Had an issue with a prescription refill. After speaking to the pharmacy I was referred to the nurse manager.While speaking to the nurse manager, she informed me that someone at this location dropped the ball and didn’t contact me as they should have and that I had to come in for blood work. Scheduled an appointment for the same day, 11/28/2022.Came in for my scheduled appointment and signed in with the front desk person, she is unpleasant and very unprofessional.At no time during my visit did the nurse manager ask to speak with me in person about what occurred.I will be taking further action and seeking to find care elsewhere.GB

The worst doctors I have ever been too. It just feels sickly in the temple hills and the Benning rd location. They are extremely ghetto. They do not care about patients. I called the other day because I had a headache. The lady said why are you calling here what do want us to do. And I’m like isn’t this a doctors office. And she said yea but what do you want us to do. I felt extremely embarrassed for calling my doctors and hung up. That was the Benning rd location.

Hate to give this place 1 star because I’ve been coming here for years. BUT new Dr. Or who ever the lady who treats patience, she’s very unfriendly and rude. ALSO not professional talking about patients in the lobby while the patients are still there!Hope they change staff!

Went here with gf to get checked out. Was supposed to be free then I received a 285 dollar bill. I contacted them and was told that was an error and they would take care of it. After 4 attempts and over a year of trying to get this bill handled, It still hadnt been. Do not go to this place!

I love this place I love every one that works there they dont look down on you and my son doctor she is AWESOME when I first went there she say everything will be ok and I trust her and it was Alright and it is still Alright thanks again

My doctor leeka Doonquah is awesome I would recommend her to anyone
