Instant Urgent Care

Went in for a skin infection. The nurse practitioner, Sujitra, was very nice. Was a doctor in Thailand but immigrated to US and became a nurse practitioner. Was very concerned about my health. Asked about my medical history so she could assess my risk for treatment. After I told her all my labs were normal, she prescribed appropriate medications and explained to me very well what the treatment plan was. Got treatment with prescriptions for more antibiotic pills and ointment. All for $179. Very reasonable.

My experience was far from satisfactory. During the COVID test, the staff was so rough that it caused my nose to bleed, which was quite distressing. To make matters worse, the doctor who attended to me was extremely arrogant and showed no sympathy for my situation. The lack of empathy and professionalism made an already uncomfortable situation even more unbearable. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking medical care.

My soar throat turned into an ear ache and sinus congestion. Looked for an urgent care clinic nearby and found Instant Urgent Care. Had taken my daughter there once before but she needed an x-ray they couldn’t provide so didn’t experience the full service. Glad I went back. Got a little lucky in that there was only one patient ahead of me. Everything was smooth and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

I thought it was convenient to have an urgent care close for minor illnesses and treatments. I have been here several times and have had different providers( at least 3). Unfortunately, the one that is most knowledgeable was only filling in on a Saturday. Usually, when I go for care I am made to feel quite awkward and uncomfortable over nothing and it’s frustrating. I’m not sure if it’s a racial issue, provider lack of confidence or both. I have a chronic back condition that may require extra support in the form of an anti inflammatory injection for pain. It is non narcotic and you would think it was morphine. Most providers do not have a problem with it at all.Again, when I visit this clinic I feel as if I’m doing something wrong and a patient should never be made to feel this way. I was told if I still have pain to follow up with my PCP. Usually PCP’s are booked and not able to see you in a timely manner. I feel like my business is not wanted. To make matters worse, I’m a healthcare professional of many years and I know what complications to look out for. It’s a totally frustrating situation and it shouldn’t be especially if you have the medication there to dispense.

I have been to this location 3 times which is absolutely my own fault for returning. The first time I went the nurses and doctors were in a rush to leave because it was New years day. I didnt feel like I got very good care. Second time I went I had a different Dr and she treated me and was helpful. I went in yesterday for a terrible virus Ive had for a month and pretty sure its a sinus infection. Had another new Dr and they showed up late to work. The Dr did no physical exam AT ALL and told me to eat chicken soup. Idk how much Im going to have to pay for that but I would recommend staying far away. This place is trash.

I went in just 2 days ago. I had no insurance, but was rear ended on the highway by a car going about 40 miles an hour. I was at a complete stop as is typical Bay area slowdown traffic on 880. I did not go immediately to the emergency room I believe because of the adrenaline pumping through me afterwards, I only felt stiff and the pain in my ankle and wrist from tensing up. The next day I woke up and the pain was significantly more present. Im not myself. I go in the afternoon as my car isnt driveable from the damage and waited for a ride. I went in and knowing how doctors feel about opioids, now, given the drug addiction widespread that theyve caused, which Ive never taken once in my life, might I add. I literally only asked for 800mg Iburprofen to counteract the pain, my reference being that I curently had a wisdom tooth removed and this is what they gave me to deaden the pain which worked pretty well. The Dr. however persistently told me everytime I asked for 800mg that she would only give me 600mg. Like what the hell?! I was just in a pretty hard car accident, which is worse the pain after having a tooth removed from a numbed jaw or getting slammed into violently by another vehicle going at significant speeds. Now Im literally just here in pain. They took my money no problem and sent me out to basically be in pain. I can get 2 250mg eqauling 500mg tablets from the first aid kits at work. Why would a doctor only prescribe me 600mg ibuprofen after a car accident? It not like its an methamphetamine I could get high off of. Clearly I just wanted it to manage the pain. I of course cant help but feel like this is why so many Black people feel like their pain is not taken seriously in medicine. I hate that on top of the pain I feel like my race played a part in me not getting adequate Healthcare. I know people hate hearing honest experiences now days if it doesnt align with what normally takes place in their everyday life, but that doesnt make it any less true.

I had a dog bite that got infected and I went to see the doctor and he told me nothing was wrong - he didn’t even take five min to look at it. Turns out I had cellulitis- and I had to have my bite opened up and cleaned out or I could have lost my leg. This doctor wanted my money snd didn’t care about healing me!

I needed an urgent vaccination for my son for school entry. Contacted instant urgent care through phone. Was a seamless experience right through from appointment through to meeting the Dr. In fact the front office person was not available and the Dr herself sorted out all the required paperwork.

This clinic is very nice. They helped me print my son’s physical form and were so fast and efficient.

Great experience coming here, the staff is friendly and very professional. I was in and out of my appointment pretty fast and well taken care of.

Sign on door says Saturday until 5pm google says 6pm. Showed up at the door at 4:05 pm and they are closed. What good is an urgent care if you are not open ?

Poor service for immigration. They are slow, not proactive and need constant follow-up. On top of that they charged me more than what they said multiple times and I had to either go there or call them online to get a refund. I had to report fraudulent charges on my credit card as they did not address yet.The doctor and staff are nice.

Fast and efficient, the doctors and front desk provided me all the necessary information for my i-693 medical examination for immigration USCIS. I was also able to use my insurance for different vaccines. I recommend and I would come back for future examinations!

I was seen almost immediately. It took me longer to fill out my information and I was seen shortly after. The doctor who saw me for my issue also gave me incredibly useful information about my condition. I had a great experience!

Doctor was very thorough. Not a long wait. Easy appointments. Front desk helpful and cared.

The nurses and assistants are amazing and I’ve always been seen quickly at this location. But the doctors are hit or miss. During my visit today for UTI symptoms, I asked if it could be something physiological (not infectious) instead, like cystitis. Was told that cystitis is just a different word for a UTI…….. I was actually talking about Interstitial Cystitis, which I was correct about (IC is not caused by an infectious agent.) That just concerned me.

