My children, aged 11 and 6, were both conceived through IVF, and I owe it all to Dr. Gary Hubert. He is truly the best of the best! Dr. Huberts passion for his work shines through in everything he does. He takes the time to explain every detail in a way that’s easy to understand and ensures he’s on top of every procedure from start to finish. He was there for me from day one of my IVF journey, through my second pregnancy, and beyond. I highly recommend Dr. Hubert and his facility to anyone struggling to conceive. I love sharing my experience to offer hope to couples facing fertility challenges—it is possible, and nothing is impossible.

This clinic is a breath of fresh air. They’re accessible, kind, patient, and run an incredibly professional clinic. Ive never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment, they call when they say they will, and they do what’s right for their patients. Dr. Hubert is exceedingly kind, thoughtful and made me feel comfortable through our entire treatment.

I’m writing this review currently 6 weeks pregnant from Doing IVF with Dr. Shamonki. Dr. Shamonki is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is so so patient with me . After 3 miscarriage’s I came to him truly traumatized and trusting him through the ivf process has been one of the best decisions of my life . I’ve had a couple of what some would say normal symptom’s of pregnancy but with my history I’ve needed constant reassurance and Dr. Shamonki and his team have been beyond incredible. They’ve squeezed me in last minute for my peace of mind . Called me on there days offs. Just have gone above and beyond for me. I’m really really grateful I could cry. When Shamonki is busy , another doctor will step in and all have been so amazing to me. They do whatever it takes to hold my hand throughout this process and I can’t recommend this clinic enough! I will be coming here for all future embryo transfers. It’sA very special place ! Thankyou doctor Shamonki! I’ll recommend everyone to you!

Where does one begin?! I was a patient of Dr. Mousa. I came to him after loosing a baby at 20 weeks due to a chromosome deletion. It was beyond devastating. But we knew we wanted to conceive again and to use science this time around. Upon our first consultation at his Sherman oaks office, he was so sympathetic and patient to hear about what brought us to his office. Very caring and reassuring, did not rush to move on to the next patient. As our appointments progressed into his Thousand Oaks office and we began our IVF journey he was very communicative throughout the whole process. Explained everything in great detail and also just had a great disposition and humor when much needed. He always made himself readily available. I have never had a dr give out his cell number and text with embryo updates. It was so reassuring while you anxiously await updates that were going to come on the weekend. I am so glad he was our Dr throughout this whole process.His office, front office staff, back office nurses and surgical techs ran like a well oiled machine! Not only do they have a system down, but that system is so organized and works to a “T” to best assist the patients. From walking into the office and always being warmly greeted with a smile, to checking in to see how you’re feeling, to giving stickers to my toddler that would often accompany me on appointments. To the back office assistants always greeting you, getting to know you and getting you comfortably set up in an exam room. Never had to wait for Dr. Mousa. To the nurses that would see you after your exam to go over all medications and how to administer. To always being available with just a phone call. The great surgical techs prepping you for retrieval or a transfer. Making sure your as comfortable as can be before going in, talking to you before your procedure, giving quiet time if that’s what needed, to the anesthesiologist calling the day before to go over everything making sure you feel comfortable pre op and post op! Every step of the way they went up and beyond!! The happiest days of finding out you’re pregnant to graduating and leaving the office, such a bitter sweet moment. I could not recommend this office and Dr. Mousa and his staff more.

We love Dr. Buyalos so much! He got us pregnant on our very first IUI. We are now going to him to try for baby #2, and he helped us figure out how to improve male factor infertility, which is what we really struggle with. It takes some trial and error to figure out what the infertility issue is, so its important to remember to never give up! We tried 4 IUIs this time around before we decided to have my husband tested with a full workup. Now we are addressing his fertility and we are so excited to try our next IUI this month! Thanks Dr. B for never giving up on us!

We have had a great experience with Dr. Buyolos and all the nurses and rest of the team! We have a bad experience to compare it to at another clinic we tried first and it is like night and day! We have a healthy 1 year old thanks to Dr. B and are starting the process again for baby #2.

