Walk-in accepted on a Sunday which is hard to find! No line, no waiting. Excellent experience from start to finish. The NP was very knowledgeable with a lovely bedside demeanor & the phlebotomist was high skilled & great too! Labs processed through Quest who had results online in 3 business days. The waiting area & patient care rooms were clean. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Midwest Express Urgent Care and had a very good experience overall. They do walk-ins, but I scheduled my appointment beforehand, so everything was easy when I got there. I checked in and was instantly taken to the back. The nurse listened to my concerns, and the doctor came in while the nurse was taking my vitals, so there was no waiting at all. The entire process was super fast, and they made me feel very comfortable. The staff was super nice, and I completely recommend this urgent care facility. Plus, they accept Medicaid, which is a great benefit.

The moment I walked in the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. She checked on my wait time every couple of minutes. The intake nurse,Tasha, was amazing. She was friendly and understanding and made the process seemless. I only waited in the exam room for a few minutes to see PA. Patrice. She listened to my concerns and made the exam extremely comfortable and explained all the steps. She took the time to call me shortly after I left. From the moment I entered the facility, until after I left, the team at this location was simply amazing. I would definitely return if the need arose.

My experience was great from the time I walked in the door to the time that I left. Although there was a hour wait my experience was still pleasant, which made me not focus on the time. The young lady at the front desk, the nurse that took care of me I forget her name, (I was there yesterday around 6:30) for an allergic reaction. The nurse H, I unfortunately forgot her name, was very pleasant and a joy to talk to. The provider was extremely nice and gave me her undivided attention. I would definitely come back there, and this is not even my clinic that I normally come to, but their smiles would bring me back. Thank you so much to the team!

Was pretty quick with a reservation, about an hour in and out. I had NP Olivia and she was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. This was my second time here and both times were good experiences.

This was my first experience with Midwest Express and I couldn’t be happier that we found them. I was in really bad shape. The attendant in the front office put me in a room right away to lay down and the nurse was so nice. She checked on me often and brought me whatever I needed. They comforted me every moment I was there. The Doctor was informative and extremely helpful. She was really nice & caring

Fast wait times, welcoming waiting room, friendly staff, doctor that actually listened and cared! They preformed thorough testing and asked lots of questions regarding symptoms instead of just rushing through like some other doctors Ive experienced. Definitely will continue going there as needed!

First time here and i was self pay was not expensive and fast courteous service and took the time and explained things. All staff was exceptional to me. Didnt feel like there was a gate keeper like in other doctor facilities. Would definitely come here again when the need arises.

Went to Midwest Clinic yesterday because I was not feeling good stuffy nose, cough overall feeling miserable. I was lucky when I got there. There was only one patient ahead of me. It didn’t take maybe 20 minutes for me to get into one of the rooms, the assistant to the doctor Did up Covid flu and strep test which I appreciated getting thankfully they were all negative when the doctor saw me discussed my symptoms. She put me on some medication which I started this morning and hopefully by this evening, I will start to feel better my experience Midwest Clinic was very positive. I’ve been there before and I know I will go there again .

Midwest is a great place to go to for non emergency issues. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and very professional. I recently visited Midwest on Lagrange in Tinley as a walk in and the staff were very welcoming to me. The wait time to be seen was very short. The triage nurse was very caring and patient to my needs, the Dr on duty took her time to listen to my concerns and issues and resolved my problem very quickly with her knowledge. I would truly recommend going to Midwest to anyone that has a non emergency issue. I know I will use them again for any minor issues in my future! Five stars for all the staff there!!

The Medical Provider and Woman at the desk were extremely nice and helpful! The other lady who assisted me lacked concern, hospitality, and was unprofessional. I came to Midwest looking for a solution to my concerns and instead left feeling uneasy.

First the Dr. didnt even see us! Then the nurse, who didnt give her name, checked my sons ear, hes 12, for an infection and said it was infected! Prescribed an antibiotic that they supposedly called into the pharmacy but never did! We had to call the clinic 2 more times to get it sent over to the pharmacy!!! A week later hes in so much pain hes crying! we take him to our pediatrician and she said the dosage was not even close to what he should have gotten and they shouldve given him drops as well! STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE CLINIC! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! Ill be surprised if theyre still around in a few months once they word gets out!

I had a great experience. I am currently uninsured until next month and paying out of pocket was not something I was easily able to do. Every person I experienced while I was there was incredibly understanding and open about cost, as well as what the best options for my condition would be. It made me a lot less stressed knowing everyone was being upfront.The front desk, doctor and nurse I saw were all very personable and kind. Plus the visit itself was very quick. Thank you for being so understanding towards my situation, and curating an enjoyable experience!

