Was a good visit front staff were very nice and got me setup in the room fast, shout out to Kiersten and Bri. The doctor (Katherine Voss) did the evaluation and quickly recommended next steps / actions. Was much better experience than going to a hospital!

Courteous staff, reasonable wait time, thorough evaluation with effective treatment plan by Martin Kelly, PA. 2 days after my visit I required follow up regarding insurance auth. which he was able to assist me with and resolve.

The doctor I saw didn’t seem at first convinced what I had was a bite of some kind from an insect. I had a red line going into my arm pit with swelling and a rash, it did somewhat resemble poison ivy but I had been scratching it and touching my other arm. Face and the rash was not spreading, eventually was given prednisone for rash and it’s helping so far

I understand “saving a spot” isn’t the same as an appointment. But to have to wait over a half hour just to have my vitals taken and wait another 10-15 minutes to see a visibly and audibly sick doctor (he had been coughing the entire time I was there and yes he had a mask on) to only spend 5 minutes with me just isn’t great care in my opinion. They weren’t busy, they had one other person in front of me who left the clinic about 20 minutes before I was called in. And then they never sent in the prescription they said they would. Very frustrating experience. The nurses were very friendly tho!!!

I dont have a PCP but I use this urgent care often. (Diagnosed me last year with an ACL tear which resulted in ACL reconstruction.)If it wasnt for the nurse and doctor noticing symptoms I didnt feel, I wouldnt know I have a basketball sized ovarian cyst up to my ribcage.They sent me to ER Friday. Today is Monday and I saw an obgyn that can take it out if its not cancerous.Currently waiting on those results.So thank you 100% so much. ❤️Im only 35 with a lot of life to live.Photo CT scan: gray bean below the arrow is my cyst. Great facility! Found them online while we were on vacation visiting friends. Open on Easter Sunday when my 12 year old son took a hard fall off a fast running scooter. Staff were super friendly, registered us quickly and got us to a room immediately. Very sympathetic to him and made him feel at ease. Provider was super nice and helpful. Took X-rays in the room and handled it so well and fast! We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. My son had clear discharge instructions and I was super impressed- wish we had something like this near us!!

Terrible clinic has been absolutely useless. Both times I came in this year in January & February, they could not test me for anything and told me to go to a hospital to find out whats wrong. I had to pay for both appointments and got NO tests and NO treatments. Now I am contacting them to find out if they are CAPABLE of testing for the minor issue I think I have, and they wont answer. They say they cannot give medical advice, make an appointment. I am NOT asking for medical advice, I am asking if the clinic is CAPABLE of testing for this before I come in and WASTE more money for NOTHING. What is this Urgent Care place even for? Can they do anything?

I have sought care several times over the last few years at the Vernon location. Each time it is a great experience. This most recent visit was fast, efficient & professional. Great providers and care.

Theyre very nice, but theres never a diagnosis. I guess we are supposed to be reassured that what ails me isnt acute. Because we have to wait a week or two before were seen by the PCP.

Recently I had an accident and required care at the Hartford HealthCare- Go Health Urgent Care. The care I received upon arrival at the center was not only pleasant but swift. I received a wheelchair and icepak to my injured area immediately. My wait was at most 15 minutes. My evaluation was timely and very efficient - done by a physicians assistant. I have been a registered nurse for more than 40 years. For urgent care this is the location to visit.

Friendly staff, relatively quick service. I made an appointment thinking I had strep throat and found out I had COVID. The staff told me what the current CDC recommendations were and gave me good advice about any possible medications.

Im a single father and I took my two year old son to be seen for an eye infection. I also had my four year old daughter with me. Staff was accommodating and got me in and out quickly. My sons eye infection was cleared up in the matter of a couple days. Highly recommend!!!

I was quite pleased with my experience at HHC GoHealth Urgent Care. I was seen promptly and given excellent attention to my injury. The availability of radiology next door was helpful, and the Provider called with results very quickly. All in all an outstanding experience!

The nurses and doctors were friendly, knowledgeable, listened to what I said and believed me. Thanks to that they were able to instantly figure out what I had!

Usually a pretty quick in and out here even if there is a wait. I use the reserve my spot option online so we can plan best plan around the visit. Have used them for myself and my kids on occasion.

Im really disappointed. I always come here, especially for my asthma and allergies. They have done a great job in the past. This time the staff made me feel stupid. In addition, my asthma is flared up, Im having a difficult time breathing, sore throat, hard to swallow Im in pain all over my body and the doctors recommendation was to eat local honey and to rinse my hair if pollen nighty. Meanwhile, Im still in pain, cant breath and I ache everywhere. Disappointed with the lack of treatment and how I was made to feel. I wont be returning

I brought my husband here a few years ago and it was quick and the providers are great. Tonight I also had to bring my 2 year old daughter in for a high fever. It was nice not to drive all the way to the pediatric one. We got right in with no appointment and the staff was great with my daughter.

The staff was amazing and professional!Very efficient , even those bombarded with all the patients!My visit was on Labor Day.

