Shady grove Chesterbrook location has my heart! The front desk staff are some of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met, very helpful and kind. It was always pleasant walking in. The nurses are all so helpful in the back, whether it’s questions or help with extra supplies they all go above and beyond, especially Nurse Sarah and Kellie. Dr. Sasson easily became one of my favorite people to see. He is extremely kind, patient and understanding. He explained everything exactly how it would be, and always took care of me and my partner. He called to check on us even after nurses called and was so attentive to what we needed. I felt like he genuinely cared for us and I will continue to keep him in the loop of our now successful pregnancy!! Truly love him and his staff can not thank everyone enough!!!

I had a great and smooth experience in SGF. Dr. Sasson is very calm, knowledgeable and supportive. He explained all the details very well. I also liked my nurse Stacey a lot - her communication was always super fast, and even when she was out of office, other nurses would step up and answered all my questions. All the appointments and procedures were provided on time.

I honestly had a great experience with the clinic and all of the staff. BUT, I could never get them to transfer my health records after requesting it many different ways including through the portal referral section with the referral paperwork.Due this my new OB (because you cannot stay here through your entire pregnancy) could not see any of my results or ultrasounds. Therefore I had a small amount of time to get a dating scan with my new OB.This cause a whole new slew of issues with scheduling, insurance, and cost me more money.While I am grateful for the tests performed by Dr Vitez and for them putting me on medication this clinic has now caused me immense stress when that is the last thing I need.

The entire team at Shady Grove Chesterbrook was amazing. From our first appointment, Dr. Sasson was so knowledgeable and explained things in a way that helped us understand the process down to each detail. This entire experience is so emotional but he does a great job of presenting you with the facts and your options and letting you decide what’s best for your family - without putting any emotion into it, which we greatly appreciated. When we “graduated”, we were SO excited but also sad to leave the nurses who had taken such great care of us. Thank you to the team for your patience and support throughout the process, and for giving us our greatest gift! If you are in a position where you have to consider fertility treatments, I would absolutely recommend the team at Shady Grove Chesterbrook!!

My HSG experience at Chesterbrook was exceptional! Quick and painless procedure in a beautiful facility. Bri and Kat were professional and very sweet. They made me feel really comfortable. I would recommend this office for this procedure. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

First time I had to go to this location- the front office staff came across as quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable. There was also a dog behind the desk which was not very considerate for people who have allergies. The clinical staff felt very rushed, the ultrasound was uncomfortable and afterwards was told “if you would have emptied your bladder I wouldn’t have had to push so hard.” …. No one said anything about emptying the bladder prior to the exam ? And she could have stopped and had me pee and then continue the process ? Just disappointed as I’ve had such good experiences at other SGF locations.

Deeply disappointed! The staff have no regards or care for patients with respect to the billing and costs! I was scheduled for a specific date and testing, additional testing was ordered by mistake! They billed my insurance and kept sending me the bills for remaining balance, for a testing that must not have been ordered to begin with! My nurse kept telling me that they were going to take care of it but yet the billing department kept sending me the same bill! Still working on resolving the matter! Multiple phone calls, long wait times! Absolutely unprofessional!

SGF - Chesterbrook was the best thing that ever happened to us. After being referred by my OB after recurrent loss, I was scared at the thought of needing a fertility clinics help. But from day 1, the intake process couldn’t be easier and more sensitive to our situation.From there I was assigned a nurse and doctor - two individuals that would later become a huge support system for my husband and I and two people I feel comfortable in calling my advocates and now friendsMy nurse Stacey was never not available. From follow up phone calls to the message portal system - I never felt alone. She knew every answer to every question and responded within hours, sometimes minutes. This is not normal and not something you will find at any fertility clinic I have found. Fast forward to my discharge Apt she and I have become friends and have made lifelong impacts on one another.My doctor, Dr. Brianna Schumacher was no different. She made herself available to me always and always approached my case from an individualistic approach - constantly adjusting based on what my history was and how I was responding to whatever the protocol was. The amount of communication I received directly from her, especially following retrieval and transfer, was incredible. I’ve never felt so important.This is how every patient should feel at their fertility clinic. It can be a very daunting thought to need a fertility clinic and it’s the people who put you at ease. I never felt uncomfortable at SFG - not one time - and I’ve seen many different nurses, NPs, PAs. Everyone made me feel comfortable to both laugh and cry with them. I never felt like I was bothering ANYONE with my portal message questions and I ALWAYS got a response quickly. Because of that I felt hugely supported, advocated for, and honestly like everyone was rooting for my success.

Had a consult in July, I forget her name though. The office itself is clean and relaxing. I was turned off when I sat for nearly 20 minutes waiting for the doctor. Had consult, and she immediately told me I NEEDED to do IVF. (Never had any imaging, bloodwork, etc. done so unsure as to why she came to this conclusion). She sent me on my way with no insight to my situation or next steps. Extremely confusing since I had no idea what to expect. I was also told my insurance covered the consultation, but am still getting billed from SGF. I ended up moving on to another provider and couldn’t be happier.Update:Replying to the generic reply from SGF: save it. I have 0 desire to reach out to you, when you have an issue with my review or actually cared you could’ve called or emailed me directly. I’m not removing my HONEST review.

After being told I’d never be able to have children with my own DNA by a previous doctor, I was almost ready to give up. I came to SGF to discuss using donor eggs. After a quick assessment, Dr Schumacher told me I had a great chance of using my own eggs. She switched up my protocol and got 13 eggs on my first retrieval. I now have two beautiful children thanks to SGF. Always get a second opinion. Always trust your gut. Everyone here was absolutely fantastic, kind, empathetic and wonderful. I’ll never stop loving SGF! Thank you for making my dreams come true.

Dr. Sasson and the whole staff were absolutely professional but most importantly for me, also very sensitive and mindful of the emotional elements of the fertility process. I always felt respected, heard and understood. Difficult information was delivered objectively and with care. My husband and I always felt well informed at every decision point and the staff was always very helpful with any questions, medical or admin related. I went to Shady Grove after having started my fertility journey at a different place were my experience was simply incredibly transactional. I am very glad I went to Shady Grove and got to meet Dr. Sasson! We are now expecting a wonderful Baby girl.