Great experience. I called ahead and Shanti was very helpful and informative on what services I could obtain vs what I needed. Online check in process was very smooth. I was in and out with what I needed very fast. Shanti has been continuing to help me with documentation and information for me to provide back to my PCP. Highly recommend!!

They had a little kids area and they gave my daughter surprises after my visit which was so sweet of them, and the front scheduler went above and beyond with making guests welcome. The doctor was thorough and helpful and the medical assistant was even accommodating to my daughter who was asking him questions even though the visit was for me. The place itself was impeccable and impressive and clean. I hardly write reviews but I was so happy with my visit!

First time visiting, it was a Sunday. I was not feeling well and felt I couldn’t wait to make an appointment with my doctor. I was pleased with Midwest Express Clinic. In and out. Everyone from the checkin desk to the nurse to provider were all so nice. The provider took her time and explained everything to me. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Have used Midwest Express Clinic many times over the years. Always easy to make an appointment. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Love the nurse practitioners especially Patrice. She was very good to my special needs daughter. Will definitely return and recommend.

I’ve never been to a better medical facility. It’s impeccably clean, the receptionist is incredibly friendly and helpful—a refreshing sight in a medical setting. The staff is fantastic, and I can’t praise them enough. They didn’t rush me, instead, they took the time to thoroughly assist me in understanding what was happening. It’s been years since I’ve felt this positive about a medical facility!

The worst clinic ever. I visited them last Sunday and I have not received my treatment from the pharmacy yet. I called them yesterday and the one who answered me in a very rude way told me to call the pharmacy because it is not their problem, but the pharmacy’s problem. I actually went to the pharmacy and they investigated and it turned out that it was Basically, they did not receive the prescription, and until now I have not taken my treatment, and my condition has become worse. In addition, two women trained to draw blood from my hands, but they did not succeed, and they argued that I have dehydration, and I do not have dehydration, and that I should return the next day, because there is one named Hind that she he is well familiar than them in draw blood, and I actually came back on the second day and drew blood directly from my hand without practicing on me like them.

I visted the clinic because I had a sore throat and a little bit of a nasal congestion, I was taken care of quickly. Everything ran smoothly. The staff was very polite and alert. The receptionist was very nice, the gentleman who took I believe is a nurse was very pleasant and respectful. The Nurse practitioners were very friendly and listened to all my concerns. Overall a great, effective, and efficient process.

The Staff and Doctors at the clinic were very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant.I did not wait long to be seen like my primary care Doctor that it takes at least 3 weeks minimum to get an appointment

Leaving this as a heads up to anyone else who might find themselves in my situation. I called ahead to ask if they performed school physicals, which they replied that they do. They did not, however, mention that this does no include any vaccines that might be necessary for certain grade levels. I paid a fee and spent a little over an hour there to find that out. I was told I likely would not receive a refund ( I did not ask for one) because I had been triaged already. Thats fine -but, during the triage I handed the vaccine records to the medical assistant at which point she could have mentioned vaccines are not provided. There were multiple points in which this could have been communicated, and I suppose I could have also asked - hopefully moving forward they remind their staff to make people aware of this when they are scheduling physicals to save them the time.

It was very pleasant from front desk to triage to the room.First it was very clean. Everyone was so very nice. The nurse was very sweet and knowledgeable.The Nurse practitioner knew her stuff very thorough, very concerned and wants me to come back to make sure I was good. She explained everything. I was very impressed. Thank you very much!

My teenage brother was having a facial skin irritation. We attempted getting in to see a dermatologist, trying several offices with no luck. It got worse, spreading in a matter of hours. We took him to Midwest Express and upon seeing him the provider had a diagnosis immediately. She wrote a prescription for ointment and some meds. She reassured us he would heal quickly and well. Its been 4 days. He is healing as well as she said. She advised he still see a dermatologist. So far, we have been cancelled on 3 times this week...either the day before or upon arrival. By the time he sees a dermatologist, it seems he wont need it. Im glad we could get him help. Everyone was kind, everything was easy, and their healthcare team is clearly an expert one. I will be referring others here and going back in the future. Thank you! We are so grateful to your clinic.

This is a great clinic! I was seen quickly, my concerns were addressed, and everyone was kind. I also second the praises for the nurse practitioner. Shes exceptional! I wish she could be my primary!

Online registration didnt fully work, so on a whim I went in anyway, and they took me almost right away! Nurse was very tired, but this was almost closing time. Doctor was very chipper and interactive. I was told the cost for the visit (June 2024) was $125. Not too bad.

Very professional- had a very bad case of bronchitis and the nurse practitioner took it seriously. Gave me 4 scripts and a breathing treatment. Was told to let them know if i wasn’t better within 4-5 days. Highly recommend the Tinley Park location on LaGrange

My best experience at any medical facility. The nurse practitioner is exceptional! She is so sweet and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to get to know them. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that is thinking of coming here. Not to mention that the rest of the staff is also really great as well.

