After 3 IVF cycles with Chicago IVF in Warrenville we have had no live births with Dr. Jain. Every cycles interaction with staff has been different. First cycle was superb with my cycle nurse (Yasuko) and ultrasound tech. However, Chicago IVF pushed for genetic PGD screening, but offered no solutions as to making it affordable. After retrieval and fresh embryo transfer I hyperstimulated and repeatedly demanded to be seen by Dr. Jain as I was experiencing bleeding and significant pain (worse than the childbirth of our stillborn daughter), but the nursing staff (Bianca) REFUSED to book a followup appointment with Dr. Jain. The bleeding became worse, I miscarried one twin at 14 weeks and by 22 weeks my membranes ruptured and we lost our daughter. I personally hold the staff at the Warrenville clinic morally responsible for these losses as it was diagnosed in the pathology by University of Washington Medical in Seattle, WAS that the bleeding over the course of the pregnancy CAUSED my membrane rupture.Second cycle, frozen transfer, noticeable staff changes made the entire process confusing. The front desk staff lost my insurance information numerous times. The billing department did not credit my copayments in billing for 3 months and only after numerous phone calls and demanding updated statements. The cycle ended in early miscarriage.Third and final cycle we coordinated with another clinic out of state. Dr. Jain remotely orderred all my labs and performed the transfer. The minimal contact was cold, but at least it was professional. Chemical pregnancy. At no time has Chicago IVF taken the interest in my overall mental health prior to cycles 2 and 3. Each cycle and loss, especially our stillborn caused enormous stress. While Dr. Jain seems kind and professional, I never felt confident in his treatment protocols. He is good at getting you to trust him, despite better judgement. When youre paying thousands...you want to believe your doctor is offering every possible solution that is currently available in IVF. Dr. Jain at no time offered solutions to update my cycle protocols by adding techniques newly available in the industry such as embryo glue or endometrial scratching to improve odds of implantation and success. I feel like they (Chicago IVF) gets you in, use the same old tired (antiquated) protocol on everybody, use up your insurance and ultimately, really dont care about the outcome so long as they get paid. The surgical center that is used for all surgical procedures, retrievals and transfers (North Shore Surgical Center) is shockingly dated. Each time I was there the nursing staff push you to get out as soon as possible, anxious to get you in and out so they can change the bed.Chicago IVF it seems makes a point to keep costs down by minimizing the interaction with your doctor by using the nurses and messages. As I was personally informed by the nursing staff during my first cycle: It is not Chicago IVFs protocol for the doctor to see the patient outside of the initial consult and surgical procedures and transfers. So....if you decide to give them a try, good luck. You get what you pay for.

I did not have a good experience with this clinic. I have regrets ever going here. I was highly disappointed with how I was treated and the outcome of the situation.
