Presidential Womens Center

It has been about two weeks of recovery for our family from a very difficult time. A big part of that recovery was built on the love and support we received from the team at the Presidential Women’s Center. You can trust that the lovely people in this place truly care. Every single person we encountered at the center helped us in their own kind way. A special shoutout to Ellen and Gigi — we will never forget the love and kindness you showed us in everything you did. The words of encouragement, the tissues to wipe our tears, plus the hugs and hand holding to know we are not alone — we appreciate you both (and the entire team) so very much. They beautifully manage to not only care for patients, but also for their families as well. In fact, they become part of the family. Empathy, kindness, support, and understanding — these are just a few of the wonderful core values the team at this center hold in their hearts, all while providing excellent medical care. A simple thanks is not enough, but we say it anyway. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I went there for an abortion and I was supposed to have an unrelated surgery the next week so I needed to get this taken care of immediately. I went in for the ultrasound and unfortunately they couldn’t see anything. Thought it was too early. I was in tears because I had been waiting years for this surgery. I couldn’t do the surgery if I was pregnant. So the nurse overseeing me was taking blood and talking to me about the surgery I had coming up. She had the same exact surgery and was relatable. She was so so kind and understanding. I cannot remember her name other than it started with an F. She took my blood and told me she would call me with the results and see if maybe I could come in that weekend for the procedure. I was devastated thinking I couldn’t get this done in time. Not to mention all the feelings that come along with having an abortion in the first place. This beautiful kind wonderful nurse sat down with me and held my hand and let me cry and told me everything was going to be okay. The next day she called me and turns out, I wasn’t even pregnant. I got a false positive test. We had a good laugh about it. I hope wherever she is, she is having a good life. 10/10 recommend. I live far but if I’m ever in that situation again I will be going there. It’s worth the drive.

First off I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO FALONA! She is absolutely amazing. She greeted me with such a friendly smile that lightened up my mood instantly. My first visit was so hard I cried, I was scared and she comforted me. She made me feel such at ease. She gave me so much reassurance. She made me feel comfortable. Like this lady here is so amazing and definitely God sent to whoever comes across her path. I came in again today and she made me feel so much better. I am so thankful for her and I appreciate her so much because she treated me with so much care. I wish we had more people like her. Thank you again Falona. You are greatly appreciated, you’re amazing.

I can’t say enough good things about this place!! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I was truly amazed. They never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. I opted for the procedure and was very nervous about the sedation and the pain. However, the staff explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I got the IV sedation and I genuinely don’t remember a thing. No pain at all. I was shocked!! All of a sudden I was in the recovery room with people checking on me. The staff here are 10/10. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to every single person there.

I was so scared about this whole process. They made it so easy and were there to support me every step of the way. The staff really care about you. I felt so safe with the whole team. The doctor made the whole procedure so much better by helping shift my mindset about my decisions. It’s a hard place to be in. But they sure make it easier

This place was amazing the staff down to the Doctor. It was my first time doing an anortion and they made me feel soo comfortable. I 1000% recommend.

The whole staff were so amazing! From when I walked in they was so friendly and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The procedure went very well also! Doctors were very gentle I didn’t feel a thing! The whole process was a 10/10 all around. 😁😁😄

I literally LOVE them. These ladies here went completely out of their way to accommodate me in the BEST ways possible. I felt extremely comfortable and taken care of the entire time. They made sure to talk to me before the procedure to put me at ease and check on me numerous times to ensure I was okay afterwards. The most generous group of people I could have chosen to assist me through this process and I would 100% recommend to any other woman. I can’t believe I was so relaxed during the actual procedure that i don’t remember feeling any pain or discomfort at all. Thanks to this facility I feel overwhelmingly relieved!

This place was very clean and neat which I really appreciate. Also, when you arrive no one is giving you looks or making you feel uncomfortable. Everything is super organized and everyone is so helpful. I really appreciate how caring the staff were and how great they made the appointment even though it was a difficult situation. Each and every nurse I had an encounter with was SO nice, this place is amazing. One person stood out for me, Stephanie thank you for everything, your smile was so warming and just made everything feel like it is going to be okay. This place is excellent. Zero complaints.

