ProMedica Physicians Obstetrics - Gynecology - Sylvania

I was a patient of Dr. Arquette’s for over 10 years. She moves to this practice and they cancel on me a few hours before my first appointment at that location. I took a half day from work and they wasted it. Then when I reschedule the day of that appointment I get suddenly really sick lose consciousness and accidentally miss the appointment. When I call to reschedule they call me a “new patient” and “dismiss me”. Apparently, after over a decade of never coming late or missing an appointment I am banned from every doctor in the practice. Patient loyalty means nothing. The nurse was rude on the phone and kept saying, “well it’s policy.” Despite me explaining why. Don’t go here because heaven forbid you have something happen where you can’t call before you miss an appointment.
