My doctor retired and I was recently referred to Dr Gorlitsky. She was a pleasant surprise. We met before the exam and she really listened to me to understand my concerns. She also followed up with samples to address my concerns. I was totally comfortable with Dr Gorlitsky and would recommend her! The staff was also very helpful and pleasant. Great experience!

Dr. Gorlitsky spends whatever time is needed to discuss any questions and concerns. Ive been through a lot over the last 10 years and she provided excellent care including taking the time to call and check up on me.She is compassionate and continues to take great care of me. Her staff is pleasant too. Highly recommend her.

I just recently switched to this practice and Im so glad I did. Ive had several appointments and they were able to schedule the appointments quickly with almost no wait time while at the office. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Gorlitsky. She takes the time to explain everything and has a great personality.

This group has the most amazing doctors that are patient, caring and there to answer as many questions as you can ask. The staff is friendly, comforting and understanding. They are all women which makes it an easier experience as well. The doctors truly try to make the experience as comfortable and easy as possible and they don’t give up if you have problems. They just keep looking for the answers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new GYN. My daughter goes to themFor problems and I have many GYN issues and am going to start going to them as well. We love theme so much we travelAlmost an hour just to get there and an hour back home. I’ve been with this practice for 14 years!! I came because they are a specialized gynecology. The care I receive from Dr. Kauffman and Dr. Bennett has always been extremely thorough and emotionally supportive. The entire staff is caring and compassionate. They respond quickly and kindly to any gynecological problem you’re encountering.

The Advocare facility on White Horse Road in Voorhees is very pleasant and clean. My appointment was right on time, and the front desk was helpful and friendly. My initial visit with Dr. Gorlitsky exceeded my expectations. She was extremely attentive, respectful and compassionate and offered valuable guidance and suggestions. I loved my Gyn Doc who retired and was hesitant to make an appointment with someone new, but I am very happy with Dr. Gorlitsky.

Dr. Gorlitsky is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. She takes time to speak with you and seems to genuinely care about her patients. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good OGBYN. Her office staff is also very kind and helpful.

Billing department woman Bridget highly unprofessional, pissed off, annoyed, argumentative, actually said “i don’t have anything else to say to you”, decided she was done with the conversation and didn’t want to answer any more questions and essentially hung up on me. HAVE A GREAT DAY ENJOY with big attitude, I have never experienced anything like this before anywhere ever. Wow. She was absolutely horrible, a nasty angry woman over basic billing questions, which is her JOB. I will never return to this office, which I have been going to since I was 15 years old. it was always good when Dr. Kaufman was there. I immediately obtained a new OBGYN after this phone call, and I will never go back here. Disgusting employee.*thank you to Mary, the office manager, who was normal and helpful unlike awful Bridget.

Dr. Benett is a genius gynecologist. Her expertise and bedside manner are beyond none. She is patient and treats you with the utmost care. Dr. Benett takes the time to explain everything, answer your questions, address your concerns all the while making you feel like you are the only one who matters.

Ive been a patient of Dr Gorlitzky for years, because she is a good listener and very gentle during the procedure. Dr Gorlitzky makes sure to first talk to you to see if you have anything to discuss, then shell come back and do the checkup. As a former military family member, who has seen their share of physicians, I can assure you that this is not often the case. My experiences with Dr Gorlitzky are so good that I followed her to two different locations of her office.Additionally theres no or very little waiting time if youre on time for your appointment.The new location in Vorhees is full of light and airy. The assistants are friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend Dr. Gorlitzky and her team.

This was my first time at this practice. It was a pleasant and easy visit. I saw Dawn and she was friendly and the exam was quick and comfortable. The office staff was nice as well.

I came to the office to figure out why I was experiencing painful side effects on my birth control and received no answers to why. Although, my experience wasn’t great with the doctor. I do want to say that the staff there is nice especially the nurse practitioner she was super sweet and made me feel comfortable.

This was my first time visiting the practice, Advocare for Specialized Gynecology in Voorhees, NJ. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, patient and professional. My experience at Advocare Center for Specialized Gynecology is always a great one. I moved from that area over 7 years ago to go further north and that made my commute 2hrs long (round trip) however, I refused to change my care at Advocare Center for Specialized Gynecology. The doc and staff are great, but you are told to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment which I did however, we weren’t called back until more than 30 minutes after our appointment time. For over 45 minutes we waited, now if we were more than 15 minutes late, we would have to reschedule. My time is also valuable.

