OBGYN of Indiana - Westfield

Loved my experience today with Dr. Hannah Thornton. She was very thorough and answered all my questions! I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for OBGYN care. Thank you!

Well I’ve moved throughout and around Indy and have had great experiences with all the offices now to include the Westfield office. Much better parking than office at st v Carmel. Everyone is kind and they inform if any delays which in an ob/gyn office is not a surprise at any ob office.

My last couple of appts. I’ve seen Nurse Practitioner Lauren Thornton and she is wonderful! I appreciate her thoroughness and has a lovely bedside manner. She is everything a person wants in their medical professional. Shout out to Simon - very polite.I love the convenience of their Westfield facility. I was able to have an ultrasound with results right away and the tech was nice.I must mention how great the ladies are at the front desk. They play many important roles and being the first faces you see greet you is very welcoming.I appreciate everyone I come in contact with including Dr. Kelley Robrock. I am extremely pleased with the care I receive here.

Dr Robruck and the rest of the Axia team make my annuals so easy and comfortable! Not to mention the warmth of the staff!

I’ve been a patient here since 2013 and love the entire team. I primarily see Dr. Neff and have since 2013 but during both pregnancies (2020 and 2024) I was able to see many of the providers and have only had wonderful experiences. I’d highly recommend all physicians there but especially from my experience Dr. Neff, Dr. Sonn, or Dr. Cline.

First visit at this facility. Receptionist was very friendly. Provider was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend their services

I have been going to this practice around 10 years. I went to Dr Dupler and then Amy Kinnett but since they both have left I knew that I would be provided with a new awesome doctor and today at my appointment that was proven! I am now a patient of Dr Nicole Sonn and she is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this practice- everyone there is so friendly and everyone absolutely cares!

It’s been almost a year since I walked through that door. Dr. Cline was nice, but the ultrasound tech was rough and impatient. She didn’t care how much pain she inflicted. I had a panic attack during the procedure. It was horrible! If you’re going to do a sensitive procedure on someone, will you at least TRY to be understanding and gentle???I recently got my medical records from this place, and they’re inaccurate! How can patients be expected to trust their doctors, when, obviously, the doctors aren’t LISTENING?

Friendly doctors, nurses, and staff make going to this office a great experience. Wait time was minimal and I didnt feel rushed at my annual exam. Office was clean and location is convenient.

My visit with the doctor was great, easy and informative. However, when it came time to communicate test results and follow-up, the office fell extremely short. The woman on the phone that gave me a call was rude and unknowledgeable. She wasn’t clear about what was actually happening (told me pre-diabetic, diabetic, and elevated glucose levels all within the same 5 minutes - three very different things). Wasn’t able to give me any referrals or ways to follow up on my whichever diagnosis I had, and refused to talk me through how to access my patient portal so that I could access the information myself. I had to call back twice and argue with another lady to simply access my lab results. No one could seem to direct me to any next steps. I felt I was left in the dark with three possible different diagnoses (diabetes, thyroid and liver disease) with zero ways to help myself. What was the point of consulting with a doc in this case? Only to be left scared and confused with no follow-up. Would not trust them with my health again.

I love it here! After only one visit I feel more heard, supported, and cared for than I ever did at my old place. Everyone there is very welcoming and genuinely care about you and your health. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment here!

The practice is amazing. Every provider we have seen takes their time with you. They answer every question you could dream up. Adrienne, Taylor and Dr. Son are the best. They are all kind and patient.

I have had a wonderful experience with the team here and the Carmel office. I have recommended them to multiple friends, and even my mom when she moved here-- and she was an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner for years, so we have high expectations! I cant recommend Dr. Neff enough!