I went to Hartford Healthcare go health Urgent Care in Vernon CT on 6/6/24 to Try to get some answers& Medical Treatment for what was Very Serious though (Completely Ignored) by Rockville general hospital in Vernon CT! I was Accurately Diagnosed with Bursitis in my Left Elbow that Was Seen for&Treated Very Promptly as Well as Effectively by Hartford Healthcare Urgent Care of Vernon CT. I Was Very Surprised&Appreciative to The Staff&P.A Who Took Some X-rays&Gave me a Very Strong Antibiotic to Kill off Bacterial infection in my Left Elbow&Prednisone to help get Rid of Everything that was Festered in there! Thank you goes out to P.a, K.vest for taking to time& Compassion to Treat me as a Human being&Not making me feel worthless as a person! I Would Highly Recommend that if you have a Medical condition or something Urgent Please DONT WASTE Your time going to a place like Rockville general hospital in Vernon,Go to Hhc Urgent care instead.God Bless the Hard Working Nurses&Staff who work here!🙂😇 Keep up the Great Work.

Great staff.. quick service... even managed to change the prescription to a different pharmacy after learning the designated one was closed. Much appreciated.

I went here recently the staff was very friendly. The provider that saw me did lots of tests to try to see what was wrong. I would recommend this urgent care facility unless of course you need am emergency room.

They were all amazingly kind and focused on my needs for care. They listened to my concerns about treatment options. I recommend them highly.

I didnt have to wait long as walk-in and everyone was very professional and friendly. The clinic was very clean and the doctor took good care of me.

It is an ok place. The girls checking u in not so friendly! It is an hit or miss with that! But doctors make up for it. Very friendly and they make sure your questions are answered. Been there 3 times and have gotten great doctors every time!

I thought things went very well. I felt thoroughly checked over and they ran the necessary tests. I did make a pre-appointment and was processed almost immediately

Horrible service, office was very unprofessional and rude. Every question I asked, the woman made me feel uncomfortable. Random people entering room without knocking when I’m talking to doctor. All around bad experience. HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND!

Brandon Tibbitts PA was honestly the best!! He even called me a few days later asking how I was and said he thought of some more suggestions to help me get some answers. I would absolutely recommend!!

The providers were so good with my 4 year old child. I was so impressed with how they treated her and took care of her. With her first broken bone and first x rays, she was a bit scared but the providers helped her feel right at home. Its hard to find quality care for children in urgent care settings. You guys completely exceeded my expectations. It made me so happy to see how great your staff is with children. She felt safe with you guys. She asked if we could come there every time she needs to be seen !

Terrible experience. I called to ask about the clinic and when told I would need an appointment I asked to do that. I got cut off before I could finish speaking and was told to go online. Extremely rude women at the phone.

My daughter was feeling horrible on New Years Day and made an appointment at the Vernon location.First, what is the point of making an appointment if you are running 30 minutes or more behind? Then the Doctor prescribed meds and said he would send to CVS in town since it was a holiday and most pharmacy locations were closed. He managed to forget what HE recommended and sent to a pharmacy that was closed.We went to a different Urgent care and they were far more competent. This had happened to me the year before and I thought it was a one time thing, never again.I will say the Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful.

Worst care provided at this location. Nurses dobt give proper instructions nor care to respond to your questions. don’t go here.

Check-in is easy, no long waiting. Staff is friendly and explains things well. Very efficient system.

A good visit to this facility. I was a walk in (didnt know I could make an appt as this was my first visit) so I had to wait about an hour. I was called on time but then had to sit for another 30 minutes. The staff were all nice and courteous, and the facility is very clean. Waiting section never seemed over crowded and if you have to wait, there are lots of options to pass the time nearby. If it werent for the long wait time, I would have given 5*. Next time Ill make an appointment.

It’s the best place I’ve ever been for urgent care. Love everyone there. Am always diagnosed correctly with whatever I have, given what I need, and feeling better in no time at all. They’re the best!

We have had consistently good experiences at this location. The staff is very helpful and welcoming and treated us kindly. I would suggest making an appointment before coming in just so you arent waiting as long. Overall ,a very nice Urgent Care!

Staff stayed a bit after posted closing hour on a holiday weekend to conclude my visit. They were both kind and professional.

This is by far the best healthcare office around. There is hardly any wait time, the people are extremely friendly and professional. I wish I could go there for everything!

12/28/23 update: well things at HHC-GoHealth have not changed! Both hubby and I had pink eye and they took us together! As always, everyone was kind, considerate and helpful. We were in and out in a reasonable time, too. People who work here exude satisfaction with their jobs. Thats important and goes a long way toward making their patients feel better!Ive needed to use HHC-GoHealth a couple of times now and have never been disappointed by the professionalism, care and friendliness of the staff! This time was no exception! I was treated like I was the only patient they had seen or would see that day! So friendly and caring! They even listened to my tale with patience and without rolling their eyes as I provided irrelevant information! LOL! My issue was resolved and off I went! HHC-GoHealth Vernon Tri-City Plaza: you are the best!Update 3/18/24Nothing has really changed.Everybody was very kind, professional and very caring. I knew that they had my best interest at heart and on top of that there wasnt a very long wait! I love being able to pick a time when I should get there.

