight” and “we’ll be here all night”At my follow up today, I told her that the doctor I saw told me to relay that I was just here for a new bandage and her response was “ well you can tell him that’s not how this works and when you come in you have to pay” in a very nasty voice. I wasn’t trying not to pay, I literally was filling out the paperwork and handing her my card…She is literally the first person your patients see and the first person they interact with and she’s terrible. You need someone with compassion and empathy in that seat and put her in the back where she doesn’t have to see people.Check out the mission statement…. What a joke.P.S. once you get past her, everyone else was nice but she’s ruined my experience with this business

I’ve been several times with my son and for myself, and each time has been a positive experience! Being able to save a spot online is a game changer, and once we arrive it’s been quick. Providers have always been friendly and helpful!

Even though I brought my daughter in to be seen just a few moments before they closed the staff welcomed us with kindness and compassion & Im truly so greatful they did because after several days of my daughter being sick and not improving the staff discovered that she had walking pneumonia and she was able to get the care she very much needed. I’m so grateful for this establishment bc we are only living in the area temporarily and they have become our go to for any medical needs and every experience has been really top notch!

I am so pleased with my first experience at American Family Care in Spring Hill. From David at the front desk, to the wonderful lady who took my vitals to the medical personnel who helped me with my problem. You can make an appointment online or walk in. Highly recommend these folks.

Fantastic urgent care center facility by far. They went far and above to help me with my issue that I had. And the nurses and doctors did a great job.

The service in general is amazing and quick, they know how to explain very well. Over all they are understanding so will definitely come back!

Having to re-enter all my personal information everytime when there are no changes of info waste my time and yours. If it continues I will find an office that retains my information and only requires updates if something has changed

Today was my first time visiting AFC in Spring Hill and they could not have been better! The front desk, nurse, and physician were all so kind and ready to help. 10/10 all around.

Beware of this company. They will tell you one price that has to be paid upfront. They will have you pay and claim that is the price for the service you are requesting. They also are not upfront of the total cost and will not give you an itemized receipt. They will send you additional bills for services you did not receive. When you ask for the billing codes, they send the same number for each “service” received.Edit:They gave us the correct billing codes and resolved the billing issue of overcharging us for services not received. We appreciate them reaching out and handling this manner in a decent amount of time. Thank you!

Amazing Dr Fox and nurse, Miranda were very empathetic, kind, knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease in awkward situation. I felt like they really cared and were not just going thru the motions. Today July 10,2024 I cannot say enough about them Holy was so kind and sweet, I was nauseous after my blood work she made sure I sat till I was good. Dan Fox is awesome as always. Got me started on much needed meds a little over a year ago. They have changed my life for the better. Thank to all them there. Receptionist was very kind and very helpful too

This was the best walk in experience I’ve ever had. Everyone from the front desk to the PA was attentive and kind. They seemed to genuinely care about our conversations.

Digital check in is a little rough when you are sick but the staff was great. Quick and easy visit and treatment.

I had an excellent visit. Very thoughtful and checked every possible issue. Went in at a pain level of 10. Woke up this morning with a level of 2 feeling much better. They took time to allow me to have a say in past treatments

Was there for over an hour to be seen. Felt very rushed by Dr when seen. Asked for a Covid test. Dr seemed frustrated to give test. Got test and it came back negative and Dr rushed us out back door. When asked for a Dr note for that day and the previous day the Dr would only give a note for the day of being at the Dr office and stated they dont back date notes.

Busy Sunday afternoon…however the nurse and PA were very efficient and after I was in an exam room, I was out within minutes with prescriptions submitted! I appreciated they were open on a Sunday.

I went with my husband to get Rx renewals since we recently moved to Tn. Dan, the NP was fabulous. He ordered blood work and called in our RX. Nurse Miranda was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. She performed the blood tests and neither my husband nor I felt a thing. By far the best at withdrawing blood. She was great!!! Both Dan and Miranda are truly a great asset to the office.

My husband had to take a drug test for his work. We sat in the waiting room for 1 hour. The two people before us were in and out very quickly. Now there’s 8 people back and he has been in the back for over an hour talked to someone at the front desk and she said someone would check in with him. Nobody has yet to check in with him at all! We have sat here for almost 3 hours. It’s ridiculous

My entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was great. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr.Daniel Fox .was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received.

