Friendly staff that actually cares. I went as a walk in and was told there would be quite a wait, which is understandable considering I didn’t have an appointment and there are a lot of people sick with the flu right now. They were able to get me seen within 2 hours and I am so grateful. The front desk staff, Medical Assistant and PA were wonderful. They evaluated me and sent my prescription in. I’ll definitely be back next time I need urgent care!

I would like to say that the staff deserves a 5-star review as they have always been fantastic. The billing department deserves 1-star or less.Without insurance, I paid $123.80 for a standard visit. With insurance, I paid a $50 copay and then my account was automatically deducted $231.35. I didnt receive a bill or statement notifying me of when my account would be rocked or how much the bill would be.I find it ironic that when I finally received a bill well after the fact, they proudly displayed my insurance discount when the visit would have been over $100 cheaper if I didnt have any insurance coverage at all.This is a great example of why the medical care industry is broken.

I arrived at 4:45p for my 5p appointment and the young lady at the front desk could not even hide her disdain and her facial expressions of not wanting to help me. When I walked in, she couldnt even say hello, just Is there something I can help you with? Very curtly. I told her I had an appointment and she asked what I was being seen for, again, very curtly as if I had offended her. After I provided my license and insurance card, she tells me my insurance isnt in network and that I may receive a bill..... ok, fine, but I still need to be seen. The other attendant said We dont accept Kaiser, she will get a bill. OK, fine... but I still need to be seen regardless. It was as if telling me I had to pay would make me walk out, thats exactly what they wanted, because they doubled down saying Itll be like $200.xx...Im already at urgent care, so Im obviously not already feeling great, just wanting to get seen for my eye, regardless of the cost... but instead of getting me checked in to be seen, they just talked about the cost. Then the young lady at the front messed around in the computer for a few minutes more, still not really wanting to check me in, until I said just give me my card and license, Ill go somewhere else. She finally says Well, we can see you! Yeah, but it was obvious by her body language and tone that she didnt want to assist me. I get it, its 5p, been dealing with ill patients all day, but she let that frustration boil over on her face and I didnt feel Id get the best care if I remained. I told her I didnt like the way she treated me and left.They mentioned costs 3-4 times before even attempting to get me checked in, after I said it was fine the FIRST time. I thought about whether or not I was overreacting, but, no, her body language, tone and facial expressions with me were indicative that she didnt want to help me.

Dr. Kelly was so professional and I felt that he heard me. What he prescribed for me has worked out perfectly and I am the happiest I have been in more than 3 weeks! Also, the staff was very friendly. Booking an appointment, doing the check in on line, and just walking in and out was super convenient and easy!

Came in without appointment with severe pain. The front desk said that waiting time is about 2 hours, there were no patients in the lobby tough. She added me to a wait list. I provided out of state ID and told that I’m from different state. I was called 2.5 hours later to find out that they don’t accept out of state Medicaid insurance. The front desk didn’t even care. I don’t understand why they don’t check this information at the moment when they add someone to a waitlist or schedule an appointment. My worst experience!

Literally couldnt even be seen. Was turned away when I was in so much pain I was crying just trying to get some help. But apparently you need to book an appointment for urgent care. There wasnt a single patient in the building and all but the front desk chick was just standing around talking not doing anything. Then after being turned away I end up throwing up blood. What a lovely experience and thought to care they give someone in need of help. Thank You So Much. The Hippocratic Oath has left the building. All hail the Almighty Dollar 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰

Everyone was very nice and the doctor was AMAZING!! She listened to everything I said answered all questions and covered all bases which led to a diagnosis and treatment! Gonna be feeling much better thanks to her. I would highly recommend this urgent care center. All three experiences at this place have been great even tho the other two were not my own but my sons as well.

I have made two visits to the Hazel Dell location in the past month. First was a few weeks ago for my daughters broken clavicle. The staff was great. They were even helpful days later in helping me move the ortho referral to an office closer to my home. I went back today for myself and I had the same great experience. The staff was prompt, friendly, and made me feel comfortable immediately. Thank you guys!

Made an appointment online. They got me right into a room where I waited for almost an hour to be seen. I went in with a really bad headache, they did a few hand-eye coordination tests, and five minutes later, referred me to the ER. I knew it wasnt bad enough for the ER, so went home instead. Two weeks later I received a $400 bill for a ten minute visit with a NP where nothing was really done. Staff was nice, but save your money and just see your GP, who is usually a bit cheaper and an MD rather than a NP.