Im so grateful for Dr. Sasson and his amazing team! I had PCOS and was struggling to get pregnant. Dr. Sasson recommended IVF, and he and his team planned everything out for us. Thanks to their incredible efforts, Im now three months pregnant. I cant thank them enough!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Shady Grove. I have worked with Dr. Sasson, his god send of a nurse Chelsea, and sooooo many other nurses such as Kelly Y (ily!!), Erica, Carrie and more. Even their anesthesiologist is phenomenal and makes you feel at ease. I’m beyond thankful we have such an amazing clinic near us to utilize. You’ll no longer feel like a number here, you’ll feel like you are apart of a family. Being in the medical field myself, I know how rare it is to come upon a site that not only wishes your dreams will come true, but they will actually do everything physically possible to make it happen.💕

Our family planning experience at Shady Grove in Chesterbrook was heartwarming. With the help of SG we were able to bring our beautiful daughter into the world. Everyone we encountered there; from the front desk staff, nurses, ultrasound techs and beyond were always kind and rooting for our success. Our nurses/doctors always listened to and valued our questions and concerns and allowed us to choose our own path while providing us with their expert advice. Would (and already have) recommend SG to anyone looking to start or expand their family!

I have low ovarian reserve so we decided to go straight to IVF. I did indeed get pregnant from the protocols prescribed on the first FET which I am very grateful for however, I suffered a miscarriage at 7 weeks. I enjoyed my experience with the clinic, Dr. Sasson, and my nurse Megan up until that point. After being shown there was no longer a gestational sac and that I indeed suffered a miscarriage, I was told that a nurse was going to “schedule” for Dr. Sasson to call me in 3 days and I would need to get my blood drawn for my HCG levels in 3 weeks. The call came in 3 days with no follow up to see how I was doing from Dr. Sasson or my nurse Megan after. I even asked my nurse Megan for miscarriage resources such as support groups and/or counseling services and she said she would look into it and get back to me however, she never did. I did happen to find those resources on my own on the Shady Grove website (which no patient should have to do) and informed her that I did and her reply was “I’m glad you found a group.” I understand Shady Grove Fertility is in the business of making babies however, sometimes this journey includes loss and after spending almost a year with this office, I expected to be treated with better care and empathy. Not only was my mental, physical, and emotional health not checked on, I didn’t receive so much as $1 store card. I was happy that the office manager David reached out to me and listened to my concerns however, I will not continue care with Dr. Sasson or this office however, I do hope me bringing my experience and suggestions to their attention changes things for the next patient that suffers a miscarriage at this office or gives someone else the opportunity to choose a different team or location.

I cant say enough amazing things about this place ! From the staff to the medical care everyone and everything was amazing. I came here for unexplained infertility. We ended up doing IUI and with one try became pregnant ! We now have a healthy beautiful baby girl ! Dr. KALLEN was the one who did my iui - he is absolutely amazing. A man of few words lol but has professionalism and respect. Im so happy I chose to come to shadygrove. I wish all the women who come here and are struggling with infertility the best of luck!

I really cant say enough good things about SGF and Dr Sasson. After being disappointed by other fertility clinics in the area, I went to Dr Sasson at Shady Grove to start our IVF process. Dr Sasson is warm while also being up front about our best options and explains everything incredibly thoroughly. We love Dr Sasson and would recommend him to anyone struggling with infertility. The entire nursing care team is so helpful and communicative. You can always get in touch with someone if you have a question or concern which was not my experience elsewhere. They take the time to listen to your questions and I never felt rushed. The front desk and billing are also incredibly helpful.

We cant thank Shady grove enough! We went through a difficult time getting pregnant and found out I had PCOS. We went through IVF. And our first ivf cycle we got pregnant with our 1st baby (son).Because of the lovely people and our doctor (Dr. Schumacher) at SGF (Chesterbrook) we have our beautiful miracle. Our son is now a healthy 7 month old who laughs, babbles, and has 2 teeth!

I cannot recommend SGF more. The staff, specially Dr. Sasson, was outstanding. Very friendly, supportive, professional. Dr. Sassons bedside manner and style of educating his clients is excellent and he was always the doctor we saw, as promised. We had one frustrating situation with one nurse that made a couple of errors in communication and that was handled really well by Dr and staff and we were quickly reassigned to a new nurse, everything went smoothly after that. This was a much more personal and overall better experience than other Drs wed seen in the past.

Dr. Sasson and his team are amazing! Im so glad I came to SG Chesterbrook. After a disappointing cycle at another clinic, I was afraid to try again but Dr. Sasson is clearly the best. He is very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and compassionate. He cares about all of his patients and will do his absolute most to ensure your success. He is 100% committed to your care and takes ownership for your monitoring and procedures. I felt supported every step of the way by Dr. Sasson and my incredible nurse, Nikki. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sasson, Nikki, my nurse and SGF Chesterbrook. I knew from our very first meeting with Dr. Sasson that we were in the very best hands. For the first time in a very long time, I felt hopeful again. I was at another fertility clinic much closer to home and it didn’t even compare to the care and compassion I received from everyone at SGF. I learned more about what could potentially be preventing me from getting pregnant in a 45 minute zoom call with Dr. Sasson than I did from 8 months at my previous clinic. We made countless 2 hour drives for monitoring over the summer because we trusted Dr. Sasson and his awesome team. He gave us our miracle baby boy that we can’t wait to meet this coming July. We truly believe that we would not be where we are today without them. We are so very grateful and would recommend SGF and Dr. Sasson to everyone! Our only regret is that we didn’t find him sooner.

Our experience at Shady Grove in Chesterbrook was excellent from start to finish. We met with Dr. Sasson for over an hour on the initial consultation. He took his time explaining everything from our possible diagnosis, the tests and procedures that would take place and the various options we had at trying to conceive. He was approachable, kind and patient with all of our questions.Nikki was our nurse who was available to answer any and all of our questions. She answered emails promptly, returned phone calls quickly and always was gracious and compassionate whenever we met in the office. When she was not available for any reason, Jamie, Abbie and Elyse were all equally as wonderful and helpful!The receptionist, Nina, was always kind and courteous and scheduling was always a breeze. My husband and I both work full time so they always did their best to work with us when planning out appointment times.Infertility is not an easy road and not all procedures work for everyone but the Shady Grove team was always kind, respectful and optimistic. When news was not good, Dr. Sasson called us directly and was always supportive and encouraging. Dr. Sasson did help us successfully conceive within a year of our first appointment with him and I am almost 16 weeks pregnant now! We could not be more thrilled! When it comes time for us to conceive our next child, I would not even consider seeing anyone else but Dr. Sasson and his staff.

