Love this place and all the ladies who work here are so sweet and easy to work with. Thank you Dawna for everything. Dawna is awesome she’s my favorite, sweet patient and fun to chat with. Shout out to Shelby and Kynlee and Brittany and Kaia thanks for everything!!!!

I’ve been using this Low T Center for over a year now and they have everything to the highest standard. They truly want the best for me. They are always up to date with my labs and making sure I am in a healthy range. I used to go to a Low T Center in Colorado and want happy with the treatment I was getting, this Low T center in Tulsa, Ok has done a 180 for me!

If I could give zero stars I would! Drove 1-1/2 hours and got there around 10:20am. Waited an hour for them to come in the room and tell me I need to reschedule even though they walked by several times seeing I was sitting there (letting other people coming after me go in). Don’t waste your time with this place. Apparently they can’t figure out how to do their job

I’ve been going here for 4 years +…they have amazing staff and are always willing to help, knowledgable and just plain able to answer our dumb questions…I have referred dozens over the years and they are all happy with the move!!! Would recommend to anyone who asks and those who don’t also…

I’ve been a patient at the Low T Center for several years. The current staff is very nice and helpful. I rarely have to wait for more than a few minutes and the treatment makes my life better!

Major miscommunications between the Tulsa Low T Center and the pharmacy.STILL waiting on my shipment and its already a 8 days late.No courtesy injection available to hold me over until this is sorted out, instead I would need to pay another $75.Frustrated with both companies.Re-editing original post: Ive gone in twice since then and have been treated much better. Bumping my rating from one star up to three.

Only go for the free T panle they refuse to use your pharmacy. You must use theirs and wallgreens and CVS is cheaper. And they refuse to let you do inhome injection you must go back 6 times and pay the co pay for them to inject you. Something you can do at home. They try to sell you on the reason their monitoring you. However thats what additional blood work is for.

Now that things seems to have settled down, I do believe the current staff along with Dawna Johnson at the helm is the very best its been and Ive been going there for close to 7 years. Very concerned for your health, they do a great job of making you feel comfortable and Dawna takes all the time necessary to make sure you are doing well. If not, she goes the extra mile to insure your health is priority ONE. Great job Low - T Tulsa.

Everything was fine until ownership changed.Going in for a weekly injection was convenient, but the new company insisted on switching to self injections which were to be shipped in the mail.After taking my money, nothing came in the mail. After a month of calling in to resolve the issue and being told there was an open ticket I had to go in in person to find out that they wanted another payment of $155.At no time during the half dozen calls I made to their office did they state this. Calls to the office often went answered, and their phone system was down for some of those calls.The app that they insisted I use continually makes appointments for when their office isn’t even open. It is also impossible to delete your payment information and pausing or stopping payments on the app does no good as the app reinstates automatic payments within 24 hours.Staff has no idea what is going on and can resolve nothing.I’ll be blocking payments to these scam artists at the bank. Save yourself time money and aggravation by going to your doctor and getting blood work done and pursuing treatment there.Zero stars.

The cheaper price isnt remotely worth the hassle. This company has only gone further downhill since I started with them summer of 2023. Theyve pushed to self-inject with a 3rd party vendor, Village Lane Apothecary, that doesnt know its a** from its elbow. 3 failed orders to deliver on time in 6 months, and now the office staff have informed me I must pay $75 to receive my weekly injection because of their terrible partnering arrangement resulting in me missing a week regardless that the monthly cost was paid a week ago.Save yourself the time, pay the extra money for a TRT clinic that provides the service, prescription, and in-house pharmacy. Paying money for a cheaper prescription that cannot be taken on schedule defeats the purpose of the treatment.

My husband started going here a few months ago for supplements, and all was well until they were bought by another company. He was told at that time that insurance no longer covered the supplements (despite being assured that his lab work qualified him for receiving supplements) but he could pay out of pocket. Meanwhile, he paid for supplements and never received them, he called the center repeatedly and never received a call back, he was scheduled for appointments at times when the center was actually closed, and his card was put on autopay and could not be deleted — and still he never received his supplements! He finally had to go in person and speak to someone, who was very apologetic but unable to resolve the situation. What a terrible experience! He is now receiving supplements via his primary care doctor, which insurance does cover. While a few months ago he would recommend the center, that has changed completely since they were bought out. Feel free to respond to this review — we have receipts!

