Planned Parenthood - Towson Health Center

I visited clinic on 28th of August with 10 weeks of pregnancy. Everything was absolutely comfortable, all the staff are professional, patient and very kind. I’m very appreciate to girls who took care of me and explained me everything, because it’s my first pregnancy. So I definitely recommend this place. Me and my husband left clinic being very happy 😃!

I had a great experience. The booking process was easy and painless, and I was in and out in a half hour. Everyone was very polite and professional, I loved that the entry door was locked because it made it feel safe. The nurse quickly and painlessly helped me with my problem. I definitely recommend this location.

I’m a minor and it was my first time experiencing this by myself and the receptionist ivory was very kind and nice and professional. this helped me and my mom feel at ease. i would definitely recommend for anyone to anyone who would need to. i would definitely give this place a 10/10 if i could. i didn’t remember my doctors names but there were really understanding and made me feel comfortable sharing personal information

I had a very pleasant experience during my appointment at planned parenthood in Towson. The staff were all super friendly, kind, sincere, respectful, empathetic and that’s just a few words to describe my time spent with the ladies in the office. I could really go on and on. The professionalism. The environment. Everything was very neat, clean and organized. They got me in and out. No complaints at all. If I shall need any additional services I will definitely be back. Thanks again ladies.

Normally when i make my visits here everything flows so perfectly, but for some reason my visit this past week was more of a surprise front desk employees are amazing but it was one employee with blue twist who helped me prior to me seeing the doctor first it took a while just for her to come to my room after calling me back but i could hear other workers having side conversations about other workers also when she finally returns to the room i notice she just had such a strong odor of alcohol on her breath she was a little aggressive and a little hard to understand. I love this clinic i’ve never came across anything until this serious problem happened to me

I went to get my Nexplanon removed and had a new one reinserted, it didnt hurt like the last time I got it done due to the skill of the wonderful nurse practitioner. The receptionist was also fantastic and great at her job, a long with everyone else I encountered at this Planned Parenthood location.

Front desk and nurse practitioner were very kind however the doctor was not empathetic at all. I came to get tested and they told me i needed a referral. When I scheduled the appointment online i gave all my information about my insurance so you would think they would let me know i need a referral to be seen prior to my appointment. But no so now i had to try another place which luckily did take me in. This place was my 3rd attempt to get tested. It should not be this hard to get tested as a minor. I wanted to talk about birth control too but when the doctor came in she basically told me the same stuff i read on google and didn’t ask me once about what i wanted in a birth control and just asked if i wanted something today or not then left. I got nothing out of my appointment besides wasted time.

Barely addressed my concerns because they “couldn’t bill me for two different things at one appointment” had to wait an HOUR to actually get what I was came for. Told me she’d provide me with primary care doctors and DIDNT. 0/10 experience made me feel uncomfortable and like I couldn’t voice my concerns about my body even though they ask you if you have any concerns…just horrible horrible

Terrible service!I wanted to get an IUD 6 weeks after giving birth, but was told that I needed to be on my period before getting one. Ive never heard of that before.This information could have been explained to me BEFORE coming into my appointment and wasting my time.

I had an appointment. They told me I needed a referral. I went and got said referral, from my primary care doctor. I scheduled again. I get there, they said it wasnt correct. But they neglected to help me figure out the right paperwork🤦‍♀️Ive always gone on to Planned Parenthood because I was always under the assumption that they cared about womens health. Planned Parenthood was always my go-to. So im tremendously disappointed. 😔 it was so unorganized. Huge waste of my time. Girl at the front desk was simply awful. Terribly rude. I used to love planned parenthood. Never again. Shame on them.

This was my first time ever visiting a Planned Parenthood location and I was very nervous - this office was super lovely and nice. All the staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The location felt very safe and secure as well. They let me know that sometimes the location can be busy - but I would gladly wait for their terrific health care service. 10/10 recommend this location!

This is my very first visit to any planned parenthood and my experience at the Towson location has been exceptional from the moment I arrived. The place is really clean , the front desk ladies are really nice and welcoming. It wasn’t long before I was called by Misha to the back and she was very welcoming friendly and funny. She also provided me all the knowledge and care that I needed. Answering questions etc. I was seen by Nurse Katrina sweet personality and very informal about my care. I would highly recommend Towson. Thank you for all your help and your wonderful support.Skip the city and head to Towson planned parenthood.