I can’t say how grateful we are to Dr.Hubert at FSAC! After several failed IVF we came to him pretty desperate from another clinic. I’m 5 months pregnant and would not be there if we hadn’t come to doctor Hubert.Can’t recommend him and FSAC enough!!!Thank you for everything

We saw every single Dr. at this clinic hoping to find one that would be good. In the end we were upset with all of them. Every single person there makes you feel like they don’t care. My husband jokes, “I guess caring doesn’t pay the bills” when talking about FertIlity and Surgical Associates. But we are doing our best to smile and continue to deal with a very unfortunate and sad situation when discussing this clinic. We were patients here for over 2 years, and did around 10 procedures with them. Basically, we spent a lot of time, money, and emotions there. While with them, we had multiple miscarriages. And they never ever ordered any kind of miscarriage tests ever, the whole time. When I first went to the clinic, in my late 30’s, the first Dr. we saw there said that I had more eggs than an average woman my age, and had nothing to worry about with fertility and waiting a bit longer to proceed. Then, a year and a ton of miscarriages later, the 3rd Dr. I saw there said that he had no idea why the first Dr. had told me that. He said that the egg count from the first Dr. couldn’t even be possible. Very nice of him to tell me this upon my upteenth miscarriage with them. But even then, still no orders for tests of any kind to see if there were any reasons for the failed pregnancies. Just a cold hard stare from the Dr.s telling me it must just be my age. After spending thousands of dollars and wasting precious time and years with them. The billing is beyond ridiculous as well, I don’t even know where to begin. Maybe I’ll begin by saying they make you wait around 20-30 minutes to see the billing person and pay each time for the visit before leaving. THEN….after inconveniencing you and taking your whole day to wait around to pay them every time, they STILL bill you later anyway, claiming parts of certain visits weren’t paid, or whole visits…..you know, whatever they feel like saying….like any other Dr…… Or wait, that‘s NOT like any other Dr.‘s office ever. And the care there is likewise not like any other Dr.’s office—it’s the worst in the business.

We had an appointment to drop off a sample. We dropped off the sample, then got a call an hour later saying the appointment was for a different date and that they threw the sample away. We even checked afterwards, and we have email and text confirmation that our appointment time was correct. Extremely unprofessional to get the details of something like this wrong and then try and tell us we had the wrong date.

I was really hoping for better service. Mostly with all the money we are investing into IVF. The Doctors are good but the staff is horrible. If you can find a different place to go please do it. They have kept me waiting over 30-40min past my appointment time several times. The staff doesn’t even bother to inform us what the delay is for. This is extremely important when you work A full-time job and can barely make time for appointment.I’ve called requesting to speak to a nurse, because I have question about my medication, they assure me one will give me a call but they never do.I finally decided to leave this review because I would hate to see someone go through the same pain I am. Find a place that will make the IVF process less stressful not add more stress to you.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Please save yourself the heartbreak and do not choose this office for your fertility treatments. You deserve better! I cannot tell you in words how horrible you will be treated here. You are looked at as dollar signs and they celebrate your unsuccessful cycles, knowing they can squeeze you for more.I went with Dr. Buylos and have never felt so unheard by any doctor. I have extremely bad endometriosis and he didn’t even care to address it and push cycles that he sure knew weren’t going to work. He kept saying “oh I’ll bet my entire career we’ll get you pregnant.” When I finally chose to see a endo specialist after multiple failed IUI’s with him, we did laparoscopic surgery and it confirmed how bad it was. When I went back after surgery to try more treatments, Dr. Buylos didn’t even care to read my operative report, he kept saying oh it probably wasn’t bad, stage 1 endo is fine. I told him it was not stage 1, it was stage 3/4, he was like “oh well it’s still fine.” EVERY SINGLE TIME I went in there for an appointment I had to tell him why I think we can’t get pregnant and I had to remind him what type of treatment we were doing. The day of my IUI’s he would ask me, “what are we doing today?”, and it was not as a joke. He couldn’t even take a minute to read my chart. The whole time he gives you his speech of how he bets his entire career that he will get us pregnant. I also saw Dr. Hubert and his bedside manners are horrible. These doctors are old and careless. All they care about is taking your money. You have to wait over an hour sometimes to be seen and the office doesn’t get back to you in time.I have 3 clients that have gone to fertility and surgical associates and all had the same horrible experience. This journey can be so stressful and emotional taxing, you need a team that truly cares about you. I found a new clinic and the treatment and care is night and day. At this point I am making this my mission to warn anyone about this office. I don’t want someone else to go through the pain and suffering I went through here.Also, this is just the cherry on top. You always pay for each visit before you leave the office, they just called me yesterday that they have surprising outstanding bills from 2021. Over a year later! We have never received a bill from them by mail or when we were there for the last time in 2022.I’m so frustrated I stuck it as long as I did here but I’m hoping I can spare someone else the misery.