Dr.Helen listens to you and addresses all of your concerns. Her staff is friendly and helpful!

The atmosphere of the office is very warm and welcoming. The staff at the desk are very efficient and pleasant. But most of all, Dr. Kaufman is a wonderful gynecologist, is very thorough and readily answers questions.

Very professional staff, yet very friendly.I remarked to staff how comforting each room is decorated with beautiful panels. Dr. Bennett listens to you, examines you, and spends time with you. An asset that is very much appreciated.

The doctors I have spoken with and the office staff I have spoken with have been great however they have no consideration for my time. There have been many times where I was waiting for over an hour to first be seen by my doctor without any sort of warning that she was going to be late. I do not want to sit at an office for over an hour when that time was not even being spent actually speaking with my doctor. And then another time I had arrived there and the front desk receptionist had let me know my doctor was held up in the OR and it would be awhile.... I rescheduled my appointment because based on my past experiences it would have taken the rest of the day. But the part I was most aggravated at was that they never even attempted to call me beforehand when they knew she was going to be held up to let me know and see if I still wanted to keep my appointment. They are very inconsiderate of my time and if I was late to an appointment I would probably get charged or the appointment would be canceled. It is extremely rude of them in my opinion.

New patient review: I was thoroughly impressed with the care provided by Dr. Fisher. I called to schedule an appointment for my teen daughter and was able to be seen in a few days. We arrived to the appointment and were seen immediately after check-in. I thought we would have some sort of wait. Dr. Fisher was very thorough in her assessment, explained the diagnosis (PCOS), and provided a visual aide for better understanding when explaining the female anatomy. She took her time explaining options for treatment and put our fears to rest. Dr. Fisher also encouraged us to meet with the Registered Dietician on staff who could help with weight management. I was told she works with many athletes which is plus for my daughter. Finally, Dr. Fisher was prompt in calling me with blood work findings. I am so pleased that my daughter’s pediatrician directed us to this practice and that we were well served.

I am 31 and I have been coming to Advocate for Specialized Gynecology since I was 16 years old. Dr. Susan Kaufman is an amazing Doctor who truly cares about her patients.

It is such a comfort to find such a compassionate, knowledgeable professional. Dr. Benett is a fabulous find for my healthcare. Strongly recommend!

This office should be ashamed of themselves for the treatment of those that dont have cadillac insurance. Two doctors that came highly recommended by my childs pediatrician were listed as accepting our insurance, but when I called I was told they do not accept this insurance. When I asked how much a visit would be out of pocket, they said they have a policy not to accept self pay from patients that have insurance. So basically, gatekeeping quality care for the wealthy. Meanwhile my child is in severe pain. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely love it here! I have been going to this practice since I was 14, and they always provide excellent care. I cannot recommend the practice enough. Every visit the doctor remembers small details of my life and checks in, they really care!

Dr Gorlitsky is the best. She listens and then talks about testing or treatment or a referral. The first time I saw her I think was 20+ years ago. She has not changed since. She is still kind, gentle and compassionate.

Felt welcome upon bringing my daughter in for her first appointment. The appointment was at 5:30 and began as soon as we arrived. The doctor saw my daughter as I filled out paperwork in the waiting area. The office was clean and modern. After my daughters appointment, the doctor spoke with me to go over the plan of care. My experience was exactly as an appointment should be, on time and efficient while being greeted by a courteous staff.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Kaufmans for 25 years. Shes a superb physician all around. I would trust her with my life, period.

Dr. Kaufman works very well with my daughter who has autism and an anxiety disorder. The wait can be longer than desired at times, but I expect this if the dr. has gotten behind with being thorough with patients who are ahead of us. My daughter has always felt comfortable with Dr. Kaufman and the dr. has even called with test results in the evening, after hours. Ive never experienced negativity during a scheduling call or at check in, although I do realize this may happen from time to time with other patients. In our case, it hasnt happened. I appreciate the care and concern Dr. Kaufman takes with my daughter. She has always exhibited positive professional bedside manner during each appointment.

She is not only there for me professionally, but she has the kindness that I have always appreciated. I have always had more respect for a Dr. who not only was great when it comes to book knowledge, but one who can take the time to make you feel that your concerns really are important. Dr. Benett totally fills the bill on that. I cant imagine going to anyone else for my GYN care.