Immigration Physical Review -Do not recommend! Go somewhere else!The doctor and receptionist are generally nice and fine, but I do not recommend it for immigration physical. They are slow and do not give a crap about if this is delaying someones immigration application. Despite many phone calls to follow up, I struggle to receive my finalized paperwork after completing all the blood work and vaccinations. They would advise you to email them again and again and again so that your email will pop up on top. But that has done nothing for me so far.The $200 immigration exam is honestly mostly just for the doctor to copy your vaccination records and most of all PAPERWORK. But so far, they have failed to deliver the paperwork. Another greedy business who do not know when to stop take in new customers when they dont have the capacity.

I would give this urgent care 0 star if that was an option. We made an appointment at 10:30 AM and got confirmation text. We arrived at 10:30 AM and it is CLOSED????? The urgent care didn’t have the courtesy to tell us that they are closed and need to cancel our appointment ahead of time???? It is clearly an amazing way to run a business! My boyfriend had a skin infection and came for an appointment last week. The nurse here just prescribed antibiotics. It has NOT GOT ANY BETTER since then. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

The team gave me a very comfortable treatment and took really good care of me. I highly recommend coming here.

I was a walk in. The receptionist was kind, helpful and welcoming. The nurse and the provider were knowledgeable and treated me with kindness and right information. The waiting to be seen was fair, on the fast side. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because they sent our prescriptions requests (I went with my daughter) to a pharmacy that was no longer in service. And that created delays and the inconvenience to visit 2 different pharmacies 3 times until we got our meds.

Judith explained the effective options to me in clear, realistic terms. Id give them another visit, if somethings going wrong!

Unsatisfactory out come, poor communication, no thoroughness. I went down the street to the excellent Sutter Urgent Care in MV and had great care. What a difference! Would not recommend this clinic.

So tired of dealing with the incompetence of Ruchi and her team in the billing department. I have been calling them and emailing them with my insurance on the line since July 2023 to discuss a wrong bill they’re charging me. They wrongly sent my name to collections and refuse to speak with me on the phone or respond to my emails. Even thought the doctors are great, never going to this place again because of the billing department incompetence.

Scheduled a visit due to throat pain (different from a sore throat). Went there suspecting I had an ulcer in my throat, but I couldn’t tell myself. I especially wanted a human being with medical training to look because it’s been a recurring problem for a month now. I went there JUST so another person could shine a light down my throat and tell me what was there. Instead I got condescension - AND OH BY THE WAY - looked down my throat told me nothing was there, when in fact THERE’S BEEN AN ULCER THERE THIS WHOLE TIME.I’m in pain. So take this review with a grain of salt. Take it with a whole salt lick.Every time I go here (4 times over 5 years) I get told to ignore my symptoms. I’m spoken to by the doctor with a disrespectful tone - one that says ‘are you kidding me, you came for THAT?!’.This new one takes the cake though (and why I’m finally leaving a bad review). I went there specifically to have someone look in my throat and tell me what was there, what ever it is that I can feel causing me pain in my throat. The doctor checked and told me there was NOTHING. In fact there is very much SOMETHING there causing me pain. And don’t forget an ulcer is treatable with salt water, maybe at most antibiotic or antiviral (completely viable since this is a recurring issue now). But instead I was told to go home because there was nothing wrong with me.ITS UNACCEPTABLE THAT I AM A BETTER DOCTOR WITH MY PHONE THAN THIS PROVIDER WAS WITH A MEDICAL DEGREE.

Ive always had issues especially with communication and scheduling with this specific clinic, and related Instant Urgent Care clinics in the area.Last year I had issues with getting bloodwork and xrays done, having to go back and forth on the phone with the front desk staff. Eventually I decided to not to do the bloodwork or xrays because the doctor who originally helped me with the order did not submit the order in their system in a high enough resolution for the phlebonomist to be able to read so I was turned away at the blood clinic. It was if they took a picture with a cheap phone/bad camera.There has been 2 ocassions where I try to schedule virtual video appointments on there website (more recently for being Covid positive) but everytime I use the link via email or text they send me, Im waiting on the video call for over 30 minutes passed my time scheduled.Both ocassions I had to call the clinic to tell them the issues with the online appointments, and they always offer to reschedule me later in the day for a virtual appointment and tell me I will receive a new link via email and text.Both ocassions I never receive a new link, resorting to sitting in the video call room link from the original scheduled time, and every time a doctor never shows up.Last year (2023) they tried to charge me copay for the rescheduled online appointment that the doctor never showed up to. This past time (2024) I decided to cancel the rescheduled apointment because I was left waiting over 20 minutes again after waiting over 35 minutes for the earlier appointment.Do yourself a favor and look into more organized clinics/doctors because you will waste time and suffer more severe health problems because of all these issues.As patients we deserve to be treat with respect, especially when it comes to being on time to appointments (online or in person), and to have transparent communication when they make a mistake.Im sure the employees mean well, but it always seems like there are nothing but excuses, as well as shifting blame on to the patient.

My experience was awful. I ran to the their clinic on a holiday while feeling terrible of having viral and bacterial infections in my body. Rude and aggressive Dr who didnt even let me explain my symptoms and interrupted me several times. He prescribed 3 medications and when I was leaving the clinic, I was told by the front desk person that doctor has changed his mind(!) and he just wants me to pick up the eye drop and that she was going to cancel the other 2 orders to pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy to pick up and guess what!! The EYE DROP was out of the order and the other 2 med was ready to pick up. I was calling them for an hour to ask for the correction and got no answer until they closed. So, I went back home with infected eyes and had to wait for the next day to go to another clinic.Not to mention that dont trust their online booking system. I booked an appointment online and received confirmation email and all the info but when I called to make sure it was confirmed, I was told that their location was closed and I had to book for a different location!

I was seen very quickly on a Friday afternoon. Front staff was pleasant and nurse was quick to take my vitals and get me into a room. The doctor was very nice and was great at addressing my concerns and questions, he was not rushed at all. They do not have imaging here so if you suspect you need imaging (ultrasound) or what not you might consider going to the ER instead. They would refer you out to an imaging center if needed (maybe cheaper?).