This place is BEYOND PHENOMENAL ! They take so much care of their visitors. I felt super safe and I had no pains or cramps. They provide after care to make sure everything goes good after your procedure. They walked me to my driver to make sure I was safe which is such a plus for me. I could go on and on but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LADIES. Don’t look any further. You’re welcome🙂

This was a great experience! Gigi was by far someone I’ll never forget. She was so warm and genuinely sweet and kind. The entire staff was kind from the moment I walked in and through out my procedure. Everyone was so kind and informative and helped me through my whole process. All my questions were answered and I felt more secure about my decision. It was a very professional and clean office and extremely organized. I’ve been to other clinics and this by far is The Best ! I am very grateful for the experience and their honesty on the situation. If you’re looking for somewhere to go, this is a wonderful place. The sweetest and most reassuring staff. From the front desk, to nurses, and doctors they all made me feel welcomed, accepted, and safe. Sometimes it takes a minute in the waiting room but it’s because they are doing ALOT, despite seeming a bit overworked they provided nothing but the best. They even kindly followed up and reassured me when i was terrified of what was happening with my body.

This was my first time experiencing this procedure, and all I can say is Thank God for this whole facility! I came from out of state and I felt so safe and protected. A hard decision to make but didnt feel judge or treated unkind! The whole staff are like angels sent from above; All I can say is Thank you all for the wonderful care.

I was so stunned with both of my appointments with how much these people care about you. They are so so so compassionate. I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and making me feel like a person. They truly care about you and no matter how scared you are, they will reassure you again and again. I didn’t feel a thing during my procedure. I was terrified at first and couldn’t stop blubbering lol but they were so great and validating. Extremely good bedside manner and very informative. Doctor sacks was great at comforting me as well. Thank you guys for making my experience much easier as this is a rough situation to deal with. This place is absolutely amazing! All the staff are so amazing and compassionate they really are here for us. The time is not a big issue either you are in and out! I will be sending the staff some crumble cookies as an appreciation for them later on this week! I had the surgery/procedure done and they really make you feel amazing! I really wish I could have went back after I was done to hug and thank all the women. They do not judge you but instead they are there for you in this time and they will do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you ladies so much. -Alexis 💓

If you are searching for a place and ready this review, believe me this is the place for you look no further. No questions ask no judgment best emotional support bestest care and all the love you may need at that difficult time of your life. They are people sent from heaven thats how humble and caring they are. You would feel like they have been knowing you for a while. No stranger feeling no rolling eyes they provide with the best care to make you feel comfortable and help you to the extent where you may not find support within your own love ones. Affordable, reasonable and mostly provide a staying place for out of state patients also have financial help available. They are the best look no further.

I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience was worth one… definitely a judge free zone!! While u wait, they’re always playing a catchy film to watch, unlike other medical places that have u watch talk shows that nobody cares about .. these people are so nice and understanding. They took their time to understand my fears and they helped me feel comfortable. I was extremely nervous at first but was calm by the time I was getting ready to see the doctor . He is very nice … it was painless and honestly, I don’t remember too much of it lol. I’d recommend to anyone

This clinic is by far the best. The cleanliness, the kind and patient staff and doctor. All around 10/10. The doctor was so kind and patient and understanding to my situation and so were every nurse I came in contact with. If you’re having doubts this is your place, you will feel at ease

If I could 0 stars I would. This place was traumatizing. Dr Sacks never looked me in the eyes or even attempted to answer my questions I had. He rushed me to sign a form and said someone would call me to answer questions and that I could leave. All with having tears in my eyes. The director was impersonal. This office felt like it was all very routine and as many people they can fit in the office as possible. I felt like a money grab. Their wait times are like three hours and you barely talk to anybody you sit in a few rooms by yourself only with your thoughts. The forms to fill out take about maybe 10 minutes in total. For a huge decision and for some people like me that this is not an ideal decision, this happened to them. Think twice about where you go so you can avoid a traumatizing experience.

My experience with this clinic was so incredibly comforting. It was the best way to go about a not-so-great situation. They decorated every single room beautifully and really try to make you as comfortable as possible. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Ellen, a counselor, was so amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt okay and taken care of. I’m hoping I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I will absolutely be coming back, and most certainly be referring them to anyone I know who needs them.

Love this place. They dont let you feel embarrassed...warm and loving staff...crazy busy but patient with everyone

My experience here was pretty good. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Natalie was amazing.A couple of drawbacks I’ll include is that one of the ultrasound tech’s was a bit insensitive and had horrible bedside manner. I did not ask her name nor did she tell me. She was pressing pretty hard on my belly and I asked her why did it hurt and she said “some people are just sensitive” and then proceeded. I did not appreciate that.Another drawback is that I went the surgical route and I was not told until the day of my procedure that I would have to begin taking the medication “misoprostol” AFTER my procedure which was pretty odd to me. They stated the reason for this was to help your uterus contract back to its normal size. However, I did some research and did not find any studies to support this claim. Furthermore, it made the cramping after the procedure much more uncomfortable and to me, defeats the purpose of going the surgical route. I was so nervous and forgot to ask for a better explanation from the MD. The whole ordeal was painless until having to take misoprostol after my procedure (4 pills every 12 hours). Again, very odd. However, they do prescribe ibuprofen that sorta helps.All in all, it was a pretty good experience and clean facility, with positive images and quotes on the walls. I would recommend to a friend.

