Dr. Sakbun & Ashley Rollins, NP

NP is very unprofessional. Shes in the room for 5 minutes and you have to practically beg her to listen to you and your concerns. She has been 0 help so far with my pregnancy. Im 24weeks and just switched Drs. Very disappointed. Ive heard so many great things about Sakbun and Rollins. But Ashely Rollins, NP was not welcoming and made me feel like I was a problem. I left their office crying last visit do to her coldness and inability to listen to my concerns. She kept trying to leave the room while I was talking, giving me 0 respect.Maybe its just me, maybe she doesnt like me, but Ive never met her before this pregnancy. Im emotionally drained and disheartened.

The nurses and support staff are great, don’t get me wrong. Honestly we really don’t have any complaints about Ashley either once she warms up she’s super helpful too, but Dr. Sakbun is awful. When we see Ashley our appointments are 30-45 minutes tops. She’s very prompt and respectful, but Sakbun has consistently made us wait in the exam room for +50 minutes before he comes in. Then he’s in the room for less than 2 minutes before he rushes back out the door. If you want an OB that makes you feel like a box he just needs to check off then Sakbun is the guy for you.Maybe he has too many patients or maybe it’s just something that’s changed over the years because we heard nothing but good things before we started with him. However, our experience has been incredibly negative. My wife and I would never recommend Dr Sakbun to anyone.

Leaving 2 stars only because the staff I have talked to on the phone have all been as helpful as they can be and very nice.I originally picked their office because they were not too far from my home and because it was a smaller practice, which I felt would be great for delivery, knowing who was going to be there. The only concern I had was the office cancelling or rescheduling my appointments, as I had seen that was a common negative complaint on reviews.My first appointment was scheduled and a couple days prior to the appointment, the office called me and wanted to reschedule because no doctor would be in the office. I told them I had waited this long, I didnt want to wait any longer. So they got me in at another office for the US only, which was fine to me. After that US, I felt confident with the results, but wanted to see the report as I had an underlying issue I was concerned about. It took several weeks of me asking for my report before I was finally told that Dr. Sakbun was out of the country and wouldnt return until the end of the month. I was also told that Ashley Rollins, NP, could not sign off on the report, that it had to be Dr. Sakbun. I had already made the decision to switch care to another office and was needing to get that report to my new office because I was having issues, and it took over a month for Dr. Sakbuns office to sign off on the report.Very unprofessional in my book. I dont feel like he cares about his patients. If he did, he would allow his NP to have more abilities, or have a proxy doctor to sign off on reports in his place when he is out of office for such long periods of time.

This is the best OB around he delivered my daughter in December and I just found out I’m pregnant again. I already know I’m going back! I love it there 😊👍🏻

I am SO impressed by this office and its staff members. I called with a positive pregnancy test and they were able to squeeze me in for blood work the same day. The nurse Wendy was absolutely fabulous and put me at ease. They were able to send me in meds and squeeze me in for an ultrasound at a later date. I even called with questions and they let me speak to a nurse right away. Love this office!!

I have had nothing but unpleasant and unprofessional experiences with this office. Every appointment I have had made has either been canceled the day of - half an hour before my appointment starts, or while I’m in town already and running errands before my appointment was scheduled to start - or I was told had been made, and had not been made at all. When these appointments have been made because I am in desperate need of attention for my reproductive health and safety. Every concern I have raised has been brushed off, ignored, and silenced — when they haven’t even seen me, because they keep canceling my appointments. If you value your menstrual health, seek other options. Clearly Sakbun and his associates don’t care.

He is hands down the best Dr. I have ever had. He has great bedside manner. He helped me feel comfortable about my whole pregnancy from the first time I met him! My labor was actually a great experience and if I ever decided to have another baby I would not hesitate to have him deliver. He was so kind the whole day I was in labor and I can’t say enough great things about him.

You won’t find a better OB duo! Throughout my entire pregnancy, labor/delivery, and postpartum, both Dr Sakbun and Ashley Rollins were better than amazing. Always available to me for questions. And when I wasn’t feeling good or worried about my blood pressure, they always got me right in for an appointment! Every single time, they took care of me and made me feel so cared for. They really get to know their patients as a person, not just a medical chart number. I will 100% recommend these two (the entire office staff included! So friendly!) to any women. For GYN services too! No question I am a forever patient ❤️

Dr Sakbun and Ashley are absolutely amazing! I had them for my care for twos years in a row since I had back to back pregnancies! Lol Ashley always made sure to answer all my questions and concerns, as well as Sakbun. Sakbun was amazing during both deliveries! You can tell they both genuinely care for their patients and take the time to hear all concerns in regards to pregnancy and post partum care! And if I ever had a concern or something I was always called back quickly or told to come in! Most doctors won’t take the time to see you unexpectedly but i had one thing I needed help with that day and didn’t want to go to the ER for them to just make me wait for my OB, and I called the office and they told me to come straight in. They fixed my issue and I was on my way back home within minutes ! The staff were always so friendly.