Don’t do immigration health exam here.The exam is fine. But the paper work is Extremely slow in processing. There were many annoying and unnecessary back and forth: e.g I was asked to show proof for certain exam/vaccine for three times so far. I don’t understand how this thing work but this feels very unorganized.

I didnt have a good experience here. First of all, they couldnt find my appointment which I had booked online and for which I had a confirmation email, so they made me fill out everything again. So far not a big deal, but everything seemed chaotic in general.Then Dr. Yang examined me and he did not respond much to my questions. Finally, he told me that he would prescribe allergy medication (which Im already taking and told him so) and antibiotics which he apparently forgot to send to the pharmacy, so I didnt get it.Overall a bad experience.

The visit took less than 30 minutes, including brief intake with the physicians assistant (I didnt have to fill out forms, since all of my info was current), and a discussion with the doctor. He noted details about my prescription, and sent the prescription to my preferred pharmacy. Very efficient and helpful.

I was to give accolades and kudos to this facility. The receptionist was kind, professional, and helpful.The PA was very knowledgeable, professional, and knew how to perform the diagnostic test like blood pressure. The last time I was at this site the technician did not even know how to put the BP cuff correctly.And Dr Kaur, is an incredible physician so knowledgeable, so intuitive, so compassionate, and so professional, and so understanding. Because of Dr Kaurs expertise I made an appointment to make her my Primary Care Provider because of the trust, sensitivity, precision, and her expert professional understanding. I am writing this because I had lost confidence in the medical profession and this staff, this Dr has given me a sense of security that I will be tested and treated with expertise, compassion and will receive the services I am paying for. This facily is truly unusual in the health care industry .Bravo to you culture and team!

This is my husband name, I am his wife reviewing the doctor( Kumra) appointment experience. Just wanted to say extremely bad experience, I was having pain issues where I was dying in pain. He palpated me and said its gynac issue I cannot even give you pain killers or antibiotics which I needed urgently at that time. And he literally walked out of room without even talking to me. I felt very rude and disrespectful and he kept me as it is there on the table. Then I went to another urgent care and that doctor wasnt gynac but she atleast prescribed me antibiotics and painkillers but unfortunately my infection rigorously increased at that time but now helping me to relieve. I will not at all recommend this doctor.

The doctor took time to examine and explained why, what, and next steps. Very good experience.

Questionable practices. I came for a covid test and somehow my weight was also a topic. They claimed my cholesterol was high and suggested cholesterol medication I do not need. Please be aware you need blood to know if someones cholesterol is high. There is no way to obtain this information from a nasal swab. Please be careful and do not accept medication for things you have not be tested for.This has been escalated accordingly.

Awful. I would have been in better hands cared for by the receptionist. Dr. Did not listen, i told him what the issue was and prior medications, was all about running unnecessary tests and I wound up putting a stop to all of this. Got something for a prescription that does not meet my needsCome to find out that the doctor has had a lot of trouble. The man had his license to practice in Canada revoked and his California license to practice is on restriction until 2024. Bad choice going here.

One star only because there was no option for zero. Went in because of concern that an ingrown toenail was infected. Booking was easy, front office staff were pleasant and efficient. Doctor came into the room, agreed with me that the toenail was infected, told me he would prescribe antibiotics and refer me to a podiatrist.Which was pretty much what I expected to get out of the visit.When I went to check out the receptionist started talking about labs and a follow up visit, neither of had been mentioned by the doctor. When I asked the purpose of the labs and follow up she had no idea what they were for. No prescription for antibiotics was ever sent to my pharmacy. I received an email with notes from my visit which were completely blank.I have no idea if the doctor was too indifferent or too incompetent to actually provide the extremely minimal services he told me I would get, but either way a complete waste of time and money.

My son had a high fever and I made an appointment for 2:30 pm. When we arrived the office was closed mentioning the staff having a lunch. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this place. My child ended up going to the ER in a very serious condition so the Urgent Care late lunch delay could have easily cost him his health or worse. Hope their lunch was delicious...

The visit was rushed and my son was prescribed likely unnecessary medication. Lab results were verbally reported as positive yet on the EMR the results show as negative and pending review by the provider. The diagnoses added to the chart were not what I was told. Rather, it appeared the physician added a (condition) unspecified diagnosis to justify the prescription. We will not be returning to this or ANY Instant Care clinic.

A great place to visit if you have an urgent need, but also caring staff for longer term care, too! The doctors and PAs will help you meet your health needs and follow up with you. The phone system/scheduling can be a bit difficult to navigate, but I’ve seen steady improvements over the years I’ve gone to IUC. My wife and I are huge fans of Dr Kaur and the staff. Thank you for being an oasis of genuine care in an otherwise bleak medical landscape.

Terrible service on Friday, 8/14! Their medical assistant didnt know how to take my temperature, when she finally gave up the thermometer read 35 degrees and she logged me as 97. The Dr. and the assistant had me do a self swab (which I did not do correctly because Im not trained) and when I finally saw Dr. Rajiv Kumra he told me that I wouldnt get my test results until the following week, I needed immediate assistance/relief, the staff should have told me that they were not equipped to help me immediately, I would have gone to another place. The Dr. prescribed me medicine that CVS didnt have and I asked Dr Kumra if he was sure the medicine was correct because CVS doesnt have it and cannot fill it. His response was, I didnt make it up! Hes very unprofessional and doesnt know how to communicate with his patients. The front receptionist had to come into the exam room after the DR left because he wanted her to explain to me that he doesnt know how to talk with his patients and tried to explain to me what the Dr had just told me. The only person that knew how to do her job was the receptionist. I still have not gotten all my lab results back as of today. Luckily I had an appt with my PCP the following week and got the treatment I needed. Never will I ever go back to this clinic!!!

My visit to the Dr K she is amazing, very caring and she when an a extra mile to be sure I was OK.I did not see that manners for a long time,( except my primary DR.) Thank you so much I appreciated and I will recommended it.Take care and God Bless you all.