Staff is so welcoming and compassionate. You don’t feel judged.

When I went in, I was so nervous and extremely anxious. Every step on the way with the staff made me feel so comfortable, and that I was surrounded by friends. When I came home, I keep telling people with great excitement how nice the staff were and how care I felt by them. This is a great place to go to feel supported.

I cant say enough great things about this place. I went in for a tubal ligation. After YEARS of trying to get my voice heard on the fact that I do not, and will not ever, want children this place finally listened. Everyone that works there are so kind. I was absolutely terrified, like shaking/heart rate through the roof/throwing up terrified, as this was the first surgery I had ever had. But all of the staff members did such a wonderful job comforting me, I am so incredibly thankful for their kindness and sincerity. Getting a bit emotional writing this, thats just how wonderful they were. Dr Sacks did a great job on my tubal, I dont remember any of it which is exactly what I wanted 😂 Im recovering now and I havent been this happy in a good long while. Thank you for listening to my choice to be childfree, and empowering me by performing this surgery. You guys are amazing!!!!

Presidential is by far one of the best healthcare clinics I have ever been to. The attentiveness, care, and compassion is unmatched. Dr. Levich is knowledgable and straight forward about what to expect and how to manage symptoms, etc. Shes a fantastic physician and answers all your questions honestly. The staff is incredible. My ultrasound tech, phlebotomist, and nurse were all so caring and sweet and relieved all my anxiety. Theres financial options for everyone and they make sure that youre able to get the care you deserve. I cannot thank the staff at Presidential enough for making my experience so wonderful!

This office made my first experience go so smooth. I found them in the google search. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are all amazing and take the time so speak with you and answer all of your questions. It’s a very private and safe environment for all women. I really like them their financial assistance program that’s helped me that situation. After your procedure they called you and asking about your situation and reminding your next ultrasound appointment. That made me awesome. They all treat you with love and care. The service and care goes beyond the word excellent.I am forever grateful for them. Thank you all staff for all that you do and the quality of service you provide.

The staff here are amazing, kind and incredibly caring PEOPLE. I am so impressed with how clean their offices are and how efficiently they run their clinic. The warm professionalism they offer their patients is unparalleled to any medical institution I’ve experienced and I really believe other women’s centers could benefit from their example. 💞💗

This was my first visit to this clinic, and i am over all satisfied with the treatment and the staff. The nurses were very friendly and were always making sure i was comfortable. The wait was very long but they were also pretty busy the day i came in. The waiting room was nice, and it was well kept and clean. They had a television playing movies while you wait. I didnt like going back and forth from different rooms and the waiting room, but besides that it was a great visit. The whole visit and treatment went well and i am happy with my experience. I would totally recommend this office to any woman! My second follow up visit went quick and i was out within the hour. The first visit was 3-4 hours give or take.

I have had my abortion in this center. I had to have an abortion of 16 weeks. Gladyes took care of me and she is the best. She had been taken care of me like a family. I love this facility because of her.

Everything about this facility is applaudable, except for the Doctor himself. Unfortunately I wasin a position to have to go to this clinic.. ALMOST all of the Staff was so thoughtful and caring. Magnolia went out of her way to find me an opening in the schedule, which was crucial to my recovery and I will be forever grateful to her. Dr. Sacks on the other hand, has absolutely horrible bedside manner. The first appointment he made a completely insensitive comment about my ultrasound photo, definitely belittling the whole situation…then at second appointment for the actual abortion , while he was giving me my IV, he asked how I was doing and I made a little joke about being proud of my very good vein (for the iv) and he then replied, “at least you have something to be proud of”. He talks to women, even his surgical staff, like he is above them, very condescending tone and approach. Clearly he has developed an opinion of women over the years. Maybe he should retire…

This amazing place deserves 1 trillion stars. From the women in the front to the nurses to the Doctor. They are all amazing and take the time to speak with you and answer all of your questions. At no time did I ever feel rushed(and I asked a lot of questions, I was very nervous). The service and care goes beyond the word excellent. THANK YOU ALL!!

