I had a really positive experience from start to finish undergoing egg retrieval and embryo cryopreservation with Spring. All of the staff and nurses are very friendly and welcoming. I found communication and use of the portal to be fairly seamless. I felt like I had a good support system for obtaining and using my medications, it can be overwhelming and intimidating at first but they were always very clear and prompt on dosing instructions everyday. Dr. Murugappan was my primary provider and the doctor that performed my retrieval. She is awesome! So personable, friendly and positive. Everyone involved on retrieval day were also great, from the staff to the nurses to the anesthesiologist. They really make you feel calm and well taken care of. Communication after the retrieval was also very clear and reliable, I was never left wondering what’s going on. I would highly recommend the team at Spring!

I visited Spring Fertility hoping for a positive outcome and was immediately impressed by the clinics environment and the friendliness of both the staff and the doctors. However, my experience was mixed. While the ambiance and patient service were excellent, the treatment outcome is disappointing or not as expected. I felt there was a lack of communication regarding the progress of my treatment. Each ultrasound and blood work was briefly summarized as everything is good, without detailed explanations or insights into what was actually happening.Additionally, there was an issue with communication about medication refills. The nursing staff did not inform me in time to refill my prescription, which resulted in me missing a dose.

I strongly recommend against Spring for anyone who wants a safe, smooth, and successful experience with egg retrieval.I will share my story of egg retrieval with them from this February.First of all, I did not have a successful retrieval at all; they failed to retrieve any eggs.Secondly, the communication was slow. No one picked up or returned my calls every time I called.In addition, the reimbursement process was a pain. I was unable to get the full amount reimbursed from our company because Spring was unwilling to do the prior authorization.And here comes the best—and scariest—part!After I took the trigger shot prescribed by the doctor, I experienced a severe side effect: I completely lost muscle strength and was unable to stand, let alone walk. We called the office, and the team had ZERO idea what to do. They just said to wait it out or go to the ER. They also told me they would consult a nurse and get back to me, but guess what? They did not!I requested to speak with their supervisor after all these experiences. And guess what happened? Surprise, no response again! It felt like my health and experience did not matter to them. I was just another customer willing to pay $$$$ for a poor outcome.Congratulations to those who had successful retrievals/freezing. However, for those considering this provider, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Experience with 1 egg retrieval, 2 pregnancies, 6 FETs across 3 years (2021-2024) with Spring:pros:-really loved our patient coordinator. really kind, very on top of things, very responsive-doctor is very caring and empathetic-locations across the bay area and other cities for travel is very convenientcons:-could explain some medical details better-when youre not in the middle of a cycle, your care team deprioritizes you and its almost impossible to get information on frozen embryos, next steps to start treatment, etc. super confusing and frustrating as you get transferred to multiple people where you have to explain your request and steps youve already taken a million times.

We had Dr. Harris oversee our treatment in 2022, and he was great: very knowledgeable, laid out all of the options, and performed all procedures flawlessly. Since then, I understand a couple of procedural things have changed: now instead of a doctor fully overseeing your treatment, you see whatever doctor is currently on the rotation. A couple of doctors have left. We briefly met with Dr. Murugappan, and she seemed great too, but we have not resumed treatment since Dr. Harris (we had our first baby). For us, we had a flawless experience with Spring Fertility, and we also had the right insurance (Progyny), which made the whole experience as painless as, well, as much as it could be :)

The facility is stunning. The doctors and nurses are very responsive and caring. Communication is ok although there was a period of time when my doctor left without transferring me to a new one. I felt I was stuck without a new plan and proper communication. However the new doctor and his care team is wonderful and I feel I am on the right track now. I also worked with Emily from Nest Cryibank and she is wonderful. She took over all communications with my old care team that seamed unresponsive and she always tried to find right contacts and answers for me.

I took a friend’s recommendation to try out Spring and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Murugappan is the best! Shes so kind very attentive which put me at ease. The entire staff offers impeccable service that almost makes you feel like you are their only client. I’m so grateful for this experience and have been telling all of my close friends. If you’re looking for a doctor’s office to help you along this journey, I’m happy to share…you’ve found it!

The staff at Spring Fertility (Silicon Valley/Sunnyvale) clinic was very welcoming and pleasant to work with. Dr. Harris and his team were very responsive, attentive and energetic. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of by everyone. Initially, I was very nervous, however, the communication was exceptional with the team--all my questions were thoroughly answered and quick responses. I knew who to reach out to, what to expect, and how to stay organized with my treatment. Overall, my experience was very positive at Spring Fertility.