I was able to get an appointment right away on a holiday weekend when I couldn’t get anything from my normal provider. All the staff was pleasant, helpful, and professional. They were also able to work with my insurance and preferred pharmacy. On top of everything else, all the information about my visit - who I was treated by, the notes from my visit, prescription information, follow up instructions, etc. - was easily available to me electronically following my visit. Very happy with the whole experience.

We had to take my mother in law here for urgent care and Danielle Garcia and her co-practitioner were so helpful throughout. They even went as far as helping us make the right choice for her care, especially since we were paying out of pocket and had no insurance.

Dr. Rajiv Kumra is the worst physician I’ve ever seen. After experiencing professional services provided by the receptionist and nurse, the doctor came with a very cold voice that showed he didn’t care or respect the patient at all! Covid negative, strep negative, or wait let me check your throat. Oh yeah definitely strep. Ok that’s it. All these communications happened within 1 minute and then he just wanted me to get hell out of this place! As a breastfeeding mother who had a high fever and sore throat and worried to pass any virus to an infant, I just needed more information from a doctor! However, he was very impatient, rude, and treated me like a fool. I don’t understand why such an unprofessional doctor would have the eligibility to work in a high-rating urgent care, or any clinics in the state.

The service was good. However I preregistered and filled out the form online prior to my appointment time and I had the confirmation number. Get there and they can’t find me in the system. So I had to fill out the paperwork by hand.

Worse experience ever. The doctor ( Dr. Kumra) was extremely unhelpful. Constantly asking if I know what to do , obviously if I do I wouldn’t need to go in there. The doctor was aggressive with the exam. Look like he’s in displeased with our presence and dissatisfied that he even have to do his job. He was just straight up rude. The only thankful thing there are the two staffs (MA & Nurse ).

It was quick to make appointment with Sunnyvale facility for the TB Risk Assessment (job requirement). It took half an hour to the room and after taking vital Doctor Rajiv came in. I explained the reason to visit multiple times from front desk to Doctor and he mentioned as per requirement, I have to take blood test. And results will come in after a week. The front desk receptionist and nurse were arguing over another patients TB assessment and procedure and nurse was insisting on something which receptionist didnt know. Today, I went in to collect my tests. Nurse was on front desk and insisted to take vitals, weight etc again. I told her I am not here for anything except to collect assessment. But she kept saying this is regular procedure. Weird!! And in her bossy tone she told the other nurse, do as per procedure. Dr. Rajiv came for a flash second and ask if i need any sigatures on any document which I told front desk already have. And he said we are done, it was hard to understand what he said due to his mask. I explained again my purpose of visit, he said very coldly we are not communicating effectively and repeated we are done here. Strange people!! I told nurse this is my first time to have vitals while collecting test results and she said rudely keep in mind for future this is a regular procedure. Looks like they are running facility forcefully or treat other people like trash!! Learn etiquettes please!

I needed urgent care at a random time during the day and the staff was so caring and quick to respond. I thank them for all their efforts and highly recommend them to anyone.

Negative 1000 reviews if possible.I was seen by Dr. Jessica Zuraw. If you are going to be seen by this doctor, then run faster than Usain Bolt in the other direction. I have had stitches done without anesthesia and even that was much less painful than a wound drainage with a local anesthesia from her. The painful way she operated was worse than having tooth extracted with anesthesia not acting.I had a horrifying experience with her. She should be retrained on how to deal with patients. The doctor lacks any sort of empathy and concern for the patients. She is condescending, rude, and lacks patience. She didnt even wait for the local anesthesia to kick in, causing me grave pain.My nightmare of an experience:Part 1: The clinic was completely empty, and I was the only patient there. I was there for a wound pus drainage.Firstly, the doctor was unnecessarily rude in her behavior and was not interested in listening to me explain the issue. She applied the local anesthesia through an injection which caused me a pain of 100 on a scale of 10. She immediately started operating on it. I asked her to wait because of the severity of the pain, and hoping that the anesthesia would kick-in and she waited only 5 seconds at max and started again. I was screaming in pain, but that did not deter her at all to wait a minute for the numbing medicine to act. The lancing she performed did not create a sufficient opening for the pus to drain. She did not even wait to drain the wound. I was told that it would drain on its own.Part 2: I explained to the nurse during the visit that I avoid sulpha drugs as both my parents are allergic to sulpha drugs. When I went to collect the antibiotic medicines at the pharmacy, the pharmacist informed me that the prescribed (Bactrim) were sulpha based. A good Samaritan, she called the clinic to ask them to change the antibiotic, and they told her that theyd ask me to take it. They then called me and rudely told me that I did not tell about any allergy to them. Despite insisting they kind of were pressuring me that I do not have a documented allergy, so I should take it. I insisted that I would like to avoid, and they told me ok, we will ask the pharmacist what she would recommend instead. It caused a delay of more than 60 minutes at the pharmacy as they went for a lunch because of all this back and forth. When I went to the pharmacist, she told that the clinic had informed her that I would take the Bactrium, the sulpha-based antibiotic. When I told her that I wont, she called the clinic and got it changed to Cephalexin. The whole ordeal took 2+ hours at the pharmacy.Part 3: I asked if she is taking pus sample for wound culture. She collected the pus sample for wound culture. I had carbuncles in the region. The clinic did not have the result of the wound culture ready at the seventh day when I visited. They told me that there was some mix up with the lab, and they would send me the result soon. However, they did not for the next 5 days. When I called again today, I get the result released, and the report shows no growth. I am pretty sure that the results show no growth as either the sample was not taken properly or the sample was not sent correctly or the labs they have tied up with is also like them in functioning. The reason why I strongly feel that way is because I have carbuncles in the region, and they are most likely a result of bacterial growth.

The doctor was actually OK, no complaints really.The billing department is completely incompetent. After weeks and weeks of requesting an itemized bill, I still had nothing. They are condescending and seem to pretend to not understand this very basic request. Its like they have something to hide?I think normally customers just cave and they dont provide this information. Ridiculous.They coded a 30-40 min visit (for a visit that was at most 15 minutes in reality) and it cost $199 before the insurance discount.Eventually they did provide an itemized bill, after I involved my insurance company. Go elsewhere.

