Dr. Carpinello has been the best physician Ive had in any setting. I have the utmost confidence in her clinical judgment, and I feel she is genuinely invested in us, not just our outcomes. Her empathy feels authentic. She possesses the perfect combination of clinical and interpersonal skills. She is approachable and takes the time to listen and answer questions. Ive never felt rushed with her.Her DC staff is cordial and efficient. The clinic communication has improved significantly with the new patient portal. I was very pleased with the care and interaction with the other physicians in the CCRM practice for weekend appointments.

Dr. Carpinello is an incredibly thoughtful and attentive doctor. My husband and I have been working with her for over a year and have been so impressed by her care. She explains procedures in a way that is easy to understand, and she talks us through all of our options so we can make informed decisions about our care. Fertility can be such an intimate and painful journey, and Dr. Carpinello handles it with all of the sensitivity that you would hope for. When we have had unsuccessful cycles or results are not what we desired, Dr. Carpinello has responded with empathy for our situation and optimism for the future. Her optimism is contagious and has given me hope in the face of some very difficult fertility challenges. I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Carpinello is the most impressive, empathetic, and all-around incredible medical professionals Ive ever met or had the pleasure of being a patient of. From the first time I met her, I trusted her implicitly, and that trust paid off in spades. She truly gets to KNOW you and you never, ever feel like a number (which is hard in a fertility setting)! She always advocated for me and I knew that she always had my best interests at heart. Besides being an absolutely brilliant doctor, she has the best bedside manner and is someone that is very easy to connect with. From Tamara at the Front Desk to Mark the phlebotomist to Michelle the sonographer -- everyone is just so loving and you can feel them rooting you on, even when things are hard. This whole practice restored my faith in the human side of medicine (and specifically fertility treatments) and I am so thankful for their heart-centered approach.

Dr. Carpinello took amazing care of me as I did an egg retrieval cycle. She was competent, caring, effective, and is extremely well-credentialed as well. Everyone at CCRM was also helpful through this medical process from the nurses, receptionists, phlebotomists, and surgical team. I was nervous before beginning the treatment but quickly became comfortable in their expert care. I had a fantastic experience during what feels like a very vulnerable time. Dr. Carpinello knew exactly what to do and I was lucky to produce a great amount of mature eggs for preservation while maintaining my overall well-being. Im even more comfortable now knowing that I have fertility insurance and will be using CCRM in the future if needed.

Dr. Olivia Carpinello is by far the best provider I have encountered in this field. She is kind/personable and very knowledgeable about her line of work. She offered us different options and listened to us. She actually cares, which makes a huge difference especially on this journey. I highly recommend her.

My wife did not feel any pain after the egg 🥚 retrieval. The doctors, nurses and staff are super excellent. They are highly professional and know what they are in for. I strongly recommend CCRM to everyone