My family and I has had some unfortunate circumstances to visit the urgent care a few times over the past couple years. Fortunately this GoHealth facility is well organized, clean, and efficient. Making an appointment or saving your space online is easy and will save yourself from waiting several hours. Staff is friendly and has provided us with satisfactory care.

We wasnt happy the last time we went there.we went there to see a tiny bumps on the groin of his private part. The NP is very judgemental and his initial dx wasnt right but sounds like he is very sure and as a mom I was worried for my son .He said he might get surgery or ask me if someone might touch his private parts.weve seen our Pedia Dr.it wasnt like that at all its a virus common for ezcema gets its goes away.Sl

I took my son in yesterday to the Vancouver Hazel Dell Urgent Care. I was really concerned about him. I got there the nurse took me right back. The staff was amazing. They were not in a hurry to get him out of there like I have noticed at other clinics. My son had a high temp and they had him stay and monitored him until the fever was down. The thing that really made me want to write this review is that the doctor Nick ( I can’t remember his last name) actually called me later that evening and the next morning to check on my son. I have never had an urgent care doctor care like he does. He went above and beyond to make sure my son was on the right path of getting better. Thank you so much.

My partner and I went on a Friday because hed been sick for a week and was getting worse. Check in was prompt and efficient, the staff were friendly, and the visit itself was super quick! The doctor told us he wasnt sure what was going on and that the tests they ran were just kind of okay so they wanted to send out to a 24 hour lab to see how to move forward, completely understandable. The weekend went by with no word so Monday we called and were told it was still processing, Tuesday as well. Finally on Wednesday we physically went to the office only to find that they did actually have the results and they were negative for Strep. Thats it, thats all we were told, he was negative for one thing. No other course of treatment, no actions to take, no OTC recommendations. When attempting to see when the doctor was going to follow-up, because thats what he said, he needed this test to know how to proceed - I was hung up on 3 times, chastised for asking clarifying questions based on what I was told, yelled at repeatedly that I just wasnt listening, all while trying to figure out next steps for my sick partner when they are providing no answers but still expect to receive payment. Eventually, I got her calmed down enough for her to tell me that my partner would need to come in again for another visit if he wanted further answers...right, because your care and compassion have been so confidence inspiring up to this point. Save yourself the headache and find a better urgent care.

Everyone here was very professional and nice. i was seen instantly after checking in (i scheduled an appointment/saved my spot online the night before) and the doctor was very attentive and actually listened to my concerns. got the prescription i needed and was out in 30 mins or so. wonderful service! love this urgent care.

What a true blessing the staff are here at this location especially. I was so stressed out having a blockage in my ear. Nurse Dana got it out! Thank God I can hear and walk straight.Brie at the front desk was very kind and professional. They even had the power go down in the building while I was there. Communication was clear and people were redirected according to their situation. Even with challenges they got back up and running. Called me in and took great care of me.PA John Jurgensen was very patient with me and careful not to hurt my ear. I highly recommend seeing this care team. Special thanks to Nurse Dana for calming me down as my anxiety was through the roof.If I ever need to, I’ll for sure be back.

I used the GoHealth and had a virtual appointment from the comfort of home.The doctor staff was kind and prompt to the appointment. I appreciated the ease of scheduling online and attending the appointment virtually. My appointment took less than 15 min as opposed to likely a couple hours going the traditional in person route, considering drive and wait room time. Sometimes a virtual appointment is all you need so it was perfect under my circumstance. I will definitely use this avenue again when necessary.

They were super nice! I had some trouble figuring out if my insurance would cover it and they were really understanding about how to reach to the insurance company and confirm! I’m an international student so it was a little tricky for me to figure things out and they were so patient!

You guys rock! I walked in with out an appointment. I was told they were full until the afternoon, and then at the last minute they had a cancellation open up, and got me seen within 10 minutes. They could have given the appointment to someone else or left it free, but she made it work for me. Dana, the lovely nurse who checked me in at the front desk and in the room, was professional, kind, and quick. The nurse practitioner was quick to come in and diagnose me as well. Very efficient practice. Even though I was sick, it was a great experience.