I had to go wait quite awhile but the provider did apologize. She was sympathetic, knowledgeable and patient. I will now make this as my go to forimmediate care needs.

I don’t write reviews often, but Midwest Express Clinic in Tinley Park deserves all the praise. The nicest, caring, and compassionate staff I’ve ever experienced at a medical facility. My family and I have been in dozens of times already and every time it’s the same great experience. They also get you in and out as quickly as possible, which is a huge plus with small children. 100% recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased with my experience here I stopped in with an eye infection. The facility is clean and pleasant. My wait was very short. The doctor saw me and explained the condition and prescribed some ointment for my eye. Thanks.

This is the only urgent care I’ll ever go to again. Way beyond my expectations due to every other urgent care being very poor. So after the appointment I leave to go get my medication and the pharmacy closed 3 minutes away and same with the urgent care I call they answer right away and move it to another one. Life savers

Reception area is clean with a friendly front desk person. However, I thought the wait was long(compared to other urgent care facilities in the area) for a practitioner to see a patient in less than 5 mins. We were there for more than an hour from registration to finish. We left after being seen with no discharge papers given. The FNP verbalized though that she sent the prescription to our pharmacy. Front desk person was on the phone so we just left. I chose this clinic over the others due to stellar reviews but my experience says otherwise, we won’t be back.

Easy check in online, called to see nurse right away, was in and out in 15 minutes. Great experience with nurse and Dr. who helped me get healthy again.

I loved this place. Super easy to register and make an appt online. In and out for myself so quickly, my 3 yr old was sick, brought him in and got him taken care of as well. Everyone is so nice there! And they have a nice little kids area that my son loved.

The clinic is very clean. Wait time before seeing the doctor was 20 minutes in the procedure room after completing intake paperwork. The staff cleaned my clogged ears and the doctor finished cleaning them. Total time in the clinic was one hour and 15 minutes. All Staff personnel and doctor were very friendly. I would recommend this clinic again.

Every staff member at the clinic was helpful, patient, kind, and efficient. I had registered for an appointment online and was called within 10-15 minutes after that time — I had expected a longer wait.NP Ashley was most empathetic to my issue and proceeded with the testing necessary. Received same-day testing results rather quickly. Appropriate meds were prescribed with a comprehensive explanation of my condition as well as recommendations for further treatment. I would suggest this facility to anyone looking for a professional urgent care clinic.

It is so frustrating visiting medical professionals as an African American woman. The treatment is often poor, at best.My experience at Midwest Express Clinic was an excellent one. What a pleasure to meet medical staff who actually have excellent bedside manners. The staff was extremely friendly and compassionate. My NP, I think her name was Patrice, gave wonderful words of comfort when I went into freak out mode and began crying uncontrollably. Thank you for seeing my humanity and not just a number or my beautifully sun kissed skin as something to be tolerate or treated dismissively.I appreciate your service.

I haven’t had many good experiences with medical professionals in the past, so the only time I see a doctor is when I’m sick and cannot get better without a prescription.However, I was pleasantly surprised with this clinic. Everyone was helpful and nice, and the lobby was a great place to relax in. I was in and out quickly, and they made my stressful day a little less chaotic.I will definitely come back to this clinic the next time I need to see someone.

My 1 star is not for the service but for their RIDICULOUS policy of not billing your health insurance after 2 day of the time of service. My 19 year old son went in there for a dislocated elbow and in a panic did not take his wallet with health insurance, his friends paid partial payment upfront so he was seen, now they want to charge me more money but not bill the health insurance even though their bill clearly says call us if theres health insurance to billUPDATE: A wonderful young lady, Madison, called me and resolved the issue, and billed my insurance 🙂 stop outsourcing your billing to foreigners and use your wonderful staff!!

I made an appointment online the night before. When I arrived everything went smoothly. I was seen right away(had early appointment ). I had my Sister , who was from out of town seen here twice before & they were so accommodating, helped her transition the care given when she went back home. I always recommend family & friends to go there. Thank you all so much !

The team at the tinley park location on La grange is AMAZING! With it being “sick season” and having 2 little kids, I’ve had to visit there frequently- they’re always delightful to work with, listen to our needs and provide great care. If I could- I’d give them 10-stars!

Brought my 4 yr old in on a Sunday afternoon, lobby was full but they were so quick! We didnt wait long at all. Front desk was very friendly, nurse was super sweet and made my daughter feel safe, doctor was just as sweet and caring. Couldnt have had a better experience!!!

Receptionists were nice, waiting room was clean and very nicely decorated for the fall season. Triage tech was very personable and kind. The nicest flu covid and strep swabbed I’ve ran into lol. The PA (or NP I can’t remember) was absolutely phenomenal. Very personable and outgoing. Detailed, thorough. All in all a very well ran clinic.

