They have had issues in the past but they have been rectified and are really getting back to helping people. They are a wonderful provider and receptive to feedback and complaints. If you have a bad experience make sure you email the clinic director. I am very satisfied with the way things are turning out. Of my four doctors I like this clinic the best. 😄 clarification if you read my previous review they removed the note and are back to basics.

Before I state my actual review, let me make one thing clear. I am by no means employed by APO, nor do I volunteer with them. My options that Im about to express are by no means a reflection of APO or any of their staff members and they cannot be held liable for what I post. Thanks to the 1st Amendment(thats the Freedom of Speech, for those of you who havent figured that out yet), I can express myself freely. Now for my personal review:Id give them 100 stars if I could. Theyve been there for me for 15 years. My physical health is top notch because of their help. Theyre helping me with a place to live, pantry services(hygiene, household items, and a few others) are not much, but at least they have something to help. Mental health is awesome with them. Dr. Adams and Amber just to name a couple in the clinic, yall are awesome and I love yall. Marsha at the front desk, love you, girl. Debbie, Julie, Fallon, and everyone else...thats right I love yall too. So some of you guys say youve had a bad experience there. Thats your fault. Try being more flexible with them. Youre not the only client there, so instead of them doing every little thing for you, try being proactive, and help yourself too. Stop crying. You need a tissue, it seems. Dont worry, Ill get it for you. Wouldnt want you to have to do something for yourself. Ill hold your hand to your appointments too. And change your diapers. Just make sure I get the caregivers salary. Yeah, I take attacks on them personal. Go cry about that too. APO, thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for everything yall do. I love you guys. The rest of you that complained, GET A GRIP!!! Stop looking for someone besides yourself to blame for your problems in life. I just wanted to puke reading all your whoah is me episodes. Have a great day.

My daughter has been going there for a year now in the past months has been disrespected by multiple providers and not given her hormones or any health care there oath says first do no harm stopping hormone treatment abruptly can and well do harm to a person please dont take your loved ones here for Trans care because they dont care especially if they are autistic like my daughter

This place doesnt really deserve any stars because this place is a huge joke. Ya are suppose to help with Transgender people and you dont. When you schedule someone a certain time and they show up for there time and then turn around and tell them they cant be seen until 5p.m when ya close at 5. Come on seriously ya are a piece of work let me tell ya. I will be blasting ya all over the place to make sure ya dont have no business.

Just started using APO as a provider this year and of the 2 appointments Ive had theyve messed up scheduling both times, usually resulting in wasting an hour or more of my time and a mad dash to try and fit something inconvenient into my schedule to correct the mistake so that Im not left without necessary medications due to their lack of organization.I keep being assured this is not how we do business but given its been the situation every time, I have no reason to believe that.Having a personable staff (which they are exceptional in this regard) is wonderful; however, it becomes meaningless when organization and professionalism are lacking. Were there any other options for the specific care I need in this area, I would take them and should you have other options for yours, I recommend you explore them prior as well.

It seems like these people dont know what they are doing. I have gone back and forth multiple times between the two locations trying to get started but with no luck. And no one knows how to answer the phone or call you back.

Would NOT recommend this place for anyone straight and/or with a history of using. Got dropped by my provider Due to controlled substance seeking behaviors, for a refill request of a prescribed medication. My toxicology has been clean and theres nothing like the good old once a junkie, always a junkie treatment. This is on top of a lesion requiring surgical removal that has only grown and worsened, due to failure to provide adequate examination and treatment. I guess for being normal or different, that thats how I was going to be treated. I fully intend to make all of this publicly known and would not recommend this place to anyone, for any real medical needs. Its more like a club house and you have to fit in, to get in... Discrimination on multiple levels to say the least.

Overflowing with positive things to say about this place. The establishment is nice; but, what makes this resource indispensable is its staff who are all, in their own way: patient, kind, loving, informative, and fun. In addition, special level of recognition is owed to Derrick: What a genuine, bright, warm, and encouraging soul. Thank you 🙏🏼

This is where my people are. This place is great they have all kinds of resources available for anyone who qualifies for services, but you do need to have a case worker. & if theres anything you want to know just ask theyre always more than willing to help you get the information you need to know. I love it here & so will you. 👍👌✌☮☯💙😎

The case managers are useless, they do nothing to help their clients in anyway! and only speak to you when your 6 month reinstatement for the Ryan white program comes up, they really are not needed in anyway. The doctor and medical staff are great .. I would give this place 5 stars for the doctor and medical staff but the case managers drag this place down with their lack of help for their clients.

APO is one of the best organizations that exist in our part of the country when it comes to social services. These people are doing great, selfless work and they deserve the respect and admiration fitting the service they provide to our community.Huge thanks to Grove Pharmacies for their substantial support of APO.

APO is an invaluable resource for so many in terms of testing, competent case management, and compassionate medical care. They are, hands down, the best local resource for information anyone could need on how to protect themselves and prevent infections within the community they serve.
