I would recommend Park Avenue Fertility to anyone struggling with fertility. Dr. Levi is empathetic, answers all questions, and seems to genuinely want to help all of his patients start or grow their families. Our APRN, Lindsey, was incredible. She knows exactly what shes doing, listens, is communicative, and answers all questions. The front office staff were always so kind. They knew my name when I walked in for just my second appointment. I dont think I ever waited for longer than a minute in their waiting room. The women who did my bloodwork were so kind and helped ease my anxiety with every appointment. This entire office is truly a well oiled machine. I was so grateful for the communication every step of the way. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Levis office. I wish Dr. Levi and his entire staff could be my OBGYN!

Dr. Levi and all of the staff at Park Ave Fertility provided compassionate care and support throughout our infertility journey. He always took the time to explain our options, answer our questions, and address our concerns. The nurses and front office staff were always so knowledgeable and helpful. It was so reassuring to always be able to get a hold of someone when we had questions and even some scary situations throughout the IVF process. We are expecting our first child soon and couldnt recommend Park Ave Fertility enough to any person/couple struggling with infertility and starting a family.

Dr. Levi and his team at Park Ave Fertility are absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful experience with them. Even though doing IVF can be a stressful experience and we had to do 6 cycles, Dr. Levi and his team never let us lose hope. They helped us stay optimistic the whole time. They are professional yet very down to earth. Their dedication helped us achieve our dream and we now have a happy and healthy baby girl. We know many friends who go to Dr. Levi and they all feel the same way! We would recommend Dr. Levi to everyone!

My husband and I cant say enough amazing things about Park Ave Fertility and the incredible staff that work there! They helped us navigate through the incredibly hard journey of fertility and did so with grace, kindness, and knowledge. After a successful FET, we just welcomed our baby boy and we owe it all to Dr. Levi and his wonderful staff! From our first appointment to our final one, we were welcomed and taken care of and will forever be grateful to have found this practice!

My wife and I came to Park Ave fertility, feeling overwhelmed and defeated. We had been on our pregnancy journey for almost 3 years with 3 failed transfers . Dr Levi was compassionate and invested in every detail of our process. Coming from a much larger fertility practice, we really loved the personal concierge services Park Ave has to offer. Every single person there knew us personally, the front desk women, the MA’s, the rock star embryologists, and the AMAZING nurses Michelle and Catherine. We felt that the entire team was committed to our fertility success. Fast forward to our first transfer with Dr Levi, and it was successful! The day we “graduated” to our normal OBGYN was bittersweet but Michelle still checks in to see how we are doing. That’s just a glimpse of the care this team provides, we wish we found them sooner. They really are the best!

Dr. Levis office was our second IVF try. The first one at a different clinic didnt go well, and it took lots of energy and faith from us. When we talked to Dr. Levi for the first time, I remember him saying: Forget the bad experience. Its past. You cant do anything about it, but you dont need to be attached to it. We are going to start with a blank page. What a relief I felt right away! He was very confident and to the point, yet compassionate and reasonable. My husband and I loved it. When we visited the clinic for the first time, it felt like a family. Everyone was relaxed and very friendly. We very much appreciate it because we prefer small and family-oriented clinics where you feel to be heard and seen. I always talked to one and only Dr. Levi, who always answered every question I asked, and believe me, I ask a lot! :-)We had to move to another state during our IVF journey, and traveling became challenging. Still, Dr. Levis office, especially Michelle Falzarano, always ensured I got everything I needed on time, including prescriptions. They even found a new clinic in the new state for monitoring my progress. For the embryo transfer, we traveled back to Dr.Levis office and took enough time before and after the embryo transfer. Everything went super smooth, Dr. Levi explained everything to us, and we felt confident that we couldnt be in better hands. We strongly believe Dr. Levis faith and professionalism made this work, and we got pregnant. I cannot honestly describe how grateful we feel for finding Dr. Levi and his amazing stuff in his office because we couldnt have had this miracle without him. I came to find Dr. Levi after having a terrible experience in one big fertility clinics in the area. In fact, knowing of Dr. Levi’s reputation before even starting my IVF journey my gut had always told me to seek treatment with him from that start, but I mistakenly chose a clinic closer to my home thinking it would be more practical, and to this day I so regret that decisionAfter becoming Dr. Levi’s patient, I never again had to wait more than five minutes to be seen, or deal with insurance mistakes, or be treated like a number, or have to wait 24 hours to get a call back.His whole team is outstanding, from the front desk to the amazing nurses who really care about you as a patient and human being. Dr. Levi himself is the most competent and pragmatic doctor I have ever seen, and those are the exact qualities you need in an IVF doctor. IVF patients have a clock ticking, and it’s really important to choose a doctor who doesn’t want to experiment on you. Since day one he knew the exact protocol that was going to work for me, and as a result I now have a beautiful and healthy one-month-old girl. Words can’t express how thankful I am for what these amazing professionals have done for me and my family.

