Dr. Arthur was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I didn’t have to wait forever, it was a great appointment, they even took me back and finished my appointment before I could finish my paperwork, but it didn’t feel rushed at all, it was just really efficient. Much better than previous experiences I’ve had where I either wait in the waiting room forever or they take me back and I’m waiting forever in the room waiting on the doctor. It was a great experience, happy to have found someone who makes me feel heard.

Dr. Arthur and her staff as well as the medical team at the surgery center were all very caring, thorough and insightful as to my bladder procedure. I felt Dr. Arthur thoroughly understood and examined my issue and gave me the options for treatment that would be best for me. Highly recommend Dr. Arthur!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Arthur. She was friendly and professional and answered all my concerns. She is most importantly a super-competent surgeon in either minimally invasive or traditional methods. I highly recommend her to anyone considering urological and/or gynecological surgery.

Dr. Arthur was able to see me regarding some of my concerns regarding post surgery at a reasonable time, was very attentive and was able to evaluate and answer my questions with ease. The staff works very well with patients to get your concerns to the Doctor.

I’m so pleased to have found Dr. Arthur. She was easy to talk to, listened, and asked questions. Very glad she joined the practice.12/19/23 updateIt’s been 3 weeks since the results of an ultrasound came in and she has still not contacted me with the results.which recommend an MRI. I went to my family doctor to discuss the results with her. Very disappointed that she did not follow through. For this reason, I am changing my rating.