Yes.. I was there on time for my scheduled appt 1:30 p. 2 ppl in waiting area. 25 min later (got call into room) w nurse. She spent maybe 10 min with me said dr will be in shortly. 1 hr later after letting me sit there w zero explanation why he was late, The PA comes in spends 5 minutes with me then says she will be in shortly to do ur chest X-ray. 15 minutes later she comes in and was quick. Very nice. Then said this may take 15 minutes or so to have radiologist read it and then Martin will be back in. About 3:15/3:20 he came back in to discuss result a bit... but more or less felt like he was not really discussing them my suggestion g follow up with my Pulm Dr who wanted the X-ray. Ppl were nice but the waiting time was u unacceptable considering there was no one waiting went I sent into the room and no one came in ever to explain any delays!

Went to Vernon office. Walked in. Did the required check in. Waited less than 30 min. Saw a nurse, took x rays, EKG, etc. Diagnosed and out in about an hour with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. I’m feeling better. Thankyou to all in that location. Pleasant experience even with how I felt, pretty sick.

The PA is amazing he is caring about his patients. The ME were very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t fond of the plastic Covid barrier the woman behind the desk looked like she was readying a combat station at a bank. So that needs to go if anyone reads these reviews.

Charged me $216 for a 20 minute visit just to tell me to come back if I don’t feel better. Asked about the copay before I went in and the front desk person couldn’t tell me anything. Told me I was all set after leaving to then get a surprise bill right after. Tried contacting their billing to dispute it and they told me there is nothing to be done other than paying and that they offer a payment plan.

The PA that I saw blew off my symptoms and said what I had going on was “viral”-days later I landed myself a week long hospital admission for IV antibiotics. If adequate testing had been done I wouldn’t have ended up in the hospital.Surely an overlook probably due to overworked and overtired staff, which I understand is a crisis in healthcare. However, in the future I will be waiting for an appointment with my PCP and avoiding this urgent care at all costs.

Nice enough people but be warned- you will end up with a $500 bill for simple covid and strep tests. They charge $375 for 30 minutes of their time, $90 for a covid test, then incorrectly bill to insurance so they don’t cover. Also had 5 people (training?) in the room with me, which was kind of uncomfortable. Will never returnUpdate: was told to fill out a form to contact them, I have asked repeatedly for an explanation of one visit costing $375, they said “that’s just the price, it’s listed on our website”. On the website it states an office visit is $125-$160. They had no response to that, again “that’s just the price”. They still can’t seem to explain why that price is tripled for people who have insurance.

Liked: 1) Front desk person is affable & brings a smile on a day when feeling miserable. 2) Smooth & seamless process 3) staff seem genuinely interestedNot so great: 1) info isnt written down or offered in writing; not feeling well so hard to recall info.

The best urgent care place Ive ever been to! The staff is very competent and friendly. The environment is comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend it above all other urgent care facilities in the area

I took my son here twice over the course of a couple of months for a persistent cough that would not let up. The first time I was told he had a virus which I’m sure he did, but the second time I was told he had allergies even though I expressed concern for the length of time this cough had been going on for. I was told that the odds of him having a bacterial infection and needing antibiotics is “almost zero”. We followed up with the pediatrician after that to find out my 5 year old has double pneumonia. They did not listen to my report of his symptoms, disregarded all of the signs pointing to something more serious brewing and caused a serious delay in care and treatment putting my son at risk of more serious and potentially life threatening disease.

The doctor who saw me had looked at my medical record and was informed of my condition.

The online registration process was not easy. Trying to scan Id card when staff sitting right there non productive. Otherwise great experience

Amazing experience! The doctor was thorough with his exam and the tests he ordered, his diagnosis and treatment plan. The entire staff was friendly, professional and highly competent. This is my go to urgent care facility for my family.

Scheduled an apt online in the morning for a time that was convenient for me in the afternoon.When I arrived in the afternoon I was seen quickly by the staff and doctor. They did an X-ray on the spot for my foot injury. Doctor and staff were great! Very thorough, friendly, and informative. Much better experience than other clinics in town.

I have a PCP but have been going here for minor services since COVID because of the flexible hours. I never have any issues at any of my visits the staff is always professional and courteous. At this recent visit, the woman at the front desk was very welcoming and funny not only to me but everyone. The Providers, the young lady and older gentleman who saw me in the room were very caring and professional. Great conversations. Great bedside manner.

I was able to be seen as a walk-in. I understood there were others there with appointments and would be helped when they could fit me in (which the wait wasnt long). As long as Im informed and kept in the loop, I have no problem waiting for medical care. Your staff did exactly that. They were very helpful and pleasant. Most importantly, they listen and pointed me in the right direction for additional help. Very happy with the overall experience.