From Receptionist, Medical Assistant, to Student and Provider made my experience run smoothly. The Student working with Provider that day made me feel super comfortable despite I was feeling absolutely terrible, being attentive, considerate and super compassionate! There wasn’t a diagnosis for me that day but I was able to have a prescription after my visit and through MyHealth, I was able to find out what my diagnosis was after test results were reviewed the next day.

The doctors/nurses are extremely professional and caring. I liked it much better than the last time I had to go to go to the ER. Previously I was in a lot of pain and no one seemed to care except for the physician who treated me. No one at the front desk was the least bit consoling nor did they try to get me in sooner than an hour. Much better this time😄

Ive been to the same urgent care office twice for different things and both times I was seen quickly and treated very well. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. They made contact with my primary care doctor so the next time I went in they were completely up to date with what I had been seen for and what medicines I had been prescribed. I love that there are check in times available online so wait times to see a doctor are much shorter and going to urgent care doesnt take up a whole afternoon! Keep up the good work!

Its strange being so happy after a visit to the doctors, but thats what my experience has been after this urgent care visit. Friendly from the second I walked in, the doctor Anaise diagnosed me and had shared valuable information about the issue. Within 15 minutes I was in and out of there. Not only that, but I received a follow up email within the hour with more useful information. I have had several negative experiences with medical professionals in the past, and this visit restored my faith that there are still good doctors out there. Thank you again for helping me!

I had a terrible experience here. I had made an appointment online and I was notified that there was a bit of a delay via text which I thought was great! I showed up for my appointment, got all checked in and then I waited over 2 hours for my scheduled appointment while I watched them take back several patients who were walk-ins. The front desk was friendly, but the service I received from the doctor was poor. The person I saw was not even a doctor, but a registered nurse. I was extremely frustrated with my diagnosis and I now ended up back with my regular doctor because the treatment I received from this place was so poor. I not only wasted an expensive co-pay, but I lost 2 hours of my time and did not receive anything that would help me. I received a text message a week later following my appointment asking to rate my experience. I replied back to that text and then I received a message asking me if I wanted to be contacted to discuss my experience. I replied that I did and I received a message back that someone would be in contact. That was 3 weeks ago and no one has taken the time to reach out to me. I normally do not write negative reviews, however I feel strongly about the poor service I received.

I recently had my first experience here and it was a very good one. The P.A. (Cheryl Springer) was extremely warm, caring and thorough. I was in and out of the clinic in about 40 minutes on a Friday evening after reserving a check-in time online a couple of hours prior and registering online in advance. This process made the actual onsite check-in run very quickly and smoothly. I was on my way to feeling better quickly. The only thing I didn’t love was having to leave a credit card on file with them for any balance billing of unknown amounts after the fact.

I set up a time online for my autstic son to avoid a long wait time. He had a cough so they 1st did a virtual appointment. The 1st virtual call was with a nurse. She did the screening and then we did a virtual call with the doctor. The nurse and doctor was extremely helpful and friendly. My son had to do a rapid covid test before we entered the building as a precaution. My hats off for the staff that does the test. It was raining and they still held a smile. The test took less than 30 minutes. We went in and was seen by the doctor within minutes. I am grateful for their patience with my son. The staff all looked him in the eye and acknowledged him. It is something simple but it means a lot. I highly recommend their office to everyone.Sincerely,A grateful mother

Literally one of the worst experiences. very clique , and rude once expressed i felt i was being unheard. guy didn’t even look at me and said i was having an anxiety attack, went back 10 later and it was the flu. he wouldn’t even take a look, plus kept trying to push i was having an anxiety attack when i was in the room because he didn’t want to be wrong. and he WAS. the front desk lady should also be more compassionate working in health care. but no i guess they’re right high school bullies do just go into the healthcare system. more training, or just better healthcare PROFESSIONALS should be working there not children lol

I arrived just before closing with a broken leg. They kindly and apologetically sent me to Salmon Creek Urgent Care. The following day we needed PCR tests so we could return home to Canada. They fit us in despite being very busy. When I arrived, a nurse came to the car with a wheelchair, she helped me in and made sure I had everything I needed. She apologized immediately for not being able to provide care the day before. The receptionist and PA were also very thoughtful. Huge thanks. I cant imagine how difficult it has been to work during this pandemic. THANK YOU!