This place is amazing, super friendly and I was in and out less than a hour. My first time here, I will be going here from now on!

Let me start out by saying the front desk is top notch. The rest of the crew very unprofessional. No one….NOT even the dr seemed to know what they were doing. I went in for a cut. He actually glued his surgical glove to my wound which was then reopened and had to glue my wound a second time. They were going to give me a tetanus shot but their medicine was not stored properly therefore they could not administer it. The dr on call kept asking his assistant what to do. I could go on and on….now I know why they call this place a walk in. You walk in, you walk out AND YOU NEVER WALK BACK IN!!Also. Two days after leaving the wound reopened! They better not send me another statement!! $200 for a botched wound job and a visit elsewhere was not only costly but time consuming!! DO NOT GO THERE unless they get a more knowledgeable NP!!

Efficient systems for check-in/paperwork etc. Thorough and easy in-take. Doctor/nurses had great bedside manner. Only knocked one star off for the wait when it wasn’t busy but that’s to be expected with most walk ins. Would recommend

I was deeply disappointed with my recent visit to this urgent care facility. Despite the facility being nearly empty, I endured hours of waiting with scant attention from the staff, who seemed markedly uninterested in their work or in attending to patients. The experience reached a low point when an upset mother, who had been waiting inside a cubicle for three hours to be seen, finally left out of frustration. This incident highlights the facility’s inefficiency and poor management. The sole redeeming feature was the professionalism of the receptionist, meriting the one-star rating I am giving. Furthermore, the positive reviews on Google now seem suspect to me, suggesting the possibility of manipulation through fake accounts, a practice sadly not uncommon.

Won’t name the doctor but very rude, demeaning, unprofessional. Won’t be back

I have been here many times over my 9 years in the area and this is probably my last time coming.The doctors have been very good and knowledgeable. Especially Dr. Daniel. I really like him. However nearly every other aspect of this business is problematic.The front desk lady has been distant and barely helpful. She probably shouldnt be in customer service. Also they make me fill out the same paperwork every time I come in. They have my insurance, drivers license and other details already stored on their system, and yet they make me fill it out every single time, even if we come back only a week later.Additionally, there is no WORKING portal to see test results, reports of my visits, etc. Their website says they they have one, but there is no way to open the account. When I talked to the front desk about it, they said it doesnt work. So she gave me the number of corporate and they never picked up the phone on any extension I called. The front desk lady gave off the impression that she doesnt care and wasnt going to do anything about it or couldnt be bothered to look into it further.It is like the business just doesnt care about the customer experience at all. As a result, I dont think I will ever be back. It is sad because I really liked some of the doctors there, but I know this is not the only place with good doctors. So, I am going to go where the business actually cares.

After I went to another urgent care place the day before going to AFC, the condition got extremley worse. I am so glad I decided to seek a opinion! Very awesome visit! Great front office, great staff, and Dr. Jackson is superb!!!As soon as he saw the issue, he called the issue out and got me on the path to recovery before I left the building! Very very happy!!!

Fantastic! Came down with the flu and was trying to avoid going to the walk-in but finally came to my breaking point on Christmas Eve. Luckily, AFC got me in very quickly. Staff and the doctor were great and got the meds I needed. Will definitely be back!

I can’t speak Cali enough of this place. They were so efficient and kind and nice professional. They knew what they were doing and I felt greatly helped. For sure this will be our go to place for our whole family.

The staff was great! The check in process was the worst! Fill out the tablet…. Then fill out info via a text to your phone. Oh and just incase here’s some paperwork. My biggest gripe is the redundancy. I have been many times and every time let’s fill it all out again. Please reduce the time this all takes please.

Quick and efficient service. Even saw my 95 yr old Mom at the same appointment time for me. Mr Fox NP took his time and listened to my requests. Would definitely recommend and use this urgent care in the future. Great staff.

I like going to AFC as I usually get in quickly. Not so much this time as it’s flu and Covid season. So I understand the wait. Otherwise the appointment was good. Dr addressed my issue and gave me a prescription that seems to be working .

Every time Im there, it takes forever. Whether you are the only person in the waiting area or the tenth. For an urgent care, there is really no sense of urgency.I do appreciate their hours and services, but I wish there was a little more urgency to each patient.

