A great alternative to the bigger “systems” in town and they accept insurance! I’ve seen Amy twice and she’s professional, warm, knowledgeable, and offers HRT options. Avoid the long waits and difficulty getting an appointment elsewhere. The space is warm, calming, and staff are welcoming.

I’ve been going to them and working through a fertility clinic out of state, and they have been so validating throughout this process. Dr. Kratz is absolutely the best!!! He’s been my doctor for several years and has even performed extensive surgery on me. He has a wealth of knowledge in the OBGYN field and always takes as much time as needed to explain issues and/or procedures in order to make sure the patient understands.I have also been seen and treated in the clinic by Amy Lynn, one of the nurse practitioners. She is wonderful as well!

Every interaction Ive had with every single staff member has always been 10/10. Everyone is professional, kind, and approachable. The office is clean and very nice, though could use some updating decor-wise lol. The care is impeccable, and the compassion unmatched anywhere. This office has always been great. These types of visits are never fun, but Dr. Kratz has a friendly and professional bedside manner and a great personality. I always read reviews before I go to a doctor or buy something and I thought these must be fake reviews because there were so many positive reviews. I had to find a new OB-GYN because I moved here about 10 years ago and just went back to my previous state to my previous OB-GYN when I had to have a checkup. As a post menopausal woman I am now having problems and my previous OB-GYN has retired so I had to find a new one in Springfield closer to me. I googled doctors who treat obese women in Springfield and found Dr kratz and saw all the good reviews. When I called they got me right in within a week. Everyone in Dr kratzs office have been very friendly and make you feel very comfortable and Dr kratz works very hard to try to find out what is wrong with you. As a person of my size I can say that I do not like going to doctors and I know there are a lot of other women who do not go to doctors for that reason but I can honestly say that I actually like Dr kratz and his staff better than I did my previous OB-GYN whom I went to for over 40 years because they are so non-judgmental and make you feel so comfortable and work hard to find out what your problem is.

I had Jill Norton do my first obgyn appointment and she did a great job. She was very thourough from the beginning and ending. She didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and let me feel like I could talk to her about anything and everything. The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful as well. I would 10/10 recommended going to this facility.

I absolutely ADORE the staff at the Womens Clinic. My husband and I have struggled with infertility for 3 years now and ended up here and I couldnt be happier. I have been fortunate to never have felt disrepected or not taken seriously from any clinic or from my OB when addressing our infertility, but I will say I have felt more welcome and attended to by the Womens Clinic than I have anywhere else weve been. Nothing had worked for us medication wise until we got here, so even though it was over 2 years into our journey, we finally ended up at a place I can trust and have faith in! Even if youre not struggling with infertility, give them a call because theyre all great! Highly recommend!

Staff is always friendly, helpful, answer any questions and do their best to make sure Im comfortable. I moved to Branson in 2013 and asked around for a GYN referral. Dr. Kratz was highly recommended to me, and over the years I have found him and his staff to be professional, personable, knowledgeable and caring - really good people! I highly recommend Dr. Kratz, and have to add that, anytime I meet and talk to another of his patients, I always hear “I love Dr. Kratz!”... he’s a wonderful doctor.

First I would like to say that Vanessa is wonderful and has been great!The issue I have is with Dr. Kratz, so I have severe periods, I am literally bed bound and I barely get any sleep when I have my period. The first time I went to him about it was on the second day of my period in October and he had no issues prescribing me a pain medication (20 tablets of 5mg Hydrocodone, take 1 every 4-6 hours so that’s about 4 a day) and that helped me a lot. I got my period this month and once again I’m bed bound so I called and asked if I could get more pain medications, and I was told by his office staff that he said no I don’t like that you went through them so fast you should have some left.I tried explaining that I ran out on the last day of my period which makes sense since I was taking all 4 every day, so yes I ran out on the 5th day (7th day of my period). So I basically am being accused of abusing them. I am very offended that I am being accused of this when all I want is to not be stuck in pain and in bed all day for 7 days and barely get any sleep. I understand the opioid epidemic and how doctors have to be careful, but this was just wrong. I am being falsely accused of abusing the pain medication he prescribed me when in fact I am not.

Staff is always professional and polite. Dr. Kratz is the best gynecologist I’ve seen. He explains everything thoroughly so you know what’s going on. Great facility

If you want to be treated with dignity and respect, go somewhere else.Reply to your response:Seems to me your response poses two legal concerns...1) Revealing anything about a clients medical history seems like a possible HIPPA violation.2) Accusing someone of abuse falsely is libel. I’ve looked up the legal definition of abuse, and having a disagreement doesn’t qualify.You may want to reconsider your response.

I want to thank the whole staff and Dr. kratz for taking good care of me by fixing my bladder issue that other providers hadnt followed through on. I will be returning here for any future care. They were all very kind. So thanks to all of you.

Everyone is super duper nice and friendly. they don’t make anything weird or alienate you and overall just really accepting. they are professional but in a way where doesn’t just feel like business because you can tell they absolutely care.

Called several times to try to make an appointment and am always sent to a voicemail, never can get a call back. Not a good first impression if you’re already made to feel like you don’t matter.

I saw Dr Stein & Amy Linn for the first time in 2010 after having tried to conceive a couple years & after many test which failed to provide any answers, Dr stein diagnosed me with unexplained secondary infertility.& reluctantly, He then also mentioned Endometriosis. After he explained the symptoms I knew without a doubt, that having the laparoscopy surgery to diagnose & remove the endo would be my next immediate step... & even now 9 years later my pain is nothing compared to the level of pain I was experiencing prior to the lap surgery!! Although I wasn’t able to conceive with the assistance of the woman’s clinic, I did eventually conceive naturally (6 years later) in 2016 & I went to the woman’s clinic for my first ultrasound & blood work!! Amy Linn is so sooo amazing. She’s of the most understanding & considerate health care professionals I have ever seen!!
