Dr Pemberton and her staff gave me the best care during both my pregnancies. I loved how Dr Pemberton takes her time to listen to her patients ensuring that they receive good services and support. She’s the best.

The only Dr I could find who would let me V back after two c-sections. She was honest about it and supportive. Can’t even explain how grateful I am for my all natural birth experience. 10/10!

Nicola Pemberton, MD was my sons Delivering clinician, she is a RockStar who is amazing at her profession and life purpose. I feel so lucky that I just so happened to need to go into labor on a night that Nicola Pemberton, MD was on call. I thank my lucky stars.Dr. Pemberton honored my birth plan and I have a positive birth to show/tell for it. She also has a wonderful positive mental attitude and character about her that gave me a secure feeling that I carried with me into the birthing experience. Dr pemberton delivered my baby at mountain side hospital. The first time I met her she was so calm and listened to all my fear and concerned. She gives the best advice. She is very particular about her patients. I will recommend her to anyone that need an experienced OBGYN.

Stay away! I almost died giving birth and my daughter stayed in the NICU for 3 weeks because Dr. Pemberton did not listen to me. She is the second doctor who did not listen to me. I had 3 horrible pregnancies under the care of these 2 doctors and one ended up with my first born passing away 2 days later he was born while under the care of the Summit Medical Group OBGYN. To all expecting mothers- word of advice, If your doctor doesnt listen to your complaints and dismisses your concerns, find another doctor immediately! Dr. Pemberton promised to watch me closely because of my baby passing away the first time. I put my trust in her just for her not to apologize or a simple phone call to say Im sorry I didnt listen to you. I stated to bleed so much before I delivered my daughter, I received 2 pints of blood. Just like the other OBGYN, she did not want to put me on complete bedrest. All 3 of my pregnancies started with placenta abruption which lead to heavy bleeding. Listen to your body and make sure your doctor listens to you.

Only giving 1 star because I can’t submit 0. It’s been several years but it seems the reception staff is still incompetent. Dr. Pemberton did a poor ablation of my endometriosis (she is NOT a specialist. Never get endometriosis surgery by a regular OBGYN, only excision by an endometriosis specialist). Not only did my pain return worse in a month, she “didn’t touch” nearby affected organs because she isn’t trained, didn’t properly communicate after surgery, and left me with an internal bleed that could’ve killed me, requiring another surgery and blood transfusions. She said I caused the bleed myself. A hospital RN pulled me aside after the 2nd time to tell me that the way Dr. Pemberton treated me was horrible. Unfortunately, I cannot forget her.

Dr. Pemberton and her staff have always done a phenomenal job! Wonderful personalities, beautiful office, and excellent attention to details. Dr. Pemberton quickly diagnosed an issue other doctors overlooked for years. I recently had surgery and everyone was kind. She’s an AMAZING doctor and I’m so happy I found her!Update: thanks to Dr.Pemberton and a successful myomectomy, we quickly conceived. Baby is one now! I’m grateful.

Worse experience of my life her care for her patients is horrible from losing a pregnancy to having her operate surgery. She don’t return calls from concern patients, nor does she check up on her patients at the surgery. I had to reach out to another Dr in another office for me to get treated after Dr Pemberton did my surgery very unprofessional

Dr. Pemberton is the best Gynecologist I trusted personally for my second delivery. I just saw the web reviews and got to see her. Nobody referenced her to me. She was great with me, listened to me patiently. I had a C-Sec with my elder one and the docs then, dint even try a V-back on me as my baby was big. But I always wanted to give it a shot before they decide I need a C-sec. I explained the whole situation and she said we can do it. She gave me good advises on maintaining my diet and finally we did it after a long labour. The Doc herself was carrying at that time with her 3rd one. But I believe she is the only one who could dare and give it a shot for V-back and it worked. I whole lot of experience is so good. Her staff are good too. I agree about the long waiting time, but all the waiting seemed worthwhile after seeing my baby and getting the experience what I wanted which very mother wants to go through. I can’t thank Dr. Pemberton enough for her phenomenal job in a seamless way. Great Gyn ever!!!❤️

Dr. Pemberton is such a wonderful doctor! She takes the time to explain everything and makes sure that I understand and feel comfortable with treatment/services. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable. I have had to switch gyns over the years due to ins or office closures and it is comforting to finally have a doctor like Dr. P. I feel that as a black woman, she fully understands me and my health concerns. She is a breath of fresh air!

Dr. Pemberton delivered my son & the whole journey of pregnancy was so smooth because of her support. She lets you express, is a great listener and is veryyy sweet . I love her and I am sure I am going to her for my next one as well !The staff is extremely polite and understanding too.