This is the best place to get a covid-19 test! They are fast and get you results while you wait. The place is super clean super high-tech and the people that work here are the nicest around. My son and I needed tests quickly before our cruise and this place came through for us. Thanks!Reserve a time slot on their website for best results. I was able to get appointments at the end of the day when I signed up in the morning. They take about 30 minutes to do a PCR test, but they ask for twice that in case they have to run the test twice. Medically observed antigen tests are much quicker of course, but I opted for the PCR test for our travel since its better recognized.If I need an urgent care center, this is the first place Im going to consider.

Also should mention the staff is very friendly as well reception and the nurse. Was seen by dr. Robin kenning for what I thought was a cough turns out I have a bronchitis and she was just so helpful and thoughtful and so nice and they treated me with respect and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I love these little small urgent cares its perfect for exactly little things rather than going to a big hospital and getting a bigger bill by the way they did accept my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield thank you again place is amazing.

Everyone was so wonderful with my 3yo son. They were able to diagnose the problem and take temporary measures, until we could get in to see a pediatric specialist, very very quickly to help him. They saved the day and helped my son immensely. Im so thankful!

If I could rate them zero stars I would. I was told by our family physician to take my son to an urgent care for pain that he was having. I wanted to find a place that was close and took appointments. I booked an appointment online so he could stay in bed and relax until they could see him which was a little less than an hour. I tracked their online system and through the texting system to know when they would be ready. I received a text stating they would be ready soon and was on-time for his appointment. When we arrived, I checked him in at the kiosk. Their board that shows the wait time put him out at least 20 minutes which was fine. After 10 min with no one acknowledging us I went up to the desk to make sure they were running close to what was being displayed. I was told it would be a 1.5 to 2 hour wait for him because they had not had lunch. I explained that he was in pain and that I made an appointment. She proceeded to tell me that the system doesnt take into account they work 12 hours and need to eat but she would talk to the doctor. I immediately jumped on the phone and started calling other urgent care offices to get him in. During which time I saw the doctor come out to the front room so I went back in and asked what was the verdict on timing. She then told me that she was not at the desk so she didnt ask the doctor and they still did not know when they could take their lunch. I had no clue that an urgent care shutdown for lunch. I took my son to another urgent care who saw him immediately.

My daughter and I went in because someone in our home tested positive for Covid -19. We were told by our doctor to go into Urgent Care. we set an appointment online and went in. We were told when we went in that not only would they not see us we had to leave, do a virtual appointment to come all the way back and do their drive through testing. The person at the front desk said they tried to call me but it went straight to voicemail. They did try to call but I was on the line with a client since I am working from HOME. He did not leave a message. He treated us as if we were the devil himself. It was humiliating and degrading to be treated by a medical professional in such a manner. When I was already upset and distraught and worried like we all are. There was not an ounce of compassion or empathy in his voice. I will never use this clinic again. EVER.

Wouldnt come here unless youd like to maybe die!!! My fiance made an appointment to this so called urgent care facility hoping to get the care she needed and see a doctor asap, being that the emergency rooms and hospitals are filled to capacity and waiting times are extremely long... Being extremely sick and running a fever of up to 105⁰ knowing that it was more than the flu thats going around right now. The doctor was completely dismissive, short, rude, and judgemental to my fiance, and just ran some COVID-19 tests and flu tests and gave a prescription of over-the-counter Tylenol and cough syrup..and on top of that that when I went to go pick up the prescription only sent in the Tylenol. Fast-forward couple days and my fiance just been getting worse and worse and had me so scared she was going to die,I called an ambulance and as soon as the triage nurse saw my fiance admitted her immediately few tests later, and the doctors told us they so glad we came in and they are extremely worried for her and are thinking she has an infection in her heart valve. Soo guess come here at your own risk, but, I will definitely never come here again, nor let anyone I care about set foot in this place!!!! P.S. If would and it with in your faith maybe say a little prayer for her.. Thank you.

So I came in here trying to see about getting care for a staph infection on my leg that I had been treating with my doctor in Portland, however this location is down the street from my house & my leg was getting worse so I figured going into an urgent care was the best idea.This urgent care actually TURNED ME AWAY. And do you know why? Because, and I quote “Your GP would give you the same/equal quality of care as this office would.” Even though I told the woman I needed a culture swab & the lab at my GPs office was closed. She said, verbatim, “Doctors don’t like to step on other doctors toes. We don’t have any paperwork on you so it would be like starting from scratch.”I had to race to Portland and drive the half hour so I could get an oral antibiotic that this office could have very easily written for me, if they were not so lazy. Seemed like the woman just did not want to start a new chart on me. When I told my doctor that this office turned me away, they were shocked, and when I told them what the woman at the front desk said, they laughed and said legacy should not have turned me away & what she said made zero sense. Doctors don’t care if you see another doctor to get care, they just want you to get better. Avoid this office.