Every time I go into the Midwest clinic, they are aware of and respect your time. The staff from the receptionist to the doctors are all very kind and take the time to answer all your questions thoroughly. I highly recommend their services they truly do go the extra mile and remember eating healthy makes for a healthy person, make the best of your day everyday.

I was seen as soon as I walked in, I didn’t even make an appointment. Friendly staff, they were very helpful and helped ease any anxiety I was feeling. Within 25 minutes I was already out of there with a prescription. Recommend this clinic to anyone in the area who needs quick, reliable care.

Overall bad experience, with unhelpful and unprofessional staff. Receptionist didnt communicate to the providers why I had come in, nurse stepped out to take a personal call while seeing me, providers basically told me to just deal with the severe pain I was having and ignored my abnormally high blood pressure. I asked the NP for recommendations for work and she just asked me to tell her how long of an absence she should write for my note. I am a health care professional and definitely will not be returning here.

I went in for a COVID and flu test. Luckily i was negative, but the nurse Practitioner took her time to evaluate me, ask about my symptoms, told me what I had and prescribed meds.Staff was very professional, caring and understanding. Clerk up front was swamped yet kept her composure and was pleasant, friendly and helpful to everyone that came in. It was a great experience I would definitely recommend.

Walk ins only. Waited about 2 1/2 hours. People were friendly and all my needs were addressed. Was worth the wait. Waiting area was a decent size. Nice area for the kids with disney movies for them to watch. Reward yourself with Starbucks right next door😃

Every staff person we encountered, from reception to the doctor, was so kind and helpful. We were in and out quickly.

The wait was a bit long, but that is to be expected in cold and flu season and on a Saturday. My daughter and I were administered 3 rapid tests. Even though they came back negative, our provider, Dr Novy, I believe, actually listened to our concerns! She offered suggestions to improve my daughters dry cough. She also prescribed an antibiotic to me because I had not been able to shake this cough for weeks. Anyone else would have just shrugged and said go home and wait it out. We were also prescribed a stonger cough medicine. I was very happy with the attention and consideration we received.

Ive been at this location a few times for acute illnesses. I was there this past week twice and both times I was treated quickly. Everyone was so kind. Michael who does the Triage and Shauna the GNP were both amazing. They listened and got me on the right course and in a few days I was back on my feet. Even the front desk clerk was professional and so lovely to deal with. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area if needed.

I was Diagnosed with shingles and the provider Jamie was very kind and very informative she explained everything to me in a proper efficient way and she also gave me a print out on any information I’m very pleased with the efforts they made to make things right The girls at the front desk are very kind and polite

I made an appointment online the night before. When I got to clinic, receptionist was super friendly, the waiting area was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas! My appointment was for 8:10 a.m. and I was called back at 8:05 a.m. Nurse was friendly, did my tests and within minutes the Physician Assistant was in. This Midwest Express Clinic is by far one of the best locations I’ve visited . When I walked in, I was greeted professionally and with cheer by the Front Desk Assistant. I didn’t have to wait long to be serviced (they live up to the meaning of the word EXPRESS) and my medical technician was amazing. She was professional and very upbeat. This is my “Go-To” express clinic until further notice. Please keep doing an amazing job. We need more places where we can experience great employees who provide awesome service. When I walked in the door I was impressed immediately. Ashley H greeted me right away and it was a quick and easy process to get registered for a visit. NP Caitlin was kind and knowledgeable. Everyone in this place is so efficient and friendly. I wont be going back to my usual urgent care facility, because the service here was way beyond my expectations.

Love the staff, it’s clean and the Doctor is phenomenal I will be back. I just love George and Anna. Super providers and so knowledgeable . . At one point both of them were in the room talking and advising my 15 year old son. I have NEVER met two providers that were that caring in my entire life. I was once again at the clinic yesterday and Saw Provider George. He was again so very nice and very caring going the extra mile well more like miles!!! What a wonderful clinic and wonderful providers especially George and Anna!!!Just sent in there again last week. Was in in give mi utes. Provider was outstanding and talked to us so nicely . This is the second visit from my family and both times we have been very happy with our experience. From the receptionist to the visit with the doctor/physician assistant everyone was professional, efficient, friendly, caring and helpful. We were in and out in less than 1/2 hour and felt that our needs had been met. I highly recommend this facility.