The clinic is great but Im going to share what I think my main problem is with the Low T center and its also a problem I think youll encounter over time unless Low T corporate rectifies the issue.The issue with the low review comes into play with self injections. More than likely you will have a wonderful experience with the facility and the staff but once you go self inject thats when I would expect problems and dissatisfaction to arise.I started with Low T in October of 2023. Things went great and I cant stress enough how positive TRT can be for men who are middle aged and feeling off or concerned. I had no idea my levels were so low for so long and after betting on TRT I feel like Im 25 years younger and back in the military. Staff attentiveness and speed at the Low T center in Tulsa has always been great.In January I was moved to self injections. Awesome because its cheaper per injection. The problem is that Low T utilizes 3rd party vendors to handle both your prescription writing and another 3rd party to handle the prescription fulfillment and shipping. Im now 2 weeks without my self injections and no expected ETA in sight for my arrival.Ive already contacted another TRT center in Tulsa and Im moving to them immediately as Ive yet to receive any help from Low T center or its associates in rectifying this issue. Once again I cant stress enough the great experience I had in the beginning at the facility in Tulsa and with their staff. If Low T could square away its self injection process for its customers they would keep my business and probably do very well over time but I have to believe their business model will struggle financially if not already.What many other users have mentioned and educated me on is that Low T centers do not have in house, pharmacy solutions to fulfill their customers orders. Other clinics do and these are the ones you should seek out for your TRT needs. Low T centers have a nice competitive price advantage at times as well but if you dont receive your injections then price no longer matters. Recommendation here is to call other centers for TRT therapy and confirm with them that once it comes time for your self injection process to kick off you can be sure that youll receive them in a timely manner. This is all but guaranteed when you own both the clinic and the pharmacy! Here Low T has to rely on 3rd parties for their business and its a terrible process for the customer but great for them.To conclude I believe the staff at the individual Low T facilities are excellent and passionate about giving the care they do. Im betting that once we reach up to district/regional/divisional officers/manager/entities with Low T we get a disconnected staff who isnt paying attention to the customer experience as well as their associates in clinic as more than 1 nurse at that location mentioned finding another job elsewhere that was better for them. Ive personally been involved with handling service providers for my customers at retail chains and I would never let a 3rd party vendor completely ruin MY, customers experience in this manner.EDIT 19 Jan. 2024: Adding an update since I received a phone call today from Low T corporate to discuss my review. Im upping the Low T center to 3 stars as it was a productive call that hopefully will benefit current and future customers. The representative wanted to discuss my previous critical review and confirm that I did finally receive my shipment from the 3rd party provider (which I finally did on Saturday the 17th.) The rep did say the higher up team at Low T is aware of the situation that their customers are experiencing with this provider and trying to find an alternative solution which is great news! Hopefully they find a new 3rd party provider thats more consistent or one day they can bring the pharmacy in house too and streamline further. I know it takes time to find, test, vet, and review multiple 3rd party providers so hopefully in the next month or so Low T has a new self inject provider in the future!

Things were okay at this clinic. Changed ownership and everything has been major pain. Insurance is all messed up, can’t get medications on time, forcing me to redo labs I just got two weeks ago. If I was a new patient I would look into another clinic.

First the staff at the Tulsa location was very good, very friendly and responsive, their corporate office in Texas, however is a different story. Deliveries are supposed to be every month and are verified through their app. 2 deliveries in the last 90 days were not only late but significantly late, including the last one that was almost 3 weeks late on a monthly delivery.Their corporate office only explained they were having slow response times from their new pharmacy, no apology, no reassurance they were working on getting the issue resolved. Had a I dont care attitude and pretty much just told would have to deal with it.They do offer a solution of coming to their office for an injection but that is not an option for me, plus I pay them for convenience, not to drive to their office. switched back to my regular physician.Oh and when I called to cancel, they were just like ok, where do we email the form? They get 2 stars because of the Tulsa office, otherwise would have been 1

This place is great. I feel so much better and have way more energy. The providers are awesome. The clinical staff is always friendly, and make you feel at home during your visit. I don’t know if I’m allowed to name names, but the lady who checks you in has a wonderful personality and just makes you have a better day! With all that being said the treatment is excellent. Great place!

I didn’t know what to expect when I walked into the door, the staff there were very efficient and fast to get you in, the doctor was very caring and did an amazing job to fully explain everything to me, this place is a blessing for me, I got medicine the second trip in, I’ve been suffering for years and doctors didn’t know what was wrong with me, I tested at 138 which was very very low, I’m so thankful for this clinic because soon my suffering will end

Over the past couple of years I have been a patient at the Low T Center. Throughout this time the employees have made me feel welcome and have provided the absolute best customer service! Lorianna has been the best part of my weekly visit with her upbeat personality and constant smile! I feel she went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my insurance.Hannah is by far the best Tech! With her gentle touch I hardly notice the injection!