I highly recommend coming here . The staff, the PA and Dr.Pemberton are amazing! I have no complaints. I had a smooth pregnancy and whenever I had a concern,they were right there to help me. Being a first time mom I always had questions and they made me feel comfortable asking anything I wanted. I am currently typing this with my little boy next to me.Side Note: Dr.Pemberton did my son’s circumcision and I’ve had his pediatrician compliment her work she was very impressed.

Dr Pemberton saved my life and my child’s life. For that alone she gets all stars. Dr. Pemberton really ensures that her patients understand on their level what is going on, she never forced me into any decisions and I’ll continually use her services and refer anyone to her without any reservation.

Staff has always been courteous and friendly. It always makes me feel good to go to my OB appointments because of that. And also because Dr. Pemberton is the best!!! She’s so nice, down to earth, relays all you need to know is a sensible way, and good humor so it breaks down the wall of whatever nervousness/anxiety that I may have at that time. If I could hang with my doc outside the office I would because she’s cool like that. Highly recommend Dr. P for your OB/GYN needs!

I have no words to describe how wonderful Dr. Pemberton is. When I was 36 weeks pregnant, Ive decided to switch my OB/GYN ( I wasnt happy with the first one), and Artemis office was the best place I could go to. Dr. Pemberton is the most loving, caring doctor Ibe ever met. She is passionate about her job, she cares about her patients( if someone complains about the long waiting its because she really takes time to talk, explain, and make the connectiom with her patients). She would always explain what is going to be done, always answers your questions. She has delivered my daughter and it was amazing experience. I couldnt ask for a better doctor! Highly recommends!!

Its such a blessing to finally have a care provider that makes me feel heard and is genuinely concerned about my reproductive health. In my experience, I always felt rushed out of the office and never given much thought, Dr. Pemberton is far from that type of physician. She should probably teach a class to other doctors about compassion. Thank you Dr. Pemberton, you are greatly appreciated, respected and admired.

Dr. P is hands down the BEST OB/GYN women could ask for. She is very detailed, caring, and she is very expansive in her knowledge of the women’s reproductive system. She listens to what we are going through, gets to know our stories and helps to develop a plan of care that works for each individual. Her office staff is friendly, on point, and pleasant. I recommend Dr. P to women near and far she is worth the travel, & the time

I absolutely love Dr Pemberton, she explained my procedure and made sure I understood all risk. I’m so happy I waited for this appointment with her.. I made the best choice to change my OBGYN. And I can’t express enough how much I love the receptionist Christina.. If she doesn’t have the answers to my questions, she always finds out and give me a call back..There was never a time I asked about something and was given an answer. I think we all have to take into consideration things have changed because of the current state of our country. I give the facility 5 stars with handling my needs.

I Came to this office for a follow up appointment for Mri results. Ive been coming to this office for a while now. I had to sit over an hour Before being seen. So naturally I was upset. I am a nurse myself so I do get the whole prioritizing other patients with more serious issues but waiting an hr and 20 minutes before seeing someone is ridiculous. Next, the customer service was terrible. After realizing I had been sitting for over an hour, you would think DR. Pemberton would come in being pleasant and you know idk apologize but nope. She was very rude, condescending, and passive aggressive. I look young and to many I may be but Im not stupid. Thats not how you handle a situation like that. After which she then saw how annoyed I was and only then did she give a sorry half apology. How can I even began to imagine someone like her performing surgery on me with an attitude like that. I mean a lot of reviews here say shes nice. And to other people maybe she is but I think because Of my young appearance, I got treated the way I did. All I know Is that I will be taking my services else where with a surgeon I can trust.

Dr. P is the best hands down... you know you have a great physician when your husband refuses to miss appointments with you. She naturally very caring and always there to answer questions and concerns... I am so dedicated that I come from Pennsylvania just to attend my prenatal appointments with her. I never feel rushed during appointments and always leave with a full understanding of the changes occurring in body relating to pregnancy...So do yourself the favor and book the appt... don’t be surprised at the wait time cuz she’s very popular...

Although I have not been a patient of Dr. Pemberton for long she has made me feel as though she has been my doctor for ever! My initial purpose for the visit was for a second opinion but I never turned back! There is nothing off limits as she cares about my well being not only as a patient but as a whole person!

Best doc i have ever come in contact with. She is one of a kind. Very passionate about her job. Shows much care and concern to her patients and gives her best. My husband never goes to the hospital but he said if she was a general practitioner he would have gone to her.

