Reading the endless terrible reviews had me literally terrified to go here but as I had no choice I went. I just want to say some people must think the world revolves around them after re reading the reviews after my experience. Yes the place is small, do you expect the staff to renovate it? Yes you had to wait many hours, again, not the fault of the staff. Every staff member was kind, as quick as possible without making me feel rushed, and warm. I didnt feel like an animal nor did I feel like they were judging me. Everyone was nice from front desk to doctor. Im sorry to the women who had bad experiences but I just want to showcase theres two sides to every story.

The day of my appointment they lost the keys to the office and someone had to come from almost an hour away with a spare. My appointment was at 1:00, the office didnt open until 1:45. Girls were lined down the hall just waiting. The staff stayed downstairs and never came up to address any of us or tell us what was going on (a few people went down and asked). When the key finally arrived, the employee walked past all of us to open the door and didnt utter a word, no apology for the wait, no explanation, NOTHING. After I signed in, I was informed that they didnt have the Twilight medication in stock. Had I known that I would have went to a different clinic. The nurse during the ultrasound admitted they hadnt had the sedation medication for quite a while and they dont know when/if theyll be getting it. So theyre scheduling people for the twilight just to get people there, i felt lied to and misled and forced to go through that painful procedure fully aware because I couldnt wait another week to go somewhere else. Shame on them! The floor was filthy, the chair in the procedure room was disgusting with spots all over it (probably dried blood), the heating pad in the recovery room also had questionable spots on it, one of the tiles in the ceiling was hanging and looked like it could fall any minute. The office is small with maybe 12 chairs in the waiting area. Girls and there companions waiting were lined down the hall sitting on the floor, it was an ugly scene. I wonder if the other businesses in that building ever complain about that. The procedure itself is the primary reason I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had to ask the Assistant to tell me what was happening and when, what to expect, how I should feel and what feelings or sensations were normal, etc. She answered a few of my questions but mostly just stared at me as I writhed in pain. She wasnt comforting at all. They should at least allow someone you know in the room to keep you calm and comfort you through such painful and traumatic procedure. Overall, it was just a horrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place a negative star I would because it deserves it. I had an appointment at 11:30 and wasnt seen by the doctor until 4:30 pm because he was at another office. I also heard this is a normal routine for this establishment. The nurses did not communicate with any of the patients in the waiting room about the doctors time frame. They only told us we had to wait until 2 pm to see the doctor AFTER they took our payment, and he didnt show up until 4:30!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SUCH A SENSITIVE TIME FOR WOMAN. I would highly recommend finding another woman center in the area. Such as cherry hill. Another thing I noticed was how outdated the office was, the beds had tares in the fabric, I felt very uncomfortable. Plan parenthood is the best choice to go to or the other woman center in cherry hill much for personal and professional.

My experience was horrific first of all my appointment was at 10:30 the dr didn’t arrive until 4:00 when he got there and started the procedure I was panicking and the nurse was fanning me because I was starting to hyperventilate he told her not to because it would mess him up. She stated that she was trying to help me out he told her and I quote”I DONT CARE DONT DO IT!” regardless of what choice we make we should be not be treated like animals. Not to mention this doctor is WELL in age and just there to get money not looking after a womens well being. I will be contacting the board of health along with the state bright and early Monday morning and also have posted on twitter about my experience with this back alley clinic! My mission is to get this facility closed so no other women will have to go they this torment that I went through!!!!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Took my daughter for support and help pay for the procedure. My daughter disclosed to the clinic staff that she had two c-sections and that her GYN dr told her she has a small cervix therefore if she decides to have more children she would have to have a c-section...nevertheless, she disclosed this on the intake form as well as the clinical staff. They never told her they could not perform the procedure because of the small cervix or that they could not put her under to perform the procedure instead they took our money, proceeded to take her to the back a do an ultrasound and check up. Told us to come back two hours later to find out the doctor asked the clinical staff to come back in the room to show them look I can’t do the procedure because she has a small cervix. The staff told me I would get a full refund. When we got home I noticed they only refunded me partial payment. I’ve called everyday this week and they keep giving me the run around about the $95 they charged me for my daughters ultrasound. So with that being said I will be filing an official complaint with the New Jersey Department of health.

I do not recommend going to this place unless you completely have to. Very slow and not enough privacy, they asked personal in front off all the nursing and tec staff, because they all congregate at the front desk. The doctor came in without a mask on. Overall the place it not professional enough for women to come in and feel comfortable. Also there was a tec in the room when I went in the second time to get undressed, I was not comfortable at all. Also doctor was extremely rude.