I could cry tears of joy writing this review. Thank god for Dr. Levi and his staff. I came to this office for a second opinion after being just a number at a previous facility and wasting years of my life with the wrong treatment options for me.Walking into Park Ave Fertility was such a breathe of fresh air. After 3 months of treatment geared toward my specific diagnosis I found myself pregnant, something I thought I was so far away from. Dr. Levi and his staff give extraordinary care and always have the most pleasant of attitudes making for a wonderful patient experience.Words can’t express how thankful I am, they gave me something I thought I’d never have.Would 10/10 absolutely recommend! I cannot say enough about the care provided by Dr Levi and his team at park avenue fertility. They are always available for any questions or concerns, very professional, sensitive and kind. They instill hope and confidence which is so very important in this difficult journey. Dr Levi is wonderful, knowledgable and very skill-full. He takes his time to explain everything and is VERY thorough, always making sure whatever is done is in the best interest of the patient to ensure safety and success. Michelle and Catherine are an absolute treasure. They were always available, very flexible with my schedule, funny, kind and professional. The embryologist is excellent, the lab is one of the best of the area. The front desk, the medical assistants, and biller are very welcoming and kind. It was always so very easy and a pleasure walking into the office. I absolutely love that practice.

All the staff at Park Ave Fertility are amazing. They always put the patient first and are very accommodating to the needs of each person. They helped our dream of having a family come true. We would recommend them to everyone looking to expand their family!

I named my first son, Parker, after the practice. This is how much Park Avenue Fertility means to our family. Dr. Levi and his staff are compassionate, knowledgable, kind, and they make miracles happen. There are no words to truly show my gratitude for my two children they have given to me.

I cannot say ENOUGH great things about this place. First...the 2 ladies at the front desk...Lisa and Mary Lou are very warm and friendly and make you feel welcome. Anne will help you navigate all of the insurance mumbo-jumbo and finances...I didnt have to do anything. Anne is amazing! Now, Dr. Levi is a miracle worker himself. I cannot tell you how much his knowledge and warm demeanor helped me through my IVF. And Catherine...so warm and friendly and reassuring....well...all of the staff is reassuring and friendly. I never EVER felt that I was wasting their time with my numerous questions (you can call any time!) because either Catherine or Dr. Levi or Michelle was happy to talk with me and make sure I understood everything. Dr. Klootz is amazing too! He was extremely encouraging when I had my embryo transfer when I myself was feeling discouraged. And the nurses! Best group of nurses any practice could ask for! Warm, welcoming, very friendly to even chat with. And I am now successfully 20 weeks pregnant with a baby boy..thanks to this amazing TOTALLY awesome group of people! I HIGHLY recommend this practice!!

Dr Levi, Catherine, Michelle, and the rest of the stuff at Park Avenue Fertility are the most amazing people to work with. I was sad to graduate from them and wished that I could see them for the duration of my pregnancy. Their endless support and professionalism got me through one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. I would recommend them 1 million times over.

What a fantastic staff from Dr Levi, to the nurses, to front staff. They made this difficult process much more manageable. We received personalized care that was adjusted when needed and we were kept very informed and had input in the path forward.

I cannot express how impressed My Husband and I were with Dr. Levi and his whole team!!! From start to finish everyone I worked with in the office held my hand and walked me through the whole process. Thanks to Park Ave. Fertility we are expecting and due in October!!!!!

I did IVF treatment with dr.Levi very professional, his staff was very friendly. If I had to do it again he would be my first choice again. 2 yr old boy was the result.
