Health Connection

Im going to be a bit lengthly here, but its because theyve earned much more than five stars from me, they have earned my highest respects.I have been going to Health Connection since late the mid- 1990s, with an exception of 5yrs were my employer provided excellent benefits that, werent only affordable, but actually paid me ($1.11/ pay-period) during my first year enrolled! During which time I was unhappily turned away to make room for others not as lucky to go to a personal physician.I want to also stress how greatful Ive been that these services have always been made available to me and others that didnt quite make it up the ladder far enough. I strongly believe that maintaining such services is crucial in our society, for low income citizens to have just a chance of better economic stability and growth. Without this basic health care, the stress hardship poverty and unyeilding cycle just eats at entire crowds. Through isolation and amongst misery, depression spreads like The Nothing. Eventually, the effects of such living is felt by the rest of us, however small.Until recently, I had always maintained full-time employment, though when I could qualify to pay for an insurance plan, it was often extremely overpriced and covered ridiculously little (of which, you were lucky for any claim to be approved without a fight and many hassels) That being my case, you may imagine my relief in knowing I wouldnt have to fight for anything that was promised to me by Health Connection.Through these grievances, I cant say enough how wonderful it has been to know that I wont ever have to contend with any sort of headaches, vauge responses, in-direct answers or even short, rushed dialogue from any person at Health Connection.Not once in the past 20yrs have I received anything short of professional, knowledgeable service from a truly sincere staff. Above all, I have never had any cause to feel looked-down-upon or judged, no matter what my economic or personal life has entailed. I cant think of more than one or two other businesses I can say the same for, in general. I know of none other that I can speak so well of, and in regards to an entire staff. Rare indeed is such a generous group of civil workers to be gathered together. In a society were customer services can appear to be lacking basic polietnes, these kind of pleasant, or just mudane interactions stand out favoribly easily enough.Of course I have referred many, many friends and acquaintances to them over the years. Even if Health Connection couldnt treat them fully, they always provided us with the most up-to-date information and often a little personal guidance to get us where we needed to go.Whether its been high blood pressure or cold sweats or abdominal pain, or much needed birth control, they always will work with you all they can because they actually care. It truly shows. I am greatful to have had them and for all of the resources that have allowed them to help so many.

Ive always been very happy with the care and the service Ive received here. Their NP has been there for many years, and is knowledgeable, soft spoken, understanding, and patient.

Really great place to go to! They answered all my questions and walked me through everything! This place definitely deserves a five star rating!