Came in with possible sinus infection. Don’t hate me but I’m visiting from California. Staff is very friendly. Office is clean and welcoming. Nurse was very knowledgeable and sweet. Wait was short. Not busy at all. Waiting to see doctor, but so far 10 out of 10.

Customer service was very helpful and efficient! Only 10-15 minute wait and Doctor on call was very prompt and had me out quick so I could go grab medicine. High recommend American Family Care!

I was feeling pretty miserable and had to teach online classes all day yesterday. The doctor was wonderful and prescribed just the thing I needed to make me feel better that very same day! The doctors are very knowledgeable, professional & kind. They ensure that you feel comfortable. The treatments and medicine I was provided have made such a great difference. I feel so much better!

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! The staff and doctor were very kind and thorough. It is a walk in clinic so if there are a lot of people before you, it might take awhile which is to be expected at a walk in clinic… but once you’re seen, you’re given as much time as you need to discuss your issues with the nurse and doctor. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences. Called ahead of time to make sure they took our insurance, they confirmed they did. Drove an hour to them with a sick child and then surprise they don’t take it but were happy to take a full cash payment for any services rendered. I was nearly in tears and the staff was completely void of compassion and care.

Front staff was extremely helpful with completing my on-line paperwork. The medical assistant was so friendly and easy to converse with. The NP who examined me was thorough and sympathetic of my symptoms.

Terrible. Brought my 7 month old in last friday to be checked. he tested my child for what i had already told him he was diagnosed for. He had checked his ears, saying they looked fine and clean. As of today My son has a double ear infection , flu, & rsv. Indian doctor doesnt know what hes talking about. Ridiculous. Doctor has the brain of a rock.

I wish I could say we had the same experience as others in the reviews but we definitely did not. It is truly sad to see the generic responses when someone had a bad experience and they do nothing to solve it. We went in at 415 and the receptionist was very rude. A lady behind her was yelling at us that the deductible wasn’t met . We pulled up our insurance and attempted to show that the deductible was in fact met and services were covered . Instead of even looking at it , they said we don’t need to look you have to pay something even if it’s met. When the nurse called us back , I asked if my little boy and I could go back with my husband and she said “ it’s whatever “ and shrugged her shoulders. She was training a girl and that girl was very polite. The doctor came in and said we need to send you to the ER and that was that. We walked out and attempted to ask the girl if we would get charged for an office visit with no assessment by the doctor and deductible met - she rolled her eyes and said - well you were still seen so um yea. It was truly an awful experience with no sort of compassion from the beginning to end. Being a nurse myself , we would never treat patients this way. These reviews seem over-exaggerated for some reason or we had a completely different staff.

Oh my !!!! Such an amazing team! I was so happy and impressed with my visit. They were so on top of everything and had me in and out pretty fast. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you for such a great staff and smiling faces. Hopefully I never have to come back …. It being urgent care and all… but if I do I’m going here.

Went in and was treated with respect, by all of the staff. Waited to be seen by the doctor in a timely manner. Got me seen pretty fast, the doctor was very thorough on examining, and answered any questions I had.Would go back again to this location if the need arises.

I found AFC when everyone else was requiring masks at medical facilities and they were the only ones in town I found that weren’t. They are a friendly, freedom-loving, family-loving clinic with an online registration system you can do from your phone that puts you in an updating cue. They provide excellent healthcare. We moved here from the D.C. area and are used to having access to some of the best healthcare in the world. I’ve been seen by multiple doctors (impressively all from different ethnicities) at AFC for various ailments, all whom I would recommend. They listened, were honest in their assessment and prescribed excellent treatment that worked. You can sit in your car to avoid being in a waiting room full of sick folk and they will call you when it’s your turn. They also call after your visit to see how you’re doing to make sure you’re actually getting well and offer to help with any follow-up treatment you may need. In a world increasingly run by AI chat bots, etc., it’s not only refreshing to speak to a real person, it’s a blessing. I have at least half a dozen clinics much closer to me in Franklin and I choose to drive 30-min. (each way) to Spring Hill to go here. I’m not retired. I have my own business to run and a family to feed. Since time is perhaps my greatest commodity, my choice to drive here is perhaps my greatest endorsement. I believe in supporting pro-American, pro-family businesses. We vote with our actions, money and time. I’m confident yours will be well-spent here. I will add reference to one more gem I’ve discovered in middle TN related to healthcare: RX Compound Centre in Columbia, TN. During COVID, when none of the big-box pharmacies in town would entertain selling Ivermectin to help treat COVID, this place not only would sell it, they would sell it for a VERY reasonable cost. Prior to finding them (note: Ivermectin appeared to help my wife get over COVID much faster than other treatments), we paid a premium from boutique doctors who hocked them for a small fortune. Being a true compounding pharmacy, you get the very best quality and 100% dialed-in prescriptions. In my experience, their promise online of “a quality-driven service” with a “focus to ensure affordable access to the medications you need at a price you’ll love” has and continues to be 100% true.