I can not say enough good things about Shady Grove Fertility! Dr. Sasson is an amazing doctor. After 5 years of infertility and 11 rounds of unsuccessful treatments at another clinic, we sought a second option at Shady Grove. Our biggest regret is not going to SGF sooner. After only two rounds of fertility treatment we had success!Dr. Sasson is a genius. I knew as soon as I met him, this experience was going to be different from other clinics we had tried. I felt comfortable, listened to for once and like I had a plan that was actually going to work. He tailored a custom treatment plan based on my history. The difference at SGF is one doctor and nurse follows you throughout the entire treatment. You’ll have different nurses run lab work and ultrasounds, but only one doctor make decisions about your treatment. This avoids inconsistencies, creates better communication and ultimately makes a difference in the outcome.Nikki was my nurse and she is the sweetest! She checks in you, stays on top of everything and doesn’t miss a beat. Nina at the front desk knows patients by name. Elyse did many of my ultrasounds and she’s so knowledgeable, answers all your questions and is very compassionate. The whole staff is just wonderful! We can’t thank them enough.

My husband and I had, in total, 3 separate procedures at this office. The staff and physicians are great. The embryologist was also very nice. Everyone answered our questions and put our minds at ease during the IVF process.

My experience with Shady Grove was eh. If you want IVF, then they may be the place for you. They definitely push IVF from the get-go regardless of your need. I will hand it to Shady Grove, they did get our preliminary meeting, bloodwork, and diagnostic tests scheduled quite quickly. Outside of that though, I was not thrilled.In the first meeting they basically diagnosised me with PCOS which was fabulous for answers, but then did nothing about it. They brought up the risk of developing ovarian cancer if PCOS is not taken care of, then did nothing to help. When I brought up my concerns, they said how they had to figure out myself and my husband before they could come up with a plan. As it takes two to make a baby. I obviously understood that, but didnt understand why something wasnt being done in the meantime for me. The c word is terrifying to hear.My husband had a slightly low sperm analysis and then was sent for further testing. They never explained what they were doing until it was done. When the second sperm analysis was a wash test, and the numbers came back bad, they barely explained it but pretty much told my husband things did not look good. When he got upset and I called to get answers, they said men take an ego hit when these things happen and that he had gotten pouty on the phone. I told them he wasnt pouty just heartbroken and confused. When we complained about this treatment, they did have the care coordinator apologize.They referred my husband to a urologist. Which told him everything looked fine, but IVF would still be our best chance. All of this and they still hadnt come up with a plan for me. I decided to go to another popular fertility clinic nearby at the suggestion of a friend. Within 24 hours of my initial appointment at the other clinic I had a plan, medication, and started a timed intercourse cycle. My husband and I never got our official plan from Shady Grove due to how long they took and the fact we just moved forward with the other clinic.The other clinic addressed my concern about ovarian cancer in our first meeting, and Im happy to say I am 26 weeks pregnant after our first cycle with the other clinic. No need for IVF or IUI, as implied by Shady Grove. Just a medication to help with my PCOS, and letrozole to encourage follicles to grow.The nurses and doctors were always professional at Shady Grove, but in the end they did not assist us in our infertility.

We are so grateful to have Dr. Sasson coaching us through the journey of infertility. He is very respectful of our wishes, and cares about bringing each patient to success in their dreams of a family! It looks like a long journey, but we have hope after coming here!!

My husband & I have been so pleased with our care at the Shady Grove Chesterbrook office. From the receptionist to financial counselor and the nurses, we have felt so cared for. The staff at Shady Grove takes care of everything and really helps to spell out for the patient each step of testing , treatment & what to expect.We have so much respect for Dr. Sasson and his approach to treating infertility. He does a great job explaining infertility as a whole and the purpose behind each treatment. In doing all of my research, I have gained more trust in his care and decisions. It is such a blessing to have a physician and entire team that we have so much confidence in!

My husband and I loved working with our nurse, Kaitlyn K, and Dr. Isaac Sasson on our infertility journey. They made the IVF process (which is daunting and mentally/physically challenging) streamlined, as pleasant as possible, and most importantly, personalized. During both the exciting and happy moments and the sad and frustrating times, we felt supported and knew that Dr. Sasson cared deeply about our emotional well-being and respected our patient autonomy. His intelligence, evidence-based practice, dedication to his patients, and calming bedside demeanor put our minds at ease and reassured us at every step that we had chosen the right clinic and practitioner. This is my second time choosing Dr. Sasson for fertility treatment. While many factors go into whether treatment is successful, both times I was treated by Sasson and his team, I got pregnant on the first try. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The IVF process is already physically and financially draining. Having a team who is on it, answers questions, and uplifts their patients helps to be able to handle the stressors that much better. I have now graduated to my OB/GYN for the rest of this pregnancy, and will miss this team.

Dr. Sasson and the staff at Shady Grove Fertility are the very reason I am now pregnant with my first baby after 6 years of trying to conceive (only 1 year with Shady Grove). My experience as Dr Sasson’s patient was something that has changed my life forever, in the very best way. Dr. Sasson is the doctor that every patient deserves - tremendously skilled while deeply humble, devoted to his patients, kind, patient, and deeply reassuring. The choice to undergo IVF therapy is not one that any couple makes lightly - it is a commitment emotionally, financially, and for the patient - a physical journey that can be challenging at times. At every step in the process, I felt seen, heard, and cared for. I know Dr Sasson and his team were doing everything possible to see a successful outcome for me and for my family. And as I now await the birth of my son, I am endlessly grateful to have walked this path with this wonderful doctor and his fantastic team.