Thank you to all the staff members and Doctor for helping me. It’s not the best of circumstances but I truly appreciate their calmness and judgment free atmosphere. I was scared and nervous but this facility is truly the best with ALL certified staff.I am grateful they did an ultrasound of my stomach. They did a general check up( weight, height, BP, blood sugar) first. You’re given 2 pills that expand your cervix, as they’re dissolving I spoke with the counselor, she explained the process to me, processed my payment and addressed all my concerns. One of my biggest was the risk of scarring or a hysterectomy. She explained that is a risk however, 0.1% risk at this facility. All staff are certified or higher, they use advance medical devices/instruments and demonstrate excellent results. After concluding with her, I sat for a moment or two before being called back to undress. The Doctor is a hoot, cracking jokes before the procedure. I appreciate that because I had been crying moments before. The anesthesia is given and before you know it it is completed. You will feel loopy afterwards so one of the staff members will help you dress and walk you to your vehicle. I experienced no pain, no cramping, light spotting, and was loopy for maybe 6 hours after the procedure (without having consuming food- im sure the amount of hours will reduce with consumption).The only thing I wish they could have given me was a second original picture of my ultrasound as a memorabilia instead of a paper copy . Other than that perfection is here . Thank you once again for making this hard decision less stressful.

This place made my experience so much better. I was really in a bad space and they made it easy as possible. The nurse with the dreads helped me out so much. I am forever grateful for her. This place has an excellent staff. This might be a hard decision for you but you will leave there feeling like you did the right thing whatever you decide. 1 million stars!!

I’m writing this review for all the women out there who are in a similar position i was. it is a very difficult, hard, and scary process but you are in very good hands here. i opted for the surgery and the worst part was the wait, i was very nervous and waited for quite a while but that was the most painful part! the procedure itself was quick, painless and because of the sedation i didn’t remember a thing. everyone along the way was kind and compassionate and i want to thank the doctor and nurses who took care of me in my time of need. i’m glad i chose to come here rather than my first option.

I first made an appointment for Aastras womens clinic.. I never even made it inside because that place looked horrible. The protesters that were outside informed me the doctor had killed a patient due to negligence and I immediately went home and made an appointment with the presidential womens center. Best decision ever. The office is clean, up to date, inviting and very private. Theres even a security officer outside the door. Every staff member is kind, caring and understanding. Ive only received helpful and positive attitudes even when we spoke on the phone. The wait time was relatively short for me and theyve made the process quick and painless during such and uncomfortable situation. I highly recommend this place place to any female for any issues, check ups or anything related to our reproductive system. I wont go anywhere else now that Ive been here.

Beautiful facility. The appointment was quick - I did not wait long at all. Everyone I met was so kind and genuinely cared about my experience. Financial assistance was really generous and the doctor was so friendly and took her time to answer my questions.The office is so clean and modern. I knew that I was in good hands and I was so pleased with my experience.They were so flexible with scheduling, when I called to make an appointment, they were able to see me the same day.I chose the pill so I could have the experience of going through it at home. I highly recommend this center to anyone who needs an abortion or tubal ligation.

This clinic and the entire staff from the moment that you call them until far after your procedure are 200% loving, respectful, supportive and extremely professional. I wish there were more stars available to rate. I drove 2 and half hours to be evaluated and treated and it was worth every second of it. I have a very great experience with them the staffs. Are freaking awesome I went to my visits by my self and I was lonely because kizze the black beautiful lady with the dread was there by my side every step of the she was awesome I would recommend for you guys to go here if you have doubt in your mind that this is really what you wanna do they help me with funding as I’m gas , hotel and also they paid for my whole procedure. That was fantastic I LOVE THE STAFF THEY GET THERE JOB DONE WITH NO PROBLEM THE WAIT TIME IS VERY SHORT THEY GET YOU IN AND OUT Quick

This was a very hard decision. From the moment I called them they were so caring. When I walked into the office I immediately felt very safe. They had a security guard outside the door for added protection. Every single person was compassionate and non judge mental. I chose the twilight, it was quick and absolutely no pain. If you ever have to make this decision I highly recommend them. You will feel safe, secure, not judged and the most important part taken very good care of.

The staff here is amazing. Honestly truly, made me feel so welcomed and was extremely caring during my situation. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The nurses, counselor, doctors are over the top lovely! Drove 3 hrs to come here because everywhere else had been just horrible facilities so let me just say the drive was definitely worth it! Just from scheduling my appt over the phone, i knew right there this would be the right place to come to. Thank you so much to the ladies that cared for me during the toughest time I’ve ever gone through in my life thus far ♥️

The facilities were warm, clean, and inviting. I felt like I was in great hands during my visit. They have a full female staff that is friendly, professional and kind. This practice definitely made me feel comfortable and cared for in an uncomfortable situation.