We have been here a handful of times in the past year and every time was a positive experience. Each time we made an appointment online and never waited more than 10 minutes from when we got there to when we were taken to the back. They listened when I asked for different tests and even took the time to check in on me with my diagnosis. I cannot remember the guys name but there is a PA there who weve seen multiple times and he is fabulous. Great sense of humor and really takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable before leaving. He is down to earth and answers the questions you ask. Cannot recommend enough!

Flu shot was easy, quick and professional. Receptionist was very helpful when on line booking became a challenge.The place to go when you need help promptly.

Reading all of these recent reviews they must have gotten paid after their exams!! This urgent care is the worst. The large black woman in the front seems to hate her job and doesnt know what good customer service is. I did end up leaving this one and went to the one in Glastonbury which was so so much better! If youre actually sick and want to be taken care of with care do not go to this one.

Dr David Woodworth at Vernon, Hartford healthcare urgent care location was fantastic! He got right to the point, and listened to my concerns. Staff were pleasant and punctual. I made a 9am appt at 730 am for a same day visit, and was back home by 930 am with a script into my pharmacy before walking out of the office. Overall better than even my PCP Dr could do. Thankful for the office being open on weekends as an ‘urgent’ matter since life happens and isn’t always a 9-5 occurrence. A service that sometimes goes unappreciated definitely deserves 100% recognition when all parties involved ran a smooth visit.

My wife experienced a lot of abdominal pain and I told her to walk to Vernon Urgent care clinic. They didn’t offer any valuable diagnostic to ease the pain nor tell her what caused her pain. Dr looked at her medical records and that’s it. What a waste of 375$. No meaningful diagnostic! The only thing you’ll get is a hefty bill.

Went there on Thursday very sick and was not given a prescription. Told me to buy over counter cough medicine and another thing… no money for that. That’s why I have insurance. Still sick still coughing no sleep . I could have spent my co pay and bout over the counter medicine. Judy k

I went to GoHealth Urgent Care on Wednesday, June 22. I was easily able to get a same day appointment. The PA was fantastic. He took my concerns seriously and I left there with a diagnosis and next steps. Everyone was very very kind there.

The nice young lady at the front desk checked us in and was very friendly and professional, the physicians assistant who took my information was very professional and the nurse practitioner Anna was excellent! She listened very carefully to my concerns, explained everything beautifully and Im doing much better having taking the medication she recommended.

Not only do you have to sit in the waiting room for well over an hour, you are not going to be seen at your designated appointment. A nurse is going to tell you her unprofessional opinion, check on you every 20 minutes because the doctor is ‘unavailable’ for almost 2 hours even though you are sitting and waiting in an actual room. Now you may sit there after 8pm, because they forgot that you were in a room waiting, the doctor will either be ‘kickin’ it with his nurses or already out the door. If you have a whole day to spend here and receive laid back, unprofessional service, this is your Urgant care

I can not say enough good things about this clinic. We have been here with our daughter several times. She is a toddler and they worked with her better than any pediatrician. The employees have always been professional, kind, and effective. We never wait long and we always leave feeling like we got the best care. I highly recommend this location and this facility.

Im not one to ever give the max stars as there is always room for improvement. The Vernon Go Health was timely, the Dr was very nice. Making the appointment was easy too.

The urgent care doesnt actually do walk ins they just fill slots all day and refuse customers 4 hours before close your better off going anywhere else if you need help. And to respond to the owner there was no visit I tried to do a walk in and was told they couldnt do walk ins at the walk in because they scheduled appointments all day. Im there in an empty lobby being refused service because people want to use your walk in like a regular doctors office and your staffs happy to run it as such. Just wasnt clear you werent actually a walk in but a regular office.

Staff and Dr on duty were pleasant and professional. I was pleased with their care. I didnt have an appointment, but they still got me in pretty quickly. I would recommend this facility. It is my go-to place. Everything they have treated me with, have worked towards the healing process.I have been there several times.

Great staff. They seem extremely calm. Environment was relaxing not chaotic like most. Facility appeared spotless. I was in and out within 20 minutes and that was with both in house and out house testing (tests that needed to be sent out). This has been my second maybe third time there and this review fits all visits. Appointment were first thing in the morning and also late evening appointments.

Dr. was very polite and helpful. Quick and easy visit. Even the girls who worked there were very sweet and helpful.

Great people, comfortable atmosphere and fun professionals who are great with people who (like myself) avoid going to doctors at almost all costs. Ive gone multiple times for myself and with my boyfriend for various issues that have come up and the staff is always wonderful. Also, using the online service to save your spot can (not always) but it can make your trip exponentially faster. Im always in and out in about a half hour unless theres a crazy wait and I didnt reserve ahead.

I went in for an injury and was seen rather quickly. Got the same doctor as when I had to be seen for an ear infection. Super friendly. Very quick. Put my mind at ease.

I saw Kim O Le APRN ON 3/9/2023 she seemed to not know what she was doing at all. I was there for multiple fractures in my ankle she prescribed ibuprofen and applied a splint. A couple hours later I met with the orthopedic surgeon, they said “who prescribed ibuprofen that is not good for your bones if they need to rebuild”. Then they said the splint that was applied was completely wrong and provided zero support. So great work!