For our first appointment I wasnt sure what to expect. I assumed it would be like many doctors offices - somewhat cold and impersonal. I could not have been more wrong. From the moment we got there it felt like we were part of the Shady Grove family. Every staff member ( and I mean every single staff member) was warm and inviting and treated you as if youd been friends for years. I could tell they truly enjoyed helping patients reach their fertility goals and would do whatever was necessary to help. After your consultation you get a dedicated nurse that you can reach out to for anything, no matter how big or small. Anytime I called I either reached her immediately, or she called me back within the hour. They also have a financial advisor who helps with all the confusing insurance questions. After two months of treatments, we found out I was pregnant. Not only are they wonderful people, but they know exactly what they are doing. I hope that in the future I wont need fertility treatments, but if I do, I will absolutely be going back to Shady Grove.

Dr. Sasson is the best Doctor I have ever been too, regardless of specialty. His knowledge, demeanor, and genuine concern for achieving his patients goals is very special. My husband and I went to Dr. Sasson after having two early miscarriages (chemical pregnancies) and an inconclusive HSG. I was beyond nervous at the first appointment. My nerves were quickly put to rest after our first consult, which was two hours, since Dr. Sasson took the time to listen to all of our history, ask us meaningful questions, and have a dialogue. Dr. Sasson put everything into context and explained all of the various tests and procedures he wanted us to do so we could eliminate potential causes of the miscarriages. We felt fully informed, and after the consult we were able to quickly start scheduling tests and for the first time in a year, my husband and I felt like we had a plan, and it gave us some control (which as you know, infertility makes you feel like you have zero control, so it was a very welcome feeling). We were assigned a Nurse, Financial Counselor, and also told that we could reach out to Dr. Sasson or our Nurse whenever needed (so nice to know they are accessible). After lots of testing, we determined that we would have to use IVF because my tubes were fully blocked. It is an emotional and scary process, but I felt like I was in it with family and became very close with Dr. Sasson and the entire staff at Shady Grove. I dont know who was more excited when we had our first ultrasound - my husband and I or Dr. Sasson and Team. We are 11 weeks right now, and have had three successful and healthy ultrasounds so far!!! I know this may sound over the top, and I dont usually take the time to write reviews but I wanted to share my experience as I know how pivotal of a decision this was for my husband and I. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Sasson at Shady Grove and make the decision for yourself. The concept of having to seek fertility treatment is so overwhelming, I cant imagine having gone to a different practice. I would recommend him to my friends, family, or basically anyone who will listen. :)

I have mixed feelings. I love the communication with my nurse who is so sweet and responds quickly. She gets me appointments quick as well and explained everything out. I just am slightly disappointed that I haven’t met my nurse, coordinator or dr in person at all and that is the whole care team. This process is very isolating at home with “when are you having kids” questions and pregnancy announcements, medications that make you emotional- so it would be nice to have that personal relationship with the care team. Oh I also never got a call from my financial counselor I’ve always had to reach out to see what costs would be. They only call me for me to pay them.Edit: I started out with 3 stars. My experience here is how it is at every clinic but I feel like they took my feedback and changed things for my personal experience. I now have a 4 month old. The precious financial coordinator had since been let go as well.

Dr. Sasson and the staff at Shady Grove are outstanding! From my very first appointment, I felt so comfortable. Dr. Sasson genuinely cares about his patients, and really takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. My miracle babygirl was born in May 2020, and I will be forever grateful that I chose Dr. Sasson and Shady Grove Fertility to make my dream of becoming a mother come true.

I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Sasson and the entire Shady Grove team. I was ALWAYS treated with an incredible sense of respect for my time, my emotions, and my body. The availability of the staff was a huge comfort throughout each step of our process - no question was too silly and no process took too much time to re-explain. All in all, we were given a lot of hope, in a realistic and genuine sense. I truly feel they cared about me and my family and I never doubted that we were great hands!

I am a two-time graduate of Shady Grove Fertility, Chesterbrook and I cant say enough good things about everyone in the office, from the lovely receptionists, to all of the nurses and especially Dr. Sasson. Seriously the nicest people and the most capable phlebotomists (which was important to me since I hate blood draws and there were many!) We felt very comfortable and confident in Dr. Sasson and his team all the way through. When the first round of ovulation induction protocol wasnt successful, Dr. Sasson was quick to adjust and try a different medication for the next round that I responded even better to and that did the trick!

The volume of positive reviews here already speaks for itself, but Ill add one more! I cant say enough good things about Shady Grove in Chesterbrook. Dr. Sasson is everything people said in other reviews - he has the best bedside manners of probably any doctor Ive seen in any capacity; he spent over an hour and a half with us in our initial consult and looked through my huge stack of papers one by one. He was kind, sensitive, extremely knowledgeable, and always made us feel like we were in control of our own decisions and not pressured. If it werent for the confidence we felt after meeting with him, Im not sure we would have continued our fertility journey but here we are, 15 weeks into a healthy pregnancy. I have to add high praise for our nurse, Kaitlyn, who was incredibly responsive, helpful and pleasant, and certainly cant leave out Elise, our ultrasound tech, who was also just a delight every week. We felt incredibly well cared for here and I hated to graduate! I also appreciated the protocols and precautions around Covid-19. Cant recommend highly enough!

Carrie who answers the phone at Chesterbrook office is rude and unempathetic. She never let me finish my sentence. She would interrupt me by asking who my nurse is and transfers me to that nurse voice mail immediately. When i called the office I usually had medication questions for a nurse because my primary nurse was off. The receptionists here before Carrie came were empathetic. This IVF procedure is stressful enough for me. Unempathetic people like Carrie shouldn’t work in an ivf clinic.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Sasson and his team at SGF in chesterbrook. After 6 years of unexplained infertility and trying at the other top clinics in the country we landed at SGF with much hesitation as we were already pursuing surrogacy. We did a new round of IVF and I am currently pregnant with the first transfer. It is a miracle and I attribute the success to Dr. Sassons openess and collaborative approach. He worked with me on trying out newer protocols but also held me back when that information wasnt backed by science. He always explained everything to me in great detail and I never felt shy asking him questions or setting up times to go over any other concerns. He has a wonderful bedside manner and genuinely cares for his patients and is invested in their personal success. His team at chesterbrook right from the receptionists Nina and Veronica to his nurse Kaitlyn and Nurse practitioner Elysee are all absolutely wonderful! They always made my life easier and never just treated me as a patient. I was always so happy to see them all and highly recommend this clinic to anyone going through infertility.