George the doc was fantastic.The staff gets 10/10 stars.We were not there for an emergency just for a checkup and doc note for my husband to return to work.I am giving 4 stars simply because of the price. $90 just to receive a piece of paper is outrageous. I know its partly the insurance company as well 🤷🏻‍♀️Highly recommend this location. I have been to 3 midwest clinics and this location blew the others out of the water. This place is garbage! First visit last year for sports physical and we spent over 40 minutes calling my work and the insurance company trying to prove we had insurance. Then they put the wrong date on her physical and it kept her out of her first track meets. Now, today’s visit and they say they have no proof she’s under my insurance and I have to call my provider, who of course is closed today. I have never had a problem with my insurance anywhere else, and I’ve been covered for 26 years with the same provider/policy. Staff is not helpful at all. They shrug their shoulders while I have to make several phone calls and try to solve the problem because THEY are unorganized and inefficient! Close to home but never going back.

This is the best clinic I have ever been too! It looks and smells super clean, and they are so quick! Which is so important when you’re in there and don’t feel good. Dr. George was my doctor and I can’t say enough good things about him! He was so nice and informative. I will def. be going here from now on!

Only a 10-15 minute wait time, nurse was patient, polite and explained everything to my ASD son when doesn’t do well with testing with swabs. He did his best during this visit and asked questions after the test and was very interested. Doctor was nice and explained everything to help make him feel better.

Everyone at this facility is extremely nice and patient. This was the first time my 4 year old had not cried for COVID or strep test. Love how quick the service is as well!!

Take the time to pre-register as they suggest, and it will make your experience that much better. The staff at this location is outstanding, showing compassion and professionalism throughout my visit. I did not feel rushed at all, and my diagnosis along with prescriptions helped me to get over my illness. Very clean and well thought out.

They made what couldve been an awful experience for my 6 year old a relatively comfortable and quick one. We were able to check in online and get cared for very soon after arriving. So glad they opened up this clinic down the street from us. Definitely going to be my clinic of choice now!

My son had not been feeling well and turned out to have ear infections in both ears. Went in on a Sunday morning when they opened and were in and out in an hour, which was great. Staff was great and understanding of a difficult sick 2 year old.

Got us in and out fast, and accurately treated all in our group (4 kids total). They were also cost-conscious and that was very appreciated - they allowed us to use the fast strep test as diagnosis without needing to send out the tests for additional unnecessary costs. The staff were all friendly and caring. I am happy to have this place to go to instead of trying to make a sick-visit appt at our pediatrician. Its so much better of an experience here.

This Immediate Care was the best I have ever been to! Not only wasDr. George knowledgeable he was hysterical & had such a wonderful personality! It was actually a joy being there even though my daughter was sick! The front desk girl was so sweet & helpful and actually had a brain.Physician assistant/nurse was wonderful too & he was very efficient.If only every business operated like this!

Came in for a follow up appointment I had scheduled for a week. I was turned away at the door, they said “we are not taking any more appointments”. No call or text to let me know any the woman at the desk told me make another appointment if I want. Waste of time.Funny, they sent reminders for days but couldn’t bother to call to cancel.

I love the Midwest Express clinic in Tinley Park. I came in with a sinus infection a week ago and was lucky at the time there wasn’t much of a wait. Friendly and helpful staff. I got the antibiotics I needed but a few days later wasnt better so when In Munster, IN (where I work) I went to that location and got a chest X-ray and additional meds.very very long wait in a room. About an hour. After being discharged I was told I’d receive a call with my chest X-ray results.Fast forward a few days later my daughter ended up also sick with a sinus and ear infection so I brought her into the Tinley Park location near us. Very long wait …but that happens…It’s not the wait. It’s how you’re treated due to the wait and during it. The medical assistant at the front desk was very kind and personable and doing her best! She addressed all the patients in the room saying she was so sorry for the long wait and that everyone was working hard to get to each patient as soon as possible. My daughter received excellent care, the antibiotics she needed, and we walked away feeling like people needing care ..and not just cattle being ushered in and out. Great job everyone at Midwest Express Tinley! I never heard back from the Munster location even though I called three times trying to get my X-ray results. I kept being put on hold with no one taking my call. I was promised a phone call back but that never happened. I called the Tinley location and they were able to inform me that my results were negative for pneumonia. They also printed the report for me to pick up. Very impressed with everything about this place.Munster you need to get back on track!

The entire staff from the customer service in the front to the Male nurse and physician working on 01/30 around 5:30 was phenomenal. The patience they had w me was amazing, their attention to details shows that they really do care and supersedes many other clinics. Great job and keep up the great work

I had a lovely experience. First, the location is near my home. Once there, i was treated respectfully be all staff. George, ( nurse Practitioner) took excellent care of me. I am pleased with the care and “bedside “ manner I received. I definitely will return if the need comes up again.