Professional, affordable, private.At first this place might seems sketchy. People standing protesting against the abortion by the clinic, building itself looked small and old, security by the entrance but inside it was very nice. Clean, new, calm atmosphere..No judgmental look, everything with the respect and understanding. They give an option to the patients : pill or surgical procedure. I had a surgical procedure with sedation. No pain or any discomfort. They also do lab tests right there to make sure everything is ok with you before you do what you have to do.After my procedure I was taken to a recovery room where I received snacks and a small bag with proper medications, lollipops and thank you support card, very thoughtful! In the end nurse helped me to get dressed and get to the car where my spouse was waiting for me to pick up. I dont think you can bring your partner or whomever in for support but it shouldnt make you scared, the doctors will be there by your side the whole time, you will feel comfortable.

I want to thank everyone who worked with me directly and other staff for making this such a comfortable experience!!! We all hear the horror stories we all get the judgemental comments you know? But here it was different everyone was supportive of my decision in every way they didnt make me feel awkward for lack of better description at the moment I felt as if I was in for a regular checkup at my ob and I thank everyone for that! If youre contemplating an abortion i HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRESIDENTIAL the atmosphere is calming you have the option of watching a movie while you wait .. also may I add the wait is not long at all you go in do your paper work get your vitals taken they introduce you to the staff wholl be working with you directly everyones friendly then you go in for your procedure a rather quick and easy process ...this is NOT one of those fake clinics that try to shame you for your decision however they do you know make sure this is the path that youre absolutely certain about! And I respect that!!! All in all this was a great place for me and Im very happy I chose this facility for my care THANK YOU !

My experience here was amazing. Everyone that works there is super nice. The front desk girl was so patient even when I was closed off because I was scared. The inside looks different than the pictures, they’ve updated to more modern furniture. It’s very clean and professional. I came for a termination of pregnancy/ abortion. It went by quick (3hours) sounds like a lot but it went by fast. Filled out paperwork, did an ultrasound. I was never left alone for more than 5 min. Once I was given the IV, the doctor came in and asked me a few questions and from then I don’t remember anything until I woke up in the recovery room. I was attended as soon as I woke up and was given crackers and ginger ale and my post op medication. They helped me get dressed and walked me to my ride. The best experience I’ve had. I was scared on feeling anything but I have no pain, minor cramping (4 hours later) like a period cramp but it’s normal they said.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because of the amount of times you have to be sent back to the waiting room and having to wait for what it feels like forever. Also, I couldn’t have my boyfriend in the room at all. The staff is amazing here though! They made me feel so much better. I was referred here by my high risk doctor after finding out my baby had a lot of abnormalities at 21 weeks pregnant. I made an appointment here and stayed at a hotel near by because I live 2 hours away and it’s a 3 day long process. The stuff all understood and took extra care of me because of my situation. They even got the foot and hand prints of my baby, including a memory box. This place takes good care of you. I was in so much pain before my abortion and the nurse massaged my feet!! They helped me get through the worst day of my life.

I was referred here by someone..and let me just say, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.During such a stressful and emotionally draining experince, the last thing you need is to worry even more! The team here went above and beyond for me and everyone else who was there. They made me feel welcomed. My worries vanished completely upon the first phone call to make an appointment.They were on top of EVERYTHING so that I didnt have to worry..all I had to worry about was just showing up!I drove a 3 hours just to come to this facility. I am not disappointed! Everything from start to finish was just *chef kiss* amazing.I cant stop saying thank you to the amazing staff and Dr who not only helped me, but made me feel at ease. The support you feel is something every facility should adapt.I cried eating my tacobell after my experience because it was just so calming. ( Also because it was the first time I was able to eat without getting sick) Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Went to the clinic in a sort of emergency situation they took care of me urgently. I was scared and hysterical about my situation, but they were understanding and the doctor was kind while also educating me on the situation. The staff and nurses were all very kind and sweet and walked me to my car when my situation was taken care of

I just left after having my appointment at Presidential Womans Center today. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted right away by a staff member. Everybody there is so friendly. They played movies in the waiting room to keep everybody occupied while we waited. My friend was allowed to comfort me in the recovery room. The nurses and doctors made sure I was okay. Best place to go too.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Not only was it a way better experience than going to planned parenthood, I felt like a family member. I wasn’t alone ONCE. The check in process was seamless and I felt so safe the entire way through. Please do yourself a favor and come here where you’re treated like a princess the entire time. Thank you for helping me and never making me feel anything but comfortable. 10/10 🥰

If you want to go somewhere clean, nice, respectful and very caring, I highly reccommend this place. I been here twice and drove all the way from miami . All i can say is both times they were very kind and caring and also let me know i didnt have to make the decision i can think about it and come back, there not like other places where they rush you and want to get you in and out and want to take your money, this place takes there time and treats you with lots of care and respect and even offers you all types of resources.