Worst urgent care I’ve ever seen… very rude front desk and doctor. Had 9 am appointment, see doctor(Kumra) at 9:30am and doctor was super arrogant and rude. Won’t come back here again. Wonder where all the 5 stars come from.

Got consultation for Cold and Flu with Dr. Ramandeep Kaur. She was very kind and helpful.I went without appointment, i was able to meet doctor in around 20-30 mins, overall experience was good.

They were friendly. The intake medical assistant seemed to be nervous for some reason. The nurse practitioner had an excellent bedside manner, handled my issue well, but clearly was overworked. I appreciated their work.My only issue was how they handled intake.I arrived early for my appointment in the late afternoon. I figured that, since I was a new patient, they’d need medical history. But they were had a “closed” sign up next to a handwritten sign saying when they’d return, which happened to be my appointment time. They also had a sign up saying they accept walk-ins. I saw two staff inside chatting. It seems odd to force sick people stand outside while the staff chat (and presumably get paid for it). When I got inside, after giving my ID and insurance information, I asked why they had me stand outside. The person at the front desk just said “she” was on break (presumably referring to the resident doctor or nurse practitioner) and that “if we let people in they’d just be in here waiting” as if that was a bad thing. Luckily, I didn’t have a major issue that made waiting outside a problem, but it’s not an open walk-in urgent care facility if you have hours and don’t take urgent care patients while staff is inside. Just let people in, and tell them the nurse practitioner will be back. They also did not have me fill out a medical history form or ask COVID-19 safety questions, but the intake assistant and nurse practitioner did ask relevant medical questions when I explained my medical issue.When I left, I asked if I needed to pay. The same staff claimed they looked and “didn’t see a copay,” and that they’d bill me later if they’re wrong. I know I have a copay, and I’d be surprised if they looked and didn’t see it, but I suppose there may have been something amiss (so this doesn’t factor into my rating).

Easy appointment and great provider; would definitely go back if need be. I’m not from the area and needed a visit and was able to schedule a visit online for the same day. Cash patient and the price was reasonable.

I don’t like the doctor here. Rest of the staff is very good. Doctor doesn’t listen to you and comes up with own theory and you gotta suffer for 2-3 days and schedule another appointment. I don’t feel respected.

A lot of the negative reviewers point to a provider named Dr Kumra. I had a newer provider, Dr Wen, who was amazing, clear on his diagnosis, answered questions, and had very good bedside manner

I had a great first experience with Dr Kaur. I was seen on time and she was very kind. She was able to answer all my questions. So glad I was able to be seen by her.

Never going to recommend this.- Even though staffs were behaving professionally, the doctor was rude. Never explained anything properly.- Its been 2 days and they still havent sent any test results. Other urgent care gives result for same test on the same day- No one picks up the phone at all

The absolute worst urgent care let alone patient experience Ive ever had. Dr. Kumra was just plain rude, looked like he just woke up and hated his job of being there, and is just simply a provider who I can sense could not care less about his patients.

They were quick kind and efficient. I only had one problem and that was they said I needed an xray o/f my hand rather than my hip

1. They gave me wrong recommendations due to which the injury I had didnt heal properly. I was treated by some physician assistant, not even a doctor.2. They were out of paper and promised to send me a diagnosis over email, they never did. I had to come again just to get a printed copy.3. They do not pick up the phone which they confirmed when I asked in person.If I could give a negative score I would.

1. Was easy and straight forward to set up an appointment online but it took 40 mins before I was called in for my turn.3. The initial nurse practitioner was professional and patient4. The doctor Rajiv Kumra was impatient, rude and unprofessional. Felt gaslit and unheard and interrupted while explaining my symptoms.

The nurses attitude is very perfunctory, unexpectedly similar to the doctors, which I havent experienced before. I suggest going to another location.

This place is like a little oasis in the middle of a street of strip malls. You walk into the entrance area and you are greeted by a beautiful little garden with a bubbling fountain. Inside, the waiting room was very clean and comfortable (with a great view of the outdoor garden). And it was not crowded! The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I was there for a routine physical and was seen by Dr. Sanchez. I felt totally at ease with him as he listened attentively to my concerns. I have decided to make him my primary physician! Highly recommend.

Very helpful and understanding staff, even with non-US patients. Being on a business trip and not feeling well is complicated, but they helped me treat the symptoms quickly and pursue further exams. Was feeling better few minutes after leaving the practice!

This urgent care is completely disorganized. I was scheduled for a test. Firstly, I was NOT even told to fast before the test, so I needed to go there one more time get the test done. Secondly, when I called to get the result on the day when I was supposed to get the result, I was told the test just got sent to the lab and nothing has run. It has been 20 days I have never got any follow up calls. AVOID this place if you do not want to waste your money and time.

The staff were friendly and I had virtually no wait time. The doctor was very precise and to the point, figured out my issue and I was on my way. Thank you all for making this a pleasant first step in my getting better! :)

I have to say ...I set up appointment this morning Sunday...got a text to get a virtual screening at 720pm ...talked to an urgent care provider and have a test set up tomorrow Monday at 11am. Did all this on my phone and took 8 min tops! Great Job Instant Urgent Care!! This portion was easy...Do not know how results will fair though -

I visited three times for a cold. All visits were after 5pm. When I got the bills, I noticed there were $28.36 surcharge for each visit I made due to it was after hours. It was understandable for them to charge me extra for the first visit because I really needed it at the moment. But I made an appointment with them for the second and third visit. Neither the receptionists or the website mentioned anything about this surcharge. I called them when I got the third bill and they helped me get rid of the surcharge for the third visit. The surcharge for the second visit couldnt be removed because the payment has been processed. It was nice of them to remove the surcharge for the third visit, but I feel the correct process should be informing patients while scheduling appointments.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful but the doctor that saw me was just the absolute worst. Zero empathy and zero communication skills. Which doctor tells a patient in pain if you want to ruin your kidney, youre welcome to but dont make me a part of it?Save your time and money, find a better urgent care.