Awesome staff, front desk receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and patient, while I had to figure out an insurance mix up. The facility was very clean, and we waited maybe 5 mins to be seen. The doctor made my 9 year old daughter and I feel very comfortable and was very accurate and informative. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this walk in!!!

ARRIVED AT 550 PM registered and was seen by provider in less than 15 minutes. Provider was knowledgeable, did a thorough assessment. Listened to my concerns and symptoms and came up with a reasonable diagnosis and treatment plan.

David and his medical assistants new exactly what to do and answered all my questions thoroughly. If You ever have to do a walk in clinic Hartford healthcare Go health in Vernon circle is the place! Very convenient and local.

The Dr. ( didnt get his name) was very helpful even tho he couldnt prescribe. His manner was so gentle and supportive that I felt better after talking with him. 😊

The staff was wonderful, cheerful and seemed to know their stuff. Hopefully, I will never have to go back but accidents do happen.

Quick service! I Booked an appointment online for 2 hours time, when I arrived they saw me promptly. The people were very nice, and seemed very proficient. I was in and out within about 20 minutes. Would definitely visit again for any urgent medical needs.

Saw Jennifer Jerome APRN and she was very kind, compassionate and helpful. Gave solid advice and competent treatment. Facility was clean, and staff seemed professional. Though they were busy, still treated each patient fairly in front office. I recommendto register for appointment prior to going to office, as those with appointments seen first as far as I could tell. Thank you for good healthcare service!

Jennifer M Jerome, APRN is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I appreciate her ability to build rapport with the patient in a small amount of time. She provides useful information and care. She is a trustworthy professional.The facility itself is clean, modern, and current with technology. The option to check in online and see your spot/wait time on screen is extremely convenient.If the need ever arises again, I will most definitely be using this urgent care location in the future and I will recommend it to others.

The staff was very friendly and supportive from signing in to providing great medical care. Im so grateful to have them there for me when I was feeling so bad. Both rapid and PCR Covid tests were available without unreasonable wait times.

I went there this morning because I have in allergy reaction, that medical assistant was not very friendly, but I don’t care because I ‘m a medical assistant my self in top of that I ‘m in RN . I ‘m retired all ready so she is not better than me , any way that PA was very nice she took care me well , that only thing was the she wrote in a napkin my instructions, I was very confused and to me is not a professional to do that , but she was nice to me , maybe is a mistake that anyone can make , she was very busy poor thing . I just want to say the staff was amazing. I walked in and was seen immediately, one of the Healthcare providers, Mary Baxter, PA was on her way out the door and decided to stay just to take care of my issue. Everyone there was polite and down to earth. No egos, they just worked well together to get the patient in and out efficiently!

I was able to get a Covid Test as a walk in. Because SO many people were looking for a test there was a 3hour wait. The staff was very friendly even with the rush of people. They are professional and efficient! I was in and out when It was my time. I will go back if I need to!

The gentleman that helped my 2yo was better than anyone else weve ever had there. One example: he examined his own eyes, then told my toddler, okay now your turn. My kid wasnt scared or even nervous once. Wish everyone did stuff like that with the littles. Everyone else usually just speaks to me about my kids when *they* are the actual patients. Inclusion is so important. Thank you for an incredible experience.

Have had to visit a few times for COVID related issues. I usually save my place in line before coming, but even the times I haven’t I was always seen quickly. Staff is great and efficient. It is my preferred urgent care facility.

I went to Vernon location just looking for an X-ray as I had difficulty breathing. My thought was that I had pneumonia and would get antibiotics and be on my way. I walked in and the rude receptionist yelled to me “why was I there”. I told her I needed to see a doc between breaths and she barked “do you have an appointment” which I didn’t as the first available appointment was in a couple days. She cut me off as I tried to explain why I needed to see a doc and told me to sign in and sit and wait at least a couple hours. I left in disgust and went to ER to learn I had large blood clots in both lungs! Based on that experience I won’t return there!

Best clinic around. I went here for a tick bite twice! One time I actually had lime disease. Both visits were equally wonderful. The whole staff from the front desk to the Doctors are great 👍 👌

Fast check in with no wait time to be seen. I could barely get myself there I was so sick. Staff wonderful. I was evaluated immediately by a competent PA and nurse, assessed the appropriate diagnosis, treated with oxygen, steroid, and discharged in less than 30 minutes. Recommend highly and appreciate this service!

Went in to get checked for a tick bite. Was told I had to come back the next day even though I went to urgent care before it closed. Things like this should be treated right away. Makes it feel like this isn’t important to get checked for Lyme disease.

