I made well calls to patients 2-3 days post appointment to check on their recovery, address any concerns, and collect feedback on their experience.And, this is what I found:Everyone was so nice and kind. - C.B. There’s a white lady with blonde hair/white roots seeping through that is absolutely the most vile and condescending person to ever be working in a field like this. She should NOT be working here and taking care of fragile and vulnerable women. Her attitude and disgusting demeanor shouldn’t exist in an environment like this. I hope more people report her and she gets fired.

I came here during a vulnerable time. The front desk staff are friendly, most of the staff is welcoming. However, the NP is friendly but presumptuous and seemed to be profiling me. She also seemed to lack knowledge and understanding of complex health issues. That is not uncommon for most nurses though. Additionally, it did not feel like I was looked at as individual, just as another case. Common practice in most medical facilities, however, it still feels dehumanizing, especially in circumstances like this. I would not come back nor do I need to.

Overall office was organized and professional to costumer service. But, the series of going in and out the waiting room was uncomfortable. Everything should be done all in one shot and staff weren’t as welcoming or friendly as i would have expected. Everything felt so rushed and they didn’t extend another day of me returning to work after stating that i physically wasn’t capable to return to work! I understand certain appts don’t need more than a day to return to regular errands but everyone is different and that should have been simply respected and accommodated.

My experience was lovely. From the moment I walked in (at 843am & my appointment was at 845am) to when I finished (before 11am) ALL the girls were awesome, the anesthesiologist was GREAT. I told him I was very nervous and felt like I was gonna get punished & not wake up for aborting and he eased my nerves, thank you!!! the doctor who performed the procedure was absolutely great, she was so nice. I had a great experience. I was done before 11am, everything was pretty fast. They are all so sweet. Thank you all. I really appreciate it. Only thing I wish was different was for them to give us snacks & sodas like other locations after the procedure But overall this is the best clinic I been to. Thank you a million times. Every single nurse I saw greeted me & was very much polite. Loved it.

Hands down the BEST doctors office I have ever been to ! Ignore the nasty reviews other people have left , this place is top tier . The staff was PHENOMENAL , they make you feel very comfortable, and they are very friendly and extremely understanding . The wait time and procedure was very quick and comfortable as well . 10/10 🙏🏻🤩

From the moment I spoke with the receptionist on the phone, I sensed that at this medical office, the staff was going to be professional, committed and caring.My gut was never more right. From the moment I walked in the door, they made me feel relaxed and safe. They explained everything I asked with patience and compassion. They kept me informed with regard to the time it would take before my the doctor could see me and do the procedure. There paper work left no stone unturned.My procedure went smoothly and easily. I was move to recovery, made comfortable and offered something to drink and eat. I felt that i was in great hands through the entire process. I just cant say enough.

I had somewhat of an emergency. Although it was extremely far ($92 cab ride) and my first time visiting this office I knew I was in good hands when I hung up the phone from making the appointment. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. I only wish they were closer however, I may consider taking the trip (metro north) for my follow up. Thank you, you deserve the five stars.

I really have no words to say other than this place was so warm and welcoming and they made me feel less sad with my decision. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I can’t thank them enough for handling me with care

So the actual first appointment went great everyone was really polite and patient with me and everything went fine the problem came with the follow up actually that never actually happened. I went to the EXACT SAME OFFICE and they told me to go somewhere else didnt even come down and try to give me instructions in person so I could barely understand them I walked around for about 20 minutes trying to figure out where Im supposed to before walking back to my car and deciding I will make a appointment for the follow up somewhere else Im really upset about that do better please I was going to leave a better review before this happened

I support a womens right to choose. My visit to this office was not my choice. I lost my baby in my second trimester and was sent here. There was no compassion, caring or courtesy. I was supposed to be comforted by the fact that I was put in the nice waiting room. After waiting hours I was sent into what looked to me an unsanitary room with cold people that were just pushing women through the process and one after the other. I know everyone has their story and is there for different reasons but regardless it is an emotional time and your emotions and body should be respected and cared for. I felt like I was pushed through and out and that I was going to leave there with an infection. I annoyed them with my emotions and questions. Needless to say I am scarred for life. I cannot even grieve my loss because I keep revisiting the nightmare of this place. If you care for your loved ones go somewhere else where you can be treated with compassion in an environment where you feel safe and cared for and that you arent just another number on an assembly line.

Horrible patient interaction, nothing explained prior to appointment, willLeave you sitting in a waiting room for hours . Front deals staff to busy with attitudes to answer questions . Then staff dismisses you because you’ve traveled across state lines to be treated poorly. Poor experience , and beyond poor staff .