Presented with a kidney stone/ kidney infection. All required paperwork was super-efficient and online. I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment. Prescriptions prescribe that resolved discomfort quickly. Very happy with the care provided.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Chris Kromer, MD not only misdiagnosed me, he lied in my medical records. I’m still dealing with effects of it to this day. My inner ankle & Talus are moving inward towards my left foot because of the injury to my Metatarsal bone right underneath as it connects to my pinky toe. The moment he walked in the room disheveled, I knew he would not properly care for me. He didn’t. In fact he was dismissive the whole time & kept applying strong pressure to my injury spot even as I wiggled around in distress & pain. He just kept looking me in the eyes as he squeezed underneath my foot, in the spot I was having severe pain, until I had to jerk it away. He released me back to work for FULL duty the same day. I only was able to get an X-Ray because I asked for one. Long story: I went to an actual Dr. & was taken off of work because he didn’t ignore the injury. Eventually I returned to work after having to go through hell & back because of his lies. I wasn’t healed but couldn’t afford to stay home. Went back to work & quit because they believed him & wanted to put me back on the same job that injured my foot. I’ll never forgive or forget him for that. Not even in the afterlife.

I called the evening prior to my visit. The assistant informed me that it was walk up only and recommended that I show up early the next morning.I was the fourth car in line and was greeted by a very kind, professional, receptionist who opened the doors 10 minutes early to a very clean, nice and welcoming lobby.
 She was incredibly efficient as she calmly took care of a flood of customers, their questions and concerns.I filled out my paperwork and waited just a few minutes before I was brought back into the office. The nurse was quite pleasant. She took care of my test in a jiffy.About 15 minutes, the PA had the results; he answered all my questions and guided me outside.This was TOP NOTCH service!Again thanks for a great experience.I highly recommend this place!Ess

Showed up to have a DOT physical preformed on a Sunday. Filled out all the paperwork and the online portion and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes. Get called up to be told our physician isnt certified. What a waste of time you can at least say it when you first walk in, not after filling everything out and waiting.

Savannah was extremely welcoming, nice & efficient! She made taking vitals & answering medical questions easy/painless.Dan, the NP, was great! He was very quick, thorough, knowledgeable, and listened well. Overall a great experience!

The care I received was exceptional. I believe I saw Dan a nurse practitioner. He listens and cares. I received a phone call from him the following day asking how I was doing and he gave me the results of a test I had done. I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely be going back there if I need an urgent care appointment. The wait time was short as well.

Savannah was very helpful & patient. Dr Fox was amazing! I’ve seen him before and he was able to put two & two together and solved one of my migraine issues that my doctor in my home state never even got close to. This guy is awesome!

Everyone was so friendly! The girls at the front were very patient with me as I filled out my paperwork. They got me in almost right after I handed it in! Ashley was soo sweet when taking my history and vitals. And the Dr. was great as well.

Weve unfortunately had to come here three times in the past month due to sickness, flu and strep throat. The staff here have been great. They were nice and sensitive to my 6 year old, and helped him not be afraid of all the tests. Results were good, doctors were helpful, and fully recommend anyone needing to come here.

This office is fantastic. Sheena at the front desk is so warm and welcoming. Dan is awesome. Very personable and explains everything really well. The wait time is comparable to our regular doctor, but it is a whole lot easier to get in. I highly recommend!