Nothing bad happened the vibes of the office give that they are just trying to get you out. Which I understand they have patients to attend to but I was unable to feel comfortable while being served because it didn’t give me a safe space, they just tryna rush you out.

It takes at least an hour to get back to a room, then another 30-45 min for the doctor to actually come in. Once they come in you’re out of there in less than 10 minutes. Make sure you plan out atleast 2 hours to be here. I also feel like when women are making appointments for abortions they should be doing be doing this in a private room. I overhear all of the time appointments being made and the front desk will explain how the procedures work and the price. Not everyone wants everyone in the waiting room to know what they are there for. Not that I judge or care, I’ve had one done myself lol, but I know some women might feel uncomfortable standing there in front of a room full of other people talking about something so personal. If you’re going to go into detail about something like that it should be done privately, that’s what was done when I had mine done years ago by a different doctors office.

This place is the best. I have a habit of thinking I know everything but let me tell you, I left there with an education. Every member of the staff that I spoke to broke down what they were doing, what I needed to do and were able to answer any questions I had.I just want to note that I did wait a little while to be seen for my appointment BUT I bear in mind that there is a lot of sensitive activity going on this place so some appointments are bound to go over. The staff are really are thorough and they take care of your emotional needs as well which is more than you get in other places. As a WOC I felt I was in safe space to be myself and be heard.Thank you for this experience. I will be recommending this location to everyone.

Ive been here a couple of times and both times have been great! My nurse Nikki and NP Jewels were very informational and kept me comfortable throughout everything they were doing! All my questions were answered and everythings going well so far for me, personally. (: Thank you for giving everyone the care they deserve!

Shantel NP/ Jargma was great!! She was very professional, kind, she explained everything she was doing and I felt very comfortable.

So far not pleased called this place 8 times they answered twice and hung up twice whats wrong with yall? Then Im greeted with attitudes by the people answering the phone I need yall to do better.

My second time visiting Planned Parenthood and I appreciate coming here and the services they provide. My nurse, Misha, was very sweet in taking the time to make sure I was educated with how my birth control would effect my cycle, etc.So many assume Planned Parenthood only does abortions, but in reality, they provide so many more services from exams of many types, birth control, etc. In an affordable, non-judgemental setting.

The service I received here was great. My nurse Ivory was so sweet and comforting and really calmed my nerves. My doctor Jewel gave great service and was also very sweet and encouraging. The process was very fast and went smoothly. I didnt even have a long wait for my appointment to take place. Everyone here is so polite and I would definitely go back for any other services i need!

My experience with Towson Planned Parenthood has consistently been excellent--they provide amazing OBGYN care, and the nurses have always been kind enough to spend a bit of extra time during the appointment to answer any questions. In my last visit, Nikki went above and beyond to print out a list of PCPs in the area and recommend a few in particular. I highly recommend this clinic!

Women at the front lacked empathy and instead of trying to help figure out a way that they could provide care for me while I was in pain, or sharing potential options with me about what else I might do to receive care other than telling me to go to urgent care (which costs me a lot more and it’s money I do not have because I am poor ….) they told me they couldn’t do anything and spent 20 min trying to tell me why. Why not instead say “hey I’m sure this is very frustrating for you, you spent 30 min driving and took off work to be here today, and you’re in pain, I get that, because I’m a human being just like you. It doesn’t seem like we can provide services today but here are some options - I can call billing and speak with them, I can have you pay out of pocket and here’s the cost, I can figure out why we were able to see you a few months ago on the exact same insurance and see if I can figure out how that was possible before” nope, instead just “sorry can’t help you bye.” I’m sure they understand it’s frustrating and upsetting because they’re human beings, why not acknowledge that at least….instead of immediate defensiveness and acting like I’m in the wrong for asking them to help me figure out why I can’t be seen today when I was seen a few months ago on the literal exact same insurance …. Is it not your job to help me …. Like what is your job if not to help struggling poor women who can’t access healthcare in other ways receive the care they need …… lol don’t come here. I thought planned parenthood is a place you can go when you are poor and need healthcare …………….. tf

My nurse Misha was amazing! I felt very comfortable, with no judgement what so ever. They made the process very easy and Im just excited to get back to living my life stress free.

Honestly as a trans person this was the most gender affirming experience I’d had at a health clinic. My Nurse/Doctor Kim and Ivory were amazing! Asked my pronouns and absolutely made sure I felt safe and they respected my body. They were also just good people and talked to me like a regular person throughout my appointment to help me loosen up. I would absolutely come back here every time for care!