Let me start with saying: As someone who has undergone fertility treatments, it’s a hard and difficult path mentally and physically. However after many surgeries, IVF and several embryo transfers at a different clinic, I am happy to say my experience at Spring and with Dr. Murugappan was excellent.I specifically chose Spring because of Dr. Murugappan. I had previously been lucky enough to be a patient of hers for a short while when she was at Stanford. She left such an impression on me as being thoughtful, kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She has such a warm and inviting disposition and immediately puts you at ease. I remember never feeling alone when she was my doctor.While under Dr. Murugappan’s care at Spring, my first round of IVF resulted in higher quality embryos than my prior round of IVF at another clinic. Additionally, my first embryo transfer at Spring resulted in a pregnancy which I’m in the throes of now. None of my prior embryo transfers at a different clinic resulted in pregnancies.Currently I’m in my third trimester all thanks to Dr. Murugappan and the treatments I received at Spring. After I found out I was pregnant I had some concerns about how the transition from Spring to an OB would go since my insurance had yet to assign me an OB. I’m happy to report the transition was smooth and seamless solely in part by Spring. Spring and Dr. Murugappan ensured there were no gaps in medical treatment or testing while my insurance assigned an OB. Spring’s medical staff also ensured I was fully prepared on what the next steps were for testing, screenings and ensured I knew what medications I could and couldn’t take while pregnant. Even after an OB had taken over my medical care I received periodic checkins from Spring which has felt very reassuring.As soon as I am able try for another child, I will be back to Spring to see Dr. Murugappan. She is a complete and utter rockstar. I can’t recommended her enough. I trust her completely and am forever grateful to her and her medical staff.

As a physician and patient, I send all of my friends to Dr. Gaya Murugappan. I transitioned from another area clinic where I had done multiple rounds of IVF without success and she was able to successfully create embryos and implant them into our surrogate. Not only has she done this for me, but all of my friends call her a miracle worker. Beyond the success, she is the kindest most compassionate clinician with wonderful technique and bedside manner. Spring was also the easiest clinic to work with for scheduling - their entire environment felt luxurious and our surrogate thought so too! Cant recommend Dr. Murugappan enough!!

I cant recommend Dr. Harris and his team highly enough.Dr. Harris is extremely knowledgeable and always had an answer for every single highly specific question I had. On top of that, I really appreciated his compassionate beside manner. When things werent going well, he was so incredibly supportive and encouraging, and when things were going well, he was genuinely excited and happy for us. After every appointment and procedure, I was always blown away by how Dr. Harris always treated me with so much dignity and empathy. I always felt so safe, protected, and listened to under his care. One thing I really appreciated was at the end of every appointment, he would ask what other questions do you have? even though I knew that he was out of time, he would patiently answer every question. I have not experienced this level of excellence in medical care before in my life, so any doctor that I see after Dr. Harris will have very big shoes to fill. I honestly wish I could remain under his care moving forward!I also want to note that Dr. Harris care team is also exceptional. During a particularly challenging week, they even sent me a bouquet of flowers to affirm what I was feeling and to let me know they were thinking of me. Everyone from the nurses to the patient navigator and financial navigators have been wonderfully helpful.The reason I chose Spring to begin with was because their data on live birth rates was the highest in the Bay Area, and I am incredibly grateful that well be able to fulfill our dream of starting a family next Spring thanks to Spring, Dr. Harris, and his care team!

I do have bad experience at Spring Fertility Sunnyvale. The care team is not reaching out patients proactively. If you dont push, they wont update you for months.My doctor Dr.Sara Vaughn left Spring Fertility all in a sudden without heads up, without transfer plan. All I got is a general announce email.The only left doctor is not accepting new patients at all. I have to postpone all plan to wait for new hires.I understand out of plans could happen, but please go to big fertilities with more doctors that can handle this, can take over patients. And respect patients.

They know that this is a very difficult, emotional, draining, time consuming, lots of medical appointment, and expensive procedure . They have me talking to 5 different people so confusing! Emails and text not clear on what theyre asking for!!! Im so exhausted by now I just want to give up!! Keep sending me emails with forms to sign yet I have submitted all my forms. They should have one coordinator assigned for the patient. Not different staff member!! as I said its already stressful enough and I should have peace and no stress. God help me.

Dr. Lee and her Care Team are absolutely incredible! I could not have chosen a more compassionate, gracious, kind hearted group of people to share such a personal experience with. Their facility is stunning, and their bedside manner is steller. Dare I say, that I often looked forward to my appointments, in a time of isolation, I found comfort and hope in these remarkable humans. Dr. Lee was always transparent with me; her honesty and empathy enabled me to trust her recommendations throughout the entire process. Her calmness eased my anxiety of all the unpleasantries that came with IVF treatment. I’m extremely grateful to have been in the care of such an extraordinary group of people. I highly recommend Dr. Lee & Team - not only for their expertise in fertility, but for their thoughtfulness, their generosity, and their understanding of what you’re enduring emotionally, mentally and physically with treatment. Today I am 15 weeks pregnant. I’m ecstatic, humbled, and extremely thankful to Dr. Lee. If I had to do this journey again, I’d choose Dr. Lee & Team every time.

Really bad service especially from Dr. Nam Tram. He didnt even introduced himself as soon as he walked inside the room. Was very rude and insensitive. They charged our insurance for a lot of things and I specifically called several times the clinic so they would tell us ahead of time our insurance coverage. At the end we walked away and received a huge bill for nothing. Dont go to this clinic. Try somewhere else.

They dont care for the patients once they got the money. I have tried to reach out for my current storage eggs FOR A MONTH with tons of emails and calls and can literally get NOBODY to help. I was with Dr. Lee, and after she left, I literally can get 0 help.

Not responsive and responsible for your own life. They try to downplay everything.The hotline is a joke for urgency.