I attended The Hartford Health Care Urgent Care facility this afternoon! It was my first time and I almost didnt go! I am so glad I did, because what I had was serious!From the time I walked in until the time I left I received the best courteous service ever!Shenika was kind enough to help me with the signing in procedure never losing her patience, Kim took my vitals and asked what my reason for the visit was ! I did not have to wait long before the APRN knocked on the door and came in! She asked me questions and checked me over very thoroughly diagnosed my condition!May I tell you I have never received such care as I did from Anna DeWitt! She explained my condition to me and even gave me a printout of the diagnosis and a printout of what my condition is!The printout included signs to look for incase your condition worsens!I was in and out in a hour!The place is immaculate which impressed me because I am a germaphobic! I hope I dont have to go to UrgentI hope I dont have to go to urgent care but if I do...Hartford Healthcare Urgent Care is where I want to go!

Seriously disappointing. My family doctor associated with this facility sent a doctors order for me to get a COVID test. I walked in, as suggested at 6 p.m. to avoid crowds and long waits. There was no one in front of me. Literally NO OTHER PATIENTS. The staff, hanging out, doing nothing, chatting with one another, asked me what do you want? I said my doctor sent me for a COVID test. They acted like that had never happened before. The woman behind the counter even started arguing with me that doctors never do that. She never asked my name, couldnt be bothered. They werent even interested in my business. My doctor has been associated with this facility for years. She has apparently done this several times. They said Oh, No! You need an appointment, we will conduct a full physical, a COVID test as part of that and charge your insurance company. Oh and even though we are open for another 2 hours, you can come back at 6 a.m. and wait in line. So sorry I interrupted your social time ladies. You really shouldnt wear medical scrubs impersonating medical staff. Next time simply put a sign up saying the doctor is out. Manchester hospital (ECHN) is far more accommodating, free and easy.

I just walked in at 2:25pm. Answered the typical paperwork questions which the nurse entered into the computer, the P.A. Richard saw me, evaluated and I was out the door before 3:00pm. The entire staff was friendly helpful and sympathetic. I dont think Ive ever had a better doctor experience myself. I wish I could come here for just general visit it was that good. Hey used to go to the blocking located in Marlborough but now I will be coming here if they are open.

Went in for a pretty serious allergic reaction and the staff was incredible. They were attentive while making sure my reaction didnt worsen. Highly recommend going here if you need urgent care

I am very un happy with my services.. my eye was red and swollen.. I thought I had pink eye. I go to the walk in and the a.p.r.n said she thinks that it is not pink eye and that I have a stiy on my eye. She gives me pink eye. Eye drops and tells me to see a eye doctor.. the visit cost me $ 325.. I go to the eye doctor and she said its a stay. And gives me a Antibiotic.. this also cost me 300$. This is medical 101 and very basic... I feel my APR N Was incompetent It should have been able to prescribe me an antibiotic for a sty in my eye.. I am very Unhappy with my services. In my opinion going to this walking clinic was a waste of my time and a waste of money. Take my advice go somewhere else. I also advise people to not pay doctor money When all youre getting is an incompetent APR N

My visit was personalized and positive. All 3 members of the staff were accommodating and very professional while at the same time warm and caring.

We had an excellent experience here. My husbands jaw was locked open, so I called ahead to make sure this was something they could handle. I also registered online so they could see him immediately. We walked in, checked in on the ipad, sat down for less than 30 seconds when the doctor quickly escorted us to a room. He explained that was dislocations, its important to address them asap so that the muscles dont tighten up. A few minutes later, my husbands jaw was back to normal! They took his vitals afterwards as a precaution and we were on our way. So many times you go to an urgent care / the ER and you are just waiting and answering questions. I was SO impressed with how quickly and professionally the issue was addressed. If urgent care services are ever needed by either of us again, we will 100% be returning.

Zero stars! No one answers the phone when you call. Was in the waiting room. It became full and they wanted me a Black man to wait in my car before the 4 or 5 that just came in. I refused. They are now purposely making me wait to be seen. No others waiting. No reason to make paying patients wait in the car.

Anna C Devitt, APRN, is amazing. She really cares and is very informative. The whole staff is. I have yet to have a negative experience with them. They go above and beyond unlike many other clinics in town during this pandemic. I wont go anywhere else. My son tested positive for covid and myself and the rest of the family had to get tested and even though we didnt have appts they fit us right in. Wonderful and really care about their patients

Very efficient and organized. I made an appointment online on a Saturday. Processed me right away as I walked in. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. APRN immediately diagnosed my problem and prescribed meds. I was on the mend by Sunday. Highly recommended!

We made Covid test reservations on-line and showed up to our appointment and got right in. We did not have to wait at all. The staff were very professional, they explained what our options were and once we made our choice, they then went from there. I highly recommend this facility and using the on-line reservation system.

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I went to a different urgent the week before and got no answers. I ended up finding out I had pneumonia.It was nice to finally get answers and on the same day at that. Go Health will be my go-to from now on.

I had a surprisingly good experience at the Vernon Hartford healthcare walk-in clinic. I was feeling sick and didn’t have time to make an appointment with my doctor, so I stopped in here after work and the whole team was very helpful. One of the nurses was still in training so I had a whole team of nurses helping me, which was nice, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. I was tested for the flu and mono right in the office, as well as had blood work done to try to figure out what was wrong.