Dr. Sakbun is an awesome doctor! I never had to wait too long for my appointments, and at all of my appointments he answered every question I had and addressed all my concerns. As a first time mom, he made it easy for me to know what to do and what not to do, and he was super encouraging the whole time. He was always so excited to see my baby in sonograms and to hear his heartbeat, which made me feel like he really cared. During my short 6 hours of labor, he made 3 visits to my delivery room and was very involved in the whole process. My baby is 7 months old now and I still miss getting to go see Dr. Sakbun. I can’t wait to have my next baby and I’ll definitely be going back to him! I couldn’t recommend anybody more highly! Dr. Sakbun is the best!

I was seeing a different OB for the duration of my pregnancy but Dr. Sakbun preformed my emergency c-section. He, himself, was kind, capable, and considering it was almost 4 in the morning, Im glad he was there. I came back for my postpartum checkup at 5 weeks and the staff, in particular, one woman, (Denise I believe) was just rude.I am a trauma survivor. Having not been a previous patient of Dr. Sakbun and not being able to build a rapport and him being male (my current OB is female) I stated I did not want to get undressed completely at intake. I had the general care and examinations from my female OB during my pregnancy such as breast exam, pap smear, etc and I didnt feel the need for that. I did not feel comfortable and I when I expressed this to Denise, mentioning my trauma history, she acted offended and snobby. She looked at me like I had grown another head.Thats fine to not understand these requests, but show a little compassion next time. I will not be returning because of this experience. One would think a medical provider, especially at an OB office, would be a bit more understanding of trauma.

Dr. Sakbun saved my life when I needed an emergency surgery due to an ectopic pregnancy. I will forever be grateful he was there, and Im honored to have him as my OB!

Ashley is SO caring, compassionate, understanding, and she listens to everything that you have to say. She takes everything you have said and comes up with a plan, together. I have never had a bad experience with her, or her office. I recommend all of my friends to see Ashley.

I’ve had two appointments canceled now. The first appointment was canceled so the nurse practitioner could leave town on vacation. Today my appointment was canceled last minute one hour prior to my appointment time because they simply wanted to close the office early today.Maybe blocking the schedule would be a good idea? I guess my time is it important?

I have been a patient of Dr. Sakbun for 8 years and hes always provided the care that I needed. Ashley Rollins has been a great addition to his office. Ive seen her once and she answered all my questions. The office staff was great also.

This place is a total joke. How is my girlfriend suppose to get her medicine when ever time she calls to try and get it filled, all they tell her is that they will send it back to the ob. (Who was suppose to send her prescription over over a week ago and never did.) on top of that, they didn’t even know what her medication was or knew how to spell it. How are you suppose to trust this place when they can’t even figure out stuff of their own? I wouldn’t recommend anyone to have Sakbun as their ob him and his staff is a total joke and it’s been going on a little over 2 weeks trying to get her meds and they simply won’t help or care about their patients at all.

Dr. Sakbun and Ashley Rollins are both excellent providers. His office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for better support from Dr. Sakbun during my pregnancy and delivery.

Love love love him! He delivered my son and was by far the most encouraging, down to earth doctor I could have asked for. He has always answered all of my questions and been there for me, and his staff are always very friendly and professional! Honestly couldnt imagine going to anyone else for my pregnancies, hes amazing. 10/5 stars:)

I could not ask for better care, Dr. Sakbun is an excellent OB/GYN! He took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I was very sick after delivering my baby and he checked on me frequently. He also checked on my baby and asked how she was daily while I was in the hospital.

I saw Ashley Rollins for a routine visit and she made me feel so comfortable and was very welcoming. Her knowledge and bedside manner were impeccable as well as the attitude of all the staff members. I will recommend her to anyone! Best in the Wabash Valley, hands down!