Dr. Yang spoke mandarin/Chinese fluently, and provided good care. If you are mandarin speaking, recommend to see him. He would listen to my concerns and addressed it accordingly.

Not recommended. Thieves!I was charged for a covid test which is free for everyone. The charge showed up 9 months after the test. This also was the case with 2 other friends who did the test with me. When you call the payment and billing services, they don’t answer your calls. Tried to get in contact with the supervisor, who talked in a condescending manner and wasn’t helpful in the resolution at all.

Got charged $159 to see the doctor. Doctor is semi-rude and not patient. Took a quick look in the mouth and said they don’t have capability and let us to go to ER. Just an easy $159 to make for 5 minutes.

This review is for Dr. Ramandeep Kaur at this facility whom I have been seeing for a number of years. She is my PCP. I also do my annual physical at this Urgent Care Clinic. Dr. Kaur makes you very comfortable, has excellent bedside manners, does the most comprehensive check-up.. She explains what she is doing, asks questions and listens to you with patience. She is awesome! 5 Stars!Facility was clean, lady at the reception was nice, had my details regarding insurance etc. within no time and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. Docs assistant was also very efficient and quickly took some basic readings like temperature, BP, Med history etc. Overall a very refreshing experience compared to the other doctors and places! Definitely 5 stars!!

This place is not an urgent care facility. They denied me service until I provided them a negative Covid test regardless of my symptoms which are absolutely nothing related to Covid. I was willing to test but they do not administer them. I showed them my consultation with the tele health provider which allowed them to know why I needed an in person visit but they still disregarded that and turned me away. I’ll be following up with other entities to further report them. If they are not treating people because they have a blanket practice of requiring a negative Covid test then shut down and become a private practice. This way they can tell that to their patients when making appointments.

I needed to be seen urgently and was still waiting. (after 2 hours)for a call back from my doctor. I was able to get an immediate appointment, was seen right away, given a diagnosis and a treatment plan, and a prescription was called in to my pharmacy. Thats what you want when youre in pain and need to be seen urgently; not waiting four hours for a phone call back from your doctor, which I still havent received!

Easy to book an appointment. However, there is lack of communication. The PA told me that they will follow up with me when they get my X ray result for my sprained ankle. But no one has contacted me, and I was unable to reach their staff. I tried calling, texting the number they provided and sent them a message through their portal.

Really good experience here. My provider was very nice. I scheduled my appointment at 12:40 bit didnt get a reply until much later, Im just gonna assume thats cause of other patients needed attention too.

Positive: was easy to get an appointment, staff were nice.Negative: the treatment didnt seem particularly thorough, and following the advice given I generally got worse during the time window when treatment is painless both physically and financially. In retrospect, I kinda wish I didnt go here.

The process from start to finish was simple and quick. I was given a test appointment the same day, just two and a half hours after my virtual appointment. When I arrived I was the fourth car in line and it took less than ten minutes to be tested. The tester explained the procedure and was very knowledgeable and informative.

Called to make an appointment, explained what I needed. Got there and they told me that they couldnt help me, but if I paid for an appointment theyd refer me to someone who would. Pretty bogus

The initial process and phone screen seemed pretty useless and just another way to charge for a process which the person screening could have easily taken or they could’ve left a questionnaire. Also the line to get tested was ridiculously long with horrible logistics. Huge safety hazard having cars line up in the middle of a busy Main Street where accidents can happen. I personally didn’t not feel safe.The team however is easy to work with, and they’re also professional. I just know there has to be a better process to keep everyone safe

Absolutely useless! The first appointment, I showed up and they said it is gonna be virtual appointment. I wasted my time and energy. Then 1 day after I went to the covid 19 test center, got my negative result on Sunday and made an appointment for upcoming Friday.(Because only available time for me the Friday,working all weekdays!) I went to the appointment and waited for 1 hour, but dr didnt show up.She refused to see me because 5 days passed after my test result! This is ridiculous, nobody warned me and 2 times they wasted my time.Horrible, rude and careless doctor! Dont waste your time...

I went to 970 EL Camino first. Staff there directed me to 4949 Stevens Creek. I left home at 2:52PM and returned home at 3:47PM. All staff members were very gentle and nice. The whole experience is warmer and faster than I expected.

Fantastic service. Last week I split my head open and needed stitches to stop the bleeding as we were heading off to the airport. They took me in immediately (Wednesday morning at 930am), and got me fixed up in time to make my flight. Everyone was very professional and very nice. And the sutures were done very well.

I would give the person who calls themselves a Dr at this office a solid 0. Rajiv Kumra is condescending, disrespectful, and his US license should also be placed on probation. After an initial interaction with this person, I immediately got up and walked out of the room as he shouldn’t even treat a hangnail.

Avoid this place! These people are fraud. In my recent visit they made me wait for 1.5 hours and then the doctor sent me back because one of the lab reports didnt appear. She refused to go over the other reports saying there is a procedure but she forgot to follow procedure in getting my lab reports in the first place. The front desk who is supposed to call the lab to get my blood work report fails to do her job and doctor is way too arrogant. A week after I see a bill charged against me.

Matthew Felix was quick in figuring out the referrals we needed to complete his diagnosis and next steps as well as temporary medication. Both the assistant at the front desk and he stayed way past closing time and wrote the referrals for us.

I had to come to urgent care because I needed help getting a temporary vaccine exemption extension because I needed more time to figure out what caused the serious side effects I experienced from my last dose. I was treated like complete trash. I felt stripped of my dignity and humanity. The person I talked to immediately turned the whole situation into a political thing claiming that I was against vaccinations!! My concerns were never addressed, not even considered!! Be very careful with arrogant, know-it-all, politically biased medical staff. They dont care about you.

My consultation with Ankita Sutaria was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly professional, easy to understand and very helpful. I had made some scheduling mistakes on my end and she was able to adjust to fit my schedule. The online appointment scheduling and video call worked very well with no confusion.

This clinic totally not worth 4+ stars. The clinic does not care my well-being.They did not tell me that my insurance is not covered during checking-in, though website says it does. I was charged ridiculous amount for a simple 15-minute annual physical exam.The customer service does not respond my billing questions at all.I do not recommend and will not use their service in the future.