Everyone was so nice Misha , Jewel L Edmonds, NP and Katrina Y Griffin, NP these ladies were so nice and very welcoming thanks ladies. Also let me not forget the young lady who did the sono she was nice as well . But Misha girl thank you for explaining everything to me carefully. After you explained everything to me that took my fear and nervousness away I appreciate that and thanks for the hug that was so nice of you , you rock girl ❤️.

The staff at this location are truly incredible! So welcoming and warm, I had a fun and informative conversation with Ivory who was a delight and helped calm my nerves. And the nurse practitioner, Kim was so professional and kind. I have never had a bad experience at Planned Parenthood in general, but this location is truly wonderful.

Came here for BC implant. Staff was very friendly and helpful! had the fortunate chance to be seen by Nikki and Kim who were very lovely ladies who make great conversation. They made the grueling task of going to the doctors enjoyable. I definitely recommend coming here

This is my 2nd time here (different location this time i enjoy the smaller ones) and as much as i already do not want to be here or doing any of this the staff makes you feel good. My lady doctor Ivory set me entire mood for my appointment, went from in tears to laughing with her! Very comforting in anyones situation. My overall experience was quick and not stressful. I would recommend PP to any of my ladies out there.

My first ever experience at PP completely exceeded my expectations. All staff was so nice, helpful, professional, and understanding. Shantrice and Dr. Kim were great, they gave me advice, resources and great conversation, and also reassurance when I explained why I was there in the first place. I was nervous, scared, and flustered going in but felt much better leaving. I also really like that PP uses MyChart as its very convenient and a great way to communicate if need be, but also see my results, etc. Thank you for a pleasant visit!

My experience at Towson Planned Parenthood was amazing. It was a judgment free environment. My nurse Misha was awesome and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment.

This was my first time at planned parenthood and I had a great experience! I came in to get an IUD because the waitlist at the area gynecologist offices were too long to be a new client and I also was looking for affordable health care. Online when I made the appointment it said my insurance was out of network. When I arrived the staff at the front desk called my insurance company and confirmed that I was out of network. I was told that the IUD would cost $1,000 at least. Ty at the front desk thought it was odd that my insurance wouldn’t cover it and called my insurance company again at which point they confirmed that they would in fact cover my IUD. Ty was so great and went above and beyond to make sure I could get what I came in for! Laura, the nurse practitioner who inserted my IUD was amazing! I was very nervous but she was warm, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable! Although I did wait a while (1.5 hours with an appointment as a heads up) I would highly recommend this center.

I went to Planned Parenthood a few days ago for the very first time. As soon as I got there, Rose, one of the administrative assistants, greeted me very kindly and then answered ALL the questions I had for her. She went above and beyond to find the answers to assist me, and spoke to me with such kindness - I felt extremely comfortable in her presence which sadly doesnt happen all the time with people who work at the front desk of doctors offices...Then, Kee, one of the medical techs walked me back to my room and ran through some questions. I wanted to talk to her about something I felt a little nervous to bring up, and we ended up having such an open helpful conversation about what I brought up! She made me feel so at home, and that everything I was feeling was extremely valid and normal. She even gave me helpful tips to stay happy and healthy. I could have talked to her for hours!Im so grateful for the service I received! Both of these women are real GEMS, and Planned Parenthood should feel blessed to have them!

I was in an out in maybe 20-30 minutes. The staff was very nice. My nurse Nikki was so funny and down to earth. Thank you so much for this great experience!

Great Customer Service. Front Desk Staff was very nice and polite. The Medical Assistance and Nurse Practitioner provided an exceptional service. The waiting room and exam room were very clean and had lots of covid safety precautions. My temperature was taken upon arrival. Overall it was a safe and clean environment!

The staff here are so amazing that I dont want to go anywhere else. I changed my insurance back when I realized they didnt take my new mco. They are so professional and smart and accommodating and kind. They ask great questions that help me remember things I wanted to ask about but had forgotten to bring up. And they dont ask unnecessary questions because they actually review your charts and remember you. Great office.

Everyone was so nice and sweet! It was my first time at a planned parenthood and they made me feel super comfortable and made sure to answer any questions and make sure I understood everything. The doctor, I believe Sharifa was her name, was so nice and helpful and just all around great. Jesse was the nurse that helped me and he was so super sweet and nice and conversational. It was definitely a great experience and everyone was just so nice and sweet!