I went to American Family Doctors first because I thought they were a walk in clinic but I was turned away. So I came here instead. I walked right in. The staff were nice and professional. It was no more than an hour and I had seen the doctor and was headed home. The office is bigger than it looks and looked equipped to handle almost any urgent treatment short of a hospital ER. Id definitely come here again if I needed.

In and out quickly at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. Got a tetanus shot and antibiotics called in to Walmart across the street after being bitten by a cat. Would definitely go back, very convenient. Staff was professional and facility was clean.

Had a great experience here on 12/26/22. The girl that does tb injections was about to be done with her shift (Holly is her name I believe) and I needed the test for work. She stayed a little bit extra and saved me the huge hassle of finding another office for service. The girls there were extremely nice and accommodating and professional. Will definitely come back if I’m in the area and need to be seen. You have a wonderful staff at the Spring Hill, Tennessee location. Thanks again!

The whole staff was extremely friendly. They got me in and out quick without feeling rushed. Very efficient. I was treated by NP Daniel Fox- he was super kind, listened, and quick with a treatment plan. 10 stars!

I was seen quickly and got my rapid covid test done quickly as well. The doctor gave me a couple of things that were supposed to help with my positive results. Neither of the prescriptions he gave me have helped at all unfortunately.I was also disappointed they didnt give me any type of after visit care instructions or more than a single piece of paper stating that my test was positive. Nothing on it said what strain I had and had a bunch of missing information on it.They were much more thorough in December of 2019 when I got a rapid test there.

I went on their website at 9AM to save a spot and they stated that the estimated appt time would be 11:01AM. So we brought our sick toddler up at the time they provided, the person at the front stated he was checked in but it would be a 2 hour wait and we said ok well can you call us when it’s time because we are not going to sit here for two hours that was the whole reason for scheduling a time and he stated no you have to wait here . Meanwhile their text message said we are checked in and our time to be taken back was approximately 11:27AM. We asked the front again to make sure, he said well you are checked in you just have to pay your copay and it’s still two hours and that the system is new and he does not know how it works, if your establishment can’t handle a website that allows you to make appts maybe you should just stick to walk ins only.

Friendly staff, went in for workmans comp, doctor doesnt believe in taking time off work, so they put you on light duty and I loved that bc they know you still need to make a paycheck. Doctors will do everything they can to find out whats going on with you. The ladys upfront can help you with everything else. And they call you the next day to see how you are (I love the check ups)

Both my daughter and I were in for care today. We got Ashley and Savannah. They were informative about what they were testing for after hearing our symptoms. Also, the fun little banter between them kept us smiling even though we didnt feel well. It was very much appreciated.

Absolute worst care I have ever received in my life! Not even worth one star!! Dr did not even assess me before just immediately walking in the room to tell me I needed to go to the ER after I tried to explain multiple times I just wanted to make sure I had no broken bone. He refused care to me, he refused doing an X-ray, then he wants to involve front desk girl as I am trying to leave saying he “needed a witness that I was refusing to go to the er” when he was just refusing care to me. She got very argumentative when she didn’t even have a clue from Adam what was even going on. He did not even assess me at all to see where my injury/pain was at. He kept arguing with me that his primary concern was my neck when I wasn’t even there for my neck. I am actually an intensive care and this place was the most sorry excuse of a medical clinic I have ever seen in my life. Do not EVER go to this place if you want true medical care—medical malpractice is all you will get!!

Every staff member, nurse and doctor was professional and courteous. We were attended to almost immediately even though we walked in. Id recommend asking for printed copies of visit notes/prescriptions because though I prefer email, they said theyre not using encrypted email yet.

Staff was super sweet and caring. I have received a follow up call where they are checking in on me! This is my first time using this doctors office, and it will definitely not be my last!

I love this clinic. Some drs are better than others but as a whole I think they’ve all been super caring and helpful. And I am not a dr person. So that says a lot.

WORST PLACE. if it gave me a no star option i’d pick it. my kids insurance was mixed up and changed, i didn’t have the card itself and apparently they couldn’t look up his insurance and wanted to charge me $200 on the spot knowing my kid HAS INSURANCE. the manager has the worst attitude as well.

The wait time was a bit long. About 90 minutes. Besides that, great service. I felt heard and the trip wasn’t pointless.