Its difficult to express how grateful we are to Dr. Sasson and his wonderful staff. I came to SGF after a bad experience at another clinic and could see the different right away. Dr. Sasson spent a full hour with us at our first appointment, and I felt like we finally understood our treatment options. After two IUI and one IVF cycle, I am now six months pregnant with a little baby girl.Dr. Sasson and his staff are truly one of a kind -- they put their patients first and really care. I dont miss the treatments,but I miss the people at this clinic!

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Dr. Sasson and the entire team at Shady Grove Fertility Chesterbrook. The entire staff was friendly and made you feel comfortable. Dr. Sasson took the time to listen to what we had to say, our concerns, our fears, etc. He took the time to explain all of our options, test results, etc. When one treatment didnt work, he explained what our further options were. He always took the time to listen to and answer our questions. He wrote everything down for us so I didnt have to take notes. The team of nurses at Shady Grove Chesterbrook are also amazing. I have a major fear of needles, unfortunately needles are the majority of fertility treatments. The nurses made me feel comfortable enough to use needles and to get my blood drawn on a regular basis. I cannot say enough good things about everyone from the front desk, Hi Nina!, to the nurses, Shout out to Nikki, Abbey, Peggy, Elyse, and Lisa, everyone was amazing to work with. We will continue to recommend Shady Grove and Dr. Sasson to everyone struggling to conceive.

Dr. Sasson is amazing. He was recommended to me by a friend and she insisted I made an appointment with him after struggling with secondary infertility. My husband and I were impressed by Dr. Sasson right away, during our first appointment. Not only he is a talented and experienced physician, he is also a very warm, compassionate and driven person who made us feel more knowledgeable and hopeful. The plan that he devised for us was very detailed and I loved that. We had help all the time throughout the whole process and ended up having twin girls, the loves of our lives. I can not recommend Dr. Sasson enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Shady Grove and everyone I worked with from the front desk, financial counselors, doctors, and nurses. Communication was AMAZING from day 1, I NEVER had to wait more than 10 minutes for any appt, scheduling was easy, instructions were clear, and everyone was so so so nice, patient, and caring. I was very stressed and intimidated starting the IVF process, but they made each step seem so easy. I feel extremely lucky.

My experience was amazing after over 12 years trying to have a baby and and other facilities saying I could never have babies after having cervical cancer. There staff and doctors and all made me feel at home and gave me the hope and attention I found no were else. Today I am in love with my 2 month baby boy. I highly recommend Shady Grove Fertility’s Chesterbrook office! Although Dr. Sasson was our main doctor, we saw all of the doctors in the clinic. Everyone was extremely professional, took their time explaining everything, and provided information in a way that was honest and clear. Dr. Sasson spent a tremendous amount of time with us over the course of our treatments, making sure we were informed in every step of the way. We appreciated his honest feedback and his ability to put us at ease when discussing difficult information. We also felt that our treatment was specified to our needs and we didn’t feel as if we were being given a cookie cutter plan. Things were adjusted as needed and I always felt that the doctors were on top of my case.Nina, who is the main receptionist, is wonderful. She greeted me everyday with a smile, despite it often being prior to 7AM. She was encouraging and did an excellent job learning everyone’s faces and names. The phlebotomy staff were also excellent. I’ve heard horror stories of other people being poked and prodded at other clinics, but I never had any issues.After several IUIs, egg retrieval, ERA, and two FETs, we are pregnant and due in October. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for the Chesterbrook office.

Weve been SGF patients in Chesterbrook for nearly 16 months and have had a really great experience. All of the nurses were hugely helpful and encouraging, especially Jess handling our treatment schedules and appointment follow-up. We worked with both Dr. Sasson and Dr. Schumacher who are thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive. But our day to day contact throughout the journey was our NP Elyse, who went above and beyond for us from day 1 and who well be eternally grateful to for helping us navigate this journey. Whether talking us through pros and cons of procedures, or emailing assurances when we were worried about symptoms or cycle levels, or squeezing us in for appointments when wed hit rock bottom, she was the champion and support system that made surviving this tumultuous time possible. She is a true testament to what Id consider the Cadillac of care and youll be in the best of hands if you choose SGF Chesterbrook.

What I appreciated most about Dr. Sasson aside from his overall experience and extensive knowledge is how direct he was. He was supportive, yet honest even when the news wasnt the kind of news you were expecting to hear. Every recommendation he made was necessary to help us get closer to success. Ive had success twice now with IVF/ICSI and Shady Grove. First time we were very lucky, the second time we had to endure 4 losses before getting our second miracle. This can work for you, listen and do as you are told when working with Dr. Sasson, he really does know what is best!

I would stay clear of this place. I had many unfortunate interactions with them, the most memorable was with one of the nurses, dark hair- Nikki was her name. She was such a Karen. She would give me unkind replies, one time in particular I was trying to understand my specific situation and she just said, youre not going to get pregnant. Now judge for yourself if that is something that a fertility nurse at the fertility clinic you are patronizing should say to their patient. I found her to be very mean and unkind with very dead eyes. Dr. Sasson, performed a procedure on me knowing I had fibroids and as a result it would yield no results. Perhaps thats why Karen said what she said.Not only could they care less about me and my outcome, but even worse, they knew there was a very HIGH probability the outcome would be unsuccessful, but rather than educate me they took my money. They have probably done this thousands of times. Theyre Shady alright...SHADY. Its not hard to purchase 5 star reviews, you can find them for sale on Fiverr.Reply to Response from Owner:This is the same canned response you provide to everyone. If you really cared about the experiences of your patients you wouldnt send out these canned responses. You have very rude and uncaring staff. Thankfully I didnt spend huge sums of money with you. For everyone else, do a google search of this place, you will find real reviews and some interesting lawsuits.

We cannot say enough amazing things about our experiences at SGF! From the initial consultation to our fertility graduation day, we were kept informed and knew what to expect every step along the way. They assign patients with a specific nurse for each step of the process so you know exactly who youll be communicating with which made it a breeze! We are so very grateful and will be returning for future pregnancies!