I called and asked about a quick Cov19 test, and was told they could have it done quickly. I showed up and was asked if I had my insurance information with me, which I did not, since every other place in town doesnt require insurance for a quick test. Well I was told that it wasnt a problem and that I didnt need anything. Now Im receiving a bill for $125 for the test.No transparency, terrible communication.Got the test so I could go back to work, but ended up costing me 2 days of work pay just for a test.

I went to Legacy Urgent Care - the Hazel Dell location because the one near my home in Camas did not have an xray tech that day. I was treated so very kindly. Every one was sincerely helpful and beyond pleasant. I would totally drive the extra miles to go to that facility because of my experience there.

The overall experience is much more preferred for medical assistance. The waiting room is clean and calm, the staff are very friendly and you dont have to wait unreasonably long to be seen for random walk in appointments.

Loved this place! Easy and fast.I was a walk-in before I had to go to work. They were so fast that I had enough time to go home and grab my daughter to be seen as well. The staff is not only friendly, they are caring, and thorough. There is a free-way, and a Safeway Pharmacy within walking distance which makes this location convenient.

The receptionist, Barry was extremely condescending and disrespectful beyond belief. I have never been treated so poorly at a health facility and it made me so uncomfortable and the experience was dehumanizing. When I got to the desk I told him I was a walk in and he was instantly annoyed because I hadn’t immediately told him what I was there for.So from that point he began barking orders with a rude tone until finally we got to the point of my copay. He said “SLIDE IT” so I began sliding my card in the reader. Then he repeats the same thing over and over really fast getting increasingly annoyed and I’m trying to side the card. Then he frantically festers his hands to slide my card underneath the glass. Never once did he ask for me to hand him my card but just expected me to understand his barking order to “slide it.” He noticed i was offended and began trying to act “nice” which made it worse. I felt horrible and I got the feeling if I were not a woman I would have not been treated that way. Because he didn’t speak that way to any of the two men after me. Disgusting Barry.

Showed up on Friday ,fully insured by blue cross, barely able to stand because I was so sick with Covid, asked if I could be tested and possibly get a prescription for the antiviral pill that’s now available from Walgreens. I was refused service After one of the staff was whispering something to the front desk lady unsure what was said. I was told they were unable to assist because I took an at home test earlier to see if I was positive. Told me to return in five days if I like, I may not make it to day five … please explain the reasoning behind this. Face book is next as in the local news if i can muster the strength

My husband and I made pcr covid test appointments at Legacy Hazel Dell to return to Canada while visiting our family in Vancouver last week. We showed up on time for our appointments and the office was closed! Peeking through the window we could even see our names on the appointment board, but the office was abandoned. There was no one to contact to find out if it was a temporary closure, when it would open, or why it was closed. We then had to scramble, in panic mode, to try to find another place to get tests done so we could return home. How incredibly unprofessional, negligent and inconsiderate to leave people stranded like that. I have worked in the health care field for 25 years and would never have left people who had scheduled appointments uninformed. We should have received an email, text or phone call. I will never trust this clinic again!

Carrie M Kent saw our daughter for and extremely high fever. Although the obvious answer was Influenza she probed us for information about my daughters habits to be sure to rule out other explanations. Not only was she very thorough, she personally called us a couple nights later to check in. She was extremely friendly and informative and if I could I would make her my daughter’s primary care doctor. The front desk woman was also very helpful and observant. Everyone was friendly and this will be our go to place from now on.

