Made an appt online and still waited over an hour for my appt. I offered my insurance and quest card and she denied to see either. Adriane was very personable but the latina coworker was extremely rude. She even had a confrontation with a patient which I overheard. The manager was on break the entire time?? Saw her one time and then scurried to the back nowhere to be found ... Wont be back to this horrid location.

Incompetent. Saw them in December and they never billed insurance. When I finally told them, they didnt understand how to bill BlueCard and have been utterly unhelpful.

I ordered my test results online and walked in with no appointment. I checked in on the kiosk and didn’t even sit down for one minute before Adriane called me back! I hope I spelled her name right but she had me in the room less than 5 minutes. She is a pro, barely felt the needle and no bruising! I would go here again for any other tests needed! Thank you Adriane! 🤗

Had some labs that I needed for a surgery; stopped in but one of the labs needed to be completed the next day - the nurse there advised I leave the paperwork and come back the next day for the labs - so I did along with my insurance information. Thank goodness I did because some of the labs needed authorization.Went back in the next day for labs and, mind you, Im a huge adult infant when it comes to blood drawls, but they were phenomenal.They also take insurance, which is not something Any Labs Now does.🤠I will also add - I went in as a walk in both times and the wait time was not that long, but they do prioritize appointments so if youre worried about wait times - they make it very easy to schedule an appointment online.

Not impressed with location. No one to confirm faxes prior to visit. Also toll free customer support number is useless. They’re based in OKC and have no nexus with the Tulsa region. I see why medical networks are dropping them as a provider. UPDATE: I have now received a bill from DLO which I shouldn’t have one due to insurance benefits. The technicians on site never requested to see that information which isn’t typical routine at DLO sites.

Scheduled online through a 3rd party for elective bloodwork. Jessica was AMAZING. So kind, so friendly, so knowledgeable -- and a great stick! I didnt have to wait. I was able to check their wait time on the website, which was very helpful.

When you sign in on their kiosk, it gives you an option to wait outside and get a text. I chose this, but they apparently called my name at the same time I got my text. So by the time I got back in, they said I missed it and let 6 people go in front of me who arrived after me. They also acted annoyed that I was there at all. Would not recommend this lab if you have another choice.

Sat there an hour while the employees were in the back talking and laughing very loudly!! The waiting room kept filling up, and the employees continued to ignore everyone as they visited with one another. Everyone in the waiting room witnessed this and became upset!!! 😠 😤 WHY?? THE SCREEN KEPT CHANGING, AND I KEPT GETTING PUSHED FURTHER BACK!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. YOU JUST HAD YOUR LUNCH BREAK FROM 12:30-1:30, THERE IS NO REASON AS TO WHY I SAT FROM 1:30ISH TO 2:30 BEFORE BEING SEEN. THERE IS NO REASON AS TO WHY THAT MANY PEOPLE SHOULD SIT AND WAIT WHENEVER THERE ARE OBVIOUSLY THE EMPLOYEES TO SERVE THEM. WE HAVE TO WORK ALSO. THIS WAS THE LONGEST IVE HAD TO WAIT AT THIS PLACE AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. ITS WORTH THE DRIVE TO GO ELSEWHERE.

Dont show up prepared and having to pee. Once you walk in and sign in right away youre not allowed to leave the waiting room or youre automatically failed. Waited an hour before I was taken back to do the pee test. They only have one person there so he can only go so fast. But they dont warn you in advance of the long wait time.

The person drawing my blood hurt me badly. I had a big bruise on my arm for about a week. she just smiled and said thats normal. never going to them again.

They are one of the labs that dont answer phones anymore which means you go there and it could be a wasted trip if they dont have your orders. I guess I will have to find a lab that still answers phones