I have been here a handful of times and EVERY-TIME I was treated with courtesy and kindness. I’ve also have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my name to be called. I was just there yesterday and saw George, who did an AMAZING job of diagnosing me in less than 2 minutes!! Seriously!!! The facility was very clean and I was impressed with the staff. They were very friendly and we’re keeping things moving. Nobody was standing around like they do in some places.I also liked that the doctor didn’t just prescribe something. She did a thorough check and told me she saw nothing that would require an antibiotic. It was a virus that needed to run its course. I appreciated that.I wish this was my regular doctor’s office!!

Registered online. Filled out all forms and provided all documents. Get an email confirmation. Get a text confirmation. Get to your appointment on time and then you’re told we don’t have you in the system. It didn’t happen once, but on 3 separate occasions. So then I ask “where did all my personal info go?” And the response “I’m not sure”.

Got in and out in less than one hour. The did a rapid rtext for flu and covid. My results came back for covid.. the office was a very clean and relaxing environment. The receptionist triage MA ( the red head) And the nurse practitioner were excellent.. the receptionist took th time to tell me my insurance was accepted and that I was in network.

Very good first experience at CVS minute clinic! I could’ve saved some time by completing the forms online but I was not aware! There was a few people in from of us but it was still not a long wait and Caitlin the NP was very nice and knowledgeable!

Staff were pleasant. Clean facility. Very quick process, in and out. Will use again when we cannot get in to our primary care provider. I haven’t yet been billed and am curious about that process.

I did not like the fact that they had to have a debit card or a credit card on file Or I would be refused treatment. it was not to bill you until 90 days after your insurance was billed, just to keep it in file just in case. I have insurance that requires no co-pay.

I went to Midwest Express Clinic with a stubbed toe. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a friendly receptionist. I waited 5 minutes and was taken back to the examining room. Dr. Anna, very kind and professional, examined my toe and had x-rays taken. Dr. Anna told me I did not have to wait, and she would call me in about an hour. In an hour, Dr. Anna called me and told me I had a broken toe.I would highly recommend Midwest Express Clinic.Patti McNally

The first doctor we seen didnt think my son had an ingrown toenail & was only going to treat him with antibiotics. I had to ask her to check & sure enough...with no medical training, I somehow knew better than her. If it werent for me pushing it, they would not have clipped it/treated it properly.The second doctor we saw told us my son would be getting an antibiotic to take 2x a day morning & night...thats not what was prescribed...now I have to wait 2 days! To make sure we got prescribed the correct medication because they refuse to contact him on his days off...even if its a potential prescription error! They had me on hold for over 10 minutes with the worst music (creepy circus music). I had to hang up & call back. Worst manners with zero care for the situation.Our wait times in office were very long too. Then they kept asking me for my own opinion on what I think my son should be tested for. I had to keep telling them Im not a doctor. Can a doctor please see my son then tell me what he recommends?Oh & there were also tons of ants all over the office floor! This place is so gross & clearly does not care about their patients. Extremely unprofessional & a waste of time & money. Never returning again.(Ive never written a bad review before, but potentially giving a child the wrong medication & not caring enough to try to contact the doctor who prescribed it is something Ive never heard of before. I could let the other stuff go, but not that.)

As with other MEC locations Ive visited, this one is no exception to the excellent service they provide. Plus, theres a Ryan Reynolds look-alike who works at this location... so thats a nice bonus. 😏😉🤷‍♀️ Overall, another great experience from the kind professionals who helped me.

I needed a quick visit and didn’t feel like any long waits in Urgent Care. Midwest had me in and out in under 40 minutes. The receptionist had a very pleasant demeanor, and the medical assistant was very friendly. Dr. Anton is definitely a people person and offered phenomenal bedside manners.He listened to me tell him about my symptoms and didn’t force the pharmaceutical agenda or his own. He trusted that I new my body and provided the best care possible to meet my needs and to treat my symptoms. If I can’t get in with my doctor, I will visit the Orland/Tinley location before I step foot in an Urgent Care again.Just to see the doctor is $120 out of pocket costs and the additional costs are affordable as well. They offer doctor’s notes, physicals, shots, etc. It’s an overall great alternative if your doctor isn’t available, you don’t to wait forever in Urgent Care, or wait couple of days in the ER.

Went to the midwest express clinic on 171st and Lagrange a friend referred me to.She was right very clean and kind caring staff. Office Manager was very nice and efficient. Waited a little bit not bad. Patrice Evans APN took care of me. She was caring and not rushed. Prescribed a few medications and I was very pleased. Thank you! Definitely in an urgent care need I would recommend. Ive been to a few. I dont have insurance at the moment and the cost out of pocket was very reasonable.