Everyone was super nice, personable, and it felt like going to a doctor office Ive been going to for a long time. Not sterile feeling. Felt like friends not providers. Great experience. I went there to talk about being exposed to Covid and if I should get a test, I was three days after being exposed and the nurse said to me that we shouldn’t test until 5 days after exposure. I was halfway out the door when the doctor came running out and said that we should still test. I thought that was weird but I went with what the doctor was saying. I was then tested and lectured and felt very pressured to get something I wasn’t willing to get. I then left and received a bill in the mail for $250 for my visit…. I called and thought that was wrong for a simple Covid test (that I didn’t even want) they said oh yes so sorry that was input incorrectly disregard this bill. I then received a bill in the mail a couple weeks later for $50 for the test. Again, with my insurance and my job my HR rep said the maximum I should ever have to pay for a Covid test (and that was if I only saw my doctor) was $25. So I called again and they said to disregard this bill. I then received a bill in the mail a month later for $100 for this exact same day and Covid test. I called again today and they said to disregard this bill. We will see if I get another one in the mail. This has been the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever been apart of. Do not go here if you aren’t aware of the medical codes they put in or work with HR. I was very upset about my experience here and will not be using services ever again.

My husbands car was totaled by a drunk driver yesterday. I was the passenger and the collision severely injured my neck. Ive been seen at this clinic before for my preexisting neck issues and this clinic is the closest to our home so I made ab appointment.Upon checking in, I was rudely questioned about the validity of my injury and dismissed when I didnt have auto insurance information. I was not the driver in this accident and just needed to be seen. I expressed that I was prepared to pay right then and there out of my own pocket for urgent care as Ive done before. They refused to see me and wouldnt offer any help or suggestions. I am in so much pain and I was treated with no understanding or compassion. I will never go to this clinic again. Read and notice the fake reviews! Either one or five star. I never felt more neglected. No doctor on staff. I came in with extreme head aches. I explained I thought I had a heart attack earlier in the week. Exhausted and at my end. Just to find out there is three people on staff including the Secretary and no doctor. I had good experiences at the actual offices, but I have had a really hard time with their billing department, which is not local to the area. They failed to correctly bill my insurance, and kept sending me an incorrect bill for six months. I would call, wait on hold for a while, they would say it was resolved, then send me the same bill again.They correctly billed the insurance the last time, but couldnt apparently apply what they had learned to the other visits. Brought my fiancé here after making an appointment online for 12:20pm. We get here on time and actually early by a few minutes. The receptionist says on her computer her appointment is at 1:30 and that she should have gotten an update saying so. No update was sent to her phone nor has one been sent for the past 45 minutes we’ve been sitting here. Looking up at the tv they have on the wall shows how many patients are in exam rooms right now. For 20+ minutes now it has been ZERO. ZERO patients are being seen right now, but we still have to wait. This is ridiculous and not professional at all. The reason for the time mix up according to the receptionist was an “emergency” yet no one has walked in with severe pain nor anyone that has left in it. I walked 2 miles in the rain to be seen because I had been assaulted the day before, had recent rib fractures and fractured T1. I wanted to be sure that nothing was reinjured. They dont do xrays, MRI & you need an appt for a Flippin UTI test. Dont bother going to the Hazel Dell location. I had strep throat in Jan. the PA didnt even want to test me for strep thankfully the nurse stepped in and did it, then was prescribed an antibiotic thats not even used to treat strep. Two weeks later was finally able to get into my PCP tested positive again for strep and by that time had double ear infection. Just went in to urgent care on Sunday with sinus infection PA was rude wanted to know how I even got in the door. There was major confusion about what I was being seen for kept referring to my pink eye, I have no idea where that came from. Refused to give me antibiotics even though she agreed its a sinus infection. Basically its a waste of time and money.

I went for one thing and instead of examining and looking at where the problem was, they asked me to do a test that had nothing to do with what I’ve had. I went to legacy go health urgent care to get my ears irrigated due to wax buildup. I have had this procedure done may times during my life and know what to expect. When the person who was doing the procedure came into the room, she warned me that it might hurt. This was a red flag, cuz it had Never hurt before. When she did it, the water pressure was extremely strong and it did hurt. Ears are delicate and the water pressure is not supposed to be very strong. I went to my own doctor afterwards to get my ears checked and am lucky there wasnt damage. This is very irresponsible of Legacy Health to potentially put people in harms way. I later called the director of the clinic and she was defensive and didnt care about fixing the problem.My advise, Do Not Go Here.

Had a bad cough for over 2 weeks. My daughter said i should see a doctor. Do Sat 25 of March i went to Hazel Dell urgent care. I received immediate help by professionals. They need to confirm your address and phone number when you check in, like everywhere else does. They needed to call me with test results, but they had an old phone number from 11 years and two moves ago when I last used an affiliated facility.