Though we liked the Doctor, attending nurse was very inefficient. Didn’t even care to complete the treatment before pushing the patient out of the room. Guess she just wanted to finish up her work. We ended up in ER within 11 hrs of coming out of the Urgent Care.

Made us wait 30 mins despite having an appointment, then told us we needed a negative COVID test from a facility for a mere sore throat. Didnt even accept an at home NAAT test (Cue health). No air-conditioning in the office, barely any ventilation, and just overall unclean.

I only went here because it was the nearest urgent care to my home. There is absolutely no way to talk to contact a person here - no one will pick up your phone call. The online portal is archaic and the staff will not respond to your messages. When I told them this in person they replied that they have staffing issues.I have been waiting for an important test result since two weeks. Since the last seven days they have been telling me that the test results will be out within 24 hours. Other healthcare providers provide the same test result within 48 hours. I had to give up and do the same test again with a different healthcare provider.This place felt quite scammy to me overall, and appears to have taken a big hit by COVID. The high ratings are misleading - Dont visit for issues that require followups and definitely dont get any tests done here.Update: I wish I could report this UC somehow. My test results were uploaded to the portal after 15 days of taking the test. When I tried to login, it said I didnt have access. Customer Care said this is a glitch in the system. So now there is no way for me to access my own test results. There has been no followup from the doctor either. LOL, this is a next level joke.

Set an appointment and showed up hoping to get a quick Covid testing as they advertised on Google search. When I showed up, they told me it was a telecon. No mention about the telecon when setting the appointment. They tell me they sent a link via text which I never received. So I canceled it but still the doctor called me back 30 min after that appointment time and 2 minutes chat is $99 for hearing symptoms and refer where to get testing. Never use them again. Useless. I would give Zero star if its available.

Made an appointment, showed up only to be moved to video call with doctor as per “policy”. Was seen by a nurse who just said i could take their pcr test and told me to go to the emergency room if i couldnt breathe.The next day i went to sutter, who saw me in person and diagnosed me with strep after swabbing my throat. My first Covid test; after learning rapid test at Instantuc, I set up the telemedicine video visit, not so sure the steps to follow because instructions was not clearly stated. The provider came on the video about 7-8 minutes behind our schedule time. I guess they are overwhelmed with appts these days. The person was professional, go through questions fairly quickly and She was expecting me to answer all her questions correctly... It seems like taking pop quiz to me. The process was quick, professional, but Not friendly. It felt like I was in a cattle house... Add some love and patience will make the world merrier. Wish everyone stay healthy and joyful!

Website said they close at 7 pm, but they refuse service at 6 pm. Like people work from 9-5pm. I guess we all are going to have wait until our sickness get worst and die just finally get help.

What an incredible experience for an urgent care. The team treated my elderly parent for a laceration that needed stitches. The PA-C was an Air Force vet and had the skill of a hand surgeon. Super meticulous, and the entire visit was actually so pleasant in a frantic time.

Pretty useless visit. Their urine test is even more primitive then the over counter one you buy at CVS. Doctor was very unfriendly, unsympathetic and not helpful. It was a waste of money. Not going there again. Will try CVS minute clinic if need anything.

You will be charged more.I had booked an appointment for a primary care visit with doctor Dr. Herbert Estiu Sanchez, MD but i had to see other doctor.And secondly they over charged for my visit with 250$. It was my regular primary care visit and not even annual physical and urgent care service.If i call them, they will take so many days to respond back and finally they told thats what they will charge.When i ask about annual physical exam fee they told its around 250$. And you can see mine is just a primary care visit and they charged 250$ to me.This is really a cheating game what they play. Never ever refer anyone here.

The provider barely looked at me. She asked questions I didn’t understand, didn’t explain the process clearly, and didn’t connect with me as a human being when I started crying. She just kept spewing information at me after I told her I have problems finding a doctor who will be kind and connect with me as a person. When I shared my complaints with her, she got defensive and denied me service. She was extremely condescending. Don’t go here.

Know that awful feeling when someone gets sick but your family doctor is out of office? Well, my brother sure does! Ive taken him here for the seasonal flus and colds and weve always been seen by friendly doctors, and I think a nurse practitioner once. What I like is that you dont need to schedule appointments - walk-ins are perfectly fine and efficient.

One star is generous for this place. I had a televisit with a provider about 15 minutes ago who i could barely hear and got disconnected from. (I waited 20 minutes on this call by the way.) She said i should get a rapid covid test tomorrow. Then we got disconnected. I have no idea what her name was, I cant get in touch with this office because the robocall format wont let me talk to a person. I don’t know where the appointment should be. I cant get in touch with anyone. This isnt healthcare.

Had a video call with one of the doctors. Can’t say enough about how hard the doctors and their teams are working around the clock during these times to help people. You could tell she was tired, but she showed up, asked a thorough set of questions and provided the best care she could over a video call. Many thanks!

The doctor was super-helpful. Didnt want me to unnecessarily take medicines or have some reports tested, if it is to be cured in a weeks time.I liked the guidance and the questions asked. Wait time was less, and fairly reasonable consultation fees.

Not sure why people gave it 5 stars. We just visited this clinic and were very disappointed. The front office lady showed bad manners and uninterested . They also prescribed my daughter with incorrect dosage of antibiotics. Our pharmacy caught the dosage mistake and we now have to wait for the right dosage. There is no information on when the clinic will send in the new prescription with correct dosage either. Not a place to visit for busy parents during the week. Will not return.

This place has great reviews for a reason! I walked in just a few minutes before they closed for the evening, and I waited for I think 5 minutes before someone was able to see me. Everyone who works there is super nice and laid back. Both myself and my partner have had good experiences here on different occasions. Definitely recommend!

This place is the worst, dont waste your time here. I scheduled for annual check up, and they told me the physician will be doing an online video call. I went back home to attend and waited for 30 mins but the physician didnt show up. I called them and they said physicians are busy and they said be in the call but dont know when the physician will be available. I mean its a nice way to waste your clients time. The receptionist is an idiot, so stay away from the place.

