I was called in before my appointment time. The nurse was friendly and professional. The doctor came in quickly, listened, checked xray, and diagnosed me. He gave me two options. I selected one and was on my way. Thank you.

I had developed an infection and my daughter took me to mercy urgent care in Union MO and was very pleased with the speed of registering me and my visit with the Doctor. The Doctor was good at explaining of what medicine he was prescribing and his instructions and he has excellent bed side manners that is helpful for any patient. I would reccomend Mercy Urgent Care here in Union Mo. and it is certainly a plus for residents instead of driving to Washington. Both Urgent Centers are excellent from my experiences.Claire J.

The dr told me the pain in my back was all muscular, but I knew something was wrong… So I went to see a dr at the dr office.(still in excruciating pain)… then after an xray I was notified of a slippped disc and 2 vertebrae with stress fractures! Was given nothing to help the pain either worst experience of my life!

I dont think this urgent care is properly staffed. They only have one doctor and one nurse on staff. It takes to long. Washington urgent care is better staffed. Thanks for making me miss my own Dr. Appt.

I went in there were 2 very sick little children. 05/29/24 Both having consistent temperatures ranging from a 104 to a 105.5.. This place refused my boys medical treatment Because I could not pay a hundred and twenty per kid upon the visit. I explained to them that Ive had This stuff billed to me in the past. They told me they were not refusing treatment, but they required the money. They refused treatment without flat out saying it. By federal law they are required to treat an emergency regardless of payment. 104+ temperatures that cant be controlled IS AN EMERGENCY. I am urging you to take your children and yourself to other places.These kind of practices shouldnt be normalized in our small town. I am also consulting with a lawyer next week in regards to this situation to see if there is any lawsuit that I can pursue.

The staff was knowledgeable and the visit was good. They prescribed the meds I needed to start feeling better. My appointment was made online and I did not wait when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this center.

The staff was incredible. My 12 year old had a bad accident that was in a very uncomfortable spot and they made him feel extremely comfortable. Im so grateful for all of them.

I don’t think i’ve ever left a bad review anywhere, but i think it’s very important to share this.i went in due to severe ear pain, pressure, and a terrible headache that was on the side of my head that stemmed from my ear hurting so bad.i had said i felt fine, other than that. that i didn’t feel sick in any way, i’ve never had strep, she then tested me for strep and covid and was supposed to call me over my covid test and called 2 minutes before closing, i was unable to get to the phone at that very second and as soon as i called back their phones were shut off, which left me hanging. their voicemail stated to call during 8-8, with no direction, instructions, nothing. she sent me out the door, untreated and in pain that worried me because the head area is not something that should be played around with. i called 6 times. 6 TIMES throughout the day, the following day to find out what i needed to do, if i could get an antibiotic or what i could do for my ear. she then told me she’s overworked and is on her last patient of the day, and that i wasn’t getting an antibiotic or anything for that matter, that it seemed like i needed to be seen again. she was very snippy with me. even if she was busy all day, i had no answers, no help, to figure out how to help this. and it is effecting my day to day routine/job from being in pain. the nurses name is beverly, and i pray someone listens to the way she spoke to me. there was more things said but ill leave it up to someone else to finish listening. very unprofessional over me asking what i could do since i was left with zero answers. i pray no one else goes through this. i have never had an experience like this nor been neglected at a medical center until this. highly recommend going elsewhere in the most genuine way that i can be.

Staff were friendly and caring. I had a little bit of a wait as they got super busy. Im glad I went an got my issue looked at and was given the proper meds to help. Thanks

I was in a room quickly and evaluated by a PA promptly who was very friendly and listened to my medical complaints free of judgement. He completed a thorough exam and prescribed medication as needed. He covered the instructions for the medication and possible side effects in depth. My discharge papers were almost immediate and I was on my way.

Excellent Nurses and the Dr. was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The receptionist was also kind and efficient.

Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They are very polite and I had my issue resolved right away.

Wondering if these people in here actually have any medical degrees. Its quite sad when you always get the idk answers. Oddly enough we always hear could be possibly or yeah nothing is wrong. ALWAYS get a second or third opinion after visiting one of these places.. completely unprofessional was told un-huh before she hung up... now is that how you end a conversation with someone calling for information I dont think so.. if you need something prescribed dont bother here, the Walmart doesnt acknowledge the prescriptions wrong from the only doctor on site.. saying nothing is available and yet the person who answers the phone at urgent care has no idea what to tell you except call walmart...

Closest to home. Quick check in. Quick evaluation and treatment. Excellent treatment. Prescriptions handled easily. My injury is healing nicely.

Best urgent care in Union! It’s right across from East Central College. No appointment needed, can just walk in. They can do x-rays, treat children and more. Friendly staff and super clean facility.

The doctor was really helpful with meds prescribed telling me what to expect and how to counter balance side effects with food and when you should do that in regards to when medication is taken. That was good information. Thank you

I had a cut that required sutures. I was seen promptly, treated with compassion, and made it to a birthday party on time.

So happy they opened this location. Was in and out quickly and the staff were all very friendly.

0 stars if I could give them that. Prioritization is the absolute worst here. Just go to Washington. They also had only 1 doctor available on a Saturday..the busiest of all days.

The staff is caring, they listen, and they address your concerns. They explain your issue, your plan for a successful recovery.

The doctor that I saw was just amazing. He really cared about my issue. It was really nice to have a doctor that actually cared.