I went to the Vernon Office due to pain on my lower right side (kidney area) as well as UTI. I had just been in the ER last week, but for left side without the pain. I saw Joe (whom Ive seen in the past for other things), he was very professional and VERY HONEST!! He did a urine which came back infected, and told me to head straight to ER! I did and as it turns out my kidney was filled with infection and also have a hugh stone as well, which I had emergency surgery to unblock kidney. I really owe Joe. The whole team was professional and both girls were very helpful as well! If need to come back again, the Vernon office is where Ill be headed! Also, Joe called me back on Monday to check on me to see how I was feeling, as he had checked EPIC to see what happened at the hospital! Just to know he took the time to see how I made out, made me extremely happy to know I WASNT a number, but, a individual with feeling!

My new go-to spot for urgent care. The nurse Jessica and Dr. Nabegh were great. I had a culture come back and had spoke with Mark, the P.A., who showed concern for how I was feeling and explained my results and promptly updated my treatment (which is working!).I know this is a relatively new facility, and maybe they havent experienced the winter months in this location, but the temperature of the water in the lavatory is chilly!! And so is the hand dryer. I was cold on a warm November day, which means it can only get worse in the upcoming months. Maybe its a facility issue, but maybe its as easy as turning up the temperature on a water heater. But what do I know?

Suhail was absolutely the most wonderful medical assistant. She remembered my name from a previous visit! I can only imagine the challenges all the workers face in these times and to be as pleasant and wonderful as they are is exceptional. Please recognize all of the staff at go health urgent care vernon ct and in particular Suhail! The truly made an uncomfortable situation bearable.

My husband & I were directed here after being turned away from the Tolland Med-East clinic. We were greeted by a lovely lady named Shelly, A tech named Lauren took my vitals and David checked everything after was said and done. All I needed was to get my ear irrigated, as it seems to block every couple of years due to small canals. I will Definitely return should something happen again! They were so fast and friendly. I recommend them. Dont got to Tolland. They are never open, and the website is wrong about times. And they should have been open even if they are training. How do you train with no patients? Even David thought that was odd.

It’s unfortunate that I am leaving this review. I’ve not had a bad experience at a Hartford Healthcare facility. I did everything I think I was supposed to do. I went to the website in advance of my visit, checked wait times and then decided to contact the location to ask a few questions - mainly, do you accept patients of all ages, my son is 1 year old - and I asked about billing practices; meaning is this considered an ER visit vs. an office/reasonable priced walk in visit. They told me they could treat my son and that they were finishing up with one patient and had no wait (confirming the information on the website). So I packed up my sick child, who wanted nothing to do with leaving the house and being out of my arms. My husband checked us in online/set us up with an appt to ease the process when we arrived. The facility was beautiful and comforting (as it should be - it’s brand new) and there was no one waiting. I confirmed our check in easily on the tablet when you walk in and sat down. No one was there to greet me, TOTALLY FINE, and after about 30 sec or so we had an interaction with a man with whom I could only assume by his dress was an administrator and not patient care personnel (doctor, nurse, etc...). We were told there was no one there to see my son. I’m thinking, “I JUST CALLED!” I said something that indicated we called, but more appropriately. He did say we could go to another location (which we did, because finding somewhere reputable that will treat an infant is difficult and we were in this position because our pediatrician couldn’t see us) however there was little compassion for the situation we were in. No offer to contact the facility he recommended to send us to, to get our wait time started or to get us registered or checked in. It was a “Good Luck”. Not even “Hope he feels better; I feel for you!” Maybe he couldn’t genuinely say that, I don’t know. It’s unfortunate though, as I have already had to begin the process of finding new resources to replace this one that I had because I will NOT be treated like that again! Especially when I’m expected to pay a ridiculous bill afterwards. Healthcare is changing; from one marketing executive to another, your organization needs to change with it. Good luck in that endeavor. Sincerely, frustrated mom!

I was bitten by some really ugly creature, likely a spider, on the top of my foot. Never saw or felt it when it occurred, but within a few days it looked infected and really nasty and was incredibly painful. Then I developed hives on my torso and arms. After 3 sleepless nights and unable to get an appointment with my PCP, I visited HH Urgent Care in Vernon on a mid morning Sunday. I was in a room within 10 minutes, was given scripts and home within 45 mins. Professional and friendly staff. Thank you ladies!!

Had a rash on my arm for over a week that got significantly worse on the weekend and started spreading and blistering. Made an app and was told I’d be seen quickly...2 hours later I was finally seen to only be told that they didn’t know what was happening, but prescribed me a medication for the itch and inflammation. People who came in after me were seen before me. Went to my PCP the next day and she told me the urgent care prescribed me an incorrect dosage and not enough of it to make the rash go away but instead would come back.

The APRN was very nice and the gentleman who took my xray was very funny! Im so glad I went to this facility... I believe I was originally misdiagnosed at MMH a month prior because I continued to have severe pain. Thank you to all the staff at Hartford GoHealth in Vernon!!!