Excellent service. Caring staff. LGBT+ sensitive. Long wait if busy.They treated me with respect and care. For the first time I felt like I was being treated like a person in a medical facility. Recommend a million times over any regular hospital for a pelvic exam or any other sensitive matter.

The nicest group of people, especially Ivory. Very informative, I used to go to Hopkins but they have dropped the ball and it does not compare to this place. Gretchen did such a great job with my implant I did not feel a thing where as the other place made it so painful. Thank you to these wonderful ladies, have to check them out!

I’ve been to different locations in the area, but this by far the best location. The location is perfect and the office is very clean. When I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist and she was very polite and extremely helpful. I did not have to wait at all, I was seen immediately. I will definitely be returning. The entire staff was amazing. Thank you ladies!

Went for an annual check up. Very very sweet. Ivory and Dr. Rose were very nice. The only reason I took off a star was because I was at my visit for 2 hours. I waited in the waiting room for so long probably an hour but they did take their time with me and not rush me once I got back which I liked.

I don’t do reviews but Shante, Ivory, and Nikki are the reason why I got to say something. They made my visit so comfortable, I laughed and had great conversation. All were so informative and definitely worth coming back to if I ever have any concerns. Customer service was natural to these ladies. This atmosphere is a safe place. Thank you.

I’ve been struggling to find a place to give me my birth control since I’ve gotta here in November from Guam. I was given a different planned parenthood to go to before this one but they weren’t too accommodating to my situation which is okay because things have changed since Covid. But this planned parenthood here!! The ABSOLUTE best!! The facility was super clean, the staff was beyond friendly and VERY understanding to my situation and was able to accommodate me with no questions asked. Ms. Shante and Ms. Ivory was beyond amazing, everyone else was too, but these two wonderful women are who worked directly with me. I will definitely keep going here with no questions asked. 10/10 will recommend.

The staff were amazing. I wanted to get an IUD done before my wedding but couldnt handle it so the Doctor patiently and kindly talked to me and described me my possibilities and next steps. Definatelly coming back to this office when I will be ready for placement!

Was there today for an afternoon appointment..Checking in was great, Nurse Practitioner awesome! But when I was checking out I encountered a very rude Medical Assistant, she’s black and had a puff hairstyle with hoop earrings, she’s on the heavier side. The other assistants were really nice but this one in particular was really offensive with her words and attitude. I wish I took her name. One of my friends has complained about her before. Something needs to be done about her. Very concerned patient.

Everyone who works here is amazing. The care I get here is better than any primary care doctor or specialist Ive ever seen. I recently needed urgent care two times and both times they worked to fit me into their schedule and really took their time with me even though they had to squeeze me in. Im so grateful for PP!!

My experience was wonderful, the first time I was listened too. Ivory welcomed me with laughter and relatable conversation. While Physician Shante listened to my concerns and helped me. Both were amazing and I highly recommend. Love the Diversity in the office👏🏽.

Hope I can come back later and leave a better review but Im just really upset. The staff were all really nice, I have nothing negative to say about them but I made an appointment to get my bc implant removed and came 10 minutes early, ended up waiting an hour and a half until finally I was forced to just leave because this wasnt supposed to take longer than my work break and I was missing work. I almost feel like I may have been forgotten because a girl was taken back to be seen that came in after me and I heard her say her appointment time which was after mine. Ive been so desperate to get this thing out and Ive had to reschedule once from a different doctor to here, and now I have to wait even longer because I was never seen and have to reschedule. I just didnt think Id have to wait so long to not even be seen, even with an appointment...

My experience at this location was wonderful! My nurse Shantrice was so sweet and kind. She made me feel calm and relaxed. Just an overall great experience.

Nice new office, spacious and bright, just like regular primary doctor office setting! Technician Nikke and CRNP Harris were very nice and knowledgeable! I was a former patient of Dr. Strojny and CRNP G. Nettle, but I still kept coming here even after they moved away, as I am pretty sure that someday I will be able to see them again here! :)

Jewel listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. She was thorough and referred me to different tests just to make sure I was okay, and I really appreciated that as some dont listen to you when you tell them you think theres something wrong. Also special thanks to Rose and Ivory for being so warm and friendly.

Staff friendly…If you want to wait two hours for a 10 minute appt this is the place for you! I would never in my life come back to this location or recommend it. I had to wait an hour in the waiting room, and then I was taken to a room and waited another hour. NO EXPLANATIONS NO SORRY FOR THE WAIT. Unbelievable. There was only 2 people in the waiting area when I arrived so I’m confused on why.