My wife and I were able to get successfully pregnant due to the help of Dr. Sasson and his amazing team. Admittedly, I was very concerned about costs, transparency and eduction coming into this process and I was absolutely blown away by the level of detail Dr. Sasson pays to his clients. Hes involved throughout the entire process, poses information very realistically and breaks it down in laymans terms. Its also abundantly clear that he and his team cares deeply about their clients success.I see a few 1 star reviews due to wait time. This was never an issue for us. The office staff was great from the front desk staff checking you in and out, the phlebotomist Crystal is amazing, as well as their ultrasound techs. The only problem we ran into with the office is not being able to get a hold of the billing office and when you finally do they talk down to you and have to resubmit things 2 or 3 times before it is done correctly when you have two insurances. We are still waiting for the billing department to get back to is and that was 3 weeks ago but they can keep sending the same bill you are waiting to get fixed.

I highly recommend SGF in Chesterbrook. My husband and I had done fertility treatments in the past at a different facility and wish we would have found SGF sooner. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There were not long wait times. My nurse Nikki, physician assistant Elyse, and Dr. Sasson were a great team and answered all our questions. We really felt like they cared and were there for us every step of the way. All the staff was wonderful and the facility is well organized. I am so glad we found SGF!

We came to Shady Grove after a terrible experience at Main Line Fertility. The difference is night and day. Shady Grove communication is beyond exceptional. Their entire staff from doctor to receptionist makes everything as clear and comfortable as possible. They really explain things (both medical and financial) with the utmost clarity.We’re not pregnant yet, but give them 5 stars regardless of what happens - I trust their process.

Infertility has effected more and more people around me and it is a very sensitive subject, but it seems that most clinics still look at you as a number and spend the typical 10 minutes with each patient. Infertility deserves more and that is exactly what you get at Shady Grove! You are not a number, from the moment you walk into the door you can see how much they care. Through our time there, we got to know so many wonderful people at the Chesterbrook facility. You are always greeted with a warm smile and hello from Nina, to the nurses taking blood, and doing ultra sounds I never once felt like a number but like part of a family. While the news was the same as our previous clinic had given us, we knew the team would not give up until we reached our goal of parenthood. And they succeeded! And as we are on our journey to parenthood, they still check in from time to time to see how I am doing during my pregnancy, if thats what you want then I urge you to make a consultation at Shady Grove, you will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to go back and grow our family!

I went to 3 other fertility clinics in New Jersey before venturing over the bridge to Shady Grove and I am so glad I did. Dr. Sasson is wonderful! He is compassionate and genuinely concerned about his patients. After many years of unsuccessful IVF attempts ( at other clinics) Dr. Sasson was the first to get me pregnant! He is an amazing doctor!

I could not have asked for better staff to take me through the difficult journey of infertility. SGF medical staff are compassionate and knowledgeable. I especially have to thank Dr. Sasson and my nurse Nikki who was so helpful in coordinating support resources through my journey.

Shady Grove does not support ALL people trying to build families. After reading excellent reviews of Dr. Sasson, I had high hopes for working with him. However, that quickly changed once we had our consultation with him earlier this year. He explained that they do not support infertility treatments on women with high BMI (such as my own) Shady Grove follows strict BMI numbers to determine whether or not someone is capable of receiving treatments such as IUI and IVF- a decision not even based on any health condition or diagnosis. After going through the basic testing, he concluded there was nothing wrong with me and his advice to my husband & I was to go lose weight before trying to become parents Those who do not struggle with weight may not understand why this is so unbelievably unprofessional and wrong but those that do- I want you to know that there are other fertility clinics in the area far more supportive and helpful to ALL shapes and sizes. After losing a considerable amount of weight and still no success we are currently being treated at a another local network, and undergoing treatments (at a high BMI). There were also several things Dr. Sasson conveniently overlooked in my testing as well that the new facility didnt. Dont allow any Dr. or network to body shame you.

Dr. Sasson is very personable, knowledgeable & honest. He spent over 1.5 hours face to face with me reviewing all of my past cycles & results from 2 previous fertility doctors. He took the time to explain my previous cycles & numbers with me which none of my other doctors had done in the past. He also gave his opinion on what he would have done different with my past cycles. Also, he personally called to give updates on our embryos as well as emailed us when we received our PGS results (which was 3 days before Christmas) He also took the time to call us the following day (the Sat. before Christmas) to discuss PGS results & when we would proceed with our FET. We can’t thank him enough for everything he did for us on our journey to become parents.

I will describe my experience with SGF as worth the time and Fruitful. we were the patients of Dr. Isssac Sasson and all i can say say is that there were two things which were helpful for me to continue. first his patience and the other would be his knowledge. The whole clinical staff from front desk(Nina) to my nurses all of them were so welcoming and cooperating that no one could ask for more than that when you are taking a ride on a roller coaster of infertility.

Shady Grove was recommended to us by a coworker who went to the Chesterbrook location . After not liking the first place we visited for IVF, we decided to try Shady Grove as a last resort. It absolutely changed our mind about the IVF process and we couldn’t be happier. Dr. Martin and our nurse, Abbie, were some of the nicest most caring people we could ask for. The entire staff was nothing but gracious and wonderful during the whole process. I would give Dr. Martin, Abbie and the entire staff 10 stars if I could. If your even thinking about using a different place, forget about it and call Shady Grove and ask for Dr. Martin. You will be happy that you did.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY WANT TO DO ALL THESE EXTRA UNNECESSARY TESTS AND MAKE YOU RE-DO THEM THE WHOLE STAFF IS CONDESCENDING AND TREATS YOU LIKE AN IDIOT. THEY MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE LONG WINDED AND UNCOMFORTABLE. AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE FOR BREATHING IT FEELS LIKE. THEY ARE PUSHY WITH EXTRA TESTING. DONT DO THIS TO YOURSELF.

My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience with Dr. Sasson and his staff. They made the process so comfortable and easy to understand. I always felt like he was in it with us - like we were all on the same team. I would recommend Dr. Sasson to absolutely anybody seeking fertility assistance.