I started seeing Dr. Sakbun In 2015 as i was expecting my third child. The Dr. I had prior was retiring and I was recommended to go to Dr. Sakbun s office. At initial thought I was terrified. Due to having to tell someone else my whole life story about multiple pregnancies and at that time I on my had 2 children. I knew I was In the right place because Dr. Sakbun was one of few OB/GYN who specializes in infertility. It took me a while to warm up to him due to his quirky personality. However, I have to say his honesty is what won me over the most. My first time ever going i met a few of his staff Joanie Welch being one of them. She has always been professional, effective, and efficient. I never see a high turn over in his office. And professionally I have to say that in itself speaks volumes on how he runs his business. Since then he has done my tubal ligation, which was done in 2017 and just recently 2/2018 i entrusted him to do my ablasion. I was absoluutely terrified to do either however, he never forced upon me a decision he thought he should make in fact, making me go home and think about my options for 60 days prior to both major procedures. The girls at the office called and checked on me after both procedures. Which made it feel much more personal. I am dental office manager and I do personal 24 hr call backs to check on my patients and I didnt truly realize how personal it really felt until Dr. Sakbun s office did it. The lady who does sonograms is absolutely amazing too. And a special thanks for the warmest smiles and great conversations from Erin Clark. I mean honestly, you cant please everyone working with the general public thats for sure. And i most definitely hold this office up to a very high standard for cleanliness, professionalism, and much more. This office hits every mark on my check list with a passing score. Again working in an office myself I completely understand how it is to work with only one Dr. And a nurse practitioner. Babies are delivered daily and things happen so those who gave this office a low score for scheduling probably do not/ get the required time from their Dr. That they should. Which is sad. I personally would not have made another choice. Again you cant please everyone. Thanks again Dr. Sakbun, NP. Lisa, Joanie, Erin and all the other staff members. You all Rock!! 😁

Dr album is the best doctor and he made sure my little blessing and I was as healthy as can be

It was very first time here and i loved it everyone is so nice.

Staff were great but Dr Sakbun put my childs life in danger by taking me off of a medication I had been taking for years for ptsd/anxiety and panic disorder I should have been taken off slowly but instead treated me like I was a junkie. he also sent me to a specialist (after I had to ask) and he told them that I was an opiate addict when I dont even take opiates. he refused to help me and when I asked if my unborn would be ok he just kept repeating youll be fine youll be fine. when I seen my specialist they informed me no we wouldnt have been ok due to him just not wanting to deal with me he could have caused my baby distress early labor ECT. Also never answered any of my questions or listened to any of my concerns.I wouldnt recommend him to anybody.

I’m not sure what has happened or if he just had an off day but I went in because of increasing pain and new findings of fibroids. Hoping to maybe start birth control first to help the pain and three day painful cycles. Unfortunately when I went in he only did a physical exam with his fingers and suggested immediately a full hysterectomy but refused to refer me to anyone because I have a GJ feeding tube and said I need to have my GI suggest one. I threw up a red flag knowing my GI was in no way about to do that. I’m not sure what happed but that appointment was not at all what I was expecting. I did however contact my GI who stated that there are several red flags with this. One I’m young, two he wouldn’t even be near the GI tract because the female organs are in a totally separate area. I urge anyone who gets similar advice from sakbun to get a second opinion please.

I absolutely love Dr. Sakbun, but Ashley Rollins is AMAZING! She makes me feel comfortable enough to talk to her about any issues and always goes the extra mile!!

Waited over an hour in office. Asked if there was emergency, no. Asked if Dr usually so far behind for his appointments. Was told you never can tell. Asked if I was going to be seen in next hour. Probably not. Drs need to realize that their patients time is valuable too and not overbook. Very unprofessional. Going to a different practice.

Ashley Rollins the nurse practitioner has always been wonderful every time I’ve had an appointment with her. She is very friendly and doesn’t seem to mind when I ask a lot of questions.

A ob with a god complex. Thinks he knows more than a team of specialist and jepridised my unborn sons life and my spouses life to to his ego and unwillingness to comunicate or even read a prior medical chart..... You learn that when becoming an LVN. I wouldnt recomend him to anyone unless you want to feel an inch tall and gamble your lively hood to an ob who knows all

Dr.Sacbun delivered my baby 9 years ago, I talk about him til this day. Highly recommend 💓

He was very kind very comforting during my situation, very compassionate, very helpful and understanding the diagnosis, I am grateful to have had him for a doctor!

This office specifically Dr. Sakbun does not care about their patients even lifelong patients, if you have any serious concerns find another OBGYN.

I would’ve even leave this one star they have been very unprofessional they have still don’t gotten my carrier test back for the father and it’s been 4 weeks along with a Pap test also didn’t schedule me for my anatomy scan for baby and also never call me whenever they say they’ll goin g to also went as far to tell me the father might even have to give his blood again for the carrier test I’m beyond annoyed with this office oh and also wait for 30 minutes just to see Ashley for 5 minutes for upset with this place

DR was not willing to answer the questions i had about my mothers test results. Dr pager went off and he left the room and my questions were never answered. Very unprofessional.

Worst staff ever! Completely unprofessional. Ive been waiting three weeks and my surgery still hasnt been scheduled.