I made an appointment with this particular location 2 weeks prior for the time 12:40pm. I got there 5 min early to sign in. First of all, the person at the front desk wasn’t as welcoming towards me as she was towards others.( i ignored it and took my seat) I wasn’t seen until 1:50pm. No one apologized for the wait or even told me why I waited so long. Once I was finally seen, it only took no more than 15min. I only came to this location because my go-to was booked. Welp... never again. I would’ve kept my rating at 1 Star but I gave a 2nd star for DeAnna for being very informative and professional.

Had a telemedicine visit with them scheduled on 18th March 2021. Did not receive link for the visit by phone or email. I called them (the central PP number) 10 min before the appointment and then 2 more times in the next half hour. Every time I was promised the link will be sent shortly. Never was. The visit didnt happen.I understand telemedicine visits depend on tech working right and it may not be the fault of the center itself. Frustrating experience nonetheless.

Fast, easy.. they make you feel so so comfortable! Misha was so kind and made me feel so comfortable.. everyone did! definitely recommend this place.

Horrible horrible horrible service. You know it’s really crazy this day in age when you arrive for your appointment an hour early . Yet I left 2 hours after my appointment lol and the only comfort given was a M.A. stating they were behind after I had already been there for 2 hours. Of i could give them no stars I would have . I spoke with the lady at the desk and she tells me there’s 2 separate clinics here today. So why wasn’t I put in the clinic with the people that are getting their pAtients out of here. Time is money people and you have absolutely no way to make this right except with the offer of come back on another day. But I already wasted my time coming up here. Do Better because when I walked through the door she could have said hey it may be a while.

Had a wonderful visit to remove my IUD (despite Covid nerves), great staff, Nikki and Shante were real, down to earth and more than competent. Thank you so much for being an affordable health care option for those of us without insurance!!

I had a great experience here! The staff was super welcoming and made you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, bright, and filled with information. I would recommend this location to everyone.

When I called this establishment I asked if there were payment plans. I was told yes. Many of my lady friends had told me when you dont have insurance planned parenthood is the place to go because they are here to help. The lady at the front desk had no personality and told me I had to pay 300 dollars just for visiting. Did not even include being seen by the doctor or tested. She told me there are no payment plans and theres bo way around it. She had no intentions on working with me at all. I will never come back here and now I know why they have a 2.9 rating. I hope this review knocks them down more.

IUD’s can we really uncomfortable! But this team really helped me!!!!!!! Getting to know me and telling me it is temporary and to focus on my breath really helped! Kee and Kimberly were great!!!! Laughs all around! Definitely will be coming back!

The place is horrible! The clinician Amy is lazy and dont enjoy doing her job. The staff has horrible communication skills. If you get an appointment expect to be there for over an hour to go to the back. Then you still might not get your problem resolved. O will never go back again!

Normally my blood pressure is through the roof!! But Ivory talked me off the ledge and gave me the warmest welcome. Shantel was great, and very detailed. Think what you want PPH Towson are professional, clean and great at what they do.

I have been going to this location for 3 years now I believe. Everyone who works here is always so kind and friendly. My visit today was full of laughs and smiles and that is why I love planned parent hood. I feel safe and welcomed. This place is great

Ivory was sooo great. She made me feel so comfortable and everything was fast. I was in and out of my appointment. Every time I come here for my check ups they get me in and out.

Had a breast exam here and was referred to a radiologist for a mammogram. Radiologist recommended I come back for a biopsy but said they sent orders to PP and they were refusing to sign them because they hadnt seen me in almost a year. Fine, I call to schedule an appointment, they ask me what for. I say, I need you to sign my biopsy orders. They call back the day before the appt and ask, what is the appt for? I say, I need you to sign my biopsy orders. I show up for my appt and they say, what orders? We dont have orders. And 5 minutes later they say We cant sign the orders because we arent breast specialists. Then why didnt you say that in the first place!! You just wanted to revel in the satisfaction of making me take PTO and leave work early to drive out to Towson and tell me in person???This Planned Parenthood has discouraged me from having any further tests done. If its this much of a pain I dont care anymore. Id rather take my chances and live with breast cancer than come back and see their faces again.