We are from Texas and it was totally worth the travel. Dr. Sasson and the staff were amazing. From the very 1st phone consult we knew Dr. Sasson was the doctor for us to help complete our family. We had a couple medical hurdles and Dr. Sasson helped us navigate them with ease. Currently 11 weeks pregnant!

Cannot recommend Shady Grove enough! Every single person at this location is an absolute gem, which is very important because you will visit a lot throughout an infertility journey!! Being graduated back to my ob/gyn for normal prenatal care was obviously exciting, but also a bit bittersweet because I do miss my doctor, nurses and all the staff at SGF and wish I could continue to see them throughout my pregnancy!

This office is amazing and so welcoming. My husband and I had no idea what to expect. Like many couples, we didn’t expect trying to conceive to be so hard and heart wrenching. We eventually went to my obgyn who recommended this location (which is conveniently 2 minutes from my home). We immediately scheduled a consultation with Dr. Schumacher who is so nice and informative. She goes into depth about everything, which was great for my husband because he didn’t really know all that was involved like I did. She explained everything we could do and was very confident we could succeed. We have already dove into testing and all appointments have been easy and quick. We are now beginning our first IUI process and are very excited. Everyone at this location is so friendly and welcomes you with open arms. They all want one thing for you and that is to succeed in having a baby. I personally have dealt with Bonnie and Anika for my treatment and they are amazing nurses! They will answer any question you have no matter how big or small. We know with the help of these mazing doctors and staff, we will soon have a little one of our own.

(12/08/18) Chesterbrook locationMy first appointment with Shady Grove was in August of 2017. I had just switched from another fertility clinic that had terrible bedside manner, terrible nurses but a pretty nice front desk. That shouldnt be the only positive of an office. So when I called Shady Grove I was nervous that maybe all these clinics are all the same. Im happy to report that they are not.The phone staff was amazingly nice. They got me scheduled quickly and within my schedule. I saw Dr. Callan, and I was delivered the unfortunate news that my BMI was too high to start ttc. Obviously I was heart broken. I suffer from PCOS so weight loss isnt exactly just eating less. It was important to Dr. Callan that I stay regular with my periods so in the interim he gave me progesterone to keep the cycle normal. My previous clinic scolded me about uterine cancer then didnt bother to prescribe me any progesterone.Thankfully, due to a new medication, I was able to lose the weight and begin ttc again. Everyone in the office praised me for my hard work and effort. We got trying in April 2018 and on my first round I got pregnant. Unfortunately, it didnt last and I ended up having a miscarriage. The entire two months worth of blood work and ultrasounds was very trying and the staff at Shady Grove was there for me each step of the way. Chrissie is my nurse coordinator and shes been fabulous. She answers all of my questions and I never feel like Im being rushed off the phone. At one point, the pharmacy I was using really effed up, and I had to make an emergency weekend call for more meds. The weekend staff was quick to respond and I had the meds by that afternoon. When I told Chrissie I didnt want to use them again, she quickly got me in touch with a new pharmacy.Sadly, I have run into more problems from cysts to missing ovulation, so I havent gotten pregnant again, but were still working on it. Dr Callan listens to what I have to say. I told him I wanted to switch meds and no more shots, and as the shots have been offered to me, Shady Grove understands that theyre expensive so they dont push them on me.Over all, I wish I had come here first. The years I wasted at the other clinic could have been spent with Shady Grove. Its hard picking the right clinic, and I hope my review will help others to decide to come here.

I went to one other fertility practice before going to see Dr. Sasson. Dr. Sasson and his staff are wonderful. I had such a positive experience during the whole process. I would recommend Shady Grove to anyone experiencing issues with infertility.

I cant even begin to say enough great stuff about this place and its staff! I have been trying to concieve for 8 years, and also suffer from pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome). I decided to give shady grove chesterbrook office a try because at this point I have nothing left to lose. My dr is dr Issac sasson. Not only is he an amazing dr with one of the best personalities i have ever come across he is filled with all the best information and advice (there was never one question he couldnt answer) he also made me feel like not just a patient but like family! I am currently 8 weeks pregnant expecting my first child. After 2 failed iuis my first round of ivf worked. he never let me lose hope and never let failure become an option after my 2 failed iuis. I can never thank him and his staff enough for all they have done for me and helping me achieve my life long dream of becoming a mom. I am forever grateful and I will truly miss coming to your office and all the great staff. Thank you so much dr sasson and staff! I love you guys!

SGF is a wonderful place and because of them we have a beautiful daughter. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kallen and his team. They explain everything and are more than happy to answer any questions (I had a notebook full lol). My only regret is that I wish we had gone to them sooner.

I generally don’t leave bad reviews however I felt like I really needed to let people know about my experience at Shady Grove before they choose to spend tons of time and money there.My husband and I went in for our intital consultation with Dr. Kallan and our nurse Jamie in August of 2018. We had our blood work and all of that fun stuff done. A couple weeks later Jamie called us with our results. My platelet counts have always been a little low and she told me that we would need to follow up with a hematologist before they began any treatment. She told me that my testosterone levels were a bit high but nothing to worry about because my ultrasound didn’t reflect PCOS. I had recently gotten a new job and didn’t have a ton of time to take off for hematology appointments so we put our fertility journey on hold for a bit and we made the clinic aware of this.After speaking to my ob gyn who I trust completely he told me that it’s alittle silly to make me go to hematology when I’ve been before and everything was fine. He told me to try Main Line Fertility. I made an appointment in February of 2019 with main line and my appointment went great. They had the same panels of blood orders that Shady Grove did. I was anxious to see what my results were so I decided to get a My Quest account with Quest Diagnostics. My new blood work was not in but on my chart I could view all of the bloodwork that Shady Grove had done. ALOT of it was alarming! The next day I placed a call to see if there was a mistake because I wasn’t made aware of these alarming results. I spoke to Jamie who said that everything was fine and that my levels being a little high we’re just because I had PCOS... I told her that she had said I did not have this. She said she’d have the doctor call me. So Dr. Kallan calls me and agrees with me that my bloodwork is extremely off and that I need to follow up with a medical endocrinologist. He said I do not have PCOS and Instead have a birth defect called Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia.So within an hour time span I was diagnosed with PCOS by a nurse who has no idea what she’s doing and then a birth defect by a Dr. who should have made me aware of this immediately but did not. He only made me aware because I called and had to tell him that it’s not right!!!I would highly recommend staying extremely far away from this place.