I’ve been doing here 8 years and after the recent buy out by some corporation, I can no longer recommend this place. It has gone down hill fast.I too have been having issues here since they changed ownership, shipments for prescriptions just keep getting later and the local staff don’t seem to be empowered to resolve issues. A person can’t just stop taking or use Testosterone inconsistently without serious negative health effects. One of my prescriptions for another medication was submitted to their pharmacy over 2 months ago and still has not yet shipped. This is supposed to be healthcare. Why is this issue not receiving appropriate attention from corporate and the dispensing pharmacy ?Low T Center Owner: I’m happy to provide my real name to you if needed.Edit: My name is Lucas Haines. I’ve sent several messages through the app and have no resolution to getting the other Rx or Testosterone filled. The other Rx order has been ongoing over a 6 weeks..Edit 2: I provided my name above a week ago and there has been no moment since. The order for my last prescription was submitted 8/18. The one before the other prescription was submitted 2 months ago and still not movement. I’m supposed to take a shot every 4 days but haven’t been able to since running out. I have to travel for work so I can’t just come into the clinic every 4 days. The clinic referred my to the pharmacy who doesn’t answer their phone, respond to voicemails or texts.

The staff here is amazing. From getting greeted in the lobby where there is snacks and drinks waiting for you, to having the nurses do your consultation and blood draw this place is the best. Clean and professional just as youd expect. The best part is once you go through your first couple appointments then they will see you at any time, which is great for me because its a 2.5 hr drive one way so the times arent always convenient.

Started with this company 3 months ago. During that time original visit was fine. After this, new ownership has changed and the staff/ownership is worst I’ve seen. No one will get anything done and I’ve been without service for 2 months with no resolve.

I have just recently started going to Low T Center. I am very pleased with all the staff. They made me feel welcomed and not rushed. I was also listened to when I shared my concerns. I was already to check out and I had another question. They had me wait in an exam room. My person came in and I asked my question without feeling like I was putting them out or rushed. Highly recommended!

I love the way they treat me here , as if Im family. They always have beautiful smiles to greet you with. I actually enjoy stopping by for treatment with the staff. Everything is explained so that anyone can understand whats taking place in the course of your treatment. They truly seem to care about you and whats going on in your life. I have had treatment at other hormone centers, but this place truly are the best . I will never go anywhere else . You must give this team , family ,a try they are the best.

Low T in Tulsa is the absolute best place. I have been going for over a year. The doctors and staff are very professional and respectful. When you walk in the door they make you feel welcomed. I have loved going and will continue to go every week. I highly recommend anyone to go. Its not just about low T. They helped me with my sleep apnea and helped with other ailments that have come up. They dont tell you lies just to make you happy and send you down the road. Everyone there wants the best for you and they are willing to do what it takes to help you get to your goals. 5 stars is not enough for this place or the staff.

Ive been going here since 2016 and have nothing but good to say about this place! All the girls and doctors (my boy Joe is the best!)are welcoming and very friendly. My insurance stopped paying for my treatment in 2020 but because they have taken care of me so well i decided to stay and pay out of pocket instead of going somewhere where my insurance would pay.. They also with out me asking gave me a better private pay rate that made it even better. I recommend this place very much and have recommend this place to about 6 of my friends that now use their services aswell!

Ive been going for about a year and have never had nor witnessed anyone having less than a positive experience. The staff are always friendly and courteous. Rachel is definitely head and shoulders above the rest.

This place has gone downhill so fast! The first year or more was great! Great doctors and staff! Everyone is now gone. I’ve been there numerous times the past 6-9 months and nobody was there due to staff shortages multiple times, snow and today….can’t get in to wherever the testosterone is stored? How in the world can this happen? Not to mention that I couldn’t tell you when the last time a “doctor” spoke to me about how I was doing or went over the last blood work done!

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 5 years. I wanted to start TRT and felt I had no options because I was trying to have children. The wonderful health professionals at this clinic still found options that worked for me until I could start injections. Coming down here weekly never feels like an inconvenience. The entire staff is fantastic and I never grow tired of Lorianna’s inexhaustible good cheer! Before starting therapy at this clinic, my energy was so low I could barely mow the lawn. This clinic and their treatments have given me my life and my strength back to be the best man and father for my daughters. I have nothing but gratitude for what they’ve provided for me. I currently have no insurance and wasn’t sure I could continue treatment but the staff showed me some incredible self-pay options that were more than affordable. There’s tons of mens clinics out there but I’m loyal to this one for life! Get your levels checked and get your life back! Very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Ive used a few others and Low T is by far the best. They handle everything: treatment, insurance, monitoring, and are very informative. Its also an added convenience that they have so many locations. Ive been to offices in 4 different states and theyve all been the same, on point.