I was so sick with a stomach virus and everyone was so nice, the girl at the front desk even helped me with my paperwork. They were quick and thorough and again, really so sweet through the whole thing, every person.

I’ve been here multiple times and have never had to wait for less than an hour even on empty days; I understand doctors offices have a reasonably long struggles to go through before seeing a patient. However, it frustrates me immensely to get a doctor that talks to me for 2 minutes, gives an absolutely horrible physical exam, then sends me on my way with no advice.

Absolute best care I’ve ever received. All of the staff from the front desk, to the nurse and doctor were phenomenal. They were all compassionate and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend AFC Spring Hill.

Friendly staff is always a plus and I was in and out with no long wait. Couldnt ask for a better place to go in a hurry. Make sure you bring your insurance card every time you go, because if not it is pricey.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The nurse was very thorough and professional! She went ahead and tested me and my son for strep , flu, and covid, which was fine. But when the Dr. came in ; all he did was tell us our test results were negative, so its a virus and then said Bye! He never looked at my sons throat or listened to my chest and I had a terrible cough , which I will say ,he did give me something for, after I said something about keeping my husband up all night coughing! But he didnt put a finger on us! His nurse was sooooo much more professional! We will not be back!

I have been struggling with stomach problems for so long. Recently moved here and don’t have a PCP and they’ve been able to do more than my doctor’s back home. They followed up with me the next day ON A SUNDAY to see how I’m feeling. These people truly care about their patients.

Worst place to go to took them 5 days to even get me a script and they didn’t even get me what I needed had to have my dr from Michigan call my script in for me. Have had strep throat for almost a week and all they told me to take was Tylenol and ibuprofen which doesn’t help or fix the problem at all

The 3 stars are definitely only for Sheena at the front desk & the doctor that finally prioritized me as a patient and got me my results after waiting for 7+ DAYS! Ashley who answers the phone does not need to work in anything dealing with the public. She is rude & seems unhappy with her position. I also asked her to fax me a medical release and never received it. Thank you Dr.Fox & thank you to Sheena! She is a breath of fresh air 🥰 & per Dr.Fox really great too!

Greatest Clinic Ever!! I have been in more than a couple handfuls of clinics, i.e. walk-in, urgent care, mini-clinics, etc. I have been in a few good ones, but this one is the best. The ease of check-in. CHECK. The clear explanation of cost and insurance detail. CHECK. The friendliest staff!! CHECK! CHECK! CHECK! From the Receptionist, Sheena, who helped us check in AND made sure we were ok on the way out the door, to Nurse Stephanie who was super friendly and professional with our 5yr old, and Dr. Smith who was super helpful and made us feel comfortable with the choices we had available. We couldn’t be more happy with our choice to try American Family Care for any and all walk-in or urgent care needs. Thank you AFC. You made us very happy we stopped at your clinic.

Every time I’ve come here they have been quick and polite. I feel like the doctors really listen and care. The nurses are all helpful and sweet. It’s the best urgent care I’ve gone to.

The wait wasn’t long at all, got to a room fast! Front desk and nurse, Savannah, is very nice and helpful. The building also smells clean which is a plus compared to other urgent cares I’ve been to.

I went in due to pain in my chest when I breathe. Coughing made it even worse. I was taken care of quickly. I was given a COVID test, and a chest X-Ray. Came up with a plan, and 1 day later Im already feeling better. Correct diagnosis and attention to detail. Doctor said he was going to show another doctor my X-Ray as well just to make sure they are right. So to go that extra step means a lot. Highly recommend this clinic!!

This was my first time using this walk in as it is what my work uses for workman’s comp. The staff was very nice! I was there for a couple of hours, but they seemed to have quite a few patients but made sure to check on me every little while. The doctor was kind, also checking on me a couple times before actually doing the procedure (simple sutures). One of the nurses even went out in the rain to roll my windows up since I forgot! Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor were great and I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff was pleasant and wait times were low; however, the MD had lackluster bedside manner. The physical I received was questionable, and I had no guidance when trying to address a negative titer.I ultimately just figured it out myself. Patients deserve so much better from physicians.

I’ve brought both my daughter and myself here in last two months. The care that Dr. Fox showed my daughter was wonderful and greatly appreciated. As well as when I was seen they took note of everything down to the T. Just an overall good place to go when you are feeling bad.