All the woman that work here are WONDERFUL. I mean from the first time you call till your final visit it is nothing but smiles and no judgement. I dealt with Alexa on the phone when I made my appointment and I was very pleased that she came into the back to talk to me while I waited to speak to a counselor. I was supposed to get the procedure done at a clinic in Port St. Lucie but I was recommended to come here by the nurse at the other clinic because I was too far along with twins. She too had her own abortion at this clinic and spoke very highly of everyone there. Getting an abortion is not an easy decision nor is it an easy process to go through. I wont lie on this review, the choice I made was the hardest decision of my life and one I will have to live with forever BUT the woman here make the process easier. You are treated with smiles and compassion. They hold your hand and talk you through it all. I would have not been able to do this with out the lovely Mrs.Gigi who works in the back. She is truly a blessing from God and although I had several woman assist me it is her that I will remember the most. Yes, you are here for hours out of the day but they tell you this prior to you even coming. Yes, it is extremely painful and emotional but this place makes it easier on you and they will genuinely care for you. Thank you so much to everyone who assisted me while I was at the clinic. Ms. Gigi I will think of you every time I see a butterfly!

I had a tube ligation procedure, I was very nervous. The staff was very nice and sweet. The did answer all my questions before the procedure and I did not feel any pain The local anestesia worked very good. Thanks very much for your care.

I can’t even begin to explain how much I recommend this lovely business with such a beautiful staff. I am what you could probably say a nurse and doctors worst nightmare. I have a MAJOR blood and needle phobia (cue hyperventilating over even getting my blood pressure taken) so any sort of doctor visit is usually terrrrible for me. Everyone was so amazing though with helping me through it all, never made me feel childish or like I was over reacting, just tried to comfort and distract me the whole time. Thank you lovelies for dealing with me, and making it as best of an experience as it could be for me.

I live a few hours away from Presidential Womens Center but I chose this location a couple months ago to perform a second trimester termination. It definitely was not something that I wanted to do. However, after confirming the ultrasound results with my high risk doctor which found at least 6 fetal abnormalities with 4 of them being fatal, I knew that I could not continue the pregnancy. I just could not handle more pain and suffering of a miscarriage further along in the pregnancy or a stillbirth. If my child did live there would be no quality of life. So I had to make a really tough decision and go through the hell of that. My high risk doctor gave me a list of places to call when I left the office that day and one of the places happened to be Presidential Womens Center. They ended up being the last place I called.. only because of the location, but Im so glad I did. The women there were so kind and compassionate on the very first phone call to set my appointment and every interaction thereafter. They were very understanding and helped me through a very difficult time and kept me busy with stuff like paperwork to do while I was there so that I didnt just have to sit and think about how awful this situation was that I was going through. I know that for a lot of women the choice to terminate a pregnancy, especially early term is usually just that, a choice. But for me it was something I had to do. So finding the right place was crucial for me and my health. I waited a little while to write this review for a couple of reasons. One, I needed to heal emotionally a bit and two, I wanted to make sure that I healed physically without any issues so that I could give a more honest and thorough review. And I can gladly say that I had no issues or any infections of any kind. The procedure, as awful as it was considering my severely low pain tolerance, was done correctly and safely. I even had that confirmed at my follow-up appointment with my local womens doctor. So I would definitely recommend Presidential Womens Center to any woman who is faced with this choice. Great reviews are another reason I felt comfortable choosing this location.

I took my best friend to Presidential Womens Center because she needed to have an abortion. I have to say I was so impressed with the customer service here. Everyone there was so warm and really genuine. From the first person I talked to on the phone to the counselor who sat with us and explained everything, the staff made us feel right at home. At first I didnt know what to expect and I was really worried for my friend but the office was clean and modern.The woman on the phone even got her funding to reduce the cost. I wish all my doctors were as supportive and kind as they are at this office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with an abortion.

To start off very nonjudgmental Clinic with extremely nice staff. Clean and nice waiting area. This was my second visit here for the surgical procedure and I have to say to say going to this clinic was well worth the three hour drive. Wait times weren’t bad and have no complaints since I received quality services.

I dont even know where to start. From the very first lady I spoke to on the phone to the lady in recovery throughout the entire process every single person here was nothing but amazing. Before we came here we almost went to planned Parenthood but they were so rude and unhelpful that I just had a bad feeling about it and then I found this place and it was nothing but amazing and more affordable!!! Worth the drive. I cant thank them enough for everything. They will make this very difficult process so much easier for you. They are all just absolutely amazing!

As emotional this experience was for me, I am so glad i went here because everyone took good care of me and not judgmental. My son had an abnormality so I decided this was the best outcome. Only thing i would complain about it the wait time. Day before my procedure, I was there for 11:30am to 5pm. That wasn’t acceptable, however i am happy how everything else went.