We worked with Dr. Kallen to get pregnant almost 4 years ago, after having tried on our own for nearly five years with no success. We were lucky and ended up only needing a tiny bit of help compared to the fertility journey of others. However, we were really grateful to be educated on the full spectrum of options before we got started and felt prepared knowing the possible paths our journey could take. We were given honest truths with professional attitudes, but no sugar coating. It really helped us make decisions. Weve been blessed since then to have 2 more children naturally on our own (3 kids under 3!), but credit Shady Grove and Dr. Kallen with jumpstarting our fertility.

I cant say enough good things about shady grove and this office in particular. dr. sasson was my doctor and he is awesome, but its really the entire team. the nurses, the front desk staff, the financial people, the phlebotomist - everyone treats you like you are a human being and meets you where you are. im a person with *lots* of questions, and i require much patience and understanding and every single person my husband and i encountered made me feel comfortable, not rushed, helped to keep me calm, and informed. love the whole team at shady grove chesterbrook!!

I recently graduated from SGF. I always scheduled early appointments and never felt I had to wait too long. Maybe once or twice on a weekend. But coming from another practice in the area they are by far the best. I never felt I waited more then 15 min. Waiting to see any top notch doc seems to be the norm these days. I have to say this practice is top notch and having an assigned nurse sets them a part. I am shocked to see all of these 1 start reviews. I can’t say enough good things about this practice and the staff.

My husband and I are backed by nearly 20 years of friendship. We’ve loved each other since high school. So naturally children had been discussed. After marriage and establishing a well known local business, we began trying. But it wasn’t working, so we (temporarily) gave up, and continued full-filling our lives in other wholesome ways. Until, 5 years later (I was 36), I began feeling a stirring from within that I could no longer ignore. And I knew that I had a decision to make. So I picked up the phone and called Chesterbrook Shady Grove.It has taken me awhile to write this, because every time I think I have formulated the appropriate words, I get teary eyed and seemingly come up short. You see, there aren’t enough gracious words in our language to articulate how appreciative my husband and I are for Dr. Sasson and his team of exceptional nurses at Chesterbrook. Chris and I know that in comparison to many other couples, we are fortunate. But we all have specific journeys, and ours did not come without some unique hurdles. The team at Shady Grove did an exceptional job of helping us navigate these hurdles, in order to make the best decisions specifically for us. Even when an issue arose that was completely unexpected, and very rare — Dr. Sasson advocated for us, remained fair and encouraged us to continue. Had we chosen not to listen to his sound advice, I would not be 26 weeks pregnant right now. This process is not for the weak, and it certainly defines ones future character, as you will be forever changed ... but when looking back, I would absolutely do it all again. As it turns out; the appointments, the hormones, the bloodwork (shout out to Peggy!), the waiting... my gosh, the waiting... is ALL worth it; and now, it all seems like the tiniest blurb on a large scale radar. Take it from this life long needle phobic — if I can do this, ANYone can. Gather all your strength, everyone in your tribe, and just put one foot in front of the other — make the call to Shady Grove. Because who wants 25 years to pass, and be left wondering “what if...” I surely didn’t, and I’m forever grateful that we took that shot, and made that call. 😊

Shady grove fertility is truly a remarkable clinic filled with people who care for their patients. Infertility is so very difficult, but the people at shady grove never let us lose hope! I can’t recommend them enough!

Dr. Sasson and his team was great! They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them as I am sad to be graduating I am exciting to be pregnant thanks to them!

Caring doctors and nurses, welcoming facility... overall I really loved them. I switched to them from another facility and rarely had a complaint. I also love how they get back to you in a timely way via the portal. Dr. Sasson and nurse Lisa are the best!

Based on my own experience, the social workers are not good. They are paid to make sure the candidates are in good psychology standing, instead they pose subjective opinion on peoples family style. So if you choose to live in a non-traditional family style, they turn negative on you. It is very unprofessional. Also one of them wanted to charge me over one thousand dollars for just psychology counsel while as I know, similar service provided by others are just around 2-300 dollars.

Monday, Tues, and Wednesday this week the front desk has answered and you can hear them talking and they will disconnect when you say hello a few times.. Spoke with a Veronica this morning who I started speaking to and she d/c as well. Really terrible when I am trying to assist my fertility patients with their medications, and its urgent..

I’ve done two embryo transfers here at this Shady Grove and this is where my embryos are stored! Very professional, knowledgeable and wonderful practice!

Men in the collection room could benefit from some mood lighting… A dimmer would be perfect!

The doctor is professional, but the waiting time is crazy. After waiting for half an hour, I inquired but the front desk said Its only 30 minutes. Nothing I can do.Everyones time is precious. Wish the scheduling line could work with consideration of patients valuable time. Do not overbook and let people wait.

I wont recommend this facility to anyone, they didnt have to do any treatment, they just did ultrasound 2 times even though it was not needed, we can do that ultrasound easily in Mainline OBGYN, but they did the ultrasound and billed 356$ after charging my insurance that means I did pay co-pay of 160$, after that I have to pay another 200$. this is making no sense, no one should go there for just ultrasound.

Dr. Issac Sassan was amazing!!! Staff always very nice and helpful. Loved my nurse Nicki!

Poor scheduling process with No consistency across staff with information provided to patient. Very disorganized and inefficient with little regard for patient’s time. Not a welcoming, comforting environment; definitely NOT a patient first mentality!

Shady Grove has amazing staff that explained all of my options clearly, responded promptly to every request/question I had, and had extremely convenient and flexible appointment times. I can not recommend them enough.

Disorganized and unresponsive. Not a good idea if you are serious about receiving quality professional services regarding such a sensitive thing.

Never filled my paperwork out from my husband and my results. How much you pay you think the doctor would. Way too expensive and never got pregnant here.

It took them 3 months to send my medical records! Its absurd & against the HIPPA LAW!!!! I dont recommend going here whats so ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a blessing to have people who feel love for helping others. The team is exceptional. My coordinator Nikki and Dr. Sasson have been very patient with me and my situation.
