Planned Parenthood - Washington Health Center

Went in for an IUD removal and got other services while I was there. IUD removal was quick and painless, the ladies were very helpful and caring. I was given a lot of information about pregnancy planning when i mentioned that was the reason for removal. Overall a lovely set of ladies who will make you comfortable and get you taken care of. Wait times are about an hour but that is to be expected

I usually have no problems at this location. I arrived around 4:45 on Wednesday and they were closed. Yet on the website, it says they are open until 6:30? Please update this to avoid wasting patients time.

I definitely got the help I needed but the nurse practitioner and one other of the staff had an unnecessary attitude. Apparently I cannot ask a minor question for mere clarification without receiving attitude in response. For a place thats supposed to be like a haven for us young women, these women on staff sure worked hard at making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Very nice and clean staff little longer wait but worth it!

The physician at this establishment is AMAZING I have been to three different physician and honestly she is great, she listens to what your needs and wants are and will help to her best ability.edit: I still think the physician is amazing however,I had an 10 oclock appointment today and was waiting outside the building at 9:50. I was the first one in and filled out a form. I only came for birth control and ended up waiting an hour for others to be seen first. not only was I last, i wasnt seen because I live 30min away and have to pick up my children at 11:15. I tried to ask how long and the receptionist said she would ask then just sat there and stared in my face. Very disgusting, wont be back!

Dont even bother, site tells you to just walk in and they tell me no walk ins???? On top of that you got 8 people just standing around talking and not one of them want to help. What a waste of time

The doctor is very rude, not helpful, doesn’t explain anything, and seems like she’s just trying to get you out. No compassion when you’re in pain from their test. Extremely long waits for the doctor, and then to check out to leave. Would recommend literally anywhere else.

Someone below me said the doctor, she is NOT a doctor is a nurse practitioner and she really needs her license revoked. She is extremely rude where it makes you uncomfortable and she seems like she doesnt want to be bother and her attitude is sooo bad that it made me sick when I got in my car. She clearly shows NO care for you doesnt say hi, bye, or thank you. I cant imagine working around her all day. I would shoot myself in the head. Very very very nasty, she acts like u are bothering her. Im an older lady in my mid 40s and Ive seen somethings, but this lady here tops the cake on unprofessionalism.

I walked in and immediately witnessed the doctor growling at the receptionist and loudly bemoaning all the other staff...When alone her bedside manner was gruff and dismissive. I left the appointment feeling less informed than when I went in, disrespected and embarrassed. This woman shouldn’t be practicing medicine she should be giving spelling tests and hitting children with rulers.

The staff was amazing and attentive. They never made me feel wierd at all, considering Ive never been to a pp before.

I have been going there for years and I go today. They tell me that they dont have a page in my records. They have me fill it out again and it is the paper with all my insurance info and personal info like SS number if they did not have this info how were they billing all these years. That makes me think they lost it witch I am not happy about and when I get asked questions they do not like to give answers very disappointed

Very rude to my girlfriend. Who was scared to even go. Horrible place