My experience was in December of 2021, I am ready to speak on it and how this clinic was exactly what I needed. After being assaulted at a young age of 19, I needed to seek help for termination. I had gone to the Palm Beach Women’s Center both in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens for ultrasounds and to see my options/get the procedure. It was confirmed to be a crisis pregnancy center (google it), and pro-life agendas were heavily pushed into me including statements like “termination can increase chances of breast cancer, anxiety, infertility, depression, PTSD, sepsis” etc. which are all blatantly untrue. I was asked about my “religious beliefs” and adoption was pushed more than my VERY clear choice for termination. Imagine a young girl at 19, that had just been assaulted and is now pregnant with their abusers child and seeking help from other women, being told that she should not terminate and that she could quite literally die if she chose to do so. I was defeated and even more distraught than I already was.Fast forward, I schedule the procedure with the Presidential Womens Clinic. I hardly make it through the door without breaking down, and could barely get my last name out. From the start, I was comforted and empathized with. After a lot of back and forth from the waiting room, I was met with a woman whose name I can’t recall. We sat in a private room and spoke of exactly what was going to happen before, during, and after the procedure. I told her of my experience at the crisis pregnancy center, and she assured me that I would be completely fine and that I had been manipulated and lied to by those women. Every single woman in that building had nothing but support to give me, especially Kizze (I apologize if spelling is incorrect). I tear up when I remember flashes of my post-op and how she practically carried me to the dressing room with a blanket wrapped around me to help me put my clothes back on, as I could hardly walk straight from the anesthesia. Both Kizze and another woman were underneath both my arms on either side of me to walk me to my friends car. I wasn’t left alone once during my experience, from the private meeting room all the way to the car when I was set to leave.I will forever be grateful that this clinic and these women exist. And I’ll never forget that even when you feel the world is against you as a woman, there will always be another woman there to help carry you through (both physically and metaphorically). Thank you to the doctors and nurses for your incredible comforting skills and empathy.

Ellen and the rest of the staff at this facility are angels on Earth. Ellen loterally took me by the hand and comforted me throughout my process. Not to mention that they accommodated me immensely by squeezing what should have been a 3 day process into a 1 day event. They made the best of the worst situation for me and I will forever be grateful for each and every person in this building.

I never thought I would be in the situation to need an abortion. Well let me tell you, I am a lot less judgmental now. Fortunately, I confided in a friend who recommended Presidential Womens Center. The person who scheduled my appointment was kind and helpful - she even got me financial assistance to help me pay for my abortion. The entire staff was so professional - gentle and understanding that mistakes happen. They really listened and cared about me. My counselor checked on me after surgery and my nurses were so sweet.My doctor was very attentive but I dont actually remember a thing about my procedure. I was so worried about pain but with the sedation, I did not feel a thing. It is difficult being so public about this, but Presidential Womens Center truly made a difference in my life. I live almost two hours away and got lost driving, I called to reschedule even though I didn’t want to make this drive a second time, so they took me late which I really really appreciated. The moment I got there everyone was very professional and sweet. I’ve honestly never felt so comfortable in a uncomfortable situation, if that makes sense! I was expecting judgement, trying to change my mind or something, but they were 100% judgement free and caring! If I could give more stars I would!

Great people always very nice. Financial assistance available up to 100$ or more off the total cost its $700 dollars where I live in Daytona . I come 3 hours just to come to this office and I would recommend it to anybody . Ive gone twice one surgical on by medication both at 8 weeks and both were virtually painless. The visits are not at all all-day endeavours . They tell you 4 hours plan on it but well try n get you out sooner and for me they always have. They give you as much ginger ale and saltines as you need if your nauseas or just hungry lol. There was abortion shamers at the side walk and there was a police officer and two older men and a oldish women very sweet all of em escorted you from your car or your ride with a smile and an empowering voice that made you forget there was anybody else but you and your business . So all in all its a very nice place . Its the cleanest medical building Ive seen in palm beach county Ill tell you that . Great people , great service , great prices , and great hours I went on a f** Saturday ! Spent 450 so go here dont think twice.

I could not have had a better experience at Presidential Womens Center. The staff was warm and caring and beyond professional. I felt listened to and respected the entire time I was there.Getting an abortion is not an easy thing to do on a personal level. The staff at Presidential Womens Center understands that and supported me during the entire process. From my first phone call I placed to them to book my appointment, to the follow up phone call at home from them to make sure I was ok, I was amazed at their caring and support.I had the best experience one could have when having an abortion. Recall that it is a medical procedure, and not the most pleasant one. But, when done correctly, as it is at Presidential, it is manageable with a quick and relatively easy recovery.