From everyone to everything was par excellence. The professionalism and kindnesses extended me were truly refreshing and created a family environment. In truth my visit was due to my SUFFERING from the flu bug, but to my surprise it became an amazing delight at the Dr.’s office. Who could’ve known such a nice experience awaited me! My husband had a head injury over the weekend and we came in to make sure everything was ok and find out why he fainted. We worked with Dr George antonopoulos. Even though they were slammed with patients he took his time to ask my husband questions and explain what he thought happened. Ran test and helped with follow ups. It was such an amazing experience working with him. Please remember Monday is the busiest day for them. Their staff was super apologetic for the wait even though it wasn’t their fault. Everyone from the front desk, nurses and doctors were so friendly.

Did a first-time, walk-in visit for a dual ear irrigation, and was completely satisfied for the whole experience. Check in and registration were quick. They accepted my PPO insurance with no copay. The receptionist was professional and the waiting area was clean. I was triaged almost immediately after registration. The staff were very accommodating and comforting. Safety protocols were in place and practiced. Everyone was very professional and made me feel comfortable. It will be my go to for any needed urgent care.

Clean waiting, exam and restrooms. Friendly, caring staff. Extremely thorough and detailed session with both the triage nurse and the PA. The wait was a little long but it was a busy Saturday afternoon, and the wait was well worth it. I would definitively go back.

I love this place so much. It’s clean, the staff is friendly…it’s a quick, thorough experience. This was originally my family’s backup urgent care but now I will only go here. They don’t take appointments, but it doesn’t even matter because of how quickly you are seen. Keep it up, Midwest!

Extremely friendly and well organized staff. From the minute I walked in and was greeted by the very friendly Ioebee (sure I spelled that wrong) to the nice lady that took my vitals then Shawna who checked out my miserable allergies to Michael who administered my shot - I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Don’t let the busy parking lot scare you - it’s traffic from Starbucks!! So glad I chose that facility and got immediate relief from the miserable allergies!

I’m new in Illinois. I had an urgent need of a doctor, I googled near by clinic and came across Midwest Express Clinic, and I am so glad that I did…..being a first time patient, I was asked to just walk-in….the hours are very convenient and they are available and open everyday including the weekends which is awesome. My primary physician couldn’t see me for a mind-blowing three months! I needed attention now. I was pleased to experience that in and out in an hour was true. I was afraid that my problems were going to require more time and concern but they took good care of me and did their best to give me the care that I needed, including x-rays, prescriptions, and a plan of action. I will be returning for my follow-up and more if needed!

My 11 month old grandson was visiting me from out of state. I noticed that he wasnt acting like himself. I called Midwest and they were so very accommodating, telling me to bring him in. This entire staff was very compassionate, supportive and very professional. I would highly recommend Midwest and am so grateful that their service was available during my time of crisis.

I have never had a better experience while feeling so sick! I previously went to Minute Clinic & they didn’t do anything for me. I was in so much pain & felt like I had strep throat. I had the absolute best care from Nurse Practitioner Shauna! She genuinely seems to care about the well being of her patients & got me on an antibiotic right away! I had to get a quantiferon gold TB test for school. Everyone was so nice, the process from walking in to leaving was smooth/painless. They accepted my insurance and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of services they offer. Nice to know I have a reliable place that’s open decent hours on a Sunday even.

The staff was very caring and professional. The office was decorated beautifully for Valentines day and also very clean. My appointment was at 4:30pm. We got there early and were seen. We walked out the door at 4:40pm. Very short waiting time, I will definitely go back!!!

We visit for a fracture, they were the only ones in the area with a working xray machine I called 3 so I didn’t loose time going from place to place, from the front desk to the MA the treatment we received was great, respectful and caring. They also have very good prices for self pay pts. The place is very clean too.

10 month old twins woke up sick and unfortunately the dr was so booked there was no appointment. So we took them over to midwest clinic. Both had a sever cough, high fevers and wheezing. Dr comes in and listens to lungs and says the lungs are fine and says one has a upper respiratory infection while the other has a ear infection and claimed to see puss in his ear. Doesnt check the others ear because he says the medicine hes prescribing will work the same for both. We leave get the medicine and give it to them, the next day they wake up much worse, luckily we got a appointment with their primary care dr. As soon as she listens to lungs she says they have something called croup then proceeds to look at the babies ears and both were completely fine with no puss. Very unprofessional from the Dr at Midwest clinic to rush us out without properly diagnosing the babies. Wont be going back.