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS I’d give negative stars if it were and option. I walked into this urgent care having a severe asthma attack ... had to wait for my insurance to be run with ZERO urgency. I then was told my insurance was inactive (I’m on my moms so I don’t really know why it was saying that) they then told me I could be seen AFTER I paid 120$ I had to call an ambulance from the parking lot because I’m a single mother in college I can’t afford that.. I needed a breathing treatment and I was really visually scared I couldn’t breathe. They did not care or try to help me in any way. Shame on every person in that office... I’ll never go here again and I’m mad enough to convince everyone I know to do the same thing. DONT GO HERE!! AFC urgent care is right up the street!

Staff was awful. They need patient care training over at the Vernon, Talcottville rd. CT Location. Front desk lady wasn’t the greatest and was rude as well as the girl who checked me and my husband in the back room for our swabs. Very off putting staff.

The PA Martin Kelly was amazing and took the time to answer all my questions and talk to my mom over the phone too. He was very personable and knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been here three times for illness and injuries and all of those times the staff was respectful and professional. The front desk staff and nurse made sure I was comfortable while waiting for the doctor and everyone was friendly the entire time I was there.

This place was great. The staff and dr were friendly. I went in for a strep test nothing else. I was worried they would try to sell me other tests but they didnt. I was out of there with a prescription called in within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this walk in.

Everyone was very helpful in getting me seen as quickly as possible since I was in a lot of pain. Unsure of the spelling and/or last names but Dr. Nayegh and David Woodbridge were both excellent in explaining the plan of care both at my visit and over the phone a few days later.

Ive been here twice first because I got sick while working in the area and the second time I got sick I drove 30 min out of my way just because I received such amazing, Sincere service the first time. Hit or miss. Had both good and bad experiences. Tonight……. Needed a Covid Test from being contact traced. No answer on the phone after 10+ calls and waiting. But the voicemail message says. Walk in Covid testing. No appointment necessary. Check website. Same thing. Walk in Covid testing. Drive 30 minutes. Paper sign printed/posted inside. No more walk ins accepted. How about posting that sign on the outside door so possible Covid positive people don’t walk in only to be turned away. How about answering the phone. How about changing the website. South Windsor. Same thing. Waste of a drive. Sorry. Not sorry. I know this isn’t the staffs fault 100% but you can modify voice mail messages to state facts. At least Manchester answered the phone. Explained why. There’s a limited supply of tests etc.

I had a very pleasant experience at Go Health in Vernon. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I got in and out quickly and they even followed up with the results of my test.

Every person that I spoke with, from intake to the private room, was extremely nice and very patient with me. It was truly appreciated, especially when I wasnt feeling 100%.

$500 for an office visit and the doctor did not help any medications to help with my condition. Just said to drink more water and to come back if it still persist. Came back and charged me more money and still did not help me. Sadly I had to figure it out on my own and take imodium which fixed my issue within the hour. Now Im stuck with a huge bill. If you need medical help go somewhere else. If you want to see a doctor just to say hi and charge you insain prices go here.

Wouldn’t recommend long wait times even if you schedule your appointment online well in advance to avoid the wait times you still often have a wait of at least a half hour past your appointment time. Would recommend going elsewhere if at all possible.

BILLING NIGHTMARE!!!!Their website says that they accept United Healthcare insurance so I took my daughter there this past winter for flu symptoms. I also went there for myself around the same time for flu symptoms. That was over 7 months ago and what a complete and total disaster the billing process has been. They billed us out of network rates despite the fact that we should have been charged just a regular copay for in network service. I cannot tell you the number of times we have called them to try and correct the situation. We spent NUMEROUS HOURS on the phone with their billing office on multiple occasions trying to resolve their billing errors. We even did a conference with United Healthcare and the Gohealth billing department. Gohealth indicated that they were going to correct their billing errors. We called back several times to check on the status of the billing corrections and they kept telling us that they were in process. Here we are in September and were getting collection notices for the out of network bill amounts. This is INFURIATING!! COMPLETE AND TOTAL ADMINISTRATIVE INCOMPETENCE! I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ANOTHER GOHEALTH URGENT CARE FACILITY FOR TREATMENT. THIS HAD BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! DEALING WITH THIS MESS HAS WASTED SO MUCH OF OUR TIME AND ENERGY.

I really appreciate how kind, calm and compassionate the staff was. Office was simple, modern, and clean. My wait time was half of what was estimated so I was very happy about that!

The PA I saw on Thanksgiving, Kristen, was great, and I would return. This was my first visit.Extending a little kindness when someone feels terrible goes a long way.

Very clean and awesome facility with awesome glass sliding doors on the rooms definitely recommend signed up online night before to hold my spot for 10 am for an appointment for a COVID test and got in only a little bit after that it wasn’t a long wait even with all of the people there signing up for a covid test also the receptionist at the desk gave great service and was really friendly thank you for a smooth visit

I needed to have a pre-op COVID-19 test. I had made an appointment with Quest that day and I got there only to find out that they don’t do that test. I was surprised to find out that HH Urgent Care could accommodate me. Thank you for your help.