I like this practice particle bc it’s (I believe) an all female practice. Easy to get appointments and there’s plenty of parking. Wasn’t fond of CRNP but the drs are very good.

As I sat in the waiting area for an hour passed my scheduled appointment time, the girl behind the front desk was calling around for a patient’s ultrasound results. I was able to hear the patient’s name and birthdate, and the fact that she had been discharged from the hospital. I don’t know if the patient would appreciate her information being shared like that, but I wouldn’t. This practice has earned its 3rd strike from me. Aside from being left to wait for long periods of time after your scheduled appointment time. I was put through a tortuous procedure by one of the doctors in the practice & I was misdiagnosed by another doctor. Time to find a new practice.

Dr. Bennet, has been very helpful. She has good bedside manner and is supportive to the patient and parent.

My daughter has been seeing Faith Tiver-Foran for about 4-5 years now. Faith goes above and beyond for her. She is such a fun, kind soul. Makes her feel comfortable and not anxious. My hope is Faith will see my daughter through many milestones in her life. We are grateful for Faith and staff.

The staff is friendly. However, when a doctors office, especially a ob gyn office has carpet for ALL of the flooring, it makes me concerned about sanitation. I was not provided a gown, which made me feel twice as exposed, the bed I layed on was not entirely covered by the sanitary paper and it seemed as if the office only had the bare minimum for equipment.

Again I usually dont write reviews but when your experience is so bad for no seemingly valid reason it warrants a review. When I originally made my 1st appt. The representative was rude but sounded obviously overwhelmed so I looked passed it gave her all my information got my late afternoon appt. About a month out and that was that. On the day of my appt. On my way to the office I received a call I didnt answer but got a vm. It was from the same representative stating they dont take my insurance and theyre canceling my appointment. I thought to myself 1 youre doing that now and 2 I verified my insurance and the doctors and office with my insurance company because its out of state and Im relocating to the area. So I called my insurance company again and they confirm, they also confirmed that no one from the drs office called to check. Then I called the office and the rep. Said she cant help me because she was told by the office manager they dont take my insurance. I asked to speak to the office manager and as I introduced myself she came on the line ready for war telling me to calm down because she doesnt like my tone or demeanor and if I dontshes hanging up the phone, she got all of that from an introduction. I just said ok, she again told me they dont take my insurance, I asked if she called she said no her billing dept told her they dont, they didnt call either. So I called my insurance company on 3 way she spoke to the rep from the insurance, which she got into alittle argument with because she was nasty and tried to claim he was either lying or dumb where at the end of the convo she bascially wanted transcripts of the convo just in case billing didnt go through. So I asked for my appt back they said they already rebooked it. She then transferred me to another rep to make a new appointment because even though the office was wrong and I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them she doesnt do appointments. I made a new one but went into the office to give the a copy of my insurance card and ID since I was already on my way and wanting appt 2 to go smoother. Because I commute to a different state for work I had to cancel appt 2 which I did about 4 days beforehand. I called again to schedule and a rep Trish automatically answered with an attitude she asked me my insurance and DOB and I guess my name popped up in their system as she was starting to say my name she stopped and asked me my name then she stopped as if she was reading something for a few minutes, I felt like Elaine in the Seinfeld episode with the medical chart, she gave me an appt date and I asked her can I have a late day instead again commuting state to state it seemed to annoy her more and said well if you want a late 1 its going to be far out but thats on you, which I answered is fine, but when I got off the phone I thought why am I putting myself through this it doesnt matter how good the doctors are if you always have to go through the multi horrible personalities and attitudes of multiple staff members its not worth it to me to be upset fustrated and talked down to there has to be other good Doctors in South Jersey and Im going to find one because I cant deal with the staff. The doctors really need to pay attention to that because again if your staff deters clients no one will ever get to see how good of Doctors you are they seem to represent the doctor and thats very offputting to me and Im sure others.

Dr Kaufman is a great doctor. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed and she is very thorough.

Dr. Gorlitsky always answers all of my questions, is pleasant and through and I leave my visit feeling good.

I waited an hour in the waiting room for a quick checkup!! Appt was at 3! Got called back at 3:50 i always give the benefit of the doubt but not this time. And don’t ask me to come 15 minutes early when you don’t have the courtesy to update me. Our time is important too!!
