Fertility Centers of Illinois - Warrenville

Ive been to a few FCI locations and the Warrenville location has still been the best experience by far. Patty the ultrasound tech is so kind and patient. Kristie the phlebotomist is also amazing. It helps to see such happy faces when you have to go in for all of the monitoring appointments.

I’ve been to a couple of the locations and Warrenville is hands down the best. From front of house to back of house. Patty the ultrasound tech and Kristie the Phlebotomist are honestly so great. They are genuine, transparent, and form relationships with their patients. It is very rare to find this level of support within a fertility clinic.

I had the pleasure of having Patti as my ultrasound tech at FCI. She was extremely caring during my appointments, making me feel comfortable and at ease (which is not an easy task since I had negative experiences in the past and go into appointments with a pretty high level of anxiety). Pattis expertise and professionalism were evident in the way she conducted the ultrasounds.The blood draws performed by the staff were also consistently gentle, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the centers punctuality was impressive, as they were always on time or even early for my appointments. Overall, my experience with Patti and the staff at FCI - Warrenville was exceptional.

Ive loved my experience with Fertility Centers of Illinois (specifically the Warrenville location). Patty is the sweetest ultrasound tech, she makes sure youre comfortable and that the whole process goes quickly and smoothly for you. Kristie always does my blooodwork and she is so good. Ive had other places bruise me up when doing repetitive blood work but not kristie. Thank you ladies for making our fertility journey a better experience.

The staff at the Warrenville office is excellent. Patty is hands-down the best ultrasound tech I’ve had through this long IVF journey. She’s kind, gentle, efficient, straightforward, empathetic, and funny. Christy is an awesome Phlebotomist. I am a hard stick and used to dread getting my blood drawn. It was always multiple sticks with bruises, and often had to resort to my hand. With Christy, she gets me the first time, every time. IVF is such a long and frustrating process, but these ladies make it more bearable. Thank you!!

My husband and I had a great experience at FCI. Everyone was very efficient with their work and attentive to our needs. I felt very comfortable with anyone I interacted with especially Dr. Uhler and her team. We are very appreciative to the FCI crew and everything they have done for us.

Dr. Uhler’s team is incredible. Taylor and Tyana are always so helpful. Christy is the best, such a calming presence. Patty is our earth angel, we wouldn’t have gotten this far without her. So appreciate of everyone at this office! - Colleen Williams

Warrenville, IL is my “home” office. The team there is fantastic!! Patty, Christy, & Taylor treat you like family. I would not have my two babies if it wasn’t for Dr. Uhler & her team!! :)

I cannot say enough good things about FCI Warrenville! Every person I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with has made this difficult journey brighter and more bearable! The first faces you see are the ladies at reception, and they are always smiling and welcoming, and just have a way of putting you at ease right away. Ive met a lot of receptionists over the last several years while coming to FCI, and they all have this peaceful demeanor that really matters when you are struggling with the stress and unknowns of infertility. Patty, who works on the ultrasound equipment, is not just incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she has become a dear friend over the last 7+ years. She is personable and kind, and ALWAYS brings a smile to my face when I go in for an appointment. She is one of my personal cheerleaders and gives me so much encouragement and hope, and not to mention just great life-advice at times! Christy also eases my anxiety when its time for a blood draw. Im not a fan of needles, and while I cringe every time I have to give myself an injection during treatment, I never cringe when Christy takes a blood sample as she is so skilled that I literally dont feel it at all! And her positivity during those early morning appointments makes it that much more pleasant. My nurse Joy perfectly exemplifies her name in that she brings joy to an otherwise despairing and stressful circumstance! She responds quickly and thoroughly to all my questions, and is kind, calm, and patient. And then there is Dr. Uhler, to whom I owe SO much! She is an amazing, intelligent, generous, hard-working doctor, and she has gone above and beyond for my husband and me. In every discouraging situation, whenever we may have felt exhausted or defeated during the process, she gave us hope. She worked on my specific case so determinedly, always researching and exploring other treatment options if one didnt get us results. I was a difficult case with severe PCOS, but she never gave up on helping us reach our dream of having a family, and its because of her and her team that I have the greatest title of Mom now!If you have been struggling with infertility, or maybe just starting on that road and dont know where to begin, I HIGHLY recommend going to see Dr. Uhler and her amazing team at FCI Warrenville. They have truly been a God-send to me and my family.

A million times better than my previous IVF clinic, Chicago IVF. Patty, the ultrasound tech, was kind, informative, and encouraging. She has extensive experience, and she always made me feel like I was in good hands. Kristie, the phlebotomist, made giving blood quick, easy, and painless. The doctors and nurses are responsive, supportive, and diligent in helping us achieve our goals. Thank you!!

My experience at the warrenville office is always pleasant. Taylor the receptionist is always kind and professional and Patty is wonderful - she is very skilled at what she does, very personable and takes the time to ensure that her patients are comfortable!