I want to start by saying that I am a diabetic. In order to get a surgical procedure for a termination you need to fast for 8 hours. Which is not uncommon for any surgical procedure. However, being a diabetic and having to do a fast can cause problems. The diabetic NEEDS to be handled first and with care. My experience here has been atrocious!! I had to wait over the allotted time and complications occured because of their lack of organization. I do not believe these professionals are in fact that, professional. They are rude and inconsiderate. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON.

Nice and supportive nurses but barbaric practice. They said they ran out of twilight. Had to see and feel everything. Traumatizing. And literally 50 of us women scheduled for the same time waiting hours to see doc. He didnt even walk in until 2 hours after waiting. Horrible movies they put on. Triggering. No space in small waiting room. Women were camping out in hallway so late. In the dark because no lights on in hallway. It was horrible.

This is by far the worst place you could EVER go to. If I could of left 0 stars I would of, Im only posting this so women are aware of what theyre getting themselves into. Its an abortion hell, theres women and their partners lining the hallway sitting on the floor as if theyre animals, they treat you like youre nothing more than the dirt on the bottom of their shoe. They tell you that you have an appointment at 5 and make you sit on the floor for 4 hours or more until the doctor chooses to show up. The place is extremely dirty and has splattered bodily fluids on the walls of the patient rooms. I wouldnt recommend this clinic to my own worst enemy. Dont be surprised if your abortion doesnt work or you end up with an infection AND NO WAY TO CONTACT A DOCTOR BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. This place should be illegal! Its truly disgusting that they can stay in business, and even when they mess up the abortion they still charge you another $55.00 for the doctor to evaluate you! Its absolutely insane

Horrible worst pain I ever felt and it was just honestly traumatizing . Doesn’t look like the cleanest place , I was there for like 4 hours waiting for the doctor to show up . It’s so depressing in there. You can tell the nurses and doctors are in there to make they’re money and get out. In the room I had no where to put my pants I legit had to put them on the flour . They don’t wipe anything down just throw new paper over the chairs .

When i called to inquire about their services i was told i had 3 options, the pill and two different surgical procedures; one while i was awake & my cervix would be numbed or i could be put to sleep. i went for the surgical w/sleep option because of how far along i was, The Pill wasn’t even an option. they called me the day before and made sure was ready and gave me a break down of what i needed to do and what was going to happen. when i arrived they told me they didn’t have the “twilight” medicine to put me to sleep. or “didn’t have enough” well frm what i understood they just didn’t offer it. every girl that was there was told the same thing. i was already scared as it was now i have to be awake? they said the process would be 5 mins, felt like 15. horrible experience, very misleading.

Definitely do not recommend this place. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. If the doctor is going to be hours apon hours late, then why make appointments so early. Waiting 3 hours and counting. And no one communicates any information as to when the doctor will actually show. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst place ever! Indian nurse rude as hell. There’s hardly any seats and the place was dirty. People sitting on the floor in the hallway. Was told to come back but will not be returning here. I heard cherry hill is better. Will definitely write a review for there too.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. If you have an early morning appointment you’re going to be sitting there for 3+ hours. My appointment was at 7:30 and the doctor didn’t even get there until 11, for my actual appointment as well as the follow up appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Find a different clinic.

This clinic uses Methotrexate-yes, the chemotherapy drug- as a cheaper alternative to Mifeprex, the ONLY legal and FDA approved pill to terminate abortion. Clinics all across the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and more region know of this clinic and know that this place NEEDS to be shut down. Do not spend your money here. They will overcharge you for a NON APPROVED pill that does not work nearly as effectively as the Mifeprex Misoprostol regimen. Please please do yourself a favor and look for another clinic. You WILL find one for less expensive than this place, and SO MUCH SAFER! Please do your research. I wish I had before I ended up at this sketchy place.

They did ultrasounds on everyone there today and then sent most of us home without anything else done for us. They knew that they were sending us home. But got our money for the ultrasound first. RIP OFF A HOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6 hours for nothing!!!!!!

This place is soooo unorganized! They will schedule you on Saturday’s at 7/30 am all for you to come back at 12 . Supposedly the doctor is at another location . So 12 come and still not here ! Please be ready to wait all day and drive back and fourth !!! Horrible

Why give people appointments at 10:15 am if the doctor won’t be there till 3 pm? Way too unprofessional.

Awful experience. This place should be shut down. We need better abortion clinics. This one is horrendous.

Worse place ever they dont have any care in the world came for appointment just to be told they couldnt help me when the receptionist shouldve mentioned on the phone