About a year ago i hurt my leg on an electric mountain bike and had kaiser at the time. They didnt help me at all after 3 visits and an xray and didnt want to send me to get an MRI, so i still have a lot of pain. Finally was able to go here with different insurance and they gave me an MRI order and helped me out. Everyone there is also really nice. Thank you IUC

I had no problems at this clinic, I really liked DrSUJITRA TANSUWAN. She listened to me and explained in detail the treatment I needed to do. The clinic was easy to find and I was in an out in 15 mins.

Experience was very smooth and efficient. Wait time was minimal. Staff was very considerate and accommodating.

Rapid testing available, with same day results. Easy to make your Teledoc appointment on the website. You wait in your car instead of lining up outside at wak-in clinics. The only downside is that the rapid test results are not available until later in the day instead of the usual 15 minute turnaround time.

Dr Nguyen examined me very carefully to diagnose my conditions, and prescribed me just the right medication I need. She also wanted me to come back for a follow up to make sure Im getting better. I think shes an excellent doctor.

Impossible to contact via phone or email. Ive emailed them - no response. Ive called multiple times, no answer or, I leave a voicemail to call me back. No one ever calls back. I call again and phone just rings and rings and rings. No answer, no voicemail.SUPER disorganized and scares me, if this is an indication of how they do biz and treat customers.

Set up a same day telehealth appointment at 1050am for a 1220 appointment. The only complaint is I wasn’t actually seen until 115 but it was a quick and easy process and appointment! Great provider! I highly recommend!

Quick and easy. Who doesn’t love that? I didn’t have a complex problem and just need a COVID test for work, but the Doctor I spoke with was very helpful. I’m sure they’re swamped right now, but I didn’t feel rushed when speaking to her.

In and out in maybe 25 minutes for a mild earache issue. Made appointment online and set up patient portal profile the day before, which made paperwork at the appointment itself very minimal. No wait to be seen at appointment time, staff were all very good.

Really useless, I reached out to them for in-person exam for my wife, they told they cant get me in for in-person exam without covid test. Then I asked them about getting the testing done, they put me in for video appoint saying that you have to get a video visit to get the testing done. After getting the video visit and negative covid test, they told me it will be considered as 2 visits to same provider in a single day so my insurance might not cover it.This makes it impossible to see a provider without paying over insurance.Really frustrated about the experience there.

The place has mosquitoes flying around in every room, be it reception, or doctors examination room. Thats the most disgusting thing.Its the only place where the staff measured my BP over my thick jacket, I doubted their sincerity then and there.This is when I asked her let me remove jacket and then you can measure, she said no need.Time management is awful even when u have an appointment, waited around 40 mins in the reception. Ironically they call themselves as “urgent” care, and that too “instant urgent” care !

I was able to book an appointment for the same day, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There was barely any waiting period, and I only needed to do one small page of paperwork for being a new patient which was a plus too!

Did a walk in today at this clinic and the doctor refused to see me after making me wait for 15mins. The nurse just came and told me the doctor isnt comfortable seeing me for whatever reason. I dont understand why she is even there if she cant provide care. Her name is Julissa Moore. Stay away and get care elsewhere!

I got sever stomachache in right side and cant sleep all night. Had telemedicine with AP Alan, here. He patiently evaluated my conditions and asked me go urgent care site for urine test right away. Got medicine I need in an hour. After half-day rest, Im back alive, now! Thanks.

I recently visited this clinic based on the good rating by multiple people but the staff and practitioners at this clinic are extremely rude and impatient. There is a 15 min cap and they will cut you off and dismiss you.

I got there before they were open but they let me in. Fast, hygienic and knowledgeable. The doctor took his time and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend them.

Quick, easy to schedule and get an appointment in less than an hour. Video visit did not involve much waiting, was prompt and efficient. Knowledgeable physician.

Dr sends the prescription to the pharmacy with conflicting directions - two days later he still hasn’t responded and I can’t get my medication. What a joke

Doctor has asked me to follow up a week later and the appointment was scheduled. On arrival I was told that doctor doesn’t work for this location anymore. Front desk staff is extremely rude and does a terrible job with sharing the update.

I’d recommend to everyone. You have to get an app but it worked perfectly. Was seen over video very soon after my request (about 20 minutes from the time I searched on google), doctor was great.

Dr. Yang speaks Chinese and provides good service. Identifies my issues quickly and provide good recommendations.

I schedule this appointment for PCR covid test, and verified with person via call bwfore i make my appointment. However, tge dr told me its not PCR, i feel i got charged for nothing!

Dr.Kumra is extremely rude and treats you like a fly on his food. He doesnt care at all about the patients.

Avoid this place if you can, If you want to be treated like animal then better visit a vet clinic. Avoid mondays as the PA - Stanley Ma is the worst person in that profession Ive ever seen or not and get some people handing training for your front staff.

The doctor and staff are very nice, but the appointment system on the website didnt show accurate appointments so you need to be sure that it is not a lunch hour when you choose an appointment, I hope they can show on the website that the office is closed now for lunch until ..., I had to go and wait 3o min at door until they back from lunch

Hard to determine your queue in line. Had to wait 10-15 min past the appointment time. It would be good to have an indicator of what is going on rather then just waiting and not sure if you are going to get connected or not

Went there after receiving a text saying they are open. But that particular center was closed. We knocked the door and no one opened. We tried to call the number provided in the website but no o e received. What type of medical service is this? This is not acceptable.Can someone let me know what is going on?

Arrived for urgent care at 6:30pm 7/20/21. This business was closed. No sign. Possibly not operating here anymore. Called, was told provider left already. Nobody called me to inform us any change of schedule.

The staff and doctor at the clinic were all nice and knowledgeable. Whole process from making appt to follow up was seamlessly easy.

Terrible. Too sick and cant even get my prescription filled because the Dr never tild them the amount if pills. We have called 3 times and stil they have nit calked the pharmacy with the number of pills. I paid to get a remedy I cannot even pick up!!
