My first round was tough as my body adjusted, but the second round was 10x easier! I can’t thank Nurse Bailey and the doctor enough for their care and support—they truly made the process seamless. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, the phlebotomist was gentle and skilled, and the ultrasound staff made me feel comfortable throughout. Everyone was so attentive, and I felt supported every step of the way. I’m grateful for the entire teams dedication and professionalism. Now hoping for the best results!

We had several years of failed ivf attempts and finally heard about Kindbody through a coworker. The rest was history! We’re happily pregnant with our miracle rainbow baby. The staff and doctors at Kindbody don’t ignore you or dismiss important information, they are very detailed and thorough in their work. We couldn’t be happier. Dr Ekpo is fantastic and the whole team is just so great!

[Update since the original post]I am updating this to 4-stars because the KINDBODY team reached out to me after my initial complaint. They tried to make it right to us by providing a discount so that we can continue the next cycle without haivng to wait for a whole month. I appreciate their effort in trying to provide the best possible experience for their patients. After looking around at a few other providers, I do have to say that I really like KINDBODYs sleek portal.[Original post] Poor communication and coordination wasted us time and money.For two months in a row, their team managed to miss a critical lab measurements for insurance authorization. This forced us to either pay out of pocket when we have perfectly fine health insurance that covers KINDBODY, or wait for a whole month and waste time.I read poor reviews of KINDBODY on their SF locatioon and was skeptical of those reviews. Now I understand where they come from.