Do not recommend! This is a very bad place to go to. They told me the results will be in a week but when I called after a week they said it’s actually two weeks. When I called after two weeks it took another 3 days for nurse to call me back. She said she was calling me but I didn’t pick up. I had no missed calls from them and why not to leave a voicemail? The nurse didn’t explain nothing said to schedule appointment with a doctor. What was the point of this $99 test if I don’t know what that means? Plus they sent me a bill 3 weeks later even though I paid at the office. And I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. This is absolutely terrible experience! They do not care about anything. I’m surprised they still open. Probably by scamming people in to paying. After a month I went to another place and got results the same day. And nurse actually explained to me what they mean.

All the clinical staffs are really humble and nice in Warrenville office.Most of my visits are with Patty and she is very polite and friendly in interaction and she is very gentle in the procedure she does.

FCI Warrenville is an amazing practice. The entire team is kind, thoughtful and very thorough. Dr Uhler was amazing to work with. She patiently explained the process and was with us every step of the way. After a successful round of IVF we welcomed our son.

As former patients of FCI Warrenville, my wife and I would like to take the time to say THANK YOU. This location is absolutely amazing. The staff is so personable and don’t treat you like you’re just another number. Working with a fertility clinic can be so nerve racking and stressful especially when the common goal is to start a family of your own. This clinic takes the time to get to know their patients. They are extremely thorough when it comes to testing to out-rule any factors that make cause infertility and work hard on finding solutions. We have worked with a different clinic last year who did not consider our feelings and did not take the to actually time figure out why we were not successful. They treated us like a $ rather than human beings. Working with Dr. Uhler and Patty as our sonographer. We’ve never felt so comfortable and informed on every single detail throughout the entire process. My wife is now 10wks pregnant all thanks to Dr Uhler, Patty and staff! We would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a new clinic or just figuring out where to start. These ladies definitely do an amazing job!

My doctor was based out of the river north FCI office, but i did all of my monitoring at the Warrenville location, since it was closer to home. This location is so well kept and modern looking, and there is always available parking. Let me say this clinic hands down has the best staff. I am going to miss seeing them for appointments now that I have graduated from the fertility clinic. Taylor at the front desk is always so pleasant and quick to help whether you’re walking in for an appointment or calling on the phone. Patti and Kelsey are always so friendly and timely when going in for monitoring. They really make you feel comfortable and i couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend FCI (warrenville location)!

As I write this Im holding my two-month-old daughter in my lap. Dr Uhler and her staff were a joy to work with. The ultrasound tech, nurses, receptionists, and other staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. Dr Uhler impressed me with her breadth of expertise and efforts to stay informed, as evidenced by her attendance at multiple professional conferences. She is a great mix of reserved and methodical but also efficient and willing to try different approaches. I cannot recommend FCI enough.

I had to re-edit my post, my husband and I had an issue with one of the receptionist via misunderstanding. I came here today cause Hindsdale, FCI was completely booked. I’m so HAPPY I did. Got squeezed in by Taylor for a 10:45am appointment, got called in literally 5 mins later which was amazing cause it was on time. The office is super clean, the staff are AMAZING! Especially Taylor, she has the sweetest voice and is always so warm and welcoming when I call the Warrenville office. My ultrasound tech PATTY was super sweet, gentle, personable and informative with me. She did my ultra sound so fast and was just overall so nice! I also like the fact that she’s the only tech there so I don’t have to keep telling the techs I want the small probs and to be gentle lol. Her office was pretty cool too because it had a bathroom which was super convenient. The lab nurse KELSEY was so sweet as well! I will DEFINITELY be coming here again! I love my hindsdale ladies but this is way more convenient for me! THANK YOU LADIES! You’re all doing a great job or us future mamas :)

I went to this location and there staff is very kind and friendly. I had 2 embryo transfers before getting pregnant. They make sure your comfortable. Now were expecting June 1 2024.

Dr. Uhler is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend. Pregnant with twins on second IUI cycle.

I did a lot of my appointments here. The staff was always so kind! They always got me in and out quickly, they really respected my time.

The FCI-Warrenville location is wonderful! The sonographer, Patty is compassionate, kind, thorough and fun. The front desk ladies, Taylor and Tiara are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location for your fertility care. ❤️