Dr. Buyalos aka Dr. B is a very compassionate and highly experienced fertility Doctor. I had interviewed and researched Doctors prior to choosing him for our second clinic and cycle of IVF and I am very happy we did. I have a pretty complicated history and he has been attentive to all the information and always answers all my questions. He always shows caring and understanding, which is so important with such a sensitive area of medicine. Unfortunately I have experienced other Doctors who just seem to be going through the motions. Dr. B is the best Doctor I have worked along my journey! Also the staff are always super nice and responsive! They respond quickly to emails and calls and make me feel like my voice is heard through the process :) I highly recommend Dr. B and am always open to answer anyone who has questions.

Love them! They are helping me and for the first time I feel hope. Dr Hubert is so sweet and supportive. My only gripe is the pregnant nurses standing around the inner corridor talking about their own pregnancies while four chairs of women trying desperately to get pregnant have to sit there in painful silence listening. I felt that was a bit insensitive. Obviously it is not intentional, and they are all such an amazing bunch, but it tends to cast a cloud on my visits, and it has happened a few times. It is painful each time.

Very caring, very supportive staff- when you owe them money. Not so much after. I was there at the start of Covid. Before anyone knew anything. I believe I got COVID there. In winter 2020. That was the only round of fertility treatment we could afford. they told me I had a very good chance of getting pregnant. But they need to say “you have a good chance with 6 rounds of IVF” and if you can’t afford multiple rounds you should have donor eggs.

What sets this fertility clinic apart are the doctors. Yes they are experts in the field but their attention to detail and genuine care makes this one of the best if not the best fertility clinic on the national and 3ven international level. If you are lucky enough to have Dr. Shamonki, Dr. Hubert, Dr. Buyalos or Dr. Brower take you case you will know within the first visit that you are in the beat hands. No matter what happens they will be with you every step of the way in the journey ahead.

Went in for a semen analysis. Not five stars because the front office didnt inform me about insurance coverage before the consult. Because of this my first review was initially lower but they immediately reached out to resolve the issue. They definitely care about customer service.

Was, no words to explain how great from the doctor to all the staff is. Thank you so much for being sooo compassionate and professional during these very sensitive times. Dr Shamanki is one of a kind.

If you are a surrogate looking for a company this is not the one. They only care about the intended parents. Me and the ips agreed I could say goodbye before they left with the twins i carried full term for them. We talked about it before I became their surrogate and again yesterday. Well they changed their minds so much for closure. I repeat do not be a surrogate for this company. The mother came into my room 2xs unannounced, but she blocked the door when I went over to try to see them and called for security. I even had a complicated delivery and was hemorrhaging because my uterus wouldnt shrink back to size. I needed a blood transfusion. Not one call or follow up from the agency to make sure I was ok. The agency was brushing me off and only truly cared about the parents, they say there will never be a comflict of interest. But obviously they only care about the ones who pay them. Jen Smets was my coordinator and didnt help out for anything and Sora was her coordinator. This company is a piece of work

I feel neglected by this clinic.

I had IVF done at this clinic in early February. All the test reports were qualified, but as a result, 12 eggs were retrieved, only three of which were mature. I underwent monospermia, and the fertilized eggs did not survive the fifth day. These three eggs He also died. He found the wrong place, lost money, and hurt himself. A painful lesson.