Dr. Pemberton is nice, I believe I had a few appointments with her but the receptionists were terrible. I visited this office from 2016-2019. I started depo-provera in 2016 and was not reminded to come off of it after 2 years, I had been on it for three years by the time I was well informed again which is very dangerous. The waits are very long and I was almost late to work because of a very long wait. Before I stopped coming, I was overcharged for services that are covered by my insurance. I had to dispute each charge because the biller was careless and I knew it would be best to take my services elsewhere. This offices service used to be very convenient at the Galloping Hill location but I wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone.

Very unsafe. Office staff does not listen or care about emergencies was having a miscarriage literally told the receptionist I felt like I was dying that I would not make it 10 days until my next appointment and she would not squeeze me in for an appointment DID NOT pass on the message to the doctor OR the doctor didn’t care enough to call me. Never been in a situation where I asked to speak to the doctor or said I had an emergency and NO ONE called me. I would always either receive a call back from the doctor or the receptionist with instructions from the doctor. Very stressful place to deal with especially while pregnant. Staff does not listen or care or follow proper procedures. No one explains what’s going on or being done to you in the office YOU HAVE TO ASK. I was over charged $130 the had to fight with them for 5 weeks to get my money back. Absolutely horrible staff!!!!

This doctors office is so piss poor that I am ONLY giving ONE star as I cannot submit my post if I do not. I was totally appalled by her teams lack of customer service. No one called to confirm my appointment, so I called to do so and was told by the service that everyone was out to lunch and that all they could do was take a message. I drove for a little over 30 minutes to find (1) the address on the website is wrong; (2) I was told that my appointment was cancelled. I inquired about how that could happen without anyone informing me - I took off from work for my medical appointments today; (3) then I was told that it is procedure to see the PA. I did not make an appointment with the PA and since when is this standard procedure?; (4) No apology, no conversation asking for them to try to work with me since they dropped the ball on this! I absolutely forbid ANYONE to do business with this office and if you do, you do so at your own RISK!

I never leave google reviews, ever. And this probably isn’t even the doctors fault. But- I had scheduled a colposcopy a month in advance with this facility. TWO days beforehand, they call and tell me the doctor had that day blocked off for a C section, and they cancel. The doctor is only in for these the first and last Friday of every month, which I could not wait for given that I travel for work.Mind you, a colposcopy is a scary thing when you’re told that you need it right away. This left me scrambling. Later that day, I found a different gyno in NJ who could quickly take me the next. I called the office for my records to be sent over, and they told me I needed to come and sign a release form. A RELEASE FORM FOR WHAT?! YOU NEVER SAW ME, all my records are from my previous doctor. After that hassle, my records were finally sent.But NOT my 2021 records!? But thankfully, the doctor I went to was able to take care of me last minute. Literally no issues.I’m not blaming the doctor herself for this one, I’m sure she’s great. But the way this was handled was absolutely mind blowing to me.

Best experience of my life. the Dr.Pemberton and her entire staff from Maria to the mid wives were amazing!! The delivered my daughter and my twins and are my family they are supportive and stern when needed i would recommend this office and Dr. a millions times over....thank you so much

Do yourself a favor and avoid this office! There is an unprofessional lack of follow through and lack of care for patients well-being. After weeks of waiting for a return call after a visit, we found a new doctor.

Dr. Pemberton is an amazing doctor she was able to assist me in my delivery. She was consistent and made sure my health & my baby was healthy good..

Literally the best doctor I have ever encountered. So sweet, very attentive. Makes you feel so comfortable. Only negative is the wait times at the office.. I would wait 2+ hours sometimes to see her but it’s inevitable at OB’s. Highly recommend!!

Trying to schedule a new appointment with this office is the worst!!!!! I called twice was put on hold after the lady answered and said please hold. I was on hold over 10mins and they hung up twice. If this is how they run buisness then I dont wanna even know how it labor & surgeries are here.

My appointment with Dr. Pemberton as always have been an informative experience, she is a caring and patient Doctor who took her time with me, she answered any concerns that i had about my health and medication that she prescribed. Thanks Dr. P

Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. THEEE best. She’s caring attentive and GENUINE. I could go on and on. She’s everything! The staff there are all sweet and prompt and professional. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Wonderful doctor and staff but I have been calling for 3 days to get info on my schedule surgery. None hasnt answered the phone. Its the day before and still nothing I have been calling back to back for 3 days

I referred every woman I personally know to her. Shes beyond amazing. I dont even mind the wait time because I know when its my turn I have her undivided attention. Love her💕

Finally found the perfect provider after switching twice this pregnancy! But she was worth the wait !! Im sooo excited to have found Dr. P !!!

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is bc I had such a horrible experience on the phone! I was trying to make an appt as a NEW patient and I was left on hold for over 20 minutes just to be told that there were no new patient appointments until November! Not a good first impression!