Possibly one of the worst medical services I have ever received. Save your time and your money.FYI, they also had a patient data breach, and I believe there is a lawsuit, so if you know anyone who was a patient, make sure to reach out and let them know.I just want to say, I have never experienced such confusion at the hands of a poorly run medical office as I have from this place. I was supposed to be doing an egg retrieval, and I was told this would run smoothly with no issues, however, since the beginning of this whole process, I have had the office requesting patient history that I sent months ago, and every time I am called, they cant find my chart or patient history that I had my obgyn send them awhile ago. I tried to have a collection sent to the lab as instructed by the nurse, and the lab said they didnt have a doctors order for it. Wasted my time collecting the sample and driving all the way over to the center.Dr. Alvarez has only seen me twice out of this whole process over zoom. The first was the initial meeting, and the second was to go over the next steps after the tests. I waited in the zoom lobby for this meeting on a Friday, and nobody came, but I was charged a $50 no-show fee. I am very busy with work, and I did not have time to just wait 10 more min in the virtual lobby for someone to let me in. Nobody called me after to see if I needed to reschedule, so I had to reschedule on the portal the next day.I travel a lot for work, so this is really stressful and having to re-schedule things is overwhelming.The portal is not user-friendly. The portal is also used for all communication, which makes it extra difficult.When I finally was able to zoom the doctor (after months) to go over my blood results, I asked him to go over my genetic results, he said There is too much to go over, You can go over them yourself at your own time and when I tried to tell him that the portal does not show my genetic test results, he says I will have a nurse upload them. Still do not see a thing.A little frustrated this doctor that I am paying for doesnt seem interested in answering questions. I was also a little put off by the fact that the doctor did not want to do a procedure I asked for initially because I was not married.I am super upset that I have paid so much money out of my own pocket to just have my time wasted.I have already addressed my complaints in a survey sent out to me and had a manager call me. I was hopeful my concerns would be addressed, but they were not. I hate to be the person to leave a negative review, but I do not want another person to have their time and money wasted on poor patient service.I hope the administrators take note of this and work on mending their culture.

Dr.Ahmad is amazing! The ultrasound tech is the sweetest! The lab techs especially Christy, are an absolute joy. Expenses were broken down for me so there were no surprises. Every person in this office was so happy to see me at every appointment that when I became pregnant and graduated, I did not want to leave!! My OBGYN is just not the same as these people! They’re so genuinely interested in your care it’s unlike anywhere else. I will go right back to this office the day we start trying for our second child.

I had such an amazing experience with FCI. Not only did I get pregnant on my first try, but the staff was extremely warm, caring and helpful throughout the entire process. I am currently 20 1/2 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy thanks to the fantastic team at FCI. I highly recommend Dr. Uhler and will definitely use her and her team again for any of our future fertility needs.They did it again! Though this time around was not as easy as the first, Dr. Uhler and her staff worked their magic and I am currently pregnant with mono/di twins. Dr. Uhler is hands down the best fertility doctor in the Chicago land area. She is extremely diligent and knows how to modify protocols to bless those trying to conceive with the gift of parenthood. We could not be happier with the FCI team.One complaint I do have is with their billing department. They are misleading and inconsistent. If you are paying out of pocket make sure you track everything and I mean everything. Something extremely fishy is going on in their billing department.

Love coming to the Warrenville location for my monitoring appointments. The staff is super friendly and I love Patti and Christy. The whole staff is always quick and efficient!

Dr. Uhler is a top-tier doctor. She walks the fine line between bed-side manner and professional feedback. We had multiple disappointments in our fertility treatment, but Dr. Uhler made us feel like we had a say and worked with us to create plans that ultimately led us to what everyone that goes to Fertility Centers of Illinois hopes for. We are so thankful for Dr. Uhler. Also, Diane who was the front office at Warrenville (now at Tinley Park) is by far the nicest human being ever. She made us feel so welcomed and did whatever it took to work around our schedules! Thank you again FCI for helping to bring us our sweet and healthy baby boy!

Loved the office and people who worked from front desk receptionist,nurse and billing. Meet Dr ulher twice in 5 months span. I and my spouse did not feel much comfortable . But Dr ulher sounded educated and well informed of infertility. Even with this, I would still go back to them. Since they have better and efficient process in place for all appointment compared to Dr Millers office in Naperville.

Always a good experience here, quick in and out and it’s nice to see the same faces at each appointment. Patty is great and always made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Ahmad, Sahar and the team was/is fantastic. They helped us understand the process, what our insurance covered and what options we had. Dr. Ahmad is wonderful and made us feel like family every time we had an appointment. Every step along the way we had timely help and I would highly recommend them.

The clinicians were very nice for the fertility awareness exam but the receptionist Taylor at the office was very dismissive when I was asking questions then forgot to give me my lab results I requested and wasnt apologetic. But besides her my experience was great

Went here because my husband and I believed we could not get pregnant on our own. We were told that my husband had some issues and we needed to start treatment. Their treatment plan was way to expensive so we declined. I started receiving all of these crazy exspensive bills for things that were covered we decided not to have a baby because that would be too much of a financial burden. But I just gave birth after the dr told us there was NO WAY we could conceive on our own. Our baby is a blessing but now we cant afford to get a house or anything because of these expensive bills that they have put us into collections over. I would not recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I appreciate the heartfelt love from working with FCI. Everyday was step towards our journey that would not of been easy with any other group of professionals.

Another day of disappointment by FCI. Please if youre going to do fertility treatments use someone else. They are a nightmare to work with. Unprofessional and do not care. The list of issues we have run into is too long to list. Having a baby should be joyful not stressful.
