My doctor is awesome here.He’s helpful in my journey of cancer, he’s actually done more for me then the Cancer Center.Dr BOEHR and his Staff are 5⭐️I have a lot of medical issues, including Cancer, I can’t say enough good about my Dr. He’s so nice, easy to talk too.I’ve been to Mayo Clinic which is superior place indeed, but I can tell you he’s sharp, and he really looks out for you.He’s also makes sure the specialist are doing they’re job, especially in a reasonable timeframe.This is where the difference is , bc Cancer can spread at a any moment.

Horrible. Have to go there because of insurance. Went in January. They copied my insurance card. Then put on my records no insurance . Got a bill for $260. Went back to office, they cant resubmit. I had to call Champaign and take care of it myself. That was just a meet NP appointment, my doctor retired in December. Had blood work and follow up appointment. NP doesnt listen or communicate. Cut me off an ex I have been taking for 20 years, never discussed it with me. Called for Rx & she didnt fill it.

Had an appointment booked 2 weeks in advanced. Got a call 12 hours before informing me they don’t take on new patients.

I have been going to this facility for two years now and every experience has been a pleasant one. Dr. Boehr is very good and answering questions and the office staff is always very personable and make me feel comfortable. I communicate with everyone through MyChart and I always get an answer within that day or the next one. I highly recommend Dr. Boehr and his staff for any health care needs that may arise.

Pretty tired of constantly being in the dark about stuff. Was told a call back in 24 hours and we are now close to 48. I am sure no call back is coming because this is not the first time its happened. I just am trying to refill a medication I needed. Good luck carving your way through to actually see someone who can help. I once tried to make an appointment and they told me there is a 2 month wait, not kidding.

Absolutely horrible money hungry greedy people. carle health taking over for dr masood was the worst decision they could have made.

I cant stand this place. I come here only for my depo provera shot, which they only did successfully once. The second time they scheduled my appointment a day early so I when I came in for the shot I wasnt allowed to get it. I showed up with it for literally nothing. So I rescheduled and they canceled my appointment. They offered to reschedule a month after my shot was do because that was the closest open appointment before 2 pm. Its called birth control. Youre supposed to take it on a regular basis, not a month after it was due. You would think they could figure that out. I actually have no idea what to do. I guess Ill give it to myself.

My boyfriend has been active duty military for 13 years. He was sent home from advanced tactical operating training for an injured ankle. He told her what happened, as he had the ED doctors, and many others. I’m a professional in the medical field and was horrified by her response of “come up with a better story that that.” I will be contacting the office tomorrow and complaining. Despicable as a healthcare provider, especially to those in service.

This has to be the worst place I’ve ever been to. Constantly dropping the ball. Don’t want to work with you. Been trying to get a approval from my insurance for a medication I need to be on and my doctors staff couldn’t even fill out the paperwork correctly so it was denied and haven’t been able to take a dose in 3 weeks! Sent messages in and not getting any response back. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!

Dr. Boehr is amazing very personable and truly cares and listens. Hes punctual and pleasant. Highly recommended even one of my coworkers was telling me how great he is.

Unprofessional office staff, very bad phone etiquette. Huge turn off when youre trying to get established with a doctor. We will not go here.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming to me and my family. Ive been coming here for yearsand the staff & DRs are so nice & help us out a lot.

Great personal service and timely responses to all questions and procedures. Very pleased with results from rehab services there also.