PWC is a very professional and compassionate center with a top of the line staff working for them. They mad a very sad time in our life much more manageable...especially Ellen. They were very quick to fix an issue and because of that, they now come highly recommended from me and my wife!

There is a bit of wait. The staff is very caring and making sure youre doing good. No grumpy faces walking around you during this hard time. Made sure to explain everything step by step. Durign the procedure everything was thoroughly explained as well. No surprises. Would definitely recommend it to any one.

I was in a very tough spot emotionally and financially when I learned of my pregnancy. After a horrific experience 3 days prior in miami I was fortunate enough to find presidential womens center. In an already emotionally scaring time this place and their staff was my light at the end of the tunnel. From the moment you walk through the door you feel supported welcomed and cared for every single woman matters regardless of the situation if they are able to help you theyll do everything in their power to make sure you get the help and care that you need! Anyone reading this review is probably feeling the same way myself and so many other women do that find themselves in this situation. Do yourself a favor no matter what decision you end up making dont go anywhere else but here. HONEST REVIEW!!! I googled clinics across Florida, was willing to drive anywhere & pay anything for BEST EXPERIENCE. Please BE AWARE of reviews: protestors leave false reviews, some of people have a bad experience because they were forced into the decision, and some dont follow medical advice. Aside from grief of my religious views on Abortion, I was terrified of the procedure. From the moment I contact PWC they were warm, professional, and HONEST. I chose the PRIVATE OPTION. The counselor was very personal: She addressed my fears and NOTHING WAS FORCED. I was 6 weeks pregnant and did IV SEDATION: I dont remember the procedure at all and I had NO PAIN (during or after). The staff is compassionate. Post procedure medicine instructions are clear. Choose this clinic!!!!

I cant thank this staff enough for being absolutely amazing during my procedure. I had a fetal demise at 17+6 and they were the most caring people I ever could have asked for during this time.

From the very start nothing about the procedure was explained correctly and there was a lot of confusion. The anesthesia did not work properly and the D&C was by far the most painful Ive had. Upon leaving they also forgot to give me the proper prescriptions or any sympathy about how I was treated. Once I paid, it seemed they got what they wanted and everything was unprofessional and uncaring after that. I would go anywhere but here if you want proper treatment from people who actually care and can be professional about prescribing medications and proper sedation methods or atleast inform the patients what to expect without making it sound like its nothing.P.S Theres a reason everyone comes out that door crying and go into deep depressions and start to depend on drugs to self medicate for what they thought was the right thing to do.-Sometimes the easiest thing to do is the hardest. There is no fix for pregnancies, once you are pregnant things change forever! lets not lighten the matterIf these places existed when I was born, I wouldnt even be here

I thought everything was fine when I had an abortion there 5 years ago. The people were very nice. I was 16 weeks pregnant and I had to take a small white pill they give you when the baby is too big. So I was still put to sleep in the chair after I started crying that I didnt want to do it anymore. I woke up during the procedure and heard the vaccum sound and saw clear containers, then fell back asleep. 5 years later, Im trying for a child.

Our baby had a disorder, and we were told that it wouldnt live to be a year old. Our OB/GYN recommended PWC in WPB to perform our late term abortion. We were at 21 weeks when we had our ultra sound at PWC on a Monday. They told us that our baby was too big and sent us out the door believing this was true. If they had even looked at the backup, that we went through great trouble to provide, which was the ultra sound measurements done by our OB/GYN on the Friday before, they would have found reason to suspect that their measurement was way off. We were alerted to this fact after finally finding a clinic that didnt reject us based on the incorrect size of our baby, that we were given by Presidential. Now, I suppose all this would be forgivable if it werent for the fact that when I tried to explain to the secretary at Presidential what happened, so they dont mistakenly put someone else through this ordeal, they hung up on me before I could even finish explaining, despite the fact that I was calm and collected. This tells me that they just dont care if they are doing their jobs right or not. They will not tolerate even the suggestion that they are capable of doing anything wrong, in the hopes of improving their lazy and flawed approach to their profession. Shame on you PWC.

So today I had to visit the Center,what a warm and caring environment,just what I needed today,I forgot about all my worries for the time I spent in the Center,instead of going home feeling down ,I felt happy and hopeful and mostly in peace with myself.Taking ..my hat off to the Presidential Womens Centre Staff,starting from the Lady at the entrance,the councillors,the nurses to the Doctors & of course to the Founder.Thank you to the lady who escorted me to the car waiting for me outside, Thank you for your Humanity ,May your doors stay open for Centuries to come.Woman in the society needs you.