I couldn’t get into my doctor and searched for a quick care station near me. When I got there not a whole lot of people waiting which was a good sign. The office girl was very nice. The nurse and assistant were very friendly and accommodating. The doctor I saw was very friendly and listened to my concerns. She got me medicine and hopefully on the road to recovery

I actually had another great experience. I went to the office in Tinley Park on LaGrange. I waited approximately 15 minutes. The doctor diagnosed and sent prescriptions to my local pharmacy before I got back home. So much easier than waiting weeks to get into the doctors office or waiting all day in the emergency room...Highly recommend

My five stars are definitely for Dr G! Kind, funny, considerate, and compassionate everything you need when you are not feeling your best. However, nice as the receptionist is she could use some additional training. I called back to ask Dr G a question about my meds and she put me on hold never came back and the call somehow went into voicemail. I called back and after a few rings the call went into voicemail. I gave up, but after about 20 minutes Dr G called. I called him back and he explained what happened (reception should have come back to the call and took a message) he was in with a patient doing a procedure. He again very nicely explained all the meds and how I should take them. I highly recommend this urgent care facility. Dr G is the best. Thank

Been here several times since they open. It’s nice when you know you need medication for your cold but can’t get in to your regular doctor. Everyone is professional and I have always gotten in and out within an hour.

Went in for a Strep Throat test. The visit went well, got my diagnosis and prescription relatively quick. My issue is the $330 bill I got for “medical services” and that Midwest Express Clinic cannot provide me an itemized invoice nor direct me to where I can find published costs for “medical services”.

Very quick , and very nice staff! And Dr. George was very good with my kids and he educated me why my kids had weird symptoms . I will always come to this clinic when my kids or I get sick. I very much recommend this urgent care!

How is this place charging $155 gor a covid test when I can go to walgreens and get it done for free? Places like these are only there for your money. If theyre actually helpful cool but only if you open your wallet to them first.

Edited - went back after still not feeling well. The sent prescription to a closed pharmacy, I called and asked them to send it to a different one (gave name and address). They never sent it. Office closed and had to wait til morning to call and ask what happened. Turns out they never sent it and forgot.Overall a nice place, but I disagree with just prescribing OTC Zyrtec (allergy meds) for a sinus infection. That doesnt treat my symptoms, and I wake up the next day feeling worse. They are also strange about test results for my daughter I took my daughter last month - rapid strep was negative on Monday. She felt worse by Wednesday so I brought her back. They then told me oh yeah the strep test we sent off came back positive. I questioned why I wasnt called and they said they wouldve called any minute. Well fast forward to yesterday, I bring my daughter back and they test for strep again. A different doctor told me they will not call with results. If I want to know if shes positive, I need to call and make an appointment or they can email results but to treat it I need to come back in. Seems like a ploy to make another appointment.

George, Page and sorry didn’t get the xray tech name from the Lagrange rd Illinois Tinley Park clinic, but everyone of them where great. I felt like I was at my family’s doctors office.They made it a wonderful experience and I could feel they care about the patient care they are providing

Son had a very painful abscess that started Saturday night!! So Sunday took him to office we were in and out and my son was able to start his antibiotic Sunday instead of waiting for dentist office to open Monday and take hours upon hours to get dr to call in prescription then wait for pharmacy to fill he basically was out of pain before we would of even got antibiotics from the dentist. So they saved my son a lot of time of true painful agony . Will definitely be back our pediatrician is just as slow as dentist office so that wouldn’t of helped either because they weren’t open till Monday as well!! Thanks for great fast service we I registered him on line uploaded my Id and his insurance card went to office had 0 paperwork to do sat for less than 5 min then was brought in room waited another 5 min total time in office was less than 20 min thanks again

Definitely a 5. Entire staff was professional and friendly. The provider was excellent. She completely resolved my issue and again she was professional, friendly and knew how to help me. I will absolutely go back to them if necessary!

Midwest Express was busy, but I got in. My exam was very thorough and professional. I was prescribed 2 medications and started feeding better the 2nd day.

It was a wait because they wer short staffed but Kate Lynn was a very wonderful thorough Nurse practitioner and her bedside manner was impeccable and she was pregnant !!!

I had a scheduled appointment and was in and out within 1 hour. When I arrived, the computer system was not working but the staff was amazing at staying on top of everything considering the circumstances. I did end up needing antibiotics and do have an allergy to augmentin. The NP ended up calling me to make sure that I have had amoxicillin before and that my allergy was not to that portion of the augmentin. The staff paid great attention to detail and made me feel comfortable with letting them care for me!

I went there today for strep throat and Dr. George Antonopoulos and the staff are amazing. Mentioning his name specifically because I was checked out and prescribed within 5 minutes of being there. He builds great relationships with his patients

Quick, friendly, and easy! I did have a little difficulty uploading photos of my ID and insurance card on the website when checking in ahead of time but that wont affect my rating. 😁

Excellent care from start to finish! Friendly receptionist, triage nurse was very friendly and thorough and Jamie FNP was professional and knowledgeable, didn’t let me leave till I thoroughly understood. I was in and out in an hour with a diagnosis.

The online check-in was a breeze, and there was plenty availability. When we checked in, we were taken back almost immediately. The nurse and doctor were caring, listened attentively and were so kind to my child. I would definitely go back!