This place really saved my life.The doctors are incredibly kind and informative.The techs are great at giving shots, and love to have conversations with you.If you feel like you are struggling with low t, this is by far the best place you could go!

I imagine that there are no physical ailments in Heaven. If there are tho, I’d imagine that the level of care at the clinic there pales in comparison to what you get here. The environment is calm and soothing. The staff is charming, engaging, and hilarious. It’s expected that your physical ailments will be addressed when visiting. I did not however expect to be healed emotionally and psychologically. They do ALLLLLL that. Plus there are snacks, which is dope.

I love going here. The staff is friendly, engaging, and always willing to sit and discuss your treatment options. It’s nice to finally find a place you don’t feel rushed through!

I came in at 12:50 and was met at the desk with a smile and she asked what my name was. I told her and checked in and said my app said I needed blood work and she immediately said “I’m sorry “We’re closed” well we close on a few minutes anyhow. I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT THERE!!!!!! I cant say enough about this place. The staff is beyond words. I have been going here for over 4 years and they have changed my life. From the moment you walk in you are greeted like you are family by the most kind, upbeat high energy group I have ever met.

Always professional, cheerful and prompt! I’d recommend them without reservation. We’re still aging, we’re just doing it better. No need to feel like you’re dragging yourself around everyday. If you work in a high stress environment or a physically demanding position it’s worth your time to get checked out!

Best place to go if you want real help and they explain it to you in a way that is easy to understand! Everyone who works there are amazing! Im 51, 64 and when I started I was 405lbs I am now 266lbs and feel better now than any part of my 40s! You owe it to yourself to give this place a chance! You wont regret it!

The PA’s whet top notch. Recently the staff has changed drastically. I have seen one of the PA’s that was part of my original 5 star post. Something isn’t right when the staff changes so drastically. I may start looking for a new place to go. That is how much this place has changed. I have been a patient here for over 5 years and have seen people come and go but not everyone.

The low T Center of Tulsa is jam packed with great staff who care for you. The receptionist remembers who you are by name and treats everyone with respect. Service is always superb, and you will never feel unwelcome or rushed. I highly recommend the Low T Center of Tulsa

My quality of life has improved two fold, I have more energy, I sleep better, I am gaining muscle mass and my libido has returned. I feel better than i did in my early 20s. The staff here is amazing as well. They went above and beyond and found what my other doctor didnt.

Receptionist never answers the phone.. They want to take your testosterone levels three or four times before they even treat you. I recommend “Center for Men” You get to sit down and talk to a real doctor instead of being bombarded by medical assistances. I took my previous labs there and he treated me the same day.

I have been going to low T center for 7 years and it has helped me so much ! When I fist started going I could not even squat down like a cacher does in baseball my bones hurt so bad. But after starting the shots I have no problems now. My energy levels are much better now to I use to go home and fall on my bed I was so tired when I got off work and now I go home and feel like I did when I was younger. So much energy. Thank you Low T for making me young again 😃

Got billed for product, but never received. No one made clear when my next lab day was due. Buyer beware. This place has went downhill.Update: They will even change your prescription out of the blue...

This place overdosed me by Dr Lawrence E Huber. They tell you it will make your life so great. They dont tell you about the bad things. Im currently suing Dr Huber and The Low T Center for an informed consent claim. They took advantage of me because I had great insurance. I never needed testosterone in the first place. They lied and put profits over people. Go to a real doctor and get your testosterone checked. I was told by employees that every person leaves with a shot. Ive had friends who went and they told me they found out later they didnt need testosterone. It is snake oil. The lawsuit is filed in Tulsa County. Please be careful and see real doctors, not this place that shuffles you in and out only to make some money.

Extremely wonderful staff! Very knowledgeable, very friendly. It feels like a small family more than a business. Doesn’t feel rushed, but you’re in and out very quickly.

The nurse practitioner is great, always takes time to listen and visit , the PA just churns through people as farf as he can. Definitely not a full service clinic even if you face issues related to TRT. Id try somewhere else .

Love low T center! Dawna and the whole staff are great and easy to work with. Very fast! I was able to come in on my lunch break to get my testosterone injections and blood panels in under 30 minutes. Now I’m getting my self injections thru the mail and they are always available for support if I have any questions, concerns or am curious about any of the other services they offer. Highly recommended!!!