Shady billing and excuses. I made an appointment to get a IUD placed. I spoke with someone on the phone at the clinic to ask about pricing and fees associated with this procedure. I was told they could not tell me over the phone how much it would be, but I would be informed of any charges BEFORE the procedure was completed. The woman stated that if there was a charge, they would look at my pay stubs and would work on a sliding scale.The day of the procedure, I spoke to the woman at the front desk about fees. She took my insurance card, I informed her at that time I didnt think my insurance covered IUDs and that is why I was seeking treatment at PP, instead of my GYN. She said she would check to see what was covered. When i was called to the front again, she said there would only be a $30 charge if I had any kind of testing for STDs. I did not have this testing done. I asked if she needed my pay stubs and was told she didnt need them. I asked AGAIN if there would be a charge and was told no. I then received a bill for 1,190 a month later. I went to PP because I believed it was a trusted organization and had previously had a good experience. I am a single mother and work in a non profit organization, so I dont make much. The Doctor was great but i will not use the services again because of the shady billing procedure and practices of this organization.I would not have gone a head with this procedure at the clinic if i was informed about the charge. I could have visited my personal doctor and paid that amount. I was told that i would be informed BEFORE the procedure on the phone and was told that I was good to go and there would only be a charge if i had testing. I also offered to give them my pay stubs and was told they didnt need them.Informing me of the charges after the procedure is NOT ACCEPTABLE. It is fraud, not informing someone of the charges, despite asking multiple times, being told there was not charge, and then billed after the procedure, when it is impossible to reverse the procedure. I attempted to call the billing office, with the number provided on the bill, but the phone number was out of order. I emailed the billing office, and was give excuses after excuse. She kept saying the person at the front didnt actually check my insurance coverage and that was supposed to make it better, and isnt that their job!She had me send in my pay stubs. I didnt hear from her for weeks and after I contacted her again...behe sent me a new bill taking in consideration my pay stubs.Despite the discount it is still a large amount of money. I was mislead and tricked into thinking it was covered. I wasnt given an opportunity to make a informed decision and then am stuck with a bill I was assured wouldnt show up.

Temperature was taken upon entry, entire staff was very professional and helpful. I couldnt have felt more comfortable and safe. All of my needs and concerns were addressed. Thank you Christine and Mrs.Nikki!

I was about 15 minutes early to my appointment, but didnt have to wait too long and the lady at the front desk was very attentive and friendly during our interactions.my appointment didnt take very long, everyone seemed very helpful and knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions i had.very friendly, great service.

Every time I come here there is over an hour wait wheb you confront them and ask when you will be seen they give you the run around and refuse to give you an answer and catch an attitude with you. I had a 140 app and still an hour later have yet to be seen. The staff is super rude and seems to be just laughing and carrying on in the back. The black girl at the check in was super rude to me when I asked her and I just feel like the customer service is never appropriate for a Drs office

The service at the office was great but it’s been a week since my appt and I still haven’t been able to get my prescription bcs they didn’t send it after the appt. I called them and then after they told me they were gonna send it they sent it to the wrong pharmacy even tho I asked them what pharmacy they sent it multiple times to make sure it was the right one.

All of the staff were lovely and very helpful, but Misha was such an angel and helped me through everything with such grace.

The ladies here are wonderful! I came in for an IUD and they took care of all of my needs whilst being very informative, professional, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this clinic!

I got nexplanon inserted 4 almost 5 years ago. I moved away. I called numerous times to reassure that it lasts 5 years like they told me.Well guess what. It doesn’t last 5 years. It lasts only 3 years. I did research.Train your staff better. Now i have wait to get it replaced asap.

Everyone I talked to was kind, helpful, and informative. The waiting room and exam room were very clean and had lots of covid safety precautions. Overall it was a safe and clean environment!

The person I dealt with on my last visit was great but I can NEVER get through to anyone on the phone and when I leave my number to get a call back, but even thats completely useless!! Its very frustrating trying to get your prescription transferred when you cant get a hold of anyone ever!

The website clearly stated walk ins were accepted and I walked in and was told I need an appointment for a simple test. Please update your website if you won’t actually accept walk ins. I went out of my way in the rain for nada.

Very clean facility. Staff was friendly. I had questions about birth control and all my questions were answered. Both Ivory and Shante were great and helpful.

Over all nice staff and clean facility. Nurse Nikki was wonderful, answered all my questions and was extremely patient❤️

Whomever worked the front door or spoke through the intercom on 5/29/2020 lied to me in said my insurance wasn’t active , in when I got home my insurance company said that I was. The office is very disrespectful in I do not appreciate being lied to. I will be calling headquarters to report the office !!!