This is my first time making an appointment for this kind of service and its very difficult time for me, but the level of concern patience and compassion is at 0% . They rush my through my appointment, transferred me to an office I didnt want to come in. I live in westchester county, why did they transfer me to queens. I had to call again & they did it to me twice . Theyre very rude, quick to get off the phone, they dont take the time to make the appointment . And I will not be seen at an office with such hostility. So I decided to make the appointment somewhere. But I will not tolerate non compassion staff member & rudeness. This isnt easy as it is to begin with. So I dont appreciate it at all. They claim to be called imatter but this in all is false advertising.

Sueing this office probably one of the worst racist facilities even the cops said it, i also reported them and apparently they have many cases open will definitely follow up and write another review on what happenes

It is one thing to make a decision to have an abortion, which for some is hard, but to have to deal with rude unseemly staff is beyond the pale. I had to bring a friend to get an abortion and it goes against all my values and morals, but she made her choice and I gladly helped her. However, the staff was rude and nasty to her. We were perhaps 5 -10 minutes late and they were angry - not only did they not call her at her appointed time they made her wait for 3 and a half hours. It was cruel. If you have someone you love and they have made their choice DO NOT take them to this horrible place. You want your loved one cared for just as you yourself would, this is not the place to do it. My poor friend cried all the way home and not from the abortion, but from the cruel treatment she received by these people.Again do not take your loved on there unless you do not care how they are treated.

You are in great hands! When I first read the reviews here, I was hesitant since they were all positive- I thought maybe they were arranged reviews! But after coming here and experiencing the setting myself- I can definitely say all the staff are loving, caring, and will keep you at ease. 5 star experience!!!

I would recommend anyone to come here. I followed my friend & they gave her an appointment for 10am & she wasn’t seen for surgery until 3pm. Then the room they performed the surgery was literally like a run down basement. Thank god she made it out safe. After her surgery, they place her in a CHAIR in a recovery area with MANY other women. As she kept falling asleep because she’s coming from under anesthesia, they kept poking her saying “Wake up wake up, ur gonna have to get dress soon.” Mine you this is 20mins after surgery. They don’t give you any apple juice or cranberry juice or even graham cracker after surgery. DO NOT COME HERE IF PATIENT CARE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!!!!

I dont think Ive ever had a more horrific experience inn a Drs office. I came here clearly upset about my impending abortion. I answered questions wrong according to the Dr on staff and then was yelled at by a woman named Constance for talking back to the physician. Considering this is an emotional time for a person, youd think they would show more compassion but apparently not. Ive never been treated do poorly . do not, i repeat DO NOT COME HERE unless verbal abuse is something youre ok with.

First and foremost lidia is a wonderful woman made me feel comfortable and gave me accurate information. Helped me out tremendously. Thank you. God bless her. But my back has been killing me no thanks to a metal, no padding no cushioned bed they make you laydown during the procedure. Not everyone is over 100lbs. Another thing my finger where blood is taken out is now black and blue because clearly it wasnt done correctly. I work in a hospital Ive taken out blood and my patients are not left with pain or black and blue arms, fingers. Other than that which is very frustrating. Some staff was wonderful I cant remember all there names. After the procedure i dont see why a pad was shoved up there. The pads on the chairs should be for that purpose exactly. Other places do not do it that way. And last but not least some form of sugar is suppose to be given to the patient for obvious reasons.

Great Staff ! When scheduling an appointment with the patient educator, she was very helpful. She gave me directions and assist me to the correct location. Amazing nurse and understanding. Thank you so much, love you guys.

Kind, competent & helpful doctors and staff. Skip Planned Parenthood and come here - they can give you the exact same care without being ignored or having your procedure botched, and they actually answer their phones (immediately, as opposed to never) unlike PP. Their costs are also the same as PP if you dont have/use insurance.

Linda made my visit here very comfortable. I was very nervous being this was my first time here and having my first procedure. She was very informative and supportive. This made my visit easier and more comfortable.

I had the absolute worst experience here . I lost my baby in the second trimester and that alone was hard … then I get sent to this place of hell !!! I was put in a closet to change and wake up after surgery with my robe open sitting in a chair while other women wake up next to me . I was in so much pain and was screaming for help while nurses talked about what Christmas gifts they were going to purchase this year …. After minutes of begging for help I was told to get up and walk to the bathroom to then put my clothes in by myself … the sensitivity was not there …. This place was also not very clean !! At all !! It’s hard to even be upset about the loss of my baby because I am traumatized by this place.

Client since Dr. Gerald Campana great services always on time for appointment all the staff. Doctor, receceptionist, nurses, assistance nurse, very professional and concern about patient health in every way.

Every one in the office was professional and courteous. The staff was patient and explained in detail the entire process. I will recommend All Womens Medical to family and friends.

They were very nice & warm hearted. Took there time to explain things, nothing felt rushed. The waiting room was clean & quite.

My girlfriend came here to have a procedure done the staff was welcoming and helpful made sure she was comfortable also kept me aware of her and how she was doing.

I love this office. Dr. Kirshner is the best and the staff is incredible. If your looking for awesome gynecologist this is the place to go.
